Eau de Lacoste L.12.12 Pour Elle Eau Fraîche

This scent is LOVELY! I'm obsessed with fragrances that have good grapefruit notes lately, and this does not disappoint. Got a full bottle really affordably from fragrancenet immediately after trying the sample I ordered. The water notes in this scent really stand out, but are not TOO heavy or synthetic. They did a good job selecting and balancing those synthetic water notes. The water notes they chose smell clean, aquatic, young, and fresh. That combined with the lush white floral of the magnolia and the energizing grapefruit make this scent well-balanced while still being VERY feminine. The patchouli base is not heavy, and again is well balanced with the aquatic notes. I would say this scent also leans 'sporty.' This fragrance is perfect for everyday wear, it has a few good hours of STRONG wear, and a good sillage. It's so cheap that I wouldn't mind spraying it twice daily, which is all you'd need if you want it to stay strong into the evening. The bottle is also SO CUTE! I can see why some people would only 'like' this fragrance, if you're the type that usually only falls in love with niche fragrances, this probably won't be for you. But, at this price level, this particular scent definitely stands out from its competition.

I got this so unbelievably inexpensive I couldn’t believe it-but it’s a very trusted website I use so it’s 100% real, but I mean $29.99 CAD for 100ml is an incredible deal considering for a 50ml of any of this line is roughly 80 dollars-AND I’ve never seen this specific version anywhere at any store so I was pleased. It was a blind buy but I had a feeling it would be a love right away and I was right, it’s very much up my alley-and I have a few alleys these days and this is up one of them lol If you want a pink fragrance-and by that I mean something like Chanel chance eau tendre, bright crystal, addict 2 by Dior, those types than this will be a love for you too!!!

This is very soft and pretty. The 1st thing I though of was this would be perfect to wear around my mom because she is really sensitive to fragrance. This is completly non offensive or complex but at the same time it's not basic. On me it's lightly floral with a little sweetness and something else my inexperienced nose can't quite figure out (maybe the water scent). It all blends really well together. After smelling my wrist for about 10ish min I thought this would definitely be nice for spring and also a great transitional scent going from end of summer into fall. I think it's also perfect year round when you know you are going to be close to someone sensitive to perfume. It's not a LOVE but I'm definitely happy I bought it.

Refreshing, cheerful start full of water notes, magnolia and small facets of grapefruit and mandarin. I've met this scent many times, often in cheaper products and deodorants. I wonder what it has to offer long term during wear. The bottle fits the scent very well. It smells natural yet I think it is chemical and possibly will be spoiled soon. It offers lasting impression, for at least 6 hours. I liked my day in it, it fits white polo shirts.
