Ambre, Musc, Santal

This fragrance begins with notes of sweet citrus slightly: lemon and orange. The heart reveals a combination of cedar, vetiver and sandalwood and evolves towards a trail easternmost. In the background, mix of amber and musk tones with vanilla effect. The rectangular bottle, topped with a cabochon reveals a golden amber juice. Both sides of the bottle are decorated with oriental motifs, also gold. The brand of cosmetics and spa La Sultana de Saba presents his first fragrance. Wonderful perfume, one of my favorite amber scents.

Pathway to a Sultan empire... Sultan amber, and sweet spices in a royal ancient way. I do smell a grand ancient antique ballroom that is full of dust (resembled with spicy powder of nutmeg, sandalwood, bits of cinnamon, and chunks of cloves), with wool giant carpets. The ballroom is kind of dark despite the huge crystal chandelier because of the dark granite pillars and gold walls. This blend is a scene and not just another fragrance, as i can smell clearly the patchouli, amber, sandalwood, cedar, elemi, incense, cloves, and musk. Pure beauty.

A full, multifaceted amber. It begins spicy and citrusy à la Lutens, embracing full-bodied and warm sandalwood. It then becomes raw bright orangey. Soon after it feels vintage and clean, covered in soft talcum powder. It settles into a soft, silky, smoky vanilla 'Indian amber'. Fun but serious.

I have the Body Mist. Pretty excellent on its own, and ideal as a primer.

This smells like a diaper and I just can't get past that! I can't smell any distinct notes besides baby powder, but this stuff is strong. Even after scrubbing it, the diaper scent... it's still there.

I was craving an Oriental Arabic themed night... Not the Oud kind, but the ambery spicy dreamy kind. I never heard of "La sultane de Saba", so i tried the range and i liked most of them. But "Voyage en Orient" (called so alongside the name here) made me travel in my mind.. to an old labyrinth-ish Arabic town. Today, i sprayed some of this juice on my co-worker (who i use to douse in Chanel and Hermes and couldn't always smell much) and the room was filled with this Oriental beauty. Big brands should learn a few tricks about sillage from such smaller brands. The scent: it's the quintessential sweet and deep oriental balsam, amber, vanillic sandalwood, woods, oranges and incense. A bit too sweet and screechy to be truly chic, but It's sure to trigger memories in anyone who's been to the east. Straightforward juice; no fuss, no intricate details; no couture stylings, just like it's name, a nice trip to the Orient. scent: 8-/10 sillage: 7/10 longevity: 7/10

I just received a bottle of this and I'm most disappointed. It smells like a cheap cologne from the 60's. Extremely sweet and sickening!

old school ancient vibe not really for europe but if you live in Qatar why not.....in my opinion body mist more wearable than perfume
