Borgo delle Stelle

Unfortunately, this miraculous product seems to be discontinued. Yet its impact on my life is so vivid and immersive that there's no option for me but to release my delayed observations. Being a newbie in fragrances, I ordered a bottle from an Italian online store. It was delivered on March 2017, some weeks prior to my 45-days long road trip from Athens to Moscow, with multi-night stays in Toscana, Trentino, Bavaria, Wiesbaden, Berlin, Warsaw, and Minsk. That whole springtime journey in the midpoint of my life happened to become the happiest period when I was sharing the love with my ex-wife and our 18-month old daughter. So this perfume literally became the fourth spirit in our company of three. Every time I recall the journey throughout Europe, it always smells like blooming European spring, the most exquisite and harmonious way. Now it's two years since I bought this bottle and it is almost done. I have sprayed it on my wrist, and it lasts for more than 8 hours. Such a glorious flowering smell. I imagine myself a picky bee collecting divine nectar in the valley of the river Arno. A masterpiece! Borgo delle Stelle Perfumer: Mark Zini I love this blue gem.... It is unisex, and feels like wearing candy.... Maybe it's because of the name, Village of the Stars, it conjures up a small village up on the mountains, surrounded by stars, it's a bit chilly, but the village is spectacularly beautiful. Definitely white floral, so even though it is marketed as unisex, scent-wise it leans towards feminine (don't pay attention to this, wear whatever you like), very safe for blind buy. Great longevity and silage. Among 6 eau the parfum from La Collina Toscana (yes I have them all), THIS IS THE ONE THAT I LOVE THE MOST!!! In my mind, Borgo delle Stelle is the second brother, while Loggia dei Mercanti is the breadwinner for the family, Borgo delle Stelle is the one responsibles for making sure that the whole family got fed and taken care of. He's like the mother figure for the family. He is composed, kind but stern, very responsible, and he likes to keep his feelings to himself and suffer alone.

I love this parfume, very unique.

This one opened with unique honey scent, it's my favorite part from this one. It's not the typical warm and mellow kind of honey but it's almost zesty if I could say it. There's no way honey is fresh and zesty but I can't seem to find a right word to describe it. The saffron and entered the play as the honey finished opening a big scene. It's alluring, smooth, making a distinct cloud around your torso (I spray some on my neck). To me, I could imagine a young woman, having her viscose dress and telescope, laying around on some grass late at night looking at the stars while the cold air struck her from all of her side; leaving the impression of cold air and warm at the same time. The powdery scent is there, it's like an assistant to all of this play event, being busy running around behind the stage with her flowy dress. This is a unisex scent, a warm and nostalgic one. I use it on the day and the night, this one could tolerate the warm heat and not cloying even once. I'm happy to have a full bottle of this.

This scent is feminine and has no vetiver! Maybe Putra440 messed up. This is a dark, deep, feminine scent! At first it is sharp then it becomes a soft fragrance, almost creamy in its musky sweetness. The shining stars that illuminate the deep darkness of the night sky. An ode to femininity made with a harmonious bouquet of jasmine, iris, violet, rose and heliotrope. The vanilla base and, above all, the saffron in opening make it original, slightly dusty, almost, barely woody. Composition remarkable, that has nothing to envy to the most famous fragrances, and with a persistence of respect. I've seen it for sale on some sites Germans and Spaniards. The disturbing thing (and that should make us think) is that I still have not found where to buy this perfume very Italian here in Italy ..
