La Nuit Tresor L'Eau de Toilette

I don't like the EDP, but I love this one. I was on a ferry to Sweden and spotted this in the onboard duty free shop. I sprayed some on myself and continued with my day. My husband complimented it immediately and I found myself sniffing my wrist repeatedly. The next day I could still smell it on the sleeve of my jacket. It's very long lasting for an EDT. To me, it's mainly blackberry, rose, vanilla, patchouli and musk and in that order. I'm not a fan of most citrus and I don't find citrus prominent here. The black currant is much less noticeable than in the EDP and this makes me very happy. This fragrance is brighter and more gentle than the EDP but it is still warm and candyish. If you don't like musk, you best avoid this fragrance because the drydown is quite musky almost to the point of being "mature". I disliked the EDP because to me it was so in your face and smelled like Angel choked with a strong, tart, astringent black currant. The EDT is calmer, softer and sweeter and when I say sweeter, I don't mean sugar, I mean personality wise. I wouldn't go as far as to call this fragrance fresh and inoffensive. It's still quite strong and very musky, but it does fit more situations than the EDP. I ended up buying a bottle to bring back to the states with me and I've been wearing it often.

I AM IN LOVE! This was a blind buy and I am so happy with it. I remember not liking the original when I worked in a perfume shop 15+ years ago. I found it stuffy and far too heavy but it was VERY popular with my coworkers and customers alike. Now years later I have discovered the EDT version and I am truely blown away! I really didn't expect to have this reaction. The scent is so beautiful and the lasting power is phenomenal. I think you could wear this all year round and I am particularly looking forward to wearing this in the cooler months. I'm so glad I got this - I am going to re-visit the EDP once I can test scents out in the shops again. I can't wait :)

I like this, i think it is good for all occasions and seasons, but i do think it can feel flat a bit as someone said below. I have layered it with either vanilla or something soapy or citrus to give it some depth or brighten it a bit. Update: wearing on a chilly day, it has been a long time since i wore before, now i am really liking it! Second update: i wore this to work, only 3 spritzes at 0500 and i could smell it all day. This confirms for me that if i dont like a fragrance, or i cant smell it right away, i should put it away for a month or so and try again, i may be surprised! For an edt this is quite a good performer!

Es un perfume realmente precioso para épocas intermedias del año, muy buen EDT, notas muy afrutadas como grosella, y frutos rojos me hacen recordar en algun punto a Amethyst Éclat de Lalique o Feerie, pero con el fondo acaramelado que tiene Tresor Nuit EDP. Queda muy lindo, no en todo tipo de pieles, tanto este como sus antecesores son selectivos al tipo de piel. Excelente EDT!!

I personally prefer this version over the EDP version as it's a bit more gentle and lighter. It's sweet, romantic, and feminine. Can be worn on any occassion, although I would avoid it in hot weather. Have had multiple people - both men and women - asking what perfume I wear when I wear this one. Fantastic fragrance!

Ive had this about a year but dont wear offen. On a whim I wore it to mass today and added some yves roche cuir de nuit. I think it was perfect! It wasnt super hot today and i think rose notes are perfect for mass. I do think this one is made better by layering with vanilla, or leather, or chocolate, or more fruits.

Beautiful sweet, floral fragrance for summer. It's long lasting and has a soapy quality that cuts through its sweetness. It's a bit of everything I love - rose, berries, musk, vanilla, patchouli - in the right amounts and so well blended that no one note is dominant. Perfect for any time and season.

One of my favorites for a edt!! Fruity,fizzy,creamy with perfect hints of spicyness!! I literally can smell all the notes in this without the overload or patchouli,musk or vanilla, Perfect to wear year round. Longevity and sillage are both moderate on me.

Sweet, fresh, juicy and feminine, La Nuit Tresor EdT is closer to La Nuit Tresor Caresse than to La Nuit Tresor EdP. It also has similarities to Midnight Rose, only lighter and more citrusy. A beautiful, inoffensive spring/summer perfume. Give it a try!

This fragrance is delicious. One has a strong scent of berries. I also own La Nuit Tresor which is fantastic for winter evenings. The EDT version is suitable for daytime winter or summer evening. Very versatile. Love it!

So smooth,well blended and very sensual... It smells like all of the La vie, Mon Paris and Tresor flankers all put in this gem. Simply perfect A big love for La nuit edt <3

Amazing, long lasting scent blended with nice accords of peony, black currant, vanilla and patchouli. Other ingredients perfectly complements it.

Not as unique as the EDP and Caresse, but still very good. It's a cross between Tresor Midnight Rose and Mon Paris. I love them all equally.

I absolutely love it and adore it.They said that this going to be "fresh and fruity edition, with green and sour flavors"----and yeeees OMG it ́s sooo lovely romantic scent,absolutely delighful.The opening it ́s so zesty,bright-fresh fruity scent with sour fruits and citrus notes.(most dominant is blackcurrant,raspberry,litchi,blackberry with citruses in one word everything is dominant).Very refreshing,this put a smile on my face.The heart notes is very floral mostly light peony with a hint of rose,but the peony is very fresh and gentle and it ́s just beautiful how it develop with the fruity notes.The dry down is a very light fruity scent but in a floral base and with a hint of musk and a little vanilla to add depth to the composition.And the best thing that there is the La Nuit DNA but much lighter,fresher.This version is pure joy,fun,sunny days,romantic picnic etc. while the La Nuit Edp is more sultry,absolutely seeexy sweet,alluring and for night and also for a romantic occassion. The sillage is fantastic and the longevity is pretty good about 6-8 hours(on me).I ́m very happy that I already have this eau de toilette version and I ́m going to wear it this summer/spring. I recommend it,absolutely recommend who love the mother scent and want something for spring and summer.BIIIIIG LOOOOOOVEEEEE

What dominates in this perfume, which comes as no surprise probably, is the berries and vanilla. Of course there's also other notes in the mix that make it more interesting. I'm sure the patchouli also plays more of a part here than in the original La Nuit Tresor. I bought this because I read this was friendlier for warm weather than the original, which competes as my favorite perfume with my signature. Don't be fooled by the fact this is an EDT, it projects probably close to an EDP and in fact better than some EDTs and the same applies to it's longevity: lasts for a few hours as least which is better than even some EDPs. So I wouldn't necessarily describe this as a lighter version of the original for one because it's sweeter and almost heavier for me. But I might say it's lighter in regard to it's lack of the woody/combination of base notes in the original that give it more depth. Also lighter because it doesn't have the quality that makes the original so sexy and intoxicating. I can see the similarities between it and La Nuit Tresor a la Folie, which I'm surprised nobody has mentioned, and I like this more. It kind of smells like a combination of the original and A La Folie.

I really wanted this to be my perfect version of La Nuit Tresor, preserving its addictive quality but with less a patchouli dominant dry down. Instead what I got was something watered down that had lost it's distinctive charm. I realized by sampling this that what I really love about LNT EDP are the litchi and incense notes. The litchi here is not nearly as pronounced as its outnumbered by the sweet berries. The incense notes are completely missing, which is a loss I miss terribly. So the fragrance becomes another fruty-floral without the mystique of the original. I have to confess though, that the perfume still smells very good, although its not distinctive, it's excellent in its execution and the end result does have a "freshness" that is missing from the original. But this can also go into body spray territory. Edit: Now that the EDP is drying down on me, I actually prefer the EDT, because the patchouli notes take over in the EDP whereas they remain in the background in the EDT. Maybe its just smelling them next to each other that's doing this to me...but I've decided for now to skip buying a full bottle of either 7.5/10

This is quite literally the original edp without the deep notes. Its beautiful and airy and light. Its so so soo pretty. When I smell this next to the original it makes me not like the original because next to this, a bitter note in the original stands out more. Both are beautiful but don't compare them. This one is much lighter and prettier. definitely an every day, any time kind of wear. Where as the original feels like youd have to be super dressed up and feeling sexy to pull it off. You could definitely wear them together though. I honestly am happy I have both because they're both beautiful. If you like more sweet and fruity, this one is absolutely stunning. Nothing off putting about this and anyone would love it. If I didn't know rose was listend in the notes I honestly don't think i'd detect any rose in the edt or the edp. The edt is a safe blind buy. The edp is more smoking and dominating, not a safe blind buy. But edt is easy and safe. Love it. Beautiful! Edit: EDT is a powerhouse and much sweeter than the edp so be careful not to overspray as it can be overwhelming

The EDT Version of La Nuit Tresor is very different from the EDP. They do share some notes and have a common DNA, but the EDT is much lighter, more floral, less gourmand and not a "Nuit" scent at all. It would totally make sense to own both and use them for different occasions. La Nuit Tresor EDT is a sweet and sparkly fresh fragrance with tart blackberry and currant, citrus notes and a fresh, non-soapy rose. The syrupy peachy lychee from the EDP is also there, and some warm smoky vanilla in the drydown. I think it is suitable for summer, but could also be worn year round. I think it would be a good option for a gourmand lover who is looking for a fresh fruity floral for the warmer months. I like it, it's very pleasant and not too boring, but I don't need it and my fave from this line is the EDP.

I didn't like the EDP and it gave me migraine (same as La Vie Est Belle), but this L'eau de Toilette was an unexpected love from a first sniff. I think it is quite sweet, fruity, but fresh at the same time. Definitely a feminine and sexy fragrance (husband's approved), but suitable for daywear and indeed any occasion. On my skin it seems like it has moderate longevity and sillage, but perfumes rarely last long on me. I think La Nuit Tresor EDT is in the same vein with Dior Miss Dior Absolutely Blooming EDP and Armani Si Rose Signature II EDP, maybe slightly more complex than other two. To sum up, it is a fantastic modern fragrance for a young or young at heart lady.

This one is a more wearable version of the original. It is still very sweet, but a bit fresher. In the opening, i get a very strong litchi, an unpleasant beginning for me, but like with many other fragrances, you have to be patient with this one. After a half hour or so, it smells like vanilla and a fruity sweetness, more pleasant than the opening, but nothing really unique. After one hour, i start to get raspberry and peony. It still smells very sweet, but a bit cleaner. This one is a young and feminine fragrance. It has that distinctive lancome dna to it, but i must say i still prefer La Nuit Tresor Caresse. But this is better than the original.

This is a Absolutely gorgeous, fruity, 'silky smooth', elegant delight. On my skin she is long lasting, not too sweet, pure class in a bottle, divine. She is not loud but she is not weak, she is poised. Unfortunately no super sweet praline, a key note in most of my true loves and what keeps me going back to the edp. I see many prefer this over the edp, I personally rather the edp, both edp and edt are really beautiful thou. Well done Lancome, a beautiful creation x Update : I'm starting to appreciate the beauty without praline, it's actually better than the edp for super hot days like here in Australia. ❤

For an EDT it has quite good performance. To me it's mostly the berries that stand out. Light, sweet berries, with the bit of flowery and citrusy notes added. A very feminine scent, and not too overpowering, good for everyday wear, I would say it's office-safe. At first I got some La Petit Robe Noire vibes from it (or some of its flankers), but apart from the berry notes they are not very similar, LNT EDT is lighter and fresher, a bit more airy as it doesn't have the almond that makes LPRN a bit heavier.

A sweet, bright, fruity fragrance with a warm smoky vanilla drydown... This reminds me of Lalique Amethyst plus a bit patchuli and vanilla. I like to wear in the office, because it is sweet yet well rounded, inoffensive and fresh. Some users say that it is not long lasting but on me it stays forever. I apply in the morning and smell it on my wrist even at night.

I think this has to be my favorite of the flankers, and I like it better than the original. The dry down is a pleasantly sweet, fruity smell on me, but not overpowering. I got a little hint of patchouli still, but the patchouli was no where near as strong as the original (+). Lasted all day, into the night, and I could still faintly smell it the next morning.

Nice blackcurrant & berry scent, well rounded, good for almost every season, except for hot weather. The only thing that bothers me is this specific vanilla and patchouli combo, similar to La vie est belle. It would be better to create really nice and fully original scent than just a better copy of LVEB.

I purchased a bottle in the summer, and it smelled off. I figured it went bad during delivery. I kept it in a closet for about 3 months and went back to it. It now smells sweet, fruity, and patchy. I was expecting some vanilla but haven’t noticed it. Glad I gave it a second chance.

Amazing sweet fragrance!I was looking for something like this sooo long time. Something that would be sweet but not too heavy, and wearable in summer time as well. Its sweet but not cloying, you can wear this anytime which i love the most!

It's sweet, it kinda reminds me of a JPG La belle. It is not a bad one, maybe I'm just little bit tired of all the crowd-pleasing scents produced last years. It is appropriate for a day usage even it's sweetness.

Blind bought it because of the wonderful reviews, but it is not what I expected. I expected juicy, fizzy, tart berries but It smells more like very dark, heavy-ish blackberries + sugary vanilla + typical, classic Lancome rose and a lot of musk. Tbh this Lancome rose combined with the dark berries smell old-fashioned to me. And it has the typical Lancome Vanilla + black currant + patchouli combo like in LVEB which I hate Bec it smells like cloying warm sugar water. Go with midnight rose or absolutely blooming instead.

I am not sure how to review to be honest. I bought this at an online perfume store and the juice had already turned amber. I am seeing photos where the juice is lavenderish so not sure if i got an old bottle? The perfume is very flat to me and not something that I would want to wear. Hard to describe but it just sits there on my skin a bit dense and dead. I dont smell a symphony or many notes, just smells like a linear flat berry/musk perfume. I dont really like it unfortunately.

I love Miss Dior Absolutely Blooming and had Armani Si Rose and LVEB Florale. They’re all more floral on my skin than this one. La Nuit Tresor is sticky jam for me, flat and cloying. I am glad I sampled - this is lacking in whatever made those work for me.

This was an instant love for me and I'm extremely fussy!, out of the hundreds and hundreds of perfume samples I've tried this year only around 6 were total loves and around 30 were strong likes, which was actually the whole point of my little mission, I was sick of spending money on full bottles only to be unsatisfied. I absolutely loved the edp of this (which isn't like me considering it's a gourmand) so I just had to give this a go, I didn't expect to like this one much to be honest, I really couldn't imagine it being as complex and beautiful as the edp..but it completely blew me away so much so that I've actually wiped the edp from my want list and replaced it with this one, I truly never thought that would happen, but after trying this I realised how "gourmandy" the edp was and this just works better on my skin, plus the majority of my loves are winter perfumes so I had to say goodbye to the edp in favour of this one for spring and summer. This is very similar to the edp just not as gourmand, the fruits and rose are upfront in this one with the patchouli just their softly in the background, this is just a lighter take on the edp but absolutely beautiful in it's own right, it is so very smooth and beautiful. A little bit of advise too do not do what I did and test the edp on one wrist and this on the other at the same time, initially this is what I did and up against the edp it was a flat out fail.. so much so that I actually wrote this one off the first day!, the edp is so huge and complex and such a beauty that this had no chance, it completely messed with my senses and gave me the wrong impression of this, it wasn't until the next day that I decided to try it on its own and give it a fair shot that I fell head over heels in love with it and it was only then that I tried the edp again and realised that I actually preferred this one..if you can afford both then do it lol they are both gorgeous but if not just be sure to give this a fair chance well away from the legend that is the edp or you will totally miss the beauty of this. I also don't agree that this smells like midnight rose, when I tried that one I was completely shocked at how generic smelling it was for the price I really wasn't impressed with it atall, this is alot more complex and smells much much more yummy X

I like Lancome, though I find it's perfumes very intense and mainstream. I can't stand smelling La vie est belle everywhere or have a huge cloud of La nuit tresor EDP straight in my face while I am walking in the mall. No offence! That doesn't mean they aren't at least masterpieces. I've said in the past I wish Lancome could make my signature but I wouldn't enjoy to smell it on everyone. Maybe the main 'problem' is their notes. They are really heavy but this is what people want. They pay and they want the best sillage/lasting power. I want to be unique. It's just my point of view or taste. Here I am gonna give a quick review of the whole line since today I finally tried the newest EDT edition: - La nuit tresor EDP: Feminine, like nectar from Gods, like you're tasting the sweetest peach ever although there's no peach in the notes, MYSTERIOUS. That's the key word. Smells great on everyone. - La nuit tresor Caresse EDT: A bit more fresh, very close to the original, less playful and gourmandise, it smells like a warm SWEATER with sweet vanillic undertones. It's skin-dependant. - La nuit treror EDT: It starts with the magic of the original EDP of the line. I really liked this part but it doesn't last long. It isn't that heavy and bossy. It's like a lighter edition with fruity and citrusy notes married in a classy way. That's the main idea of it, freshness. I will agree with a guy who said it reminds a bit of a 'new'-La vie est belle edition and I will completely disagree with the one who said it's not ideal for summer. I don't believe that perfumes have genders or seasons except from some of them, but this one would be so nice in summer daytime. Conclusion: Citruses, blackberry, vanilla. A combination that has La vie est belle's vibe and La nuit tresor gourmandise-expensive-fruity character. If it could remind a bit of another perfume, this would be Flowerbomb from V&R.

My god, why in the world are reviews saying this is strong ? I had an EDP sample which I fell in love with, and when my mother heard she got me for my birthday this one simply because she doesn’t know the difference. Not only does it not last, at all, it lasts maybe 30min, but i smell barely any berries, but more so vanilla and this odd musky spicy richness. Its not sensual effervescent or even dark luscious berries, and it smells to me oddly... cheap. There’s something in it which reminds me of cheap Victoria secret body sprays. Its not terrible, but I’m disappointed. The EDP is absolutely divine though. Much less musky, much more dark and sweet and voluptuous, so much that the first time I smelled it I almost cried. I also tried the dentelle de roses and it’s divine. This one, would not recommend unless you fell in love with it on your skin before purchase due to personal taste. The review of Zombie apocalypse is spot on. Flat musk with some sweetness. My bottle hasn't turned amber or anything, and this was still the case.

I'll say wow, I liked La nuit tresor EDP, it's the closest smell to the word aphrodisiac, absolutely feminine and Lancome. That means huge sillage and lasting power. I've recently tried Caresse edition that to my nose was so similar to La vie est belle EDT Florale plus a touch of fruitiness that ends up being way more mature than the original. I don't know. I am sure most of you will agree with me but I wish Lancome was a bit more creative. I won't stand another edition of La vie est belle or La nuit tresor but you never know. Looking forward to test and renew my review as although La nuit tresor is a masterpiece-unique, it doesn't give me that something, that click that others do. Though, I want to have a Lancome-edition of La nuit tresor EDP in my collection for any case and I wish this could be original's EDT version, slightly lighter but close to it's mother would be fantastic.

La Nuit Tresor L’Eau de Toilette is all about blackberry, later caressed by syrupy raspberry; some lychee and black currant also are in the play. It is rich and sweet, almost fruity fudge like scent. First hours some white musk and patchouli pierces through - overall clean, balanced and known from other luxe perfume offerings. Not bad by any means. Vanilla note is a player on its own - almost hazy coumarin nuance, slightly smoky and spicy, never giving a sugary icing vibe as it does not merge with those sweet fruits and berries. That exquisite vanilla seems typical to La Nuit Tresor perfumes, however it is gone after four or five hours and then the scent lingers linear and not perfumey enough for my liking. Overall performance is up to twelve hours with more than a moderate sillage. It doesn’t seem to have time of day, weather or age limits, but is traditionally feminine perfume.

I love this perfume. I first bought the edp and love it, very strong and dense. I think I blind bought the edt, and omg it’s so fruity and sweet, yet light but lasts a very long time on the skin even with one squirt. This is the only perfume I own as a edt, which must say something as I generally find them a bit weak or watery. Unlike a lot of fruity perfumes this doesn’t fade away in 30 minutes..... it stays lovely and vibrant!! Reminds me of fruits of the forest, not sickly or sharp at all. I like to wear this during the daytime and the edp at night time and have 100ml of both as they’re so nice! I sprayed this on about 11am and could still smell it in the evening and that was one spray. I don’t know why but a lot of the online shops don’t seem to have the edt.... Only the edp! I don’t know if it’s being discontinued?

This perfume is sweet but not pungently sweet like the ones that might offend your senses and those of everyone else near you. I was actually pleasently surprised by it because the EDP version is stronger, sweeter and more rounded, more suitable for night use and winter. The EDT on the other hand is lighter without compromising its longevity and sillage is also impressive, I can smell it from my wrist without having to dive my nose in it. The fragrance itself is romantic, womanly, dreamy, a little treasure as the name suggests. Besides is very versatile and it can be worn by all ages at pretty much every occasion. And is also very well blended giving us the chance to experience hints of fruits, vanilla, rose. The package is also stunning. I love the bottle and is very well thought for a perfume like this.

i received this in the mail and tested it this morning after letting it sit a few days post-journey. i haven’t smelled the OG, but i do have and wear A La Folie. compared to a la folie, which smells like a slightly spicy red velvet cupcake with vanilla buttercream icing to me, l’eau just smells like the icing so far. i’m getting none of the fruity florals. just creamy sweet vanilla and a little patchouli. that’s it. i may update if this changes, but so far my impression is that 1) it’s not at all what i expected but 2) i do like it... 3) it just smells exactly like many other vanilla-forward bottles in my collection. edit: i’m back 2 months later. i’m obsessed with this stuff. it’s slightly more mature than other loves in my collection but it doesn’t bother me. this is such a dreamy vanilla!

this is a favorite in the tresor line :) and for an eau de toilette its pretty long lasting :) i find this version fun , flirty, girly, & romantic - i see a young girl spritzing this on to go out clubbing or hang with the girls at night :) and no worries good for any age lol its user friendly & easy to wear around close quarters or large crowds - it is not offensive nice & light & pretty :) and the description of sweet fruity floral i would say is accurate but on me more on the sweet floral side :)

So nice to have the EDT. Just the right strength for spring days here in Scotland. The berries, in the beginning, are delicious and smell like warm blackberries in August along a country road. It smelled very much like La Nuit Tresor a la Foille EDP as it dried down, but a lighter version. No caramel or praline in this one but the tonka beans and vanilla make it creamy smooth. If you have found the other LNT too strong, or too spicy, this is a lovely alternative.

It opens tangy and sour. The Cassis and blackberry come along to sweeten it up. Its a raspberry/lichi/rose accord thats been quite popular with fruity roses. The LOV keeps this from really veering into cloying territory. Vanilla adds sweetness, patchouli maybe a green aspect but provides depth and white musk to keep it girly and light. Definately a 20 something perfume. Its a safe to wear anyplace scent crowd pleaser. It reminded me of Dior Rouge Trafalgar

Very fruity, but not fresh fruit. This is dark fruit, dense and saturated, and it immediately reads noir. Everything about it feels shadowed, heavy, and syrupy. It reminds me of the black-currant wine my grandfather used to make: thick, blood-dark, extremely sweet, concentrated to the point of weight. Fruit extract drenched in sugar. The berry-heavy pyramid makes complete sense in this context. Noir, noir, noir - through and through.

I have both the EDP and the EDT. The EDT reminds me of Rush by Victoria's secret, even thou the notes are not even close. It is a ''pretty'' scent, fruity and... cute, I can't find anything special about it, smells like many other perfumes and body sprays, doesnt last on me for more than 1 hour. Bought it on sale from the lancome website for half the price, so I'm not that mad about it, nice fragrance for summer/spring.

As man this is what I would want my significant other to smell like. It's the L'Eau version but it doesn't feel light and summery. It feels like like it can be worn all year round. I'd buy a bottle of this to smell it. What a gorgeous fragrance with a berry and vanilla smell. Definitely not a must try but a must have. I really need to smell the original version now

I accidently bought this one instead od the edp version. I find it really sweet. It smells a lot like berries. On the skin it has a moderate longevity, but I'm impressed with the longevity on clothes. It really stays for days. I think I generally prefer the EDP one, but I'll use up my 100ml bottle of this.

I absolutely loved this fragrance but sadly for me ive must of gotten an old batch, 4 months after purchase the liquid changed color and soon after i started reacting towards it. I realised it had gone bad and it crushed it for me. Not the perfume's fault. Amazing smell and suits a brunette perfectly-

Tried this again to see if the patch still gives me headaches. Luckily, I wore it the whole evening without even the faintest hint of a headache! However, this turns AXE bodyspray on me. Not even kidding, it's uncanny! Made my inner 13 year old weak in the knees :')

Reviewing 2018 Bottle of La Nuit EDT Even though this is an EDT, it lasts quite a while on skin. Its a fresh take on la nuit, its just a tiny bit lighter than the original. its still syrupy sweet gourmand la nuit dna but a bit lighter and fresher

Musk, raspberry and not strong flavor of litchi. I like litchi, so I was disappointment. The original version is darker and more sexy. This one is too light for me.
