I love heavy,sweet perfumes,sillage monsters and I'm a lancome girl.I adore this brand so imagine how sad I was because of not being able to love lancome la vie est Belle edp,one of the most popular and famous lancomes all through world I think fruit notes ruin it for me.or maybe it's patchouli which I find a tad dirty and combination of this heavy patchouli,praline and sharp fruity notes bothers me,I don't have it but while I used it's sample,I received couple of negative comments.my husband said it's too much and my mom said your perfume makes me choke Finding intense version was a pleasure.it's among my most favorite perfumes and I see it as a far cousin of original.there is a similar gene but there's also lots of differences.you may love the intense version whether you love the edp or hate it But edt has a different story.I tried edt by mistake.actually I was looking for florale version.when I sprayed it on paper I thought it's the original and when I saw that it's a flanker I was shocked it hooked me with it's sweet nuttyness and never developed to something bothering.I tried it a couple of times on my wrist and I thought this is original's sister.so similar and just a slight difference.guess what.this slight difference lets me enjoy it.I looove lancome la vie edt! As I said similarities are too much.if you hate original la vie I don't think you may love this one but if you loved the idea of original but you hated some part of it,make sure to give this one a chance.if you own and love edp you won't need this one.unless you love nutty gourmands There's no fruit notes here and instead of fruity notes there's a light touch of florals here.edt has patchouli but not as heavy and dirty as edp.spun sugar and nutty notes are more dominant here,it seems to be dryer,more powdery and I can smell toasted hazelnut and almond blended with sugar and praline.I believe this one is more gourmand while the edp is sharper,more juicy fruity and heavier.after an hour or two it dries down to a subtle sweet scent of Tonka/vanilla,florals and a touch of sugary almond.not as dense and burnt sugary as initial hour.warm and sensual.an elegant,mature gourmand If you like nutty gourmands with a burnt sugar undertone you may love edt version I think edt is the less heavy,less scratchy sister It's still very sweet and potent.I can't even think of wearing it in hot days so I can't name it a summer version of original by any means Although they're so similar that most people think I'm wearing edp while smelling it on me,there was no negative comments.my mom told me isn't it that perfume of you that suffocated me?!it's strange it seems better now and it's delicious! I ordered a 50ml bottle as a Christmas gift for myself and I'm happy to have it.I love both edt and intense and I think I have enough la vie sisters now.albeit I'm going to try florale on my skin,I really wish I don't love it as I love these too[poor broken perfume addict:(] Edt has very good Longevity on my skin +10 hours and heavy sillage.progection is great it may seem less heavy because of it's balance ❤❤❤❤❤

This perfume is a delight to wear. Pure delight in a bottle. Of late I have been on the hunt for rare to find perfumes, and when I found a second hand bottle of this at a throwaway price, I didn't even think twice before blind buying it. I had previously tried the OG on paper and smelled it enough to know that I love the LVEB DNA. The moment I sprayed it on my skin, I knew we would have something special, this perfume and I. The magnolia and iris lend freshness to this, while the spun sugar makes it almost airy, and the praline grounds it. I think iris and praline is a combination I have fallen for hook, line and sinker. This is LVEB turned down several notches, so that the original DNA is merely a hum in the background. The added spun sugar is what shines and shimmers in the foreground. You know how if you place spun sugar on your tongue you can feel it melt? This perfume brings to my mind precisely that feeling. It is sugary wispiness, organza ribbons, chiffon blouses and sparkling water. It is a sensation more than a scent. This is a gourmand that is not cloying, not heavy or intense in any sense. This is just simple and breezy. But this is no way faint. It might be a delicate scent but it is definitely tenacious. On one of the hottest days of summer, this lasted on me for a whole day, and I felt like I was floating on a cloud. I can't say about projection because I stay at home most of the time and can't really tell if others can smell me but I don't really care because this makes me so so happy. I am contemplating stashing a back up bottle away while I can still find it, because I know I will use up this bottle of mine very soon!

Well, I for one am thoroughly fed up with all the LVEB flankers and discontinuations. It almost makes you not want to fall in love with a new perfume for fear of not being able to get hold of it when you run out, or pay extortionate prices if you are lucky enough to find a single remaining bottle of your favourite juice. This EdT version and the original 'Intense' (not the new 'Intensement') are by my favourites from the LVEB range. They are also the only ones to contain nutty notes out of all of the flankers, and I do love a bit of nuttiness! As soon as I heard that the EdT was discontinued I bought myself a back up bottle from an online retailer... now that that bottle is running low I've been looking around and do you think I can find it... anywhere??! Search for La Vie Est Belle L'Eau de Toilette (or Eau de Toilette, or EdT) and you'll find 'L'Eclat' (who knew there are two versions of that one now?!), 'En Rose', even 'Florale', but the original EdT? Nowhere to be found. So, if anybody has a bottle that they no longer want, please get in touch. Sorry this has turned into a rant rather than a review. Suffice to say, I love this perfume and wish it had never been discontinued. It's the perfume I reach for the most and is just a perfect blend of floral and gourmand notes that'll make you smell delicious!

I finally found my LVEB❤ I've been feeling an irresistible pull towards them for years, to those beautiful, sparkling, magical looking bottles and the delectably sweet scent. Almost every time I smelled it in public I'd get so jealous, why can't LVEB work for me? The original is nice from afar and sprayed very sparingly but it's just an overpowering sharp synthetic mess up close, I can't wear it. Intense is gorgeous and more of my type, more deep and nutty, but still a little too loud and overpowering. L'Eclat I like a lot but it's not me. But this one is perfection, to me it smells something like LVEB Intense EDT, it has the deep nuttiness that I love in Intense mixed with spun sugar and praline and a sprinkling of makeup-y iris. But unlike Intense it's light and fluffy and easy to wear, but still performs wonderfully and leaves fabric smelling like iris and praline for days. I also find it to be the sexiest LVEB, it's so decadent and feels more intimate than the rest, like you're subtly pulling someone into your world. Ugh I'm trying to resist wearing it every single day, I don't ever wanna run out of it.

I can't believe I fell in love with this one so quickly. Since I had the edp and hated it on my skin, I got rid of it and never thought I would buy any flanker. But I received this in an exchange, so I tried it. Wow. LVEB Eau de Toilette has indeed the DNA of its loud mother, but it is the cute, elegant, and sophisticated daughter every mother wants. Yes, it is sweet. But I swear to you I've been wearing it non stop during this hot spring, and instead of finding it suffocating, I use it like a way to indulge and compliment myself during the hot days that I hate so much. At the beginning it is almondy and floral. It stays that way for a long time, until the spun sugar and the iris take protagonism, leading the senses to a divine experience. It is a soft floral gourmand, so beautiful, I can't explain it. I sincerely don't get any patchouli. Perhaps that's why I love it, since the edp is pure sweet patchouli bomb in my skin. It has quickly become my favorite, and my signature. This is the best LVEB from them all. This is the Lancome masterpiece everyone wants.

I had to go out and buy this fragrance and I love it!! The NEW EDT is a slightly different version this one is Magnolia the original LVEB was Iris. I purchased on the day of the launch in March 2014, I saw the Advert on TV with the beautiful Julia Roberts and thought i am going to try it! Lovely fruity, juicy opening, fun and fresh then moves to a more seductive and intense middle then finally a sensual and comforting base of Vanilla, chocolate and totally delicious. This fragrance is by no means an 'original' as it does smell incredibly like Flowerbomb also Jimmy Choo (that copied Flowerbomb) and also Shalimar Initial (that copied Jimmy Choo) and finally Si by Giorgio Armani, but hey, this is the fragrance business the highest form of flattery is to imitate. La Vie est Belle, will defo SELL mainly because of the Julia Roberts association and because it is a very pleasant sweet smelling fragrance but to me it does not compare with the likes of Coco by Chanel, No 5, or Opium or Shalimar, it is nice but not a CLASSIC.

I bought an unnamed fashion magazine today for one reason, and one reason only: A 6 page ad for La Vie Est Belle L'Eau de Toilette, accompanied by a page-sized cutout carton splattered with the perfume! (WOAH! Talking 'bout an advertisement campaign..) I love it! When I brought the magazine in the car and splashed it in front of my partner, his exact words were: "If a woman smelled like that, I would run after her on the street!" And that comes from a man who normally hates perfumes.. I'm picky with smells too, but I instantly loved this scent. It's sweet, but not overly so. It's floral and womanly, without being too 'old' or too 'young' - it could fit any aged woman. It's a sophisticated fragrance. In fact, I think they picked the perfect celebrity for it - Julia Roberts! The smell really goes with her image. Pleasant, friendly, sophisticated in a joyful way.. La Vie Est Belle L'Eau de Toilette makes me think of a summer wedding - it's a happy perfume. It is a more commercial scent, but ever so pleasant!

It's a lovely warm evening and you're in a fancy restaurant. Having dinner with a guy that every girl wants to take from you. And still you're bored. Yes, he's a high class, educated, rich and beautiful as a Greek god! (Ok, this sounds too good to be true) In the middle of the evening, right before the desert, you feel that behind that pretty face and the finest education you can't feel a warm soul. Or any soul. You're thinking of the old guy and longing for his sweet hug that comforts and excites at the same time. You're getting your purse and making an excuse. Bye, bye, Mr. Perfect! You can't wait to feel the presence of your soulmate. Throwing away the heels and running to him. That's what the real love is about, I just realized. I'm flirting with rich niche guys but I can't wait to run to my comforting sugary bubble of LVEB EDT. It really became my soulmate - my signature, there's no doubt.

I love the original EDP but it is just too strong on me and develops too much sharp intensity. I think with the EDT I have found *my* personal La Vie Est Belle favorite. I have tried the Legere, Intense and Absolue versions but none of them wear as nicely as the Eau de Toilette. This has a much better development all the way from first spray to drydown. I feel I can put this on and not have to let it 'breathe' before going out so I don't knock people over with my perfume! The florals are present, but not overwhelming, so the balance between the gourmand sweet notes are in way better harmony. The sharpness of the Patchouli is also calmer here, so it's not as 'loud'. I love this one, would repurchase and recommend it as a softer, easier to wear version of LVEB.

I love LVEB, I really do. But this is everything I like about the original and more! It's sweeter but in a lighter way. It has that delicious almond with a spoon of sugar. It's like a frosted, caramelized heaven. But still, it's not childish or cheap. Never! I could say it makes me feel elegant more than any other perfume I have. It has spirit of old times in it. Good old times with a little bit of sugar of new age. Best of two worlds, what more can you ask? Enjoy it, my ladies! And try if you haven't, don't let the EDT label trick you. It's actually the perfume in all it's glory.

It is so gorgeous! The pillar's super feminine vibe but more transparent, sexier and never tiring. It wears so well and has rather personal performance that I am always comfortable in it. Hard to describe it reads like a fruitchouli with almond top - light with a gourmand edge. Floral heart is precious. It is well blended. It has soft sillage and as such is fit for work but it lasts well past 12 hours, applied in the late afternoon it is still vivid the next day in a delicious praline-floral way. I hope it will be forever available. I would repurchase.

This EDT and the Intense flanker are still the best in the whole LVEB range IMHO. Ironic and disappointing that they’re both now discontinued and replaced with newer flankers that just don’t come close. Even the new LVEB Domaine de la Rose extrait doesn’t compare to this in terms of composition or lasting power and this is hands down the more beautiful fragrance of the two. Very sad that it’s so hard to find now - I would always want to have a bottle of this in my collection - it’s probably the most underrated yet perfect fragrance I own.

I love this! I have both this version and the EDP and I like them both but for different reasons. This one I love because its much sweeter and deliciously decadent! I really get the almond, vanilla, spun sugar and tonka bean notes but not a great deal else, only a slight hint of floral notes. It is lighter/not as heavy so is more suitable for spring/summer. The only thing I don't like about it, is that it doesn't last long enough, I want to smell delicious all day! :)

Highly addictive fragrance. Similar to flowerbomb and bonbon as well as tho the other la vie est belle , Its fresh and sweet at the same time. I love the almond note in this , the fragrance is really very girly, womanly, sexy and pretty at the same time. I am so happy I got this version as it is my favourite of them all of the la vie est belles. Legere is also nice. I can smell the praline and vanilla a sugar with almonds. It's such a refreshing spin on the EDP.

This version of " La Vie et Belle " is perfect for me as I do find the EDP a bit heady , pachouli is taking front row on my skin , I have to admit I am a bit bored with the pachouli mania . This is lighter with a hint of fresh floral , warm elegance , l'Eau de Toilette is delicious , versatile and user friendly . I am in love with it ! I would not wear it in summer / hot day though , I mean hot days in Australia since we having a very hot spring right now !

It's incredible how to similar fragrances (almost the same) could be so different at the same time. The EDP it's cloying and nosey, while the EDT is, yes very sweet, sugary and candy, but here patchouli makes a good job...it makes the fragrance more interesting and seductive. No red fruits here (tks God). The sillage is less heavy than the EDP, everything is less girly, more womanly, moderate either. I have to admit to myself: I like LVB EDT...

Lighter, fruitier , sweeter than the original The original is kindda harsh , the patchouli is way too strong in it with a tobacco like dry down however This one is more subtle with an extra unique spun sugar notes which makes it sweeter The lancome website also mentions that there is blackberry notes ....yumm which explains the fruitiness u can sense that from the pink colour of the perfume inside the bottle I like this one alot

I completely agree with the reviewer below. I tried this again today for the first time in a long time and definitely prefer it to the EDP. It's less sickly-sweet and more refined. A nicer composition to my nose, but then I do like almond notes, so I guess that helps! I've tried all the LVEBs and think this is my favourite. It'd be lovely for Spring.

I find it enjoyable! I love La vie est belle and the absolu version and this is just as good. Maybe just a little bit lighter. It's warm, comforting and incredibly sweet. Just delicious. Now when the weather is getting rainy and cold I want to be inside the cloud of La vie est belle all day! Delicious, delicious, delicious!!!

Tinaelisa the EDT version is more fruity at the beginning than the EDP, but after 10/15 minutes the gourmand notes come out and they're not different from the EDP version, just softer and crispy at the same time. The lasting power is very good: I spryed on my wrist at 9 am and 6/7 hours later was still on!

I dont care a bout the original La Vie Est Belle EDP cuz its so heavy to my nose and cuz me headache but this is amazing version very crisp and fresh with floral notes , very airy and silky and warm , the silage is fabiolus and longivity is superb ... very well done lancõme

This smells a lot like the EDP but is slightly more floral, and a bit softer. The magnolia is obvious. You still need to apply this with a light hand. It still smells sweet, but is a nice alternative to those who can't wear the EDP.

The EDT is lighter, and the almond is more present. It dries down to quite a sweet fragrance, but it's definitely more office friendly than the EDP.

for me this is better and more powdery than 1st LVB.not so sharp and sweet,very nice and soft.perfect spring temptation!!!

After the success of the original version, which started in 2012 one of the most successful pillars of the brand (and of the perfume industry in the last decades), in 2013 Lancôme brought to the market a lighter version called L'Eau de Parfum Légère, followed by a limited edition called La Vie Est Belle Glitter. The first was considered a diluted and lighter version of the original, albeit in EDP concentration, while the latter brought a bottle for collectors. In spring of 2014, this Eau de Toilette version came to the shelves, bringing a reinterpretation of the fragrance of before with an extra touch of magnolia, considered one of the first flowers to blossom during this season. To give life to this fragrance, now considered magnolia-gourmand, Anne Flipo and Dominique Ropion got together, once again, and created a flanker of the highest quality, respecting the same structure as before. La Vie Est Belle Eau de Toilette (in the box, L'Eau de Toilette) brings as key ingredients (permeating throughout the evolution) the iris note and an accord of sweet almonds. They act as transversal notes, overlapping the other notes, namely: pear, blackberry and coconut milk (top); Essence of magnolia, iris concrete and absolutes of Sambac jasmine and orange blossom (body); patchouli essence (background). This is the olfactory pyramid released by the brand, through its international page, which I decided to use as the official. On the skin, La Vie Est Belle Eau de Toilette brings a major difference when compared to the EDP version: it is much more floral and consequently brings less sweetness. It is incredible to think of the immense lack that the note of coconut milk leaves in the communication because it is this ingredient that confers a moisturizing lotion sensation, thanks to its union with the almond accord. And the magnolia took off some of the powdery side of the iris, leaving everything lighter. It is also important to say that although built in less concentration, it is not a faint perfume. Quite the opposite! It does not cause the same impact as the original fragrance and does not leave so much trace, but it lasts in an irreproachable way. On the skin, it evolves in a slightly restrained and elegant way, when compared to the other, that has a more appealing and sensual style. Its bottle kept the visual pattern, but it was stretched. The ribbon at the neck, which has the finishing done to evoke the wings of freedom, is now in silver. In Brazil, it disappeared from the stores, giving way to the Florale version (2016). In the photos available on the internet, the liquid looks much pinker than it actually is. To summarize: La Vie Est Belle Eau de Toilette filled a space to meet the needs of those who liked the Eau de Parfum version at the time of launch, but felt that everything was exaggerated, causing discomfort and headaches along the hours.

At first sniff I thought it is way too sweet but La Vie Est Belle has grown on me and I now like it quite a lot. My skin seems to enhance synthetic tonka bean: there tends to be a period when that is all I can smell and it stays dominant throughout. But otherwise the transitions of notes are smooth, like a film in extreme slowmotion moving from closeups of one luxury infused chocolate truffe to the next. I think it is the patchouli which makes it work for me as I do not enjoy to smell like food personally. It makes the mix perfumy enough and the drydown very nice to my nose. I think I will enjoy wearing this during fall when the sweetness can make me feel warm and cosy. Strength and longevity are pretty good to me, it projects well and lasts the whole day (as I said, slowmotion transition). I have not smelt any of the other LVEBs but judging from the other reviews, this is the right one for me as it's less sweet and a bit lighter. In the right setting I think it could be rather sexy in the way covering yourself with something delicious tends to be - maybe not highly sophisticated but an instant attraction.

I find La Vie est Belle EDT to be a bit more different from the previous Légère version and the original one. At first, there is a green magnolia, a bit synthetic and sharp. However, after a few minutes, the gourmand elements bloom and I was in delight. Besides the creamy praline, vanilla and caramel, there is also a lovely almond note within. Sometimes I even thought of coconut, which makes the whole composition very sunny and a bit tropical. With time, the praline gradually subdues while some white flowers emerge. After about 5 hours, instead of a full-on gourmand, it almost smells like a very rich, milky concoction of vanilla and floral, covered by a light layer of cacao powder above. The sillage is moderate and the longevity is almost 12 hours. While I can't say LVEB EDT is very innovative, it's quite steady comparing to some other similar offerings. I find this EDT more floral than the other two LVEB, which could be an interesting option for those who find the other two LVEB too heavy on gourmand elements. I'd also recommend it to those who like sweet vanilla and floral fragrances.

Out of all the 3 released so far (original, eau legere and edt), the original is still my favorite, eventhough it can be too heady and abit cloying at times, it has more depth, more layers, more body and more character, it's also the most delicious overall. This EDT is nice, but more generic than the original...the scent is not as distinctive and would be easily mistaken for many other perfumes in the market. It is nice though. Still not light enough for summer, but won't make those around you pass out (like the original would) even if you choose to wear it in the heat or to the office. Just as long as you don't overspray, ofcourse. Longevity is good for an EDT, good sillage too.

This is very pretty. A lighthearted rendition of the original...which I appreciate tremendously! Seeing I've never been a fan of the original....but I love the intense version of the original. Y'all know how it goes. This version is much easier to wear...much more versatile and laidback. I do hate that it has been discontinued. Do I feel I have to have a full bottle of this....nah, not really. Do I WANT a full bottle....yea! Very inoffensive and intimate. I would definitely wear this to an outdoor wedding in the spring.....7.5/10

Life is beautifull with this scent, indeed. It is sparkling and optimistic, bright and sweet, cozy and rich... On my skin I can sense flowers: magnolia and iris, but vanilla and sugar-caramel are main stars. For me it is like drinking milky liqueur without any sharpness. Definitely brings good mood and intense comfort. Specially I like almonds here. Truely gourmand. At the end, this perfume developes creamy, with gentle flowery. Hard to resist. Just indulge... Projection very strong, longevity more than 6 hours...

I bought the EDT because a) it's cheaper and b) it's not as overpoweringly sweet. I sprayed this morning (one on my wrists, one in my neck) and the scent lingered the entire day. I took a shower about 12 hours after applying, only to find the scent still present after my shower. For an EDT (or just about any fragrance nowadays) that's some pretty good staying power. Very impressed with this one which works beautifully during our Autumn

I never liked the EDP as I found it too heavy. This smells much like the EDP but has a floral touch which makes it a lot lighter. That being said, I have been wearing it now for 5 hours and it's still going strong. A beautiful feminine scent that I find really comforting.

Quite sweet at the beginning, but after a while it is silky like a cashmere pullover. Therefore, I think it is better for spring and fall than for hot summer.

❀ A burst of sugary chocolate along with a mild but significant floral touch!

Well, I hate LVEB because it reminds me of a person I dislike and because it's a very strong combination of a dirty patchouli together with synthetic sweet gourmandise tones and an edgy freshness. I do love Lancome's quality, lasting power but mostly sillage of it's perfumes. It's super hard to compare it with other famous houses these days that 'water down' their already known perfumes. Treson la nuit thought it's a perfect aphrodisiac gourmand with a nectar sweet character. I thought I would find a favorite LVEB edition, there are so many, I thought LVEB Intense would be amazing because of it's whipped cream-hazelnut base as mentioned, but no. I was first impressed by Florale newest edition because it's like they made original slightly fresher and simplier. If I had to choose one, if LVEB was the only perfume on planet, believe me I won't cry that much and EDT edition would be my pick. Why? Because it's spun sugar tone lasts longer and because it's very good for winter ONLY. Not for summer. Even if you're a huge fan of LVEB EDP. I could write a lot explaining about all the editions tested, but there's no reason. All remind the original and it's natural since the name is the same. I hope Lancome will go ahead a little bit, be a little more creative and make new perfumes under it's signature than releasing extra editions of it's already used too much 'stars'. What makes me very sad to end with? I smell it everywhere and not in ladies that have something to say. From ordinary women to punk, gothic, sporty girls. You wanna know why? Men love it, everybody notices you, it's the only perfume you will smell even in yourself for a long period of time, patchouli is very strong but dirty to my opinion, reminds of the old-style-idea where patchouli = heavy perfume, good perfume, iris gives a luxurious touch and a feeling that you're in a super well made make-up finish and sweetness in perfumes used to be A-Z feminine. Sorry, but I can't see a women with flip-flops and a white t-shirt wearing LVEB when it's a perfume for special occasions only. This is my opinion and only, don't take it seriously but to me, it destroys perfume's fame and women out there, seriously you give so much money for this? Dior's perfumes are less expensive haha. Such a strong and signature made perfume makes everyday use weird and awful at the same time. - If you wear it only in special events for sure it would be a masterpiece like for example CM or No.5 by Chanel, Miss Dior by Christian Dior etc. Imagine you could even make me give this a second chance and try again some edition so I could add it to my collection. - Best edition for winter: Eau de toilette - Best edition for summer: Florale Please, don't spray more than 2 times! Show mercy to our olfaction.

My hopes to find a beautiful warm and yummy magnolia fragrance were failed in this one. I have to enjoy not complex enough for me, but with the natural smelling magnolia L'Instant farther. Because the magnolia note in this one is far from good. Just the same uncomplex prilined mess as a general fragrance. Sorry, lovers(

Its a blackberry bomb on me to a very extreme level and after few minutes turns in a very cheap blackberry room freshner. Its definitely not a blind buy kind of a perfume. And m stuck with one now.

The sugar syrup was way too strong & too sharp on me. I thought it was brown sugar but it's a sugar syrup. And it's stay sharp until almost 7hours later after the initial sprayed. I just put 2 sprays & it's so strong, sharp but a little bit fresh. But still i felt like it's chocking me like i really can't breathe. After the syrupy sugar settle down a bit the praline, vanilla & patchouli finally join the party like officially there to help balanced out the syrupy sugar. This time EdT smells very close to EdP, but doesn't has that creamy-almost chocolaty vanilla-praline-patchouli blend & powdery-musky iris. Well maybe a bit. Perfomance, it's very well perfomed, very longlasting & beastly projects just like EdP. But EdP was waaayyyy better. Well, I prefer EdP more than EdT version. But both are very well made sweet-gourmand fragrances. If you can't stand that thick sweetness of EdP but you still like it go try out this EdT version. It's worth it.

I just received it today from France, and at first sniff, it smells very pretty, and not very different from the Legere version which I own It still has very much that gourmand vibe, but it is softer..I cant say I get much magnolia though, or iris,the gourmand side dominates quite a bit..I expected more floral, fresher also..if you already own LVEB Legere, not sure this is very different!? longevity is fine..overall, very nice, but not as springlike as I thought it could have been. More like a toned down version of the first two. But I honestly love it, it is my favorite of the three!!!

I found this to be very similar to the eau de parfum, but without the strong projection. Don't get me wrong, it is noticable, but without being potentially offending to other people. I love both versions and wear them quite often. However for people that may work in an office setting, this version would be a better choice. Being that I am a creature of the 80's and 90's, I happen to love a fragrance on a person that is noticable, but it seems people are offended so easily these days by beautiful fragrances that you can actually smell, it is truly a shame.

23. February 1014 Seems like the beginning of 2014 is filled with unremarkable releases. I have tried the new Balmains, Cavallis, DGs etc and they are very much unimpressive. La vie est belle EDT is another unnecessary release IMO. The bottle is all clear, not the blueish, like in the avatar picture and the juice is indeed smells just like the dilluted version of original LVEB, so nothing new. Made me yawn, so boring it was. Ok, the sillage is good at least and stays on for over 4hrs.

If the original was too intense and too patchouli the try the edt. Its certainly not original with other similar fragrances, however it is classy and a lighter version. I like this one! My fav of the three (original/l'eau parfum and this l'eau toilette). Update three hours later: on paper it smells like flowerbomb! On my skin its a lighter version of the original LVEB but masculine so prob would spray on clothes for myself.

I got the Florale but I do not like it as much as this EDT. This fragrance is divine it has just the right amount of sweetness and the magnolia keeps it elegant and feminine does not last more than three hours so you need to re apply during the day. For me one of the best out of LVEB line

I cant wait to try it..I only wear La Vie Est Belle in the winter as I feel its a cold day fragrance. Therefore a spring/summer version is much needed. HOWEVER - Unfortunately I think the bees and wasps will have field day with this! makes me a bit nervous to even try it :S

a bit fresher and sharper version of original one- and this is what I love about this new fragrance. Still long lasting with good sillage. I do enjoy wearing it.

Did NOT care for this. All I'm getting from it is powdery patchouli sweetness, NOT my thing at all. I expect more for the price. :-/
