I really really like it. Very surprised for a $6 USD fragrance. It has a strong star anise note with a woody + leathery + sweet background, just like Armani Code original. It smells almost the same, a bit lower quality, almost the same duration, and 1/10th of the price. Its pretty versatile. I would only maybe hold back on very hot summer. Good for going out and also formal enough to be worn to work. I'm really going to use this a lot. Longevity is decent. About 5-6 hours. Its the worst performing La Rive fragrance from the ones i have, yet its still decent and its my favorite one from the bunch. For the price you can just overspray like crazy and make up for the bad performance. A must blind buy for sure. For only $6 the worst thing that can happen is you don't like it and give it away as a great gift. PS: The bottle is cheap though, and you can notice. The box is almost cardboard that is badly cut and leaves "paper dust" on the bottle.

Smells exactly like code. I had a girl compare it and she said, they were very similar but it lacks that Armani quality. In the air... no one can tell the difference. Its dirt cheap so spray away. Got 5 backups and I do have a few bottles of code OG and Profumo. So I'm using this to save a better juice. This does it for me really nicely.

It surprises me how much I like this for how cheap it is. Definitely a more powdery version of Armani Code. It is quite the powder bomb, but I think that's what I really like about it. I need to buy more bottles of this before they stop making it for some reason.

Smells nice - like Armani Code. Cheap so you can't expect the performance is great, but anyway it is over 3 hours. I like it very much.

No doubt this is a budget version of clone. Ok for the price. Overspray and it’ll last a couple of hours.

I like them, they balance on the line of kinda sweet but manly, for the price they are a steal

I bought this one out of curiosity, blind buy of course. I remember liking Armani code really much and was surprised that it for discontinued. At least the OG was. Well this surely reminds you of it but vaguely. I mean I didn't expect much from a 10euro clone but still. I admire the company behind the brand. They are pretty good at imitating known fragrances but because of the low price , they can't use high quality ingredients which is why they don't last or project any good. But yeah , it's like looking at an old out of focus picture. You wish it was clearer but you can still kind of make out what it is. In conclusion: I'm unaware of any Armani code clones besides this one. It does a decent job but it's weak. It will make you remember the OG but just barely satisfy the itch so to say. Ok for the price.

purchased it after I heard that this would be a dupe of Armani's Code Homme (which I loooove). It's ok. For my nose not a 100% Dupe,more like 70% ... in the opening I honestly only get alcohol...only when it settles down a bit I can notice the other ingredients..of course lower performance than the original etc but for just 11€ (11.65$) for 75ml it didn't hurt...all in all 7/10 at most for me

Smells close to Armani Code. A bit more synthetic and doesn't last as long, but considering how cheap it is you can just overspray it. Not bad for the price imo. If you can find code at a discount I would rather get that, but overall it's a good cheapie.

A decent clone of Armani Code! Despite the performance and quality not being as good as Code's, it's still not a bad cheap alternative.

Value for money.. Very cheap! Opening smell so fresh but alcohol is dominant then the drydown getting powdery

La Rive Password is one of five La Rive fragrances I got on a single order due to a buy five deal on them. A certain retailer had them 5 for $40 about two years ago. That said I was originally let down by Password since I heard some good things about it. And I'm not just talking the performance. That said, I recently changed my mind after loving Armani Code Parfum. It isn't a dislike, just a mid. I originally only vaguely got some Armani Code with Password but honestly I get more Burberry Touch with touches of Armani Code Parfum from Password. This is a powdery violet heavy fragrance. You do get some Jasmine in the mid. I don't recall violet or Jasmine being in Code, the closest is Armani Code Parfum with the iris which doesn't come off as lipsticky, so it gives the fragrance a twist. One I like mind you, but if you are looking for a Code scent, I'm not quite sure it is. I do get some wood in the base. Not much, if any spice and sweetness like you get with Armani Code though. Password really don't perform like Armani Code, let alone Parfum. Unless I'm totally asnoysmic to Password, I really don't notice it when the moderate projection does away after about an hour and a half, two hours unless I am active. After that, it is virtually undetectable. I notice that with Extreme Story a bit too, but the other La Rives I have gotten, I haven't noticed performance issues. The uses for Password, I honestly don't know besides if you want Code to wear while working out. It is gonna get drowned in the clubs since it is a weaker Code style scent. Dates you may smell nice but you might remind your date of a brother or ex who wears Code, Touch or Bath & Body Works Noir. Due to performance issues, maybe only office and casual use are best for Password. You'll smell nice without overpowering everyone. I am gonna be a lone somewhat like review review here. I know it isn't La Rive, Mr. Sharp is rather good, Just On Time is alright, Extreme Story is a bit better than alright and Hitfire is awesome. Just I think some are more of a cash grab than others from the house. Password being one of these. Overall, I rate Password a 5.8 out of 10. I guess for me it just doesn't have much power at all compared to what it is trying to be.

It is fresh and sweet, very affordable, made in Poland. The value is there. It just takes 12 sprays for you to even notice.

95% Armani Code... Performance up to Armani Code...

Realmente um talco de flores. Para mim, nada fresco ou doce. Bastante linear, sem nuances. Performance ok e bom valor. Para climas mais frios ou amenos, com intenção de elegância. Não faz muito meu gosto, mas não é um produto ruim, vale o quanto pesa.

It has a pleasant smell and I find it to be sweet, but not too over the top. Performance is 2/5 but at this price point one can spray it multiple times during the day without feeling sorry. It starts relatively fresh, a lot of lime, some ginger, mild cinnamon and jasmine. After some 20mins the lime turns into an undertone letting the sweeter floral notes rise to the top. Along with Jasmine, violet and rosewater, there is a noticable rosemary&thyme note. To some it might be a turn off. In the end it smells like cuba libre with some rosemary &thyme. So unless you want to smell like pizza with cuba libre, apply some more of it. Jokes aside it is a nice smell. Not going to be your daily driver, but on some more laid back occasions like bbq in a backyard - why not. 5/10
