Trésor Midnight Rose

This perfume is special to me. It was the first perfume I bought that really got me hooked on fragrance and started my collection. I was 19, had some spare Christmas money to spend, and was shopping at the mall with my mom. I saw Lancome had a special going on where if you spent at least $50, they’d give you a free makeup bag filled with various trial-sized makeup and skin care products. So I thought to myself, “How hard can it be to spend $50 at a Lancome counter?” and started browsing the various potions and elixirs without hesitation. The SA soon stopped me and held up this beautiful purple bottle adorned with a silky dark rose. “Have you smelled our latest release?” she asked, spraying it on a card. “Emma Watson is the face of this perfume, I think you’ll like it.” I remember smelling it on the card and thinking it smelled pretty good. I hadn’t bought a real perfume in what seemed like forever and I *did* like Emma Watson after all. “Eh, what the heck” I thought, and told the SA I’d take it. I didn’t think too much about my impulse buy, as it was essentially a Christmas gift. Later that night, I pulled my new perfume out of its box, admired its pretty bottle for a moment, and sprayed it on my wrists at once. I was immediately hit with a beautiful, luscious, juicy black currant, raspberry, and rose combo that was sensual and intoxicating. I breathed in deeply as the scent started to change, a bit more vanilla and musk peeking through the jammy berries and rose. I was taken aback. I didn’t remember it smelling nearly as delicious in the store when I smelled it on paper. It melded with my skin so perfectly and I was overwhelmed with emotion as I inhaled it. Never before had I smelled a perfume like this! I know for some of you perfume connoisseurs, you might think, “This is just another typical jammy mainstream release, what’s the big deal?” and so it may be to some people. I myself have discovered other fragrances that I love more than this one but at the time, Midnight Rose was the most special fragrance I had smelled in my life. Bear in mind, I had never truly ventured into the world of perfume before and I had no idea what was in store for me both literally and figuratively. This little gem, however, planted a seed in my heart. I adored it so much, I hated wearing it because I never wanted it to end. It made me hungry, ravenous even, to discover what other captivating fragrances were out there that I had been missing out on my whole life. Thus, my love for perfume was born and I’ve never looked back. I still have this very bottle, the first bottle I bought and I pull it out occasionally and spray it on and it fills me with so much nostalgia and happiness. It will always have a special place in my heart and I don’t think I’ll ever want to be without a bottle of this. I think I’ll wear it today, for old times sake. :)

Oh-My-God. A GORGEOUS raspberry-and-rose elegant intoxicating concoction. When they say this is THE raspberry-and-rose OG, they're not wrong. This is amazing. This has so many notes I love, and being able to actually identify them - AND have them come together to create such a beautiful scent is SUCH a treat! <3 The raspberry and rose blend is absolutely divine! It's fruity, syrupy and tart (not sharp at all; just slightly salivating). The sweet vanilla is gentle and never overwhelms. That cassis - Jesus! Easily one of the best I've detected in a perfume (still included is "Si", mind you). That peony adds to the delightful feminine prettiness! Gorgeous slight musk and calming cedar base provides a heavenly, warm tone. I only wish for greater projection! I mean, longevity is fairly decent; could be better. But PROJECTION, daaahrling! As a side note: This is - hands down - my *favourite* perfume to spray (and catch later whiffs of) in my hair. It's just so pretty, and intoxicating, and sexy that it's a perfect scent for hair when you throw a little hair-flip in that flirtatious conversation. Or something to catch somebody's attention as you waltz by. Am I wrong here? :P I'm terrified of using this perfume up, but it's SO repurchase-worthy! It's pretty, it's sexy, it's elegant, it's mesmerising, it's 'Good Girl' AND 'Bad Girl' in one. This is Cinderella Gone Gothic. *** Kitty rating: 9.5/10. ~Compliment Counter~: 1 compliment 😁

I see that a reviewer has claimed that Tresor Midnight Rose is identical to Mugler's Angel Nova perfume. She says that this is sweeter and lasts longer but that Nova is more spicy and smells a little bit metallic. That is VERY contradictory! How can this GORGEOUS perfume smell identical to Angel Nova, yet apparently Angel Nova smells spicy and metallic?? Tresor Midnight Rose is neither of those things. It is fresh, rosey / raspberry'ish and very warm and feminine - the total opposite to spicy and metallic! Also, it's youthful yet another reviewer says that, to her, it's only for someone over 60! There are NO rules and limitations on age groups with perfumes - people can wear what they like, whatever their age! Those two reviews alone show how really a lot of reviews need to be taken with a pinch of salt and that perfumes can smell very different to different people, and that everyone has their own unique chemistry that brings out different aspects of perfumes on their skin. I haven't tried Angel Nova yet but I am curious to see for myself if there is any similarity at all to Tresor Midnight Rose. I normally really dislike Mugler perfumes though (especially Angel which is vile and massively overrated!) so I'll probably hate it, but I LOVE Tresor Midnight Rose. To me TMR is beautifully unique smelling and can't be bettered!

Tresor Midnight Rose came to my notice because I was looking for a pretty raspberry rose, and a lot of people here recommended this one to me. I tried it in the store on paper and got hooked. I couldn’t stop smelling it. After holding the tester strip to my nose for two hours straight I knew I had to get this one. I bought the bottle two weeks later. To me, this perfume is an enigma. The opening is fresh but there’s an underlying spiciness to it - I don’t want to use the word smoke because that would turn people off. I get a dark berry, not necessarily a raspberry in the beginning but later it’s also very woody on me, probably from the cedar. The bottle fits the perfume so well. It’s a sultry one, this rose. I’m reminded of an intimate boudoir with dark velvet drapes and the colour purple. The woman’s lying on her bed with satin sheets, wearing a black silk robe, fiddling with the stalk of a blood red rose. In the dark, it looks almost black. I don’t think this is a safe blind buy, for to me this is bold. Not the scent itself, but the vibe it gives. The dry down is gorgeousness itself, but you’ve got to give the opening some time. Should you ever try it, don’t have any preconceived notions. Let the perfume take you where it wants to.

In some ways this reads of as those violin resins to me strangely. We use this one with mom and it smells different depending on who wears it, and i dont know if it's about the distance or about skin chemistry or something but like I think it smells better when mom wears it but she also says it smells better on me lol. I feel like on me (whether on skin or clothes) its like, resin, sharp and sour, dark but not in a goth way more like blurred and subdued expression of florals and fruits. When mom wears its like rosy, princess-y, perfume-y like there is a "basic" perfume vibe to it even tho i dont mean it in a bad way. I dont think tresor midnight rose is a soft perfume, it has a sharp vibe, like to me it feels like you need to dress sleek wear heels or something even though like musk too is listed. Even tho I like it better when mom wears it I also can like how it smells on me too, I dont have anything so similar to this. But like there are definitely much more rosy perfumes out there whether it's a typical rose perfume or newer ones, I feel like tresor midnight rose is probably meant to be some sort of botanical mix instead of just giving you roses

Opening is really like an explosion, so intense, smells very much like a mix of rose and raspberry but also it has a powdery feel. There is a syntheticness but not as in like the artificial aroma of raspberry candy or gum, the raspberry smells like a real fruit however there is always an accompanying vibe of something synthetic in Midnight Rose. Plasticky. Reminds me of Si Rouge for that quality, although I don't think they compare much to each other apart from the plasticky-ness feel. I feel like it's a very complex perfume that is a mixture of a variety of notes even though the most prominent note throughout your entire wear is definitely rose and peony. I like how it smells after a couple hours or longer. I prefer it more than the explosive feeling of opening. Powderiness and sweetness wear off and you're left with a floral but grounded vibe. I like that it has a hint of sweetness in overall without being too much like a dessert. I think it could be worn any season but I'd say suits winter the most. For an equally beautiful but much less crowded and "cleaner" feeling version, I recommend Zara - Black Peony.

My mother is a classy lady who loves fragrances that are sweet, strong, and intoxicating. She likes to announce her presence wherever she goes with her fragrances. A few months ago, she asked me to find her a fresh scent for her casual activities in the morning, such as going to the supermarket, working out lightly, or having brunch with her friends. She insisted that it had to be "fresh, strong, and sweet". One day, I was shopping at the mall and I remembered her request. I checked out some fragrances and saw one on sale at the Lancôme counter: Trésor Midnight Rose. I knew right away that my mom would love it, so I bought it and gave it to her as a gift. Trésor Midnight Rose is a sweet but not cloying fragrance that combines clean musk and sweet raspberry rose. It has a fresh vibe to it that suits my mom’s request. And, she loves it and wears it often in the morning. She says she gets a lot of compliments from people who smell her fragrance, and my dad and my sister like it too. I’m glad I found her the perfect fresh fragrance.

This is really easy to like. I vividly remember when I first entered the fragrance world 7 years ago, this was one of the very first perfumes I tried in the shop, and I liked it a lot. Back then I had really basic palette for scents, and my taste since evolved a lot. Nonetheless, I decided to finally buy this now, based on that memory, AND the fact that this is now being compared to Angel Nova edt, which I had and liked, but was too sharp for me. I liked the cedar wood the most in Nova, and I was very intrigued this has it too. So now I got it and it is still very easy to like. The cedar wood is prominent in the opening and the raspberry too. Very very nice. It is a very famous Lancome scent, so I expect high longevity and a decent projection, I hope I’m not wrong. Overall I am very happy with this purchase, the price was nice considering the brand, and the scent is absolutely perfect for the summer. Juicy fresh and sweet

I can’t help but fall in love with this one. I used to always spray it on when I passed by department stores. I wanted it so badly but couldn’t afford it back then. It starts off kind of sour, almost like sour candy, and that’s exactly what drew me in. I love sour candy. After about 30 minutes, a sweet, jammy rose takes over, and I cannot stop smelling it. I know it’s a bit generic and not really in my usual wheelhouse. I always thought rose was boring, but it turns out, it just needs to be done right, always with something sweet or some kind of twist. I'm not big on rose as a standalone. I’ve realized that so many of the fragrances I’ve always been into have rose in them. Some of them are more quote on quote boring, though, (Parisienne.. cough cough) so who am I to say? I don’t care how “boring” this is. I’m always going to carry a bottle with me. And seriously! Look at the bottle. It’s a goth girl’s dream. 🖤

What a lovely raspberry scent! Longlasting and sillage is strong. I sprayed it once on my winter coat's sleeve, I can smell it still after one week. Other notes come behind raspberry, it's warm and juicy scent. I tested this once in summer, it wasn't so good then comparing to what it is during colder months. Just got this today. I love many Trésor flankers and have now four of them (including the original), except there was something I didn't like about Trésor Lumineuse. I could use just Trésor flankers :D: in spring and summer Trésor in Love, the original and La Nuit Trésor Nude, during colder months La Nuit Trésor, the original, La Nuit Trésor Nude and this one. Well, that was just my thought play, of course I have also other favourite scents.

Admittedly I am super rose obsessed, and also I am super rose + raspberry obsessed --- which is a different thing to be than just being rose obsessed --- and I have maybe too many rose and raspberry combo perfumes but this perfume has a very distinct vibe. A couple actually. One of them is Natalia Oreiro - Cambio Dolor. The other is like being a novelist in early 20th century Paris. I tried Angel Nova and I am not yet buying it now even though I loved it and considering it for future purchases. They do start very similar but in general I feel like Tresor Midnight Rose has some bitterness alongside all the syrupiness and rose vibes, and feels more grown up compared to Angel Nova.

I don't like the original Tresor and I wasn't expecting much when I tested this.But I LOVED it. It's a guilty pleasure perfume. It is very sweet, almost juvenile and you feel slightly silly for liking it so much. But I do. I do! It's a very sweet, fruity rose perfume. It makes Delina smell mature and "un-sweet". But it absolutely works. It's a fun perfume, a happy perfume. For people who love fruity rose perfumes and want it to be cranked up a little. I do not know how long it stays or how well it projects as I have only tested it on a paper sampler at an airport, but from what I managed to test there I really liked it. It's a cute, happy, cheerful, fruity rose perfume.

I pulled out Tresor Midnight Rose after not wearing it for at least a year or two. I thought it might be nice to wear it for Thanksgiving, and I have not stopped wearing it since! Now I can’t get enough! I have rediscovered the magical scent that enchanted me when I first bought it several years ago. Yes, the raspberry and rose are delightful, but there’s just something about that Virginia Cedar note that I just can’t get enough of! It smells like nothing else, and I love it! It has especially good staying power on fabrics. It’s probably a little too strong for spring and summer. Tresor In Love serves me well in those seasons.

You people have got to stop blind buying. Anyways, she’s so me. Sweet, jammy and fruity rose and super feminine, with the color pink mixed in, but with a smoky incense that stops it from being juvenile. In my collection, she’s most similar to very good girl. She’s just a slightly darker/smokier fragrance. You might be unable to tell them apart sometimes. But this one is definitely heavier, definitely more syrupy. You get raspberry here, while very good girl is more of that tropical fresh lychee. It smells good on my skin. Maybe some people’s DNA just doesn’t mix. Or some people should shower before they spray.

Everything I've tried in the Tresor line has been a love so far, and this is no exception. I feel like the bottle tells you almost everything you need to know about this fragrance. It's dark and sultry, with the soft and sweet rose feeling as if it could be no other color besides purple. The raspberry and cedar notes blend expertly with the rose to create depth and interest. But there also definitely jasmine and peony here, making it a floral that goes beyond simple rose. While it works in warmer weather, it comes alive in colder weather, bringing its own warmth. This would be a great date night scent.

Although for some reason I cannot see many women wearing it, I would definitely say that this one is a compliment getter, and I would repurchase it again. It is surely a sensual, sexy scent for a gorgeous woman in a long, black dress who is on her way to attend an upscale cocktail party. There is something unique and very sexual about this fragrance, definitely not for your daily wear, and not for the office wear. Won’t work for the teens and women who prefer ripped jeans and sports shoes. Good price tag and can find on sale sometimes (especially duty free). Long-lasting and has great projection.

The pink pepper carries through from start to finish on my skin, and I just love the zing of it. The raspberry is tart and melts seamlessly into the rose. I don’t get anything metallic, but this definitely isn’t a photorealistic iteration of rose or raspberry. This is a “perfumey” perfume, but I find that to be endearing here. Many describe it as less “vampy” than expected but I tend to disagree, this just isn’t being carried by incense and oud as you’d likely expect. This isn’t a nuanced fragrance, but my 2010 mall goth heart smiles at it every time. “I made you a cookie, but I eated it” ifkyk.

I remember falling head over heels in love with this perfume back in 2023 when I first tried it. I drenched myself in this at the store when I tested it and I made myself a promise to buy a bottle of this as soon as I can. Well, the day finally came and I ordered it based on the memory I had of this fragrance. It still smells the same as I remembered it but I guess my taste in perfumes shifted. I still really like it though. It's long lasting and it opens up with a sweet raspberry note eventually settling into a rose that, honestly, smells kinda like it's dying. And I'm into it.

First impression: This smells like a VS body spray I had in high school back in like 2009/2010. I am hoping this just needs a few days to sit in a cool dark room, as I ordered from jomashop and it has been pretty hot outside. Maybe the formulation was altered during transit in the warmth. I am getting pink pepper/cassis and a very faint hint of raspberry. This is not at all what I expected, and I am really hoping the fragrance evolves over time to something at least a bit more complex. I remain optimistic, and I’ll try again and update in a few weeks :)

I love most Lancôme fragrances La Vie East Belle, Idôle, ... but La Nuit Trésor is my absolute favourite. Hence, Trésor midnight rose has been on my TS list for ages and I finally bought it. Although I won't deny that it has an elegant component to it, to me the raspberry note is a bit strong, particularly at the beginning. As it starts to fade however, the scent becomes much more alluring. I do wish the rose component was a bit more prominent, as on my skin, the rose scent fades very quickly. But overall the perfume lasts about 4-5 hours on my skin.

This perfume has been a permanent item in my collection since it was first released. I've had many bottles and will keep on buying it until I'm old and grey. I am so anxious it will be discontinued as I cannot live without it. I have so many beautiful memories attached to it. If I had to use one single word to describe it, it would be 'happiness'. Smells like ripe sugared berries with some vanilla/woody undertones. The longevity and projection are really good, like most Lancome edp. A true masterpiece that will never go out of fashion.

I confess I am WEAK against this scent. Whenever I stopped by Sephora to sample Men's cologne, I always make a point of sniffing LMR whenever I can. I even thought about buying one just to please myself, but I wonder WHAT IF my gf find this fragrance in my cabinet.... "Honey, is there something you're not telling me ;-)"

I first bought this 10 years ago. As a blind buy. I couldn't stand it at all, I thought it was a very pungent smell. So it hided in my wardrobe for all these years. Now that I recently smelled it again.. oh my gosh it smells so good 😍😍😍 Not pungent at all. This has happened to me more than once lately so I'm not sure if it's just the time, or has my scent taste changed into more mature. Anyway, I can smell Roses, cassis and berries. I love berry/fruity scents 🥹🥹 Overall a lovely, girly scent, but in a more mature way 🥰🥰🥰

Living in Idaho and the wild fires are wild today. So what do I grab for.. the most floral smokey scent I have and that’s this precious bottle. While not really a summer scent bc today is giving Resident Evil why not play the part. I have no idea how this is labeled as a ‘sweet’ scent. To me I get that rich red rose floral note before the warmth of a light smokey camp fire settles in the back. A hint of vanilla and raspberry give the cedar smoke a complex and lighter scent profile. Absolutely love this one.

If you're not a fan of musky scents, the first blast might offend you. But, then, she reveals the freshness of her dark roses, the sweet kiss of raspberry on her lips. The rose in this... Is so 3D. When you smell it, you can see it. You can feel the damp petals between your fingers. This scent is such an experience. It's dark, it's mysterious, enticing, but also sweet and... gentle. Truly, a transportative fragrance with many admirers. Also, that bottle looks cheesy in photos but it is BEAUTIFUL in person.

I never thought to try this fragrance because I don't really like the original Tresor - it just smells like syrup to me. However, I was recently in Macy's and the Lancome associate wasn't at her post so I was waiting and spraying all their fragrances. I think I finally found "the one" - my signature scent! It's sweet, but fresh, but there something a bit sour about it. It's really long lasting too! Looooove! I'm usually not one to care much about packaging but this bottle is gorgeous.

I got this as a gift, and when I first sprayed it on I felt it to be too sweet and too fruity for me. However the more I used it, the more I grew accustomed to it and started to love it. I smell mainly fresh and sweet raspberries, with very VERY small hints of rose in the background. It is absolutely not a candy-like sweet, but rather a more berry-like sweet that this perfume is projecting. The bottle is gorgeous too! Such a lovely feminine scent. Would love to get another bottle.

When I first tried it I associated this with a heavy scent but now I see it differently. It is still dark with the woody and spicy notes but what I feel most is the raspberry, even after several hours and not as a skin scent but with a proper scent cloud (with only 2 sprays). And it is such a delicious and juicy raspberry, it is very natural, fresh and uplifting! I did not think I needed a raspberry fragrance, now I know I did. Ha ha! Could even become one of my new faves.

The cassis and raspberry combine to make an accord similar to blackcurrant fruit. I love it with the rose and musk. Fresh and yet myterious and juicy. Daytime appropriate, but datenight ready! Gorgeous in winter! P.S. while not a dupe, Rochas Mademoiselle EdT has a similar profile. So affordable, too! I think they layer well, but with Midnight Rose being discontinued, Mademoiselle will probably be my replacement when I'm in the mood for a fresh/green black currant rose.

I was shocked by the ability to detect the raspberry scent! Very nice. It a beautiful scent that smells exactly like what it sounds like. The dry down leaves a scent that is reminiscent of a scene in a movie where someone sees an extremely beautiful woman on the train, so they go to talk to her, but she steps off, and they never see her again. This is the scent that she leaves in the air while they stand there and think about how captivating she was.

I prefer this over LVEB elixir. If you are wanting a raspberry smell that has a really good balance between fruity and floral this is it!! The initial spray is more fruity than the dry down, so don't let the initial spray scare you away. As it dries the rose in it really comes out and is a beautiful scent. It's still a pretty sweet fragrance so keep that in mind. But if you like raspberries and roses then its a safe blind buy.

Very sweet raspberry, with rose, black currant, wood and pepper. I like it but its heavy. Definitely for winter and cold weather, otherwise it can choke you. Its smokey at first, but that goes away, and it becomes lighter. Reminds me of a woman in elegant burgund dress, very romantic and feminine. Smells like sweet warm raspberry-rose jam. The more I smell it the more Im addicted to this smell, it also last forever

I am not usually a fan of scents with a prominent rose note but this one is just blended so well. It’s a fragrance that evokes deep, luscious berries and ripened plums. It’s a dark take on fruit, but with a feminine floral background. It’s just sultry and beautiful in a sexy and classy way. I truly adore it and find myself reaching for it for date nights and special occasions where I want to feel like my best self.

I got this as a blind buy as it was mentioned in the 365 days book as the main characters “favorite perfume.” Corny, I know. I was pleasantly surprised how much I loved this! The perfect balance of fruity and floral. I wore this to my engagement party and got tons of compliments, and ended up wearing it at my wedding too. It’s not for everyone, but I do love it. Lasts long and good performance!

I contacted Lancome customer service and they confirmed the perfume is being discontinued. I've been using it since they launched it in 2011, it's my signature one and I love it so much, such a rich fragrance. I always got a lot of compliments for this one (from men too). I never found anything I loved and that represented me like this scent, I'm so sad they will no longer make it.

I used to wear this when I went clubbing and it made me feel seductive and feminine. It's definitely a perfume for special occasions, especially at night time. I'd never thought that a rose perfume could be this good and made for nighttime. I wish it was less expensive. I read that they changed the formula and that it's not as intense as it used to be but I hope this is not true.

This fragrance has definitely been reformulated... I used to own a bottle from 2017, the scent was strong, sweet, dark, and had that rosy/berry jammy style to it and longevity was huge! Then, I just recently repurchased a new bottle and I feel like it’s more raspberry candy like, I smell the woodiness a lot and longevity is way weaker 😕 But overall it’s still a good fragrance 👍🏻

I was deeply saddened & frustrated with the discontinuation of Stella by Stella McCarney but then I found Tresor Midnight Rose , while not identical they are similar enough to satisfy my nose.... I love how clean & fresh yet vintage the rose comes out with Midnight Rose... very classic gothic style but with enough whimsy to keep me interested... I need another bottle..🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹💐💕

My new love, definitely one of the most beautiful fragrances I've tried. The scent is an airy combination of blackcurrent, raspberry and cedar, a bit spicy and tart but softened by musk, vanilla and flowery notes. It reminds me somewhat of Black XS for her by PR but Midnight rose is more delicate, fresh and has a darker undertone. Smells amazing at night or on winter air.

This is a nuclear fruitchouli bomb, in the same family as Angel Nova (but, I think, nicer.) It’s a great raspberry and rose winter perfume. Fruity but not in a fleeting way. Performance is great - so great that I managed to choke out everyone in the room as I liberally sprayed it before leaving the house. I’m reading that they’ve discontinued it. Where’s the logic?

I honestly love this scent. It lasts really long on me and smells so beautiful. At first, it feels fresh, then you start noticing a soft spice that makes it a bit mysterious. It even has this slightly dark, cool vibe, which I find really unique. There’s also a small hint of sweetness that balances everything out perfectly. For me, it’s truly a masterpiece.

I used to loveee this perfume. Back at the beginning of my love affair with scent, I made the rookie mistake of spraying it before a road trip in the humid summer and sadly made myself carsick with it which ruined the scent for me. When I got out of the car, my little cousin told me I smelled like candy so I gave it to her 😂. Maybe I’ll revisit it...

This is one of my favourite winter fragrances. I wear it only in the winter ❄️. It's so heavy and suffocating at times it's great in very cold weather. I remember I saw the add with Emma Watson in 2009 and after that I smelled it and fell in love immediately. It's a love or hate fragrance, great performance on skin and better on clothes.

Bought this as a blind buy in a duty free shop coming home from Paris. Honestly, bought it because I liked the packaging. It was only 30€, and converting that to CAD, about 50$. Surprising to me to find that the exact same bottle goes for 150-200! Love this scent. Rich and strong, with the perfect amount of fruity to the pepper.

I could wear this as an everyday cold/cool weather fragrance, but I could only afford 30ml today, so this will be a special day occasion fragrance. Midnight Rose works really well with my skin chemistry and I don't get warm soda it any kind of soda, but definitely test first. Raspberry, Cassis, and vanilla fragrance on me.

One of my all time classic FAVS!! Longevity is a 10 out of 10 and it’s so sexy, sweet and juicy! Great for a winter on those cold nights out, but I technically wear it anytime of the year when I feel for it m. I keep this one in my collection, indefinitely.. the only thing it’s not as easy to get as it used to be.

I LOVE THIS PERFUME SOOO MUCH it’s one of my signature scents that i adore soo much It’s really addictive, it is a perfect rose-berry scent ,well blended and it’s very attractive. it gives me a 2015 summer vibe, which was when i first used this perfume and fall in love with it. VERY VERY ATTRACTIVE SCENT.

I bought it 4 or 5 years ago and expected a lot from it, but I had some disappointment and after trying it few times, did not use it. Yesterday I tried it again. It’s changed after years of macerating! Now I really like it! It’s more balanced, beautiful and seductive. I will definitely use and enjoy it.

Wore this on a humid summer day/night. The humidity made the richness develop into sensual clouds of enticement. I have been hooked.

Think black roses with the thorns still attached, mixed with wood and ripped raspberries. This grew on me.. at first it felt too woody. But that’s what I’ve grown to appreciate. This is a designer scent with depth. This is sweet scent with a dark side. Hence the name midnight rose. I love this.
