La Nuit Trésor

Let me paint you a little picture for this one. It's a cold afternoon in December and you are getting ready for a night out. You take a long hot bath with your delicious smelling face mask and soak up the relaxing atmosphere. Afterwards you paint your nails a dark colour, while in your black satin and lace bathrobe. It's getting darker and all the Christmas lights give off a warm and cosy vibe. You put on your makeup and do your hair and choose a dress. It's a burgundy coloured satin dress, with a deep neckline and tied together at the waist. As it's a very cold night you put on black opaque tights as well and reach for your black lace up pointy toe high heeled boots. You look in the mirror and think to yourself that you look just the right amount of witchy, sexy and seductive. But. You need to smell accordingly. You look over to your vanity. What would suit tonight and this look well? You need something deep, spicy, a little sweet and mysterious. Something that will shine in cold weather and is big enough to have you stand out in a crowd. But not something loud and brass. Something smooth but bold. You pick up the beautiful diamond shaped bottle and instantly know that nothing else will do tonight. Sweet incense wrapped up in patchouli and praline, with delicious caramel and vanilla lending support on the side. And deep in the heart of it are dark and velvety roses. Sugary roses. You spray it on and feel like the whole ensemble came together. You feel sexy and you are ready to go out and devour the night. You put on your velvety soft faux fur jacket, black leather gloves and and your bag, top up your lip gloss and run out the door. Outside the cold greets you but you are comfortably enveloped in your warm jacket and perfume. It starts to snow and the whole place becomes magical. Golden fairy lights, the smell of roasted almonds, people with their Christmas shopping and distant music. You smile and get smiles back. You feel good. You can't wait to get to the restaurant where you're meeting your girlfriends, to enjoy a dinner by the fireplace that will be filled with laughter, naughty stories and heavenly treats. You take a deep breath and smell the frost in the air mingled with La Nuit Tresor. Perfect, you think to yourself. Just perfect. You step off the curb and walk into the crowd next to the Christmas tree. This will be a good night and you know it. That was my little story. Thanks for reading.

For me, this is a “wow” perfume. I had slept on this for years, partially because although I do own the original Trésor (bought at an extreme discount when a store went out of business), I am not its biggest fan. I was at the Macy’s Lancôme counter and happened to test this perfume, amongst others. Soon after I sprayed it, I smelled the most divine woody note (almost like a cedar plank) amidst the gourmand notes. Although I have a massive perfume collection, I hadn’t smelled such a clear and obvious note like this since my old favorite, Begin by Nikki Taylor, was discontinued. (To be clear, these two scents are quite different, but this obvious wood note is the through line.) I told the lady at the counter that I was very intrigued by the woody note, and she was like, “That one’s not woody.” She told me that Idôle Power was woody, and indeed it was (has sandalwood) but that wasn’t the one I was smelling. She did talk me into buying a discounted holiday set of Idôle Power, but I knew I had to get my hands on La Nuit Trésor somehow. I ended up finding it on FragranceNet with a coupon for much less. When I sprayed my new bottle at home, at first I noticed it smelled a lot like La Vie est Belle L’Extrait, which I also own - just without the iris note. However, as I’ve let it develop, it takes on its own personality as the woody note shines through. I wouldn’t say this is a safe blind buy, but I love it for that reason. It’s a sophisticated yet cozy powerhouse.

There are some moments in life that feel ordinary while you are living them, but as time passes, you look back and realize they were actually some of your best moments. This perfume ended up being exactly like that for me. Last year, I bought it as a blind buy. I thought it was beautiful, but at the time I was still chasing other fragrances and thinking I might find something even better, so I eventually let it go. Over the past month, I found myself thinking about this fragrance constantly. I even tried to fill that sense of longing by smelling La Nuit Tresor Rouge Drama, but it was not quite the same. In the end, I gave in and bought it again. The opening brings a delicious pear supported by red fruits. Rather than standing out individually, the fruits blend together beautifully as part of the composition. As it moves into the heart, a smoky, darker, and incredibly captivating rose starts to shine. The coffee here is not sweet like in Black Opium. Instead, it feels deeper and more intense, staying in the background while supporting the rose and incense. This is a fragrance with a memorable and distinctive character. Performance is impressive as well, with over 10 hours of longevity on clothes and a projection that easily gets noticed. If you enjoy fragrances with personality and a lasting impression, this one is absolutely worth trying. For me, it became one of those scents whose true value I only understood with time.

This is the best perfume I’ve purchased all year. This is the most beastmode designer fragrance I own. I have to wash it off my skin for it to go away and my skin eats up most fragrances. I found it at a discount vendor through Walmart for 1/2 the price after testing it in Macy’s. The sales woman at Macys was like a vulture trying to get me to spend $162 on it, but no Maam I will not pay the ridiculous department store prices no matter how wonderful a scent is. At first spray I knew right away I loved the fragrance. Smelling the dry down 8 HOURS later is what sealed the deal for me and made me purchase. This is a deep, sexy, chocolatey , Smokey, sweet fragrance not for the weak. This is a bit mature but not “granny”. It has the typical lancome fragrance aura about it. This is for the girls who cannot enjoy la vie est belle no matter how much they try to convince themselves they do (me). This is much more up my alley and I’m so glad I got a big bottle. This will be my signature scent for fall and winter and my go to date night fragrance for sure. I’m wearing it on a 70 degree day and it isn’t cloying or suffocating at all. I’d have no problem wearing this any time any season honestly. This is a win for me. Just don’t overspray as you may offend someone that way as it is very strong very quick. 3-4 max. Praises, praises, praises, almost a decade of wearing this as my signature and it still doesn't get old. LNT is an absolutely delicious blend of sweet fruit nectars (on me the litchi, pear, and a couli-like strawberry notes are prominent) with a quiet, powdery pink floral that dries down to a box of cool, chilled overnight caramel praline; to be eaten in a room warmed up by a crackling fireplace. Supposedly it has a dark incense side to it, but I never find that darkness anywhere (only to the degree of the fireplace room earlier, courtesy to the papyrus note) — instead a demure rose (and oddly, lavender-ish?) hugs the entirety of the fruit nectars as they bloom and make way for the praline to melt on the skin. It's very well blended that the transition feels as if it's not there. But there *is* a genuine difference between smelling the perfume fresh from the bottle, and how it lasts after wearing. On skin it smells sweeter, vanillic, and more round, on fabric or paper the edge of the papyrus and patchouli are more noticeable. In hot weather it blooms faster and fruitier, in cold weather it becomes more mellow and lovely. It also lasts for ages despite heavy activities and the smell lingers for days on your clothes. Plus point on the theatrics of the diamond-shaped bottle (per my husband's comment), it just looks gorgeous being put on the nightstand.

Best blind buy ever! Gourmand and sweet but not remotely cloying. Sultry and dark without any dirty earthy patchouli notes. Pretty yet still sexy and intense. Unique but not weird or off-putting. Everything is perfectly balanced. A rich dark gourmand fragrance primarily with a hint of exotic smoky incense floating in the background. This just may be my favorite perfume of all time! For purposes of comparison I have La Vie Est Belle on one wrist and La Nuit Tresor on the other and can guarantee you these two smell nothing alike. On one side, La Vie Est Belle is screechingly loud, demanding attention, while La Nuit Tresor is soft and sultry, whispering to come closer, wink. This one is pure sexiness bottled. I want to always smell like this. ETA: This perfume is supposed to be an aphrodisiac and according to my fiancé, it's definitely working! He is a fragrance SNOB especially when it comes to sillage and longevity and he says La Nuit Tresor surpasses his strictest standards in that department. He has told me I smell amazing about 1000 times since I came home wearing this. He says he can smell me from across the room in the best way, and he wants me to add in my review that this perfume is so potent that he can smell it on himself after snuggling with me and he feels like he can smell me on him and he loves it! Signature fragrance found!

I've been putting off writing a review for this one because there aren't enough words to describe just how beautiful this scent is. I had gotten a sample in a swap and as soon as i inhaled that first whiff, I was in love. I was instantly addicted and went on a witch hunt for a bottle and one of my favorite people here swapped me her bottle. :) 2 months ago I got the 1.7 oz from her and it was full. I'm already down to just 1/3 of a bottle and there is only that much left because I've been trying my hardest not to use it until I have another bottle! :) Anyway, let's talk about this scent. It will hypnotize and seduce you, lure you in. Once you've smelled la nuit tresor there is no going back. If you aren't wearing la nuit then you are thinking about it. It's as addictive as any narcotic. It is sweet but this is not just "another sweet scent." I detected raspberry but saw it isn't listed here, however, if you go to Lancome's website raspberry is listed as one of the key notes, along with frankincense, which is what plays a part in making la nuit different from every other fruitchuli. This is incredibly sweet but the frankincense takes this from being a sweet fruit bomb (which I have no issues with!) To being a sultry, seductive goddess that deserves to be put on a pedestal. Be prepared to fall madly in love with la nuit!

delightful!! i have a version made before the reformulation and bought a larger bottle made in 2023; i will say, the INITIAL smell is different, but after 40 minutes they are pretty much identical. the older version smells... initially more sweeter in the caramel-praline way, but also like bananas after a while, weirdly...? as in, REALLY like banana candy. someone else has mentioned it but it seems to be a bit of a rare comment, but it is overwhelmingly banana around the 5-15 minute mark. newer version smells smokier, sweeter but in the fruity way rather than caramel, i do love the rose lychee scent to it that i think is more clear here. i think this one dries down faster though and goes to the smoky incense praline stage faster (idk if this makes sense, i am trying!) drydown... is gorgeous! i love it! this is my favourite perfume, both formulations are fine and i don't really think one is better than the other. smoky sweet, it reminds me a bit of suanmeitang (chinese smoked plum drink) which i really love. i don't know if i agree with the "this fragrance makes you seem sooo seductive", i think it's just a nice all-rounder if you love lychee and caramel (like i do!).

This scent sparked my first love for perfume. In my teen years, I remember sitting in an outdoor cafe in the heat of the Grecian summer. I had been visiting my family there for several weeks, and had managed up until that point to cope with the difficulties of not speaking the same language as most of my family members. I chatted casually with my father under the thin awning, not really to talk but to pass the time while the others at the table caught up on years of stories. Our waitress strolled by, wafting with her the most intoxicating scent. My conversation with my father stopped abruptly. We could only look at each other with open-mouthed amazement. She. Smelled. SO GOOD!! Cue ten minutes of us begging the rest of our family to ask her in Greek which perfume she was wearing. This is the only time in my life I have asked a stranger their perfume. She was wearing La Nuit Tresor. Still to this day I wear it and remember that summer afternoon. Also this is the only perfume I've worn and gotten fun comments from acquaintances like smelling delicious, yummy, and my favorite, "Someone in this room smells EXPENSIVE!"

This is so Black Phantom by Killian coded. Praline and incense (smoke scent to be more accurate) is very prominent once fragrance dries out, roughly after few hours. I do get a slight coffee scent too, just like black phantom, but it’s not “important” here. When it comes to beginning , once it sprayed, it is very seductive , female-fatale scent. I do get rose, pear, vanilla and patchouli the most. The “later” part I described already, which is the most culminating in my opinion. It is comforting in some way, confidence booster for sure. Never smelled the original version so I can’t speak up about its difference; my bottle is a TESTER BOX, which was not for sale originally, and this fragrance LASTS (just like black phantom). Perfection for winter and autumn seasons. Date night or generally night activities-yes. For black cats suitable anytime, always:). If you already own Black Phantom I would not suggest to get this one, as they are very similar. If you don’t have BP- 10/10 recommend to purchase, as it’s much more affordable alternative with extra feminine notes in it.

Sweet sweet raspberry sugary dream with a depth to it. There’s a ton of fruit notes but not a raspberry one but for me i smell raspberry. There’s other fruits and praline and other gourmand notes make it sweet and not sour or tart despite the Passionfruit notes. And the licorice and incense in the base give it that gorgeous depth without smelling like licorice sticks candy and smoke. It just smells sweet fruity deep and rich. Don’t let the rose or patchouli notes scare you if you don’t like them typically. They are so well balanced with everything else in this fragrance that keeps it from smelling too mature, even though this is a mature sophisticated scent! Perfect for the fall! Deep sultry sweet candy jammy rose that can be pulled off during the day but in the autumn and winter months mainly. I almost decluttered this when I wasn’t reaching for it at all during the summer months. But then October came back around and I’m sooo glad I kept it! She’s a gem! You have to be in the mood for this one but when you are, it hits the spot!

I just blind bought this. I’ve been trying to get a hold of it for a while now and it’s a little tough to find on the grey market. I was able to pick it up on a second hand site and I probably overpaid for it. Oh well! First spray I thought maybe my bottle was off, it was a bit sharp in the tartness and I personally don’t find it to be gourmand as others are describing it! However, the sweetness comes in and the combination of base notes makes this stunning for fall and winter! I think it’s pretty unisex leaning feminine. I’ll have to look up my batch code to see which version I have. This is a very warm and sensual scent I’m looking forward to wearing this season! Really pretty! Edit- I looked up the batch code and production date is 11/2015! So this is the original formulation! I have La Rive’s Taste of kiss, which is much sweeter so is maybe closer to the new formulation 🤷♀️ This one seems darker and spicier and slightly smoky, however the dry downs are pretty darn similar if you’re looking for a cheaper alternative

This is my signature scent and this may sound weird but honestly i dont like it very much...... The opening is very heavy and smells like a grandma's house with old, dusty, furniture, burning incense and some brandy flavor chocolate candy that she keeps on offering you even tho they are disgusting and probably expired..... The dry down is a bit more pleasant, you can smell some pralines and maybe a tonka bean. I do no get any fruity notes from this scent whatsoever. However with that being said for some reason people LOVE this perfume on me. I had a women chasing me down the street, all my friends give me compliments whenever im wearing it ...i guess it just works very well with my body chemistry. After couple hours this perfume smells mostly like chocolate and vanilla which im not mad about. Having this love hate relationship with this perfume i have to say its NOT for everyone and it may smell too mature and heavy for some, however it is a very complex, unique and mysterious scent and it can even be quite comforting.

This is certainly a contender for one of my top fragrances I own out of about 200, it's more beautiful than I was hoping for. Put off buying it bc of the price tag for so long, and after finally biting the bullet during Lancomes last sale, it was worth every penny for a 100ml bottle. The performance is insanely good, great projection, and lasts for a good 6-8 hours for me, can still smell it the next morning if I wear it at night. The fragrance itself is so gorgeous, starts out with a burst of tart fruitiness (assume litchi), and a bright rose. It progressively dries down to become a very "night-time" scent, the incense and caramel/praline combo is amazing. The rose turns a little ashy but overall remains the center and sits atop the deep sweetness in the base, would absolutely recommend for winter and fall, but definitely not for hotter weather or daytime. This fragrance is vampy, powerful, seductive, and extremely cvnt, so if you don't want people to notice you, skip it.

I think this is a really beautiful, classy, feminine fragrance. It smells like someone who probably frequents the opera. To me, it's got a 'rich woman' vibe. That being said, I would wear this scent anywhere, at any time because I like it so much. The opening is definitely fruity and to me, it's leaning toward the citrus-y side of the fruit notes. I'm not a huge fan of rose-centric scents but this one is perfectly balanced and the vanilla, praline, and caramel come through to please the gourmand-lovers (I am one). I'm not getting much in the way of the coffee note (which is why I chose to get a sample of this) but it's still lovely. I'm pretty sure I don't smell incense either. This is mostly rose and vanilla, to me with hints of other things added in for depth. And I love it. Doesn't last as long as I'd like (I'd like it to last 24 hours tbh) but still pretty good mileage. Projection is quite strong. May very well get a FB of this.

Darker, more mysterious than the fruitier 2019 version, it captures old-Hollywood glamour with a mysterious, addictive pull. A beast at 10+ hours with powerful sillage, it's perfect for nights craving passion and depth — the true "night treasure" that lingers like a spell.

This perfume is compliments galore. This used to be my signature scent about 4-5 years ago and I've put it aside in favor of florals and light, ethereal perfumes, but I'm coming back to this one. EVERY time I wear this I get compliments. From friends, family, and even strangers, which is rare for me. I literally don't think there's been a single time I've worn this where someone hasn't commented on how good I smell. That said, this perfume has a 2 spray maximum for me. 1 spray if I'm going to be in an enclosed space, and 2 sprays if I'll be out and about. It's that strong. I mostly get a hefty dose of strawberry and praline right off the bat, with the litchi hanging out in the background, always there but never overpowering. I don't really smell any of the top notes listed here. As this wears I get a bit more incense and caramel. This is the perfume I reach for on second dates when I want to be HOT. This will turn heads.

I will begin this review with an apology because english isn't my first language and I am so sorry if through out this thing I am writting I made any type of mistake!! I love this parfume, I absolutely adore it! I remember when I first smelled it for the first time I was in Sephora. I had some money I got as a present from my parents for ending 9th grade. Okay, tbh I didn't smell this exact version, I smelled the one that had a velvet purple bow, but when I wanted to try the one I am talking about now, a woman came to me and started recommending me other stuff from their store so I just forgot to even smell it!! But, after 3 weeks of contemplating, I blind buyed it. And it was love at first sight, and also love at first smell... Sweet, mysterious and feminine.... This is what I was smelling. Heaven itself. So if you like gourmand parfumes, this is just the best choice really. So, give it a try!!!

La Nuit Trésor is a warm, dark, and mysterious fragrance on my skin. I mainly smell bourbon-like sweetness, a hint of licorice, and smooth vanilla coming together in a very sensual way. It feels rich and slightly intoxicating, like a sweet but grown-up blend rather than something light or playful. There’s a depth to it that makes it feel elegant and a bit seductive, almost like a “night fragrance” meant for someone more mature and confident. The licorice note adds a subtle twist that makes it stand out, while the vanilla keeps it smooth and comforting. The bourbon-like warmth ties everything together and gives it a cozy but mysterious character. It also lasts a long time on the skin, which adds to its luxurious and lingering feel. Overall, it’s a dark, elegant, and seductive fragrance that feels best suited for evenings and a more mature style. It was a blindbuy and I'd rate it 8/10.

This stuff is straight 🔥. Sooooo hot...YUM. Sexy, rich, and not immature at all like typical gourmands. Darker, straight up “sex juice”. I wear typically in evening only while out with friends or on a date with my husband. This is the page for the older formula (pre 2019). So if u have a batch code that dates 2019 or later, you’re not smelling this particular formula. I have both and while I love both of them, the pre 2019 is way better. A trained nose could smell the difference. This stuff is a man eater. They go nuts for it just fyi. I’ve lost count on the compliments I’ve received on this one! It’s been my favorite since I first smelled it. Definitely not divorced, nor do I have fake boobs (what?? 🤪) like comment below indicates I might. Odd to claim this is cloying while at the same time owning khamrah and eclair. Scent is quite subjective, huh? Always interesting to me.

My mom bought a bottle of this just 5 days ago but it's not performing as expected. Despite the weather being very much hot and humid, we found that it doesn't last for long (2-3 hours max) and basically no sillage at all. I also sprayed it on myself just to try it and I couldn't even get the opening notes (I don't use this fragrance at all, only smelled it on my mom a few times), it was like spraying water on my skin. This is really upsetting, be careful everyone. Update: I take back everything I said. It’s the middle of winter, and I can say with confidence that for a designer fragrance, this is an absolute beast. Wherever you go, this girl will trail after you all day long. I am absolutely in love with the fruity florals in the opening, it’s unlike anything. Not as gourmand as described, but that doesn’t matter whatsoever. I love it!!!

This perfume is STRONG. Biggest mistake I made first wearing it was spraying multiple times (cuz i’m used to weak ass fragrances). I felt like I was suffocating everyone I came across (but hey, I will NEVER complain about a strong perfume). Just be wary. That aside, La Nuit Tresor is one of my few love at first sniffs. It’s impossible to dislike (albeit in moderation)—sweet, gourmand, complex, smokey but not overly smokey. Perfect for cold nights and nights out. This is a perfect party/club/bar perfume. I wouldn’t call it particularly elegant or sophisticated, it definitely errs on the side of playfulness and flirtation. It’s fruity and syrupy, but also smokey and warm. It’s well balanced. Just to offer more perspective, COULD be seen as overly sugary/artificial smelling; but that can be avoided by using it specifically in cold weather.

Sensual seduction. The main notes I get are a very prominent sweet lychee, dark berries and bright strawberry but all that sweetness is tamed by a dark, gothic rose so there is a hint of tartness and I also pick up on prominent pepper, although not listed. It punctuates and pierces through the sweetness balancing it out. Incense, a smokiness and also a balsamic note round out this incredible scent. All this stays the whole journey from the opening to dry down. This scent is dark, seductive, mysterious and warm. It is fruit done in a captivating, serious and sensual way, this is usually hard to do with fruit. Perfect for day or Winter nights. Projection and longevity are excellent. The bottle is this scent. I imagine a dark masquerade ball, wearing a black lace eye mask, where things may or may not get freaky. 🖤♥️🔥😉🥀🪭🫦

Ah the original La Nuit Tresor, love of my life. Know that the one on the market is NOT this one -- it is La Nuit Tresor 2019, which has its own page and I see some reviews commenting on that one while on this page. The 2019 formulation is a more mass appealing, sweet gourmand. It's missing the smokey warmth that the original 2015 has with the notes of incense, coffee, and licorice. It isn't as fruity as 2019, and especially not in the drydown. It's darker are far more lovely. It is still a powerhouse though, one spray is more than enough to last for 8+ hours on the skin (and a full year if judging by those Christmas sweaters that only get worn once a year). If anyone is selling the original 2015 I'd gladly buy it -- I honestly don't know how I'm going to live without it once my bottle is gone 💕

Testing it on paper, it felt a bit off and actually made me nauseous, but on my skin, it was so intriguing and smelled clearer and dark sweet. I love fragrances that have contrast but still can remain wearable and commercial, and this fits right in! a date night perfume. It is very sweet, but not in a gourmand/edible way. It has a dark element that cuts through the sweetness, giving it a mysterious, femme fatale vibe. Personally, it brings to mind a sexy ritual or sweet communion wine, but that’s just my subjective take. It starts off less sweet, with a darkness that cuts through the sugar. After a while, the base stays sweet. which is rare, since most fragrances do the exact opposite and lose their sweetness in the dry down. ~mainstream gothic, dark rose syrup and sweet communion incense wine~

I have a bottle from 2018 and boiiiii is she sexy! May I say even say... ...sex in a bottle? The opening is very sweet and fruity! But grown up. It's quite mouth-watering! The florals then take stage and it grabs ahold of the praline and caramel & brings that along! Magic is happening! This unfurls into an incredibly seductive night out on the town scent. The coffee and incense are what I mostly get on the dry down, but also something a little earthy, raw, and edgy. Someone mentioned witchy vibes and yes, this, this is a sexy exotic witchcraft! It has so many layers and facets to it. Sweet. Sultry. Floral. Exotic. Edible. Raw. Earthy. What is going on here? I don't know but I am here for it.

I own both the 2016 and 2019 version before it was reformulated. I think this perfume gets better with age because the 2016 one seems to have this alluring richness to it. Top notes are fruity of juicy pear, passion fruit and cream strawberry which blends into a praline, caramel with an amber sensuality surrounding it. The beauty of this perfume is when it transitions out from the top notes, it still carries it along so there isn't an evident quick overall transition as some perfumes can do. Saying that, I understand for the undiscerning nose, this may initially strike out as a young girl's teen fragrance but it's the dark, maturity, amberness that it evolves into.

my bottle is from 2017. it's fantastic. blast of citrus in the opening, acidic sweet and fruity strawberry that makes me think of candy kisses lip gloss, lots of licorice and a subtle patchouli. reminiscent of angel with patch dialed back. the "new" 2019 version shocked me when i smelled it in the store. it smells sterile yet somehow overdosed on patch at the same time. ok not great. sorry to say it but older is my preference by a longshot. i have to wonder why it changed so drastically. (LVEB smells good as ever though. That one changes for the better with time, but i think that's a result of vanilla aging, not a reformulation or bad batches)

A very sweet caramel fragrance. It has the kind of scent that is likely to earn you compliments. Lancôme is currently one of my favorite perfume houses. The bottle is elegant and beautiful. It could easily be one of the first fragrances to add if you're starting a perfume collection. It's suitable for the office, and the longevity is quite good as well. It won't feel overwhelming in the summer, but I think it truly shines during spring and autumn. The opening is like sleeping in and waking up to belgian waffles, syrup and coffee. It's sweet, decadent, and delicious. The caramel and vanilla are distinctly identifiable. The praline and litchi are supporting and accenting. The fruits, florals and coffee are all blended so well I can't pick them out specifically but it's not a caramel-vanilla linear scent so all are playing their part. La Nuit Tresor is a gourmand for gourmand lovers. It aims to turn you into a gourmand lover if you aren't one already. You have to give it a try to really understand how lovely this fragrance is. It's just gorgeous.

Literally my new favourite scent it smells absolutely divine and this is coming from someone with pretty picky taste. It’s a woody , floral gourmand scent that is totally enchanting, it’s sexy but also really feminine and sweet at the same time. It feels like you’re on a date with the your soulmate under the Eiffel Tower when it’s sparkling at night eating decadent chocolate and sipping on champagne. This is an easy blind buy for anyone who is looking for a new scent.

I genuinely don't understand why nobody talks about this gorgeous scent. I had to stop a stranger in the metro to ask what she's wearing and she showed a diamond shaped bottle. This is the most beautiful pear I've ever smelled. Such a unique scent: it's sweet but patchouli balances it out. I usually don't like patchouli note but here it doesn't sink as it usually does on me, it fulfils the composition and brings the silage. I finally found my signature scent. 10/10

Has this perfume been reformulated? I recently got a new bottle after 2 years and it’s different. The smell has completely changed it’s no longer a very sweet, syrupy fruity smell but an alcoholic expired fruit smell. Doesn’t last nearly as long as well my old bottle lasted so long on me this barely lasts 3 hours. I’m so disappointed this was literally my favourite perfume I loved it so much and said I’ll always repurchase it but I don’t know anymore. Like why.

I think this one might be my new favorite perfume. Starts with sweet caramel scent and as the time passes it becomes more mature and dark. I do not smell coffee which I was really looking forward to but vanilla is strong which works for me. It is very long lasting so don't overdo it. I got it today and I can't stop smelling my wrist. It is rainy day so it's perfect for this atmosphere. Let's wait and see how it behaves on a sunny day. I have a good feeling.

PSA: It's being discontinued, Lancome US has it 30% off on their site right now so you can get it for a very good price ($80/100ml) I am sad that other people don't like this as much as I do. To me this is a deep, incensey, sexy, not too sweet rose gourmand. It's so well blended I can't pick out too many other notes. I found out it's been d/c in America so I purchased 2 backups. It's got monster performance unlike modern designer fragrances.

You know what's sexy? THIS PERFUME!! It makes me feel like Zoe Kravitz' Cat Woman! Like a mix of 90's Monica Bellucci and Angelina Jolie; I just feel like wearing a seductive black dress red lipstick and red nail polish, the attitude comes with the fragrance, this is defo a date night perfume or for when you are hanging out with your equally gorgeous friends. Smells like sexy milk chocolate wrapped in black silk! Love it!

@Célia Pais, I think you're right. This one was discontinued in 2019. The L'eau de Parfum is the modernized version. So here on Fragrantica, the one available in stores now is the "La Nuit Trésor 2019". Lancome said they changed the original and won't be changing it back, because of changing market trends towards lighter scents, regulatory limits and cost management. I'll try to hunt down a bottle of the old formulation.

Ahhh fucking love thiss. Its my signature scent. when i first smell this in a store i found it to heavy (not in a headache way) so it kinda bothers me first but then i tried a lot of different scents and this start to smell heavenly so i bought it. i sprayed just two times on my blouse and it was even smelling the other day. and babes do yourself's a favor and layer this with cheirosa 40 THEY ARE MAGNIFICENT TOGETHER.

This smells gorgeous to me. It opens up fresh and fruity and then settles into beautiful and sensual sweet patchouli and incense-y caramel and praline and a little touch of coffee. I usually can't stand patchouli, but it's so beautiful here and adds depth to the scent. It smells very sweet and syrupy, but in a mature and sophisticated way. This is a perfume for gorgeous brunettes who embody sensuality and class.

It's a very sweet scent but not sickening, very long lasting and powerful though. I smell sweet strawberry jam in the beginning, then a strong vanilla orchid which is the star of the show mixed with something chocolatey sweet (maybe praline or maybe caramel or both), patchouli adds some presence. I don't get any incense or coffee. Overall a very well blended beautiful scent with an oriental twist.

I love this. For me, it’s an easy choice. Lots of rose, vanilla and caramel, with a smoky element to it. It doesn’t last a very long time on me but I don’t mind a respray. On me, it’s a moderate performance and sillage. Restrained but present. The only thing is that it’s not an easy bottle to carry around - otherwise, I’d have rattled through a bottle much more quickly than I have.

I’m editing my review because I really have grown to like this one a lot. Initially I wasn’t sure how I felt about it because it’s so unlike my usual preferences. It is dark and sweet with a kiss of vanilla nested within this beautiful presence of smokiness. Honestly, it’s complete sexiness in a bottle. It’s also very moody, which is why I don’t always want to wear it.

What can i say? Its sexy, dominant, black leather, red lips and high heels. This is a powerfull perfume. Its seductive and very femenine. I will use it at night to dance or something fun but spesial ocassion. It is perfect for winter and fall... you will feel a cozy, warm hug with this perfume. Even going naked and just only using this perfume will make you feel warm.

I have both the original and the new reformulation. The original is a bit heavier on the coffee note, meanwhile the new one is tiny bit fruitier. But at the end of the day I couldn’t tell them apart if I sprayed each on one hand and waited an hour. It’s like two slightly different routes to a same place. They start a little different but end up the same. I love both.

cosy & comforting. very much a home scent. on my skin i get a lot of the incense and tangerine, with vanilla and caramel like a current underneath. i can't pick out the coffee from the other notes but i can definitely tell it's there. it's strong and long-lasting but definitely very warm-feeling, and almost never overpowering (unless u spray way too much of it).

Why did I forget about this beauty...This is such a beautiful, sexy and sensual perfume. Perfect for a signature scent. Bottle is absolutely stunning as well. More of a date night, fall and winter perfume. I remember it used to be more smoky, but new releases are still amazing. I definitely need to get a back up of this wonderful juice. Decent lasting power.

LNT is beautiful. It is a dark, deep rose, with bursts of juicy fruit, I pick up mainly on the passionfruit and litchi. I surprisingly love the bit of earthiness here with incense and patchouli. It keeps it from going too juvenile. It's a night time fragrance imo. I like this a lot and if there's a good deal I would love to add this one to my collection.

Absolutely gorgeous. I'm totally besotted with this one. I bought a 5ml decant based on reviews that favoured what I like and this completely lived up to what I hoped for. I was concerned with the rose element as I'm not a very rosey person but damn... this perfume has me in chokehold and I'm already on to a 100ml bottle. Its a seductive dark fems dream.

This is just so good. Haven’t worn it in a while but this is delicious. Juicy, fruity, caramel, sexy, sweet, seductive and sophisticated! I absolutely love it!
