Divina Eau de Parfum

CHAMPAGNE COCKTAILS on the beach! Opens with a burst of champagne & fruity florals including pear, black-currant & heliotrope that together evoke Kir Royale cocktails. The amazing and unique opening transitions to a creamy sweet heliotrope, orange blossom & gardenia (not listed) resting on a vanilla-sandalwood base. The drydown overall gives the vibe of a gardenia scent to my nose, with nutmeg and a slight sunscreen vibe. The orange blossom is faint and the nutmeg-sunscreen vibe comes out more on the skin. This took several months to develop the true scent, initially being a blast of gardenia to my nose. The color of the liquid arrived like aged vanilla - kind of mauve-beige and has remained this color while developing. It was never the bright pink in the picture. Some reminders of Flora Gorgeous Gardenia Gucci and Alien Goddess Mugler. Contrast to Yara Lattafa: These are very different, but there are some similarities both being fruity-floral over beachy gardenia. Yara has been compared to a strawberry milkshake drying down to nutty rich vanilla-gardenia, while Divina is champagne cocktails drying down to nutty rich vanilla-gardenia. Contrast to Alien Goddess Mugler: These are very different, but they have similarities both being super sweet beachy scents. The openings are very different, but the longer they drydown the more similar they become. Contrast to Flora Gorgeous Gardenia: These are very different, especially the openings, where FGG has an aquatic sweet pear, and Divina has champagne cocktail, but the longer they drydown the more similar they become. Overall: Well above average performance, and while similar in some ways to other gardenia scents, it's unique and special with the heavenly Kir Royale cocktail note. It's a love for me. Enjoy!

Cherry syroup liquer D I v I n E ! Half an hour later it seddles nicely to a warm woody vanilla powdery heliotrop. Very nice. catching wiffs by every move. Can smell it on myself putting the nose on skin, but guess in hair it holds and projects still strongly. Nice! edit 1 h later. I still catch lovely sweet heliotrop vanilla wood and some cherry liquer note peaks through, but i guess on skin i ve to layer it with a warm woody scent before spraying la perla divina, to hold more of the initial blast of this intoxicating cherry powow ! Addicting. ❤️ I can t find this scent childish or teen-alike. Its very womanly sexy and sultry... The advertisement transports very fine how this "perla" smells and fullfills you with a "devine" feeling.

Divina Eau de parfum A thick balanced sweet syrup Heliotrope - blackcurrant liqueur - champagne - sandal wood - vanilla and I can smell some saffron - and I agree with the review bellow (smells as cosmetics maybe a pricey face powder) One of my favorites, unfortunately it's under rated while it deserves to spot the light on it It's totally different from the EDT, with a very elegant/romantic/bold character So perfect for 1st date. lasting power & sillage are so good.

This is a very pretty “sparkling” fruity vanilla! So pretty! Don’t worry if yours isn’t that light pink color! Mine is super dark cognac colored. The vanilla darkens as it ages. In my opinion, this is when the fragrance really develops into something beautiful. The vanilla takes on a deeper richness. The sandalwood in the base gives it such a warm coziness. I tend to wear vanilla in the cooler months, it reminds me of all the holiday baking! However, I do think this is appropriate for any season because of the bright notes of the Kir Royale and orange blossom. It is a lovely soft feminine yummy fragrance !

I don't know why, but my bottle of La Perla Divina is not bright pink like in the picture above. It's more of a deep mauvey purple. But anyway... I really like this. The bright fizzy opening levels off pretty quickly, leaving a soft not quite powdery, but cozy and soothing dry down. I wear it just around the house. My guy came into my beauty room shortly after I sprayed this on today and said it smells delicious in here. So this perfume is officially a compliment getter! ;-)

This is pleasing. It opens kind of floral and dries down to a nice, pale pink, somehow rosy, a bit powdery scent that's also the slightest bit bitter. It reminds me of a hypothetical offspring of two perfumes, Yves Rocher Fleur de Noël with a touch of Dior Poison Girl. Sweet but certainly not candyland, sheer and splashy. My SO spontaneously commented that I smelled nice, which is as rare as unicorns. Lovely juice.

Almost cloyingly creamy. Ön my skin it is not so sweet, thick instead. A vast amount of luxurious sandalwood body lotion, a nice fluffy cashmere sweater, some semi-sweet vanilla puding with a hint of berries and a touch of liquer. A balanced,wealthy, young lady spending her leisure time. Not sexy, it is a comfort perfume for me. It is a good choise in windy, colder weather.

I received a mini of this from a very nice fellow Fragrantican who I've had the pleasure of doing previous swaps with (take a bow Fede!), along with some other nice goodies, which is so nice of her! Sadly though, this perfume isn't the type I would ordinarily go for. The main reason is that, although I do like quite a lot of sweet perfumes, I find Divina (eau de parfum) to be a bit too sweet for my liking with a slightly sickly, cloying note (might be the heliotrope) which I find slightly suffocating! After a few seconds on my skin it immediately brought to mind two other perfumes .... Franck Olivier by Franck Olivier and Outspoken Intense by Fergie. I found both those perfumes to also have that overly sweet (very saccharin'ish, i.e. artificially sweet not fruity sweet) slightly sickly, cloying sense which I found a bit too much for me personally to be able to wear without feeling slightly queasy! The other thing that struck me about Divina was that it reminded me of strong smelling lipsticks and face powder so to me it has a very cosmetic smell. It also has a distinct 'Pepto Bismol' smell to me, which is something I've come across in several perfumes recently and isn't a smell I'd want to find in a perfume ... some people may love that smell but I definitely don't! I have no clue what that could be but whatever it is doesn't appeal to me in the slightest! All in all I can't say I detest this perfume but unfortunately it's just not right for me. I'm happy I had a chance to give it a try though thanks to Fede !

I have had this juice for YEARS and I must say: to this day smells much nicer than back in 2017 when I got it. I always say that black opium intense has been my first perfume and that before 2019 i didn't have a perfume (partially true), but with my mom I did buy this and another La Perla incredibly discounted because i never owned a bottle of perfume before. I wasn't using it kind of never, I started using perfumes with BO intense...but the truth is that this was my REAL first perfume and the time I liked it quite a bit. To this day it has a whiskey color, for how I remembered the smell of it I would say it aged stunningly. Now, I just refently got into smelling perfumes as even when I got BO I was using it rarely even if regularly and my nose is not fine or trained like some amazing noses on here, but if they didn't reformulate I would advise everyone to go for it as for the price is just lovely

Just recieved this new eau de parfum.It s beautiful and just what i ve been searching for. It s powdery without being too sweet and completely different to the eau de toilette.
