La Vie est Belle L'Eau de Parfum Blanche

Oh yum! Sugar sweet goodness! If you have a sweet tooth you'll love this! I get a candied bergamot in the opening, like a lime wedge dipped in sugar, but it also has a softness to it I believe from the iris. It's sweet and tart but also, so soft. The pepper is there but it's not harsh and in your face...it's very distant. I think they put it there to cut the sweetness a little. The white florals are subtle (neroli, jasmine, orange blossom) this is not a bright white loud floral, they're soft, delicate, pretty... feminine...but then after an hour or more I get the almost edible sweet finish...it must be the "sweet notes." Imagine a grown up, elegant, cotton candy. This is perfect in the winter! Gobble you up delicious! Picture This: You're holding a bouquet of white flowers, eating a lime dipped in sugar, while standing next to a cotton candy making machine (smelling the warm sweet sugar.) It's A LOT going on! But it's GOOD! It makes my nose tingle with zesty happiness!

Thus, L'Eau de Parfum Blanche could fully be the best La Vie Est Belle edition according to my taste, and the second bottle in my wardrobe (the first one is L'Éclat L'Eau de Toilette). This perfume is as soft as a freshly fallen snowflake and has a delicate trail, like a layer of delicious jam on a dry crumbly biscuit, only far more alluring. But I do not really think it is a gourmand. Is a shy pale skinned direct descendant of "La Vie Est Belle" blushing on his cheeks meeting our gaze. I love how 'Blanche' evolves towards drydown, when base notes mineralize a bit diluting and ruffle all the sweetness. Luckily that awesome cloud-like effect remains unchanged, and musky tone is pretty mild. This perfume is angelic and dreamy. The snowfall on the bottle hides the inside liquid at first glance. I feel I can definitely recommend this perfume even to everyone who have never approached confidentially to the others of the line.

Recently did a review of this on my YouTube "Rotten Rebel". This is a fantastic musky and powdery sweet floral and definitely one of the best in the la vie est belle collection. If you love la vie est belle and want a version of it with a focus on white florals together with a musky powdery sweetness.. Then go for this one. This is a perfume that I think people who usually love sweet and powdery florals will enjoy. I think it's a fantastic women's fragrance.

Lancôme bring this beautiful perfume back! I would buy ten bottles! It’s beautiful, you make them then tease people, with it then discontinue them 😞 very sad

This is an absolutely gorgeous perfume, by far the nicest in the range. Such a shame that it is a Limited Edition

On my skin it's so much more aromatic than musky that my boyfriend said I smell like a fairy out of the forest. Not sure where he got that from but I'll take that as a compliment😌 This is my first la vie est belle and I can't wait to try out other flankers!

The bottle is extremely pretty in real life. Stunning. Being brief, this is regular LVEB with a cosmetic iris heart and a huge load of white musk. Way quiet compared to the og but sillage and longevity are good. I think this is a fall fragrance, gives me comfy vibes.

.... I'm very disappointed 😞 it smells nothing like the notes. It's very woody, dry and the musk is not fresh at all it's animalic. I smell pepper, neroli, patchouli and ambrette. There is no sweetness on me. I tested it on paper and on my skin, it's a bit more musky on paper. I understand the comparison with the absolu de parfum at the beginning, like a blast of the drydown of the absolu. If you like gourmand don't blind buy it because it's not. However the bottle is very pretty

For me, one of the most beautiful designer fragrance in 2021 was La Vie Est Belle L'Eau de Parfum Blanche. How is the scent ? Soft, powdery pink cotton candy floats up. A sugary, candied, crisp bergamot. Sweet, sugary, but also aromatic. The pink pepper is a subtle addition here. I like it very much when it is dosed sparingly. For me, an overdose has already made scent intolerable. The orange blossom dominates the heart note. I find jasmine rather quiet and subtle. The powdery iris is candied here as if with crunchy sugar and dusted again with glittering powdered sugar. It lies sweetly and gently on a soft, cuddly powdery vanilla musk bed. It is positive to note that with Blanche the sweetness is not rammed into your nostril with a running run, but is always cuddled by the powdery iris. The soft vanilla musk envelops the sweet notes and makes the whole thing more cozy. Extra points for this wonderful scent course. For 8 hours, the sweet fragrances float around the wearer with alternating intensity like glittering snowflakes. All fragrance notes are wonderfully balanced. The scent seems bright and happy to me. The scent goes perfectly with winter. A wonderful mood-enhancer and joy-giver like a walk in a white snowy landscape on a sunny winter's day.

It might be just me but seems like for every La Nuit Tresor, Lancome launches its La Vie Est Belle counterpart and vice versa. We have coconut-centered flankers, we have raspberries, and now there's also musk. Not that I'm complaining, LVEB Blanche is by far my favourite of the recently released editions. It's easy to tell it belongs to the famous family, what I get here is a softened, toned down base of the LVEB l'Absolu and naturally musk. The final effect is a sweet, oriental gourmand with a soft, silky finish, not overwhelming but strong enough to get noticed. It's not right in your face, not obviously edible, instead it's like a mild version of LVEB l'Absolu sprinkled with fine, sugary powder and enveloped in creamy, warm coziness. Such a shame they made it a limited edition, I'm going to be getting some back up, not just for the scent itself but also for the cute bottle.

I just got it and my first sniff wasn’t really a “love at first sniff” I found it good overall and fancy but didn’t convince me at first... then it turned to a beautiful fragrance that stole my heart completely, sweet ,elegant, addictive. I’m so happy that I got it, it was a blind buy for me and I hate the OG LVEB, but I had a hunch about this one and I wasn’t wrong. So I’ve been testing it and projects strong to moderate only the first 3 hours, after it’s moderate and it has great fixation on my skin, on paper it doesn’t change so much to this sweet fragrance it stays very musky patchouli, but on the skin it’s sweeter and the patchouli it’s softer and very pleasant. It is musky but it’s not like Narciso’s musky line ,(I like it very much NR fragrances) those are more cream musky than this one imo. And this it’s more like clean sophisticated and again sweet musk.

Received my bottle from France today. The bottle is simply GORGEOUS! I have all flankers from La Vie est Belle (which I love) and all Tresor flankers. Definitely LVEB DNA: La Vie est Belle EDP Blanche opens sweet (but less sweet that the original LVEB), with a Cristal Soleil/Tresor Nude kind of vibe. Basically, I would say it's in between LVEB and Cristal Soleil. It is very nice, inoffensive, rather light and slightly sweet. --> Absolutely NO COMPARISON with La Vie est Belle l'Absolu which is my favorite: rich, deep and strong. Honest opinion from a Lancome lover: Poor longevity (20 mn max) and poor projection too. I will keep it and wear it, but I am a bit disappointed. Nothing new or outstanding here...still very nice since I love LVEB!

Disappointed by this. An earthy mossy woody musk that vaguely resembles to the LVEB sweeteness after a some time. Bottle is pretty though

La vie est belle DNA with sweetness , candy sweetness. ill have to try it on my chest neck and go out with it

Where are you all buying your perfume please? Not even Lancôme site (at least in the U.S.) has it on there.
