Trésor 30 Years Limited Edition

This smells like the most delicious sweet dessert that even if your not hungry the smell makes you instantly hungry for the food equivalent of whatever that smell is. I haven't worn this in so long l forgot the scent l put some on tonight and was transported into a sweet heaven of apricot pineapple peachy Amber vanilla iris powdery goodness with violets and creamy musk oh its amazing. Its even got my cat who is utterly disinterested in most things licking his lips. I dislike fruity scents very much in the scent world l regard them as teenager perfumes but this is done so well its not too much of any of the scents and without trying to sound like a pretentious snobby art critic the notes seem to dance along with each other subtley interchanging in a divine sweet but not too sweet soft but expensive dance of flavoury notes that sit on the skin really well. I just want to lick it or bite into it even though l know its going to be bitter that smell is hunger inducing sweet and juicy but not sickly or cheap teen perfume. I highly recommend this, it's wonderful. I'm into gourmand creamy heavy vanilla Amber helliotrope oriental musks or clean powdery floral scents that turn into an expensive French soap fragrance, and this has all the things I dislike in perfume a load of fruits, l should be offended by it, but l couldn't love it more. It reminds me of quite a few perfumes but flicks from one to another's and l cant put my finger on what it's like exactly. If it comes to me l will update this review. But get some, oh my God just get some, don't second guess it you'll love it. I give this a 9/10.

I don’t know why , but I want this in my collection. But not just any tresor, this 30 year limited edition. I planned on buying it someday in my life .... this edition seems special enough to buy it once we’re allowed to travel again. I have a weak spot for certain classics and this one is no exception. Stay home y’all ♥️

I agree that it seems very mature compared to other Lancome fragrances. I think I gave mini samples to my late grandmother but even she wasn't so keen on using it too often. It IS a specific fragrance so do try it first before you buy it.

I absolutely hate the top notes of this perfume fresh after a spray (so many flowery scents clashing and competing). My mum uses it and it smells like the cloying floral scent of essential oils that they bathe dead bodies with. There is definitely amber and vanilla base notes (which I love), but it is unfortunately not a saving grace

I don't enjoy it but I respect its legacy. If you have a fancy grandmother, this will be the perfect gift for her.
