Lanvin Me

Lanvin “Me” it’s one of those perfumes you can’t stay indifferent to – you either love it or hate it. I personally adore this fragrance – it was love at first smell, such a “mine” type of scent, favourite combination of notes, beautiful bottle and amazing chemistry with my skin! At first when applied the fragrance it’s extremely strong and sharp, I can definitely feel the red velvet rose, tuberose and the citrus whiff of mandarin orange. After the citrus-floral explosion calm down appear juicy blueberries mixed with licorice – liqueur-y sweet combination. The blueberries are not fresh – they had the scent of thick blueberry jam, which gradually turns into the smell of sweet, intense and thick blueberry liqueur in the noticeable company of my favourite licorice. The red rose and mandarin are already fading away, only the tuberose appears slightly to give pint of freshness to the blueberry-licorice divines. This way the fragrance stays on me for the next 4-5 hours and then the woody suspicion starts to appear – beautiful and warm sandalwood note. My favourite fruits are the “berrys” and they always appear into my favourite fragrances – they have amazing chemistry with my skin. The blueberries in “Me” are pure splendor for the senses. I had to mention that licorice is really tricky note, it’s absolutely not for everyone’s taste. A test before buy it’s a must for perfumes that has liquorice in their pyramid – no blind buys. Exactly the licorice it’s the note, that makes “ME” so special and differs it from the commercial fruity scents. The licorice makes the fruity scent mature, it gives the blueberry sour hint and it makes “ME” nontypical. „Ме” is classified as linear type of scent – after the strong and sharp floral-citrus beginning the scent turns into 2-component blueberry-licorice composition and after a few hours you can slightly feel sandalwood note. It’s not easy to wear – you definitely need a good chemistry with this fragrance. On my opinion "Me" it's great to wear in the autumn, winter and spring and great to wear in the day & night as well. I categorize “Me” as the most longlasting perfume I’ve ever tried in my life – I feel it during the whole day/night, after I take a shower, it stays on my clothes, on my sheets, in my hair, in the air that’s in the room and in every movement.

After testing this for a couple of days, I decided to take the plunge and bought a full bottle - I'm buying fewer and fewer full bottles recently, so something has to be special to get me to part with my cash. Searching for a blueberry perfume, I had been trying Guerlain La Petite Robe Noire Intense, but I found it to be way too sugary for day-to-day wear. After discovering Lanvin Me and test-driving it over a week, this reminds me very much of LPRN Intense, but without all that sugar. I really love it. The opening of Me is fruity, slightly sweet blueberries and liquorice. On the top, it has a deep blueberry jammy-woodiness. This is quite delicious! As it dries down, the rose and tuberose come out, but the notes are blended very well, so you have to work hard to pick out single floral notes. Clean sandlewood comes out much more noticeably in the dry-down. There is a fuzzy richness to this scent - it feels like there is patchouli here - but the notes say no! It is juicy, not sugary; deep, not loud; easy to wear, yet complex. Edit: My full bottle arrived! Using the spray rather than the dab tester, the liquorice comes out a little more earthy and, overall, the scent has greater sillage. The mixture of juicy not-too-sweet blueberry and deep, earthy liquorice is absolutely beautiful and intriguing. This frag is a hidden gem for liquorice lovers. A magnificent find.

When it comes to sweet, sweet, sweet- this one is the perfect scent for me! There is no patchouli, no caramel, no vanilla, no praline, you get my drift. But sweet, sweet mandarin and blueberries. Beautiful balance of the two, really fresh and sweet and juicy and high quality. This is not chemical or artificial, except, of course, that it is, like perfumes usually are, intensified when it comes to the fruit/berries. And then come rose and tuberose and I would say the balance there TOO is absolutely perfect. I love tuberose like this- with tons of fruit and another flower note. I am so glad they picked rose to balance it and not another white floral. The liquorice is nice and mild, but very there. No way as intense as in Very Irresistible or LPRN- way better and more delicate here and not medicinal at all, which I find it to be in the other two. It takes a while for the super smooth sandalwood to come out, but when it does it ́s lovely and sensual. My favourite thing about this one is how the sweetness is never getting cloying- the mandarin keeps it fresh and vibrant to the very end. I just love this and it is a gourmand that I could wear again and again.

I am wearing Lanvin Me on a 90F rainy summer evening. This perfume is giving me blueberry compote mixed with stale cigarette smoke. I love it. I've never smelt something like this before. This is not innocent. Who would have thought that this would be hidden among the elegant, gentile fragrances in the Lanvin lineup. Lanvin Me is not simple. It is not innocent. This girl has been around and has seen (lots of) things. Perhaps she has a motorbike, packing heat, wears tough leather (with lacy bits underneath), who knows? She's not saying. But, she has a story and it's not a happy one. Wynonna Earp might wear this. Maybe even Jessica Jones. In the dry down, the blueberry is slightly there but Lanvin Me takes on a leathery smoky tone. Reminiscent of LPRN Black Perfecto but a little different. It remains dense and gorgeous. A mystery for sure. If this is what Licorice does to perfumes, then I'm all in! I might have to get a larger bottle of this.

This is one of my favorites, growing up I always loved blueberries and it saddens me that I can rarely find a fragrance where the blueberry dominates. The blueberry in here is like a blueberry compote, I think of the kind my mom makes for pancakes where she boils the berries in water over the stove and adds a bunch of sugar. The licorice and tuberose add a really unique element I can't really describe beyond just literally saying "it smells like tuberose and licorice." The tuberose is the really sweet kind you find in celebrity scents, not heady at all. The licorice is a little mean though, it's not there to be ignored. I don't get much of the orange, rose, and I guess I get a little bit of sandalwood, but it doesn't seem that important in the grand scheme of things. This is a simple yet unique one. Linear, but you're not going to find many things that smell like blueberry, licorice, and tuberose. Personally I love it.

ok, yeah, so i basically bought this scent blindly because i was after a blueberry scent to go with my ever growing collection, as i don't have any dominant blueberry fragrances. It's not what i was expecting. I was expecting a floral sweet smelling scent. It is in fact creamy blueberry wrapped up in licorice and sandalwood. The blueberry is much more creamier and blended in with the licorice than i expected. It is a strong and thick, somewhat heavy scent thanks to the licorice and i believe it is best for winter time. For some reason i believed it would be good for summer. The dry down smells slightly like JPG if it weren't for the dominant licorice. I detect no tuber rose in this. I like it, but it's heavy and it is definitely for winter time. I love the blue box it comes in, it matches the fragrance perfectly. I will keep it boxed until winter time arrives.

I found this wonderful scent about a years ago, it was early spring and I strolled by a shelf with perfumes. I tried it on and continued my walk through the city, constantly sniffing my wrist. A couple of days later I could still smell the fragrance on my coat and by that time I had fallen in love with it. So I saved up some money and bought a bottle. Now one year later and it's not empty yet but soon so I am buying another one real soon! When I wear this fantastic perfume people look at me a bit strange, like if they are wondering what smell it really is. And I love that reaction - the blueberry and tuberos come out very strong on my skin. It is a sweet scent but still not sticky, it is fresh and youthful but still very grown up. It reminds me, yet again, of Paris in the spring.

This perfume is like a warm afternoon, it is full of joy and happiness. Maybe not sophisticated at all, maybe not too interesting but it makes me feel careless and younger. Just one spray and I feel it for hours maybe 8 or even more. Blueberries, fruits and licorice - doesn`t sound like something special but on my skin it turns into a little magic. When I tried it for the first time, it was an early spring and I thought no other season will suit the fragrance. Well, I was wrong. It is much more autumn - winter perfume but it loves sun, it is not a scent for too cold, grey and dark days. The bottle is sweet, the name is simple and nacisstic but in a good way, maybe the right way to enjoy the everyday ot life. Very Mine perfume, I don`t wanna ever miss it.

Imagine you walk around the blueberry garden. You smell something good and sour makes your mouth watering. You wanna eat it and then realize that its taste will surely not be pleasant cause there's spicy in it. So you just sit and inhale those good smelling. That is my thinking about this fragrance. So good , sour of blueberry mix with licorice. First note i get is licorice , reminds me so much of Lolita Lempicka which my fav. Then it goes different way. while LL dry down to sweet bakery thing, Lanvin me has spicy floral. and some of the dried spicy blueberry. After test just one day. I have my big bottle. Love it. after 5 hours I can smell it . Even my husband who never say anything on my perfume. But He told me i smelled good. :)

This perfume has been my signature fragrance ever since I first smelled it in my local perfume store. I love love LOVE this one so much! It's sweet and spicy, bold yet slightly innocent, and doesn't smell at all like a perfume that can easily be bought for less than €40. It holds all these contradictions, and never bores when wearing. Most noticeable are the blueberry and the liquorice, but the tuberose is also quite prominent (and a gorgeous addition, might I add). It dries down to an interesting scent with the warm sandalwood and still some sharp lingering of the tuberose. It never gets that sweet, but almost smells kind of smoky. Massive love for this one, as well as the design of the bottle!

I blind bought this because of the blueberry note and from first wear I’ve been struggling to understand why I have fallen head over heels in love with this perfume. This perfume is understated but still manages to be rich and complex. It is fruity but not super sweet or immature. It is a bit waxy, which I thought I would hate, but don’t. All the notes seem to support one another beautifully without competing for singular attention. Im not convinced that this is a linear perfume. It does bloom and morph on my skin, but does so gently without any dramatic detours. Glad I tried this and happy to add it to my collection.

This was incredibly inexpensive, incredibly niche, totally different from the notes listed. This is a very soft whispy smoke. If you don't like the smell of smoke like that left in your clothes and hair after a bonfire then stay away. This is not licorice like Lempicka nor the candy. The combo of the blueberry and licorice creates a sweet smoke. Not incense. Bonfire. Those are really the only notes you smell distinctly. Not floral. Not fruity. The blueberry bursts out at first spray but the licorice quickly tames it. A burning resinous wood.

I bought this one as a gift for my grandmother. Please do not get me wrong, this is no "grandma scent"! I dug through the shelves in a perfumery, rejecting all the beautiful classics I know she has. I tried "Me" just because I knew it was new. Then I put it away and may have tried ten other perfumes, but eventually I began to think about it again. Something in this perfume made me want to smell it again and again. This fragrance has a personality, it is lovely, charming, irresistible sweet and warm. Just like my beloved grandmother.

This is a beautiful fragrance.A bit similar to loverdose. Just one spray stays for about a day and fills a small room! I'd really appreciate it if I could know which season you think it's best suited for? I think I did a mistake by buying it, considering I live in a tropical country. It's quite overwhelming, unless maybe I use just one spray in the night in an A/Cd place :) any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, I love it too much to throw away, but don't wanna suffocate others around me :)

Have been layering this with Lolita Lempicka, after reading mschnabel666's review and am IN LOVE! They're perfect for each other. This really freshens the damp and foresty vibe of LL, but keeps the shimmery mystery alive. Licorice in this is nothing like LL, I hardly notice it actually - so it doesn't become overwhelming or confusing, and they end up simply complimenting each other! Also increases the longevity a tonnnn! One of my new favorite layering combinations.

At the first spray, I felt a little awkward with the note of Licorice but after a few minutes later, I became to love it. The drydown is what I can die for. The longevity is great. To me it is not a boring scent at all and sort of unique and niche frag. The price is inexpensive but the smell is really expensive. The performance is really great. It is not a sweet and fruity frag for me. It is a bit herbal, bitter, smoky and woody scent on my skin. Love it a lot.

Very woody with a touch of blueberry jam and an opening of yummy licorice, similar to Lolita Lempicka at first. The drydown is completely different though. No licorice to detect after ten minutes or so. The name is perfect. It's a perfume made for a tomboyish girl who likes to smell pretty but not Pink and Flowery pretty. Longevity wears well on me and the sillage is moderate. I truly love the woody smell it projects. Nice and different scent.

Mmmm... blueberries! This is a very delicious smelling perfume. First spray the blueberry is very prominent then a few minutes later I notice the licorice but it's not overwhelming. I do pick up the sandalwood but I barely smell any flowers. I only used two sprays and the perfume is noticeable. I just got a 1 oz. bottle from TJ Maxx for $16.99 and see that it will last a long time. Aw man, now I want blueberry pancakes with blueberry syrup!

I like this, it's lovely :) The top notes to ME remind me of a blueberry scented candle or perhaps blueberry jam, when it dries down the blueberry still lingers while your greeted with a unique touch of Licorice and noticeable tuberose. It sorta reminds me of Lolita lempicka Because of the spicy licorice :) overall nice perfume, I find it classy and unique! If there was such a candle that smells just like this, I'd gladly get one!

I cant get over how much i adore this perfume. I took a look at the notes and was incredibly curious, but honestly wasnt expecting much. I picked up a sample of it earlier today at Nordstrom and I'm in love! Its light, sweet, a touch spicy, and has incredible lasting power on my skin. I think if I had to only own one fragrance it would be this. Its fun, young, juicy, but incredibly sophisticated. Great job, Lanvin.

I absolutely love this fragrance. On my skin it develops in a gorgeous balance of sweetness and freshness. The blueberries are sweet but also a bit tangy, which I like as it avoids the fragrance to become cloying. Also, I have just bought the raspberry body cream from the Body Shop and it does remind me of this fragrance quite a bit (weird, since it based on blueberries!), so it's perfect for layering.

I love it ! yummy and sweet, delicate. Blueberry and licorice are actually very present. It makes me want a blueberry muffin. It could be a cousin of Loverdose-Diesel, some Lolita Lempicka or FlowerParty by Night-Yves Rocher or Ode à l'Amour Passionnément : same sweet and fuity family. Absolutely lovely, fresh and feminine. Lanvin Me is very me ! Very good lasting power.

I removed the stone from the bottle and made a nacklace out of it :) It ́s soo cool and beautiful. Anyway I like the scent as well ;) I wear it on days if I had a bad start in the morning. The smell on me makes me instantly smile. :) :)

31. march 2013 Been wearing this one the wholw day yesterday so i think i am able to review this honestly. To start, let me say that the bottle looks lovely, that gem on a chain is glued to the bottle, so it always stays in place and that is nice. The scent of headonista!!! Honestly. That ́s the first reaction that i got when i sniffed it for the first time. The name, the advertising is very nacisstic as well and the fragrnace itself screams: "I love myself and i love la dolce vita!" The sweet elixir of the sweet life. Somehow i picture a character typical of Holly Golightly from "Breakfast at Tiffany" wearing this a girl who enjoys life and all the benefits. :) This is a sweet strong mix of licorice and blueberry. It is like a sweet blueberry. With a hint of tuberose, which is gladly quite light, otherwise it would be deadly combination. I do think that this fragrance is not for everybody and is more suitable for colder time of the year. At the moment where i live it is a zero degrees (celsius) and quite chilly and that ́s the perfect exteriour for this fragrance IMO. Since it is quite sweet thanks to strong licorice acccord it might not be the same good during warmer time of the year. it has a good sillage for 2 sprays, which has even more better projection when being outside in the cold, that ́s when you get the fullest of it. Lasting power is going strong for full 8 hrs at least. Next day i can still smell the traces of perfume on my skin. The scent does not have development and i guess it is not bad i this case at all. Nice, really nice. Honestly. Quite a different take on a gourmand (if i can call it that type of smell). This one is definitly has it ́s place in my collection of fall-winter fragrances. It smells actually quite close to Galliano ́s "Parlez-moi d ́amour" in EDP, but Lanvin is much better in terms of composition and projection.

Firstly, I have to say that I hate the bottle accessories. The crystal stuck to the front (no chain on the 30ml bottle) is hideous and the cap is flimsy plastic that looks cheap. Which is a real shame because the glass bottle is heavy and would look expensive with a different cap and no "jewel". Plus the design detracts from the star of the show, the fragrance. I bought this on a whim as it was super cheap and had decent reviews here. When I checked the notes and saw liquorice after I'd bought it I thought I'd hate it. I really do not like liquorice in perfume. However, I've been pleasantly surprised. The initial smell was of burning plastic which isn't great but it only lasts a couple of minutes. After that the magic begins. This isn't a fruity sweet perfume, it has sweet elements but they are well balanced with an aromatic, almost herby aroma. The mandarin orange is slightly sour and the blueberry is perfumey. I get a basil accord which I think is a combination of the greenness of the sour mandarin mixed with the liquorice. The sandalwood and rose give it a touch of soap after a while. This is a beautiful and complex fragrance that would be at home within a niche house. I'm very impressed and happy with my purchase. The weather is cool today but not cold and it is behaving wonderfully. Although in the cold weather I fear it may not be cosy enough, there is a cold quality to it, so I will have to see. Bargain beauty!

At first spray, ME reminded me of a very light, less intensive version of Guerlain's La Petite Robe Noir (2012). There is less of an intensive cherry note here, as ME's focus is on the blueberry, but the two are nonetheless similar. A note about development: at some point in the early stages, the blueberries smell a bit more like plastic than fruit; this stage doesn't bother me, however, as I tend to like scents that smell slightly reminiscent of makeup and other feminine sundries. After half an hour or so, the plastic scent fades and ME blends nicely into a beautiful fruity musk. ME projects within arm's length for a few hours, and sits on the skin thereafter, so it may require a little bit of refreshment at mid-day. Suffice it to say that the longevity is the only con to this fragrance, but it is unique and pleasant enough to warrant purchase and wear, in my opinion. There are other, more unique frags out there, but there is something about ME that keeps my nose practically glued to my wrist every time I put it on, and not all scents do that to me. Definitely a must-have! I hope to add a full-size bottle to my collection very soon!

Blueberry note can strangle if improperly mixed in a fragrance. Black current turns usually too sweet with my skin chemistry. I was afraid blubbery would turn too sweet as well. But in "Me" right balance with other components and especially with liquorice enchants me. Liquorice over blueberry controls the sweetness and ads a hint of sourness, just enough to be able to enjoy the both. Sometimes the sour note disappears completely and then I have a very natural blueberry smell. Mmmmmm... Like a mouthwatering blueberry jam or a blueberry tart. From time to time I catch whiffs of flowers but I can hardly recognise tuberose. I met this flower in other fragrancies like jucy couture or Jimmy choo flash. And it smells a little bit artificial and synthetic even if it has it's own attractiveness in these perfumes. But here no false note just light white flower. Enchanting fragrance that can be worn in spring and even in summer as is not suffocating.

I have had it before, but got rid of it because it was too sweet for me. I love liquorice as a sweet, and appearantly as a perfume note as well. Lanvin Me is jam like, dense sweet, but it is not a typical easy to forget sweet fruity floral. Heck no! Soft spicy, oh that divine 10% of the perfume which is soft spicy and 10% which is tuberose. The rest 80% is sugary blueberry jam. But let's talk about the exquisite 20%. I am in love with tuberose smell, since Truth or Dare enterned my life, I am up for all the fragrances having a dose of it. The creamy tuberose is well hidden in Lanvin's me, its classification as 'floral' is highly misleading, I think. The more this juice sits on my wrist the more edible it smells. Intense floral spicy sweetness. Juicy. Oh, this one would have been perfect Juicy Couture's signature scent.

I just got this and it's beautiful but don't smell it right when you spray it. Wait at least 10 but preferably 30 minutes. It smells unique and quite expensive. It has an edge to it but the edge is a bitter woodiness on my skin not peppery. Also I smell a bit of celery leaf or perhaps another note mentioned in another comment, tomato leaf. I can't say for sure but there is a hint of a green note. I rarely wear scents straight out the box. I almost always layer them so I am going to play with this and see what I can match this with. I also think this would be great in the fall or Spring. Edit: So the scent I love layering this with after playing around is Night by Judith Leiber (The black bottle). OMG! These two scents together are fabulous. Smells like SMONEY (Sexy Money).

SO much better than I expected. In my mind, I hate licorice in fragrances, but I realized that's based mostly on that candy-sweet Lolita Lempicka style of licorice. This one, having no vanilla I thought might be better and yes! It is! I can smell the licorice, but its beautiful, not sickening as I've experienced in the past. The sandalwood doesn't ruin it for me either, which is quite a feat. A surprise like! That doesn't happen often so I'm very excited. So glad I took a chance despite some challenging notes for me. This doesn't come across heavy to me, and is pale gray/blue in color like the box. I'm trying to acquire more light, understated yet interesting scents and this fits into that category for me. I'm so into it.

I’m not a fruit scent person, even though I like the smell of real fruits. I’m more of a vanilla gourmand oriental lover. Lanvin Me is the only gourmand perfume with a blueberry note that I’m really into. The blueberry is enveloped by warm and sweet woody notes. It’s not too fruity, and not too woody. It’s fairly simple, which makes it a great scent to layer with. I layer with something super sweet or maybe a floral. I like the fun and effortless wearing experience. The bling on the bottle and the logo indentation on the cap makes it more fun. This is something I wear when I’m don’t know what to wear, and sometimes I do crave its blueberry simplicity. Sillage is moderate to strong. Longevity is about half a day.

I received a mini of this fragrance, and the first thing I noticed was its resemblance to my mother's bottle of My Sin. I thought the similarities would be limited to visuals, but then I took a sniff... This is so close to how I remember My Sin, only dropped in a tub of blueberry jam. Comparing the notes, I'm not exactly sure how how they smell so similar, aside from them both being made by Lanvin. It's so funny how that works sometimes. Because of this, I find this fragrance a bit mature for my personal needs. Though I might pick up a larger bottle for the sake of good memories, as the blueberry is quite lovely. It's jammy and maybe even a bit boozy. That factor makes it a bit more "me" haha (sorry I had to).

I like this fragrence, but it's not for me, so I will be listing it on ebay. I never opened the box. I used the samples I recieved. I just don't think the Blueberry, and Licorice go together, and I really don't like Rose, and Tuberose. Maybe if I was older I would apprciate this fragrence more. I'm only 22, I think this is meant for people who are older. I've been looking for a blueberry scent I would like for a long time now, and I haven't been able to find it. I might wear this perfume from time to time, but most likley it would only been a few times a month. I'm looking for a fragrence that will wow me. Overall I give this, because of my taste, etc 5/10.

I got this so cheap, I used it up with in a couple of months, it actually reminds me of revlons flair. One would think there's patchouli in this, as the woodsy notes seem to be a little earthy on my fine self, but composition wise this is very different to anything else yet still has that Lanvin vibe. In all of Lanvin's fragrances there appears to be something lurking in the background which makes these fragrances uniquely Lanvinish... Long lived and suitable to spritz any time any where and season. Not for the foolhardy. It is different, very, very earthy and unique. Lasts about 6 to 8 hours and fresh.

Although I'm a bit disappointed that I don't get more tuberose, I quite like Lanvin's Me. I see it's been compared to Loverdose, but I don't find them very similar. The strong bluberry note, lack of prominent citrus and much milder level of sweetness makes them distinctly different. Lanvin smells like a very reduced blueberry jam with some star anise thrown in the pot. Minimal florals and I don't get any sandalwood.

Pure Blueberry smells as blueberry body mist mixed with attractive licorice,, syrupy juicy .. lasting power & sillage are very good .. I will have a bottle .. so delicious <3 Update: I bought it, after using it this is a warm blueberry licorice scent .. delicious woody/fruity combo .. lovely .. I guess it works better in winter. I don't know how come this is categorized as a (floral) scent !!!

There's no mystery about it, it's sweet fruity fragrance like many others. There's blueberries, fruits and licorice, but the licorice note is not as deep as in loverdose perfumes. So it's similar to many other perfumes especially celebrity perfumes, but I would wear it, if I got it as a present. It's comforting and quite good. Also, seems to have a good sillage.

Oh this is so pleasantly sweet, if i didn't know its Lanvin maybe i'd think its Escada or Nina Ricci. Very fruity sunny uplifting! Like a summery Lolita Lempicka. Smells like blueberries mostly, i also get the licorise but its not overpowering, supports the berries nicely, the dry down is woody. Pretty good one!

This scent smells exactly like Lolita Lempicka on me which is a scent I like and have so for that reason I am not really happy with my blind buy since I already have a scent that smells like this. Was hoping for something unique. It's a nice scent though.

"Lanvin me" I just blind buy because I love this brand. This is different from other lanvin's. first blueberry Intense floral spicy sweetness mixed with cigarette smoke. I think it’s too intense but when dry down it's rather fresh and clean

The best way I can describe this scent is to picture yourself running through a corn maze on a warm fall day! A very interesting fragrance that brings back memories. I love that it tells a story for me, although unusual.

Got a bottle today, Liquorice blended with blueberries, I love it ! It is not " gourmand " sweet , it is a fruity fresh bitterness with a woody liquorice. An unique scent & very versatile .

For me this smells clean. I can't smell licorice at all (which is good because I can't stand licorice). I think it's kinda safe scent for basic spring/fall days in the office.

Sweet as candies, flowery, it remains nice all the time. I liked it but maybe is too sweet for me, reminded me of Loverdose.

It's opening is too sweet. Drydown is floral (tuberose and rose). Not me scent.

I'm a bit bummed out by my two trial runs from my ~1 mL sample. The first time, I wore it to work, but then I got really busy and didn't have time to sniff myself and jot down my thoughts during my lunch break like I normally do. By the time I was ready to leave work (~10 hours after application), I went to sniff myself, and had to go back to my timeline to see if I had even applied perfume that day. To be fair, 10 hours is a big ask, so I figured I would try again. I tried it again the other day while not at work, and I'm a bit underwhelmed. All my nose got was a very sharp blueberry. I was looking forward to seeing how the rest of the notes would work with it, but alas I couldn't detect any of them. I managed to salvage my disappointment by lightly layering some Mon Guerlain on top, and good ole' Momma MG swooped in and helped save the day. I still have about 1-2 applications worth left, and I am curious if this performs better in slightly warmer weather than I am currently experiencing. I thought based on the votes bar that this would shine in the winter, but I'm thinking this might be better suited to a slighter warmer spring, as the current winter conditions are very harsh in my area, given that we usually have rather mild winters. No judgement passed / additional button clicking on my part until I try it then.
