Obsessive Leather

I have now tested all four of the La Serra scents, this one last because I assumed it would be a little heavy and predominantly male - well, how VERY wrong was I!! To scene set a little, I've never considered myself a leather scent fan. I'm not actually opposed to it, more that it just doesn't really do anything for me... at least, it didn't, but this one has completely overturned all of my preconceptions! Obviously the base of the fragrance is leather, but it still manages to be light and airy, accessible and comforting. The woodyness is light, and if there is patchoulli it is just a dusting. Overall this is a stunning, high quality, true unisex scent. Much to my genuine surprise, I absolutely LOVE it!

Si dice tanto che questo profumo ricordi ombre leather. In breve, non è vero, è come dire che tutti i profumi alla cannella si assomigliano, può essere vero, ma in realtà no. Questo è un profumo molto ricercato, un cuoio pieno ma non distruttivo, opulento, miscelato alla perfezione con molte altre note, tutte di difficile decifratura. L'unica cosa che potrebbe fare storcere è il naso è il "profumiere", un esperto in materia, che però avendo lavorato per tante case, sia ottime che molto meno, potrebbe essere visto come poco personale. Ma si valuta il profumo, non il profumiere

Really nice take on jet black leather with a rich layer of resin and an airy layer of jasmine. Reminds me of House of Matriarch “Blackbird/Black No. 1” and/or “Devotion” because of the tarry resin and burnt incense background. Long-lasting intimate sillage will have you smelling your wrists all day. If you like scents like “BlackAfgano” and “Knize Ten” imagine if those two had a baby. 4 out of 5.
