Pêche au Yuzu

This is a bright and fresh but also creamy peach fragrance with a little bit of citrus. I get a heavy dose of syrupy peaches.. It's very sweet and juicy. A great fragrance for the warmer months. I don't usually gravitate towards fruity or citrus scents that often. But when I get in the mood for one... this will a great option. Edit/ I've been really into fruity scents late, which is unusual for me. So I've been trying to find a holy grail peach fragrance. And I forgot that I had this one. I really liked it when I first got it. But now I love it! It's such a realistic peach scent. The velvety skin, juicy flesh and syrupy sweetness of the peach juice. But this isn't cloying to me at all. The yuzu keeps it from being overly sweet on my skin. This is so good! I just ordered a full bottle because I can't be without it. This is THE peach fragrance I've been searching for.

I just love the smell of peaches, so I wanted a peach fragrance. I found one that Luca Turin raved about, and tried a sample of it, but after a soft peach opening, it immediately dried down to dish soap. I then tried another peaches and cream something or other, and then a bath and bodyworks peach...but no luck. I wanted a peach main note, not a peach that got lost in other notes. I got a sample of this in another Kyse order, and I LOVE IT. It's not a syrupy canned peach, and it's not like a peach schnapps. It's fresher and more uplifting, but distinctly peach. It smells almost alive if that makes sense. I am so happy with this one. Like I'll be at work, and going thru drudgery, and I'll think, "Oh, I have some in my purse," and I'll put some on and be uplifted. It's really a treat.

i was looking for a realistic juicy fresh peach scent for hotter days and this is IT!!! the yuzu gives a bit more zing to the fragrance but overall this is delicious, ripe, juicy peach. i’ve noticed that i tend to gravitate to peach scents with very light&sweet florals and citrus and that’s exactly what this is. i’m not sure i can really detect all the other notes individually but i feel like they help to round out the scent overall. i also feel like this would be a great layering scent just to add a juiciness to other fruity florals. if you’re a peach lover you HAVE to try this, it’s the most natural smelling peach i’ve come across so far and i will definitely be getting a full bottle for the spring&summer

This one instantly reminded me of those delicious Japanese peach hard candies that are so mouthwatering but also not too sweet🤤 There’s a certain transparency and brightness that is very uplifting and cheery. I can’t say I’ve noticed any yuzu, unless it’s maybe providing a little extra acidity that keeps this from getting syrupy. Not sure if this is a full bottle, but I’ve definitely enjoyed it and am planning to grab a 6ml while I make up my mind. (Again, LOVE all the size options they offer at Kyse👍👍)

I was afraid to purchase the scent as someone said that it smells like rotten food or air freshener BUT I was positively surprised. I love peach and I am craving for gourmand peach scents and this is it. its peachy but it has this sassiness of saury yuzu. its fresh but its mild. I think vanilla and tonka bean prevents it from smelling like air freshener. I would wear it in summer but you can pull this off in autumn, winter as well. I also want to try the butter cream as those usually projects more.

WOW! I've heard that Kyse makes some of the best gourmands. Although, I wouldn't consider this as a gourmand, it's a fruity fragrance, I would say as a fruity fragrance, Kyse makes better fragrances than Atelier. I honestly thought Atelier couldn't be touched in that genre. This is a very vivid fruity fragrance without being overly perfumey. Got sent this as a freebie when ordering other samples, and ironically this was the only one out of all of them that I didn't dislike. This one smells AMAZING. Very bright, sweet, and delicious. I was pleasantly surprised since all of the others smelled disgustingly medicinal or just flat and not sweet at all. But this one is a definite hit!

I love this scent so much because on my skin,I get the citrus of the yuzu and the true to life peach scent, that (finally) isn't the artificial one that so many other brands tend to have. The staying power is about 5-7 hours on me before I need to top up, this is how peach is done! Definitely agree about projection.

This is such a lovely juicy, realistic peach fragrance with a very subtle zest from the yuzu, but at its core its really a peach fragrance. I appreciate the lack of floral notes because I'm not really a fan of most florals. This will definitely be one I reach for frequently this spring & summer.

What a nice surprise! I got this sample as a gift with some others I ordered from Kyse and it‘s definitely one of my favorites out of the 8 Kyses I tried. So juicy and fruity, perfect for summer, and it doesn‘t smell off on my cold skin in winter either. The opening is quite green and citrusy, almost like lemongrass. Maybe a little sharp. But it‘s refreshing, and underneath that freshness is such a beautiful peach note. Sweet, but not syrupy, very natural and a little lactonic. While the fresh green yuzu vanishes, the peach stays on my skin. It doesn‘t get overwhelmed by the vanilla or tonka, they‘re barely there and just anchor the delicious fruitiness. Pêche au Yuzu is simple and uncomplicated, but unique, I have never smelled a peach fragrance as fresh and thirst-quenching as this one.

Peach pie cupcakes stuffed with peach filling. That’s what this smells like, a decadent dessert. Reminds me also of a peach bakery item, like baked peaches on top of really good French bread. I don’t like fruity fragrances in general, but this is yummy for peach and gourmand lovers.

If you ever read the book James and the Giant Peach....this is exactly it. A big fresh peach with jasmine, tarty yuzu and a sweet base to smooth it out. A must buy for fruity fragrance enthusiasts.

The peach here is good but equally matched and brought down instead of enhanced by yuzu. Perhaps layering over something softer when a bit of tart is needed would bring out its best.

Man, I wish I smelled what other reviewers seem to be smelling with this one! A summery, juicy, not too syrupy sweet peach with lots of fresh zesty yuzu sounds like a dream to me, but that's emphatically not what I'm getting from my sample of Pêche au Yuzu. Instead, I get the same result as I imagine you'd get if you melted a million of those soft triangular orange/pink peach candies and took a bath in that: just utterly sweet, thick, candy-sticky, sugary, synthetic peach. Which isn't bad, especially smelled from a distance for about 5 seconds at a time (makes me rather nostalgic for those candies, actually), but it's definitely not something I want to smell like. Way too easy to get tired of, and even for Kyse it's over the top when it comes to gourmand reality level - this isn't a perfume, this is food flavoring. It might be because my sample has gone off, or it's from a particularly intense peachy batch or something, because other reviewers do seem to be getting from it what I was hoping to get as well. Or maybe I'm testing it in the wrong season - although I can hardly imagine it would be less close to suffocating in the heat of summer! Still, I might give it another chance some time in the future, because as I said that citrusy peach does seem wonderful. But for now, I'll just stick to sniffing my sample from time to time when I'm feeling nostalgic about my childhood and its candy stores.

Photorealistic, juicy peach with sparkling yuzu - then, after about an hour, generic vanilla. Jasmine pretty much nonexistent. If the lovely opening lasted longer, this would be something to consider. As it stands, I don't see much point to this fragrance.

Plenty of compliments when wearing, but not exactly my type of peach perfume, I prefer more bright candy like fruits. Not bad, but personally to me it is a bit redundant. Performance is great though!

This is just okay. I need more peach, please! It's hurtling towards fruity plastic. If only there was more peach, and less tonka and jasmine.

Blind bought this based off the good reviews and I'm sad to say I wish I had not. It is so synthetic that it's nauseating. If it even smelled like bright peach candy, I would happily take that. But no, it's like the worst peach air freshener you can imagine and I also get a hit of nauseating Christmas cinnamon air freshener as well. This is so unsettling to me that I actually keep it wrapped up and away from all my other perfumes/clothes because it seeps chemical peach/cinnamon loudly. I dislike the bashing I'm giving this scent (sorry Kyse!) but it really is disagreeable.

Astringent very synthethic smell that is too much everything all at once. I've been ignoring it in my stash for 2 years. Now I tried Diptyque Phylosikos and it's very reminiscent, but 100x better made.

Opens sour, and dries to a cheap peach shampoo. This reminds me of the girls from middle school years ago, and the scent is gone so fast. Please no more tonka...

Smells like a Peach Ice vape and it is making me feel sick to my stomach.

This has an unbearably strong, harsh, fake, almost-plastic, peach scent that I found to be unbearable.

The best peach fragrance ever! I don't say this lightly because I'm not a fan of peach notes in perfumes. But this peach smells completely fresh and natural. Imagine a firm (not one of those over-ripe, mushy ones), freshly cut peach open on your plate. This smells exactly like that! The yuzu gives it a sparkling quality, and the vanilla and tonka round out the base several hours later. It's sweet, but not overly so, like canned peaches, for example. It smells natural, delicious, and like summer! Lasts a mighty long time, too, with decent projection.

When I was a teenager JC Penney sold the softest, sweetest peach perfume. I cannot remember the name but I remember the bottles was rectangular with frosted glass and a plastic peach top. I wore this fragrance through out college and was so sad when it was discontinued. Over the years I’ve tried to find something similar and Peche au Yazu is the closest I e found. It’s sweet (but not too sweet), light, and airy. This one is great alone or paired with another fragrance.

This one is a total surprise for me. I ordered it the sample only because of a friend who liked peach note in a perfume, so I wanted to try it and I LOVE it! It's sweet, but refreshing, it does remind me the actual peach when you cut it and then sniff it! It's ripe and juicy peach, no the one that was picked up green! No, this peach was ripened on a tree and has this aroma of freshly picked up juicy peach! Perfect for the summer. I definitely need a larger sample!

Realistic peach meets right in the middle with peach candies acidified with yuzu. If I’m being honest, I bought this as a gift for someone when it first came out and she never appreciated it. 5 years later, it proved impressionable enough to prompt me buying my own! And it’s not for lack of thinking about it over those years either lol.

If you love the smell of freshly picked juicy peaches, this is probably the most realistic peach fragrance I have ever smelled. It smells like a cracked open fresh juicy sweet peach. Also reminds me of hot peach tea I used to drink. Very peachy and juicy. I received this as a free sample together with 4 mini samples by Kyse I bought.

This one surprised me. The peach is bright, poignant and photorealistic. It just bursts through demanding your full attention. If I ever get a desire for a purely peach perfume, there's really no reason to try anything else. You have a plethora of layering options with this one.

This smells exactly like Bath and Body Works’ Country Apple mixed with Pretty as a Peach and maybe a drop of vanilla. Cheap, juvenile, unoriginal. And it’s how much?! Not impressed with this house.

Realistic peach. If you lathered peach juice on yourself. I don’t wear this on its own because it’s too linear. I don’t get vanilla. Not much yuzu either.

I'm not a fan. It smells like a beautiful old quilt that was found in the attic in a chest with dried apricots in the folds.

There's something very tart and sharp, I can smell the fruit, but it's piercing.
