Rumeur 2 Rose

I usually don't like citrus perfume.they get too sour and headachey and I don't like rose too.but all of my perfumes are warm and I need something for spring and summer hot days.my friend with a similar preference in perfumes introduced me to lanvin rumeur2 rose and an other one(tommy girl)as Summer perfumes that she loves.I trust her so I ordered rumeur2 rose.it's very strange but I love it.it's difficult not to love this pretty perfume.it's very very beautiful.I can smell lots of citrus,like a mixture of all fresh citrus fruits,not sour in a bad way,they are sour and delicious.there is rose,very soft and dewy and pretty.there are other flowers too so this isn't very rosey.I can also smell green notes.not like vegetable green.it's like green tea and it's very lovely.this is a very good spring and summer perfume.very fresh and lively and even good for bride.I didn't expect very much longevity and sillage.but longevity is very good.most perfumes don't stay more than five hours on me and it stays five hours.just like my strong and warm winter perfumes.sillage is moderate.this is a perfume that will ensure hearing you smell lovely hundreds of times from different people 8/10 عطرهای مرکباتی تایپ من نیستن چون مرکبات برای من بسیار سردردآور هستن و ترشی آزاردهنده ای دارند.عطرهای رزی را هم نمی پسندم.اما از آنجا که تمام عطرهام گرم و زمستانی هستن دنبال گزینه برای بهار و تابستان بودم.یکی از دوستانم که با من سلیقه مشابهی داره لانوین رومئور۲ رز و یک عطر دیگر(تامی گرل)را بعنوان تابستانی های محبوب خودش معرفی کرد و از آنجا که به نظرش ایمان دارم رومئور۲ رز را خریدم.خیلی عجیب هست اما باید بگم از همان لحظه اول دلبسته رومئور۲ رز شدم.درواقع این عطر بحدی زیباست که نمیشه دوستش نداشت.زیبا و ظریف و شاداب.بیشتر از همه مرکبات را حس میکنم که درواقع ترکیبی از مرکبات مختلف هست و ترشی خوشمزه و خیلی شادابی دارند.رز با گلهای دیگر ترکیب شده به همین خاطر خیلی توی چشم نیست.این عطر یک حالت سبز هم دارد که مثل سبزی گیاهان و علف نیست.مثل چای سبز هست و خیلی دوست داشتنی.رومئور۲ رز یک عطر تابستانی واقعی هست.برای تمام سنین بدون استثنا خوب هست.انتظار ماندگاری و پخش زیاد نداشتم اما قوی ترین عطرهای من نهایتا پنج ساعت ماندگاری دارند که این هم حداقل همان مقدار را می مانه و پخش متوسط داره.این عطر زیبا برای عروس هم خیلی مناسبه و عطری هست مه تضمین می کنه صدها بار از افراد گوناگون تعریف و تمجید می شنوید ۸/۱۰

romeur2 rose opens with citrus and green notes,citrus notes are lemony/grapefruity,fresh and not much sour or zesty on me after couple of minutes that they calm down.then mild sweetness appears with a delicate,wet rose and a touch of other florals,not a prominant vivid rose scent,florals hide behind citrus til the end,so if you're not a fan of rosey or floral scents but like citrus dominated,a bit green,sour&sweet summery scents give this one a try,as middle notes kick in I can detect a deep,dominant,lovely tea which is not listed as notes but I'm sure about it,this is what makes romeur2 rose special for me and doesn't let it to be spoiled to a very girly pink barbey doll,I'm glad there is no pear,no specific white florals to my nose in this fresh,light and calming scent I've always adored simple,young nice smelling summery scents for daily use even if they are called too simple,generic,girly,syntethic,soapy,shampoo like,etc...actually I believe this one is none of them,to be honest though it's cheapy and underrated I love it and can see myself buying my second bottle as weather becomes really hot It stays about 4-5 hours on me with a soft sillage...not strong but still a keeper

If you are not seeking for rose note, this is definitely a elegent and beautiful spring/summer scent. It's very fresh and spicy at first, mostly citrusy with a touch of sweet orange. Then it becomes a light sweet floral scent, which is still not gentle but very feminine. It's not as soft as Jeanne or Eclat D'arpege(the longevity is also not as good);it's alive, young, energetic and very happy so it's fair to be a little bit more evanescent(I don't know if it makes any sense here). I fell in love with it in an early summer afternoon. I was on the way to mailbox, the sunset and and the wind brought me this sweet, warm but also clean scent and I just felt I was in heaven. It used to be my favorite scent. I used it everytime when I was with my ex-boyfriend; he loved it a lot, too. But since he broke up with me I've never used it again. Scents always bring out so much memories. But let's keep it and make it an evidence of those good times. I still love it so so much, but I've already found another signature scent----I just had to.

I just bought this as a spur of the moment thing online, and don’t regret it! In some way it reminds me of CK In2U, though it doesn't have that awful imperial leather smell that develops on me. It opens with a zesty burst of citrus, but dries down to a really soft, fresh floral. It has a really clean smell as it continues through the day, which I really like. I don't get a great deal of rose, but it’s there. It’s definitely not what I’d call a rose perfume as you would call a Chloe or Stella McCartney. To me, this is a fresh break from my stronger, heavier favorites in Escada Magnetism, Givenchy Absolutely Irresistible and Chloe. It lasts pretty well on me, though the initial spray is different to the smell that lasts. They are both really nice however.

This fragrance I have actually always wanted to have..since I remember one of my co-workers had it back in time. so many years came through and well, I decided finally to get it, for to join my decent collection of perfumes. And what I have to say? NOTHING COULD COMPETE with THIS SCENT..ITS SOO SPECIAL! Sorry for my Caps lock..I just become deeply emotional in my satisfaction from this scent. Really, to be honest -I have smelled hundreds of perfumes during all of those years..roses scents, citruses+ roses..etc, many variantions of kind of the same...BUT..no one scent even reminds this one. It is incredible! Big respect from me to creator - Honorine Blanc did something, nobody could repeat.

My first impression: Imagine an orange-rosed flavored candy with the sourness of the grapefruit. Very citrusy and floral at the opening, a mix of white and pink flowers. The rose is so subtle and fresh, nothing like a mature rose scent. I can soon smell the sweetness of the amber and the soapy vibe of the musk. There ́s also this clean and green smell of the steam of the flowers, soft but present. That ́s all. Quite likeble and refreshing, the smell is definitely youthful and femenine even though a man could wear this since perfume has no gender in my opinion. Nothing astonishing but again, quite likeable.

I have this for 2 years and I can say I like it a lot, it is fresh, zesty, smells like roses and magnolia(my fav flower) plus citrus. For me this is a moodlifter. Sillage and lasting power are great for me. Stays on skin more than 12 hours, at the end of the day when taking a shower I can still catch withs of it. I advice to try it first on skin. Also, it is Perfect for GYM/ beautiful summer mornings/dark days of winter when you need to be reminded of hot summer days. Will buy another one when this is finished.Love it!!

The perfect summer scent! Light, fresh and citrus notes. For me, this perfume has nothing to do with the sweet flavors. Rose did not even feel in it, which is paradoxical because it is present in the name of the perfume. Basically fragrances which include rose repel me. But this grabbed me with its purity and freshness. Reminds me of fresh and cold lemon tea. Raises my mood and makes me feel energetic. Perhaps it is not long lasting but, it is not surprising for this type of fragrances. Light and delicate.

I really do love this perfume. It is fresh, up-lifting, and calming. The begining can be a little bit harsh but it quickly settles down. The note that I get are citrus (at the begining), rose and magnolia (as already mentioned below) and the drydown is lovely amber. It lasts 5 hours and its sillage is medium. I received a lot of compliments when wearing this. Maybe it is not the most sophisticated fragrance which stood the test of time but hey I like having this "fun" uplifting perfume in my collection.

OMG I dunno what's wrong with my nose. I blind bought this one and I 😍 😍 😍 😍 this scent, mind you I'm not into citruzy scents (I 🤔) but I absolutely love this. I'm definitely ordering a back-up bottle because I want to wear this scent forever, not everyday but for the rest of my days. Sweet but not cloying, citruzy but not tart, musky but not powdery. This is not fancy or 'sexy' per se. Imagine a fluffy rose wrapped in a citruzy-musky-cotton-candy. So uncomplicated it is perfect. Thank you Honorine

I discovered this in a drawer yesterday - never worn and I'm sure it's been there for years. I am wearing it today and think it is lovely - my initial reaction is that it is a bright sparkling citrusy floral. There's no strong rose heart - I detect the magnolia much more clearly. As I love both magnolia and citruses, this is a win. Sillage and longevity are not great - but since I'm sure I got this remaindered, I will get my money's worth. Good for spring and summer.

This is one of my favourite fragrances for day - it's a nice combination of fresh citrus and rose notes. It's a very pretty and romantic scent. It's not particularly complex, but it's definitely a crowd-pleaser. I've gotten more compliments from strangers wearing Rumeur 2 Rose than any other fragrance I own. I quite like the unique bottle, as well. My only gripe is that I wish it lasted a tad longer (it lasts about four hours on my skin).

Honorine Blanc is undoubtedly the master of her trade! This very fragrance, to me, is the winter scent. Having read a bunch of reviews, I do get why people consider it to be suitable for the warmer season. It's not the most powerful choice with a strong sillage BUT I smell tangerines which you are supposed to eat at Christmas or on New Year, whichever - I mean this season. Extremely feminine and likeable, therefore great for presents.

This one grew on me quickly! It lasts longer on my clothes than on my skin, so I make sure to put some on my shoulders after I get dressed. To me it smells like juicy grapefruit and delicate flowers. I wear a different perfume every day but lately this is the only one I have received compliments on. It's not deep or sexy, but has a fresh, pretty smell suitable for work or weekend. It's a comfort scent for me, it makes me smile :)!

I really enjoy this fragrance in the warmer weather, the citrus notes along with the fresh, clean rose scent seems to really work for me in the heat. I do agree with many other reviews about lasting power, it isn't exactly a powerhouse, lasting maybe 4hrs tops on me. I find that if I spray some onto my hair, it seems to last much better. A really nice fragrance all around, it brings a smile to my face when I wear it.

Crispy, fresh, a very nice citruses and rose combination.It remains citrusy through all stages, of course becoming more floral as time goes by. This is a very girly scent and the rose in it is kind of gourmand. If you're a rose-lover like me-wear your rose fragrances in spring, but you will love this in summer. This is a great upgrade of the original Rumeur(which i don't like). I will definately repurchase.

I really love this perfume although I don't understand the "Rose" in it's name. I hate the smell of roses but I don't smell it in this perfume at all. It's a really nice fresh (citrus?), a little bit sweet perfume which makes it very suitable for the day. I don't think it's floral! It's a strong perfume, but not overwelming at all. One of my favourites now.

Has no staying power... such a lovely smell, disappears like in 10min. :( Fresh rose (with a pinch of grapefruit) in a bottle! I love it, but with it's no staying power there's no point of wearing it. If it did stay - it probably would have been my favorite and signature. Damn it Lanvin... It would have been perfect if it had staying power.

This fragrance is one of my absolute favorite. There is a really fresh and uplifting citrus notes along with the main floral notes, get together so beautifully. If there is a color associate with this fragrance, it will be light orange pink color. I hope this fragrance won't be discontinued, I will be really sad.

This is summery fragrance, very citrusy and little bit sharp. But I cant detect any flowery notes..and I would love to. This fact makes it a girlie scent, but I cant call it my signature scent. It is quite pleasent scent, very wearable for work or school. I wear it quite often. Doesnt disturb anyone.

This is so good but sadly underrated. It smells like freshly cut lemon (from the fridge) + rose + little sweetness and the most impt part, it does not turn sour. The dry down is a beautiful flower. The fragrance does not offend at all, thus safe for work or crowded place.

At first I can hear a ringing lemon and then a delicate little pink rose. And all together it is cute and sweet, joyful and optimistic. On my skin the longevity is about three hours, on clothes you can hear it from morning to evening. A wonderful, "young" fragrance.

It was a blind buy and I could not be more satisfied. It is basically floral, but the drydown gets a sweet citrus. Really Lovely. Safe buy and though you might think this is another pink fragrance, there is something distintive and original in it.

God, I love this one! It was a blind-buy, I knew nothing about it. I am using now my second bottle and my deepest sorrow is that after only half an hour I can`t detect it from my neck or wrist. But still I find it really lovely.

Such a strong scent! And really quite bewitching in its simplicity. Don't breathe in deeply too soon after applying, it's a tongue-sticker! I think guys would go mad for this. It's still sweet but mostly floral and super tangy.

I blind bought this fragrance for the notes and, of course, for the brand, which I know and love. Well, it's delicious, feminine, spring-like. It leaves a delicate, elegant, wonderful trail. A gorgeous floral. My new LOVE.

kinda weaker than my other 2 favorite lanvins, Eclat and Jeanne. The rose is a little bit more watery than expected. but i loved it :) lovely, but not very memorable. i'd still want it though. and the bottle is so pretty!

I love love love this perfume It's so comforting, sweet and fluffy I can't get enough of it, it lasts 6 to 7 hours so I get this happy bubble around me and I absolutely love it, so well blended, so smooth 👌🏾❤️

Very light.. but so juicy and vibrant!! It's like slicing into a zesty lemon...on a bed of roses!! haha I'd say it's more citrusy than rosy. It really makes my mouth water. Perfect summer/spring scent!!!

Cute! I smell a sugary, citrusy baby rose in this fragrance... very youthful, feminine, gentle and fresh! I can spray myself every few hours with this all day to maintain the scent. I love it!

This is very rosy, citrusy and bright. Easy to wear and nice for office. Usually I`m not into fruity florals,but this one I really love. Great especially for spring and summer.

A simple but beautiful citrus rose. It’s 20 years old but still feels modern. It’s almost a skin scent and thats ok because it’s perfect at being easy to wear.

This is the best among rose frags. I love the top note, but it disappears directly. Still it's the best rose. Fresh, dewy, clean roses. I used up 100ml bottle.

Citrus rose scent. One of my favourites! It’s just happiness in bottle for me. There's not much sillage or longevity to my skin but I really enjoy it.

Beautiful scent, very fresh, worth every penny.

Well it's a chilly Autumn here in Melbourne. Today though is going to be sunny and nice. A 22 Celsius degree day. A perfect late Autumn day. Perfect for this. It's class right up to stumps this fragrance is. I'm still so ignorant at the identification of individual notes in fragrances, though thanks to you wonderful bloggers and reviewers here, I am getting the hang of it. I sprayed this on the other evening, and I thought about what I had written here last time on this fragrance. It was a tad cheesey. I was immediately reminded of sparkling pink champagne straight off with this Rumeur 2 EDP. Fizzy and tart with the direct aroma or should I say a hint. No this should mean a BLUSH of rose hips exploding in my greedy hungry teenaged mouth of yesteryear. I loved picking the rose hips from the wild magenta coloured rose bushes in my teens when I lived in Sweden. Those huge orange squat shaped round hips from the bushes. Tiding my hunger over. This fragrance to me smells like those memories and like those rose hips from those wild rose bushes. Just a hint. Like the name sake of this fragrance say's. ROSE equates to me as Blush. Although soft. I find this fragrances was still wafting from my melonous and humungous bazooka's well into the next twelve hours or so. Definitively with that chemical compound that only expensive fragrances seem to have. Some sort of fixative or preservative? It is a light and barely there fragrance, one might consider layering, but there is no need to either if you prefer light and inoffensive. This fragrance also speaks to me of French, France and all things Frankish. Kind of like holding a beautiful crystal champagne glass full to the brim with exquisite demi sec bubbles tickling the nose whilst wandering the 'Jardin De Bagatelle in Paris first thing in the morning before the summer sun has barely risen. Grapefruit and rose in the opening is so gorgeous and refreshing, but the scent gets abit sweeter and juicier as it develops. Imagine drinking a cold glass of orange juice while you are in a florist shop surrounded by dewy fresh flowers, and you’ll get an idea of what this fragrance smells like. Pretty, eventhough I was expecting something more ozonic or watery. Smells youthful and romantic without being tacky. I sense the orange and honeysuckle adding sweetness to this scent. Very suitable for gifting to high-school and college girls, it would smell sophisticated and beautiful on them. But overall it is a safe scent for all ages who enjoy youthful fruity-florals, I can’t imagine it being offensive. I have to say, Lanvin does make some really good-quality scents for spring/summer that are very budget friendly. Very good sillage and longevity for what it is and the price is great as well. Personally, I wish the orange and pear notes weren’t there, it’s making it abit too ‘fruit-juice’ like for my liking. I wish the beautiful rosy-grapefruit opening would have stayed longer, it is absolutely the best phase of this scent, but unfortunately that phase only lasts 5-10 mins. This was a blind buy, I don’t think I’ll keep my bottle, I’ll be gifting it to my 17 year old niece. Being in my 30s, I feel like it’s abit too simplistic for me and the sweet orange juice drydown feels abit too youthful. I prefer Eclat D’Arpege and Marry Me to this scent.

This was a compulsive buy for me. I was returning another fragrance and thought I had to exchange instead of money back. But come to find out I was able to get money back but already felt compelled to buy it by the forces of the shopaholic gods that possess my reasoning skills while in stores. Soooo since it was already in my hands I bought it! Lets just say I was a bit surprised when I first sprayed this. Nice surprise? Not really. Only because I wasn't expecting what I got. I hate when this happens! I was hoping for that vintage floral aroma from the original but with roses. Instead I got a blast of fruit! Young, fresh, optimistic and S-A-F-E. The rose is barely noticeable. It smells just like orange juice or tropical punch kool-aid. eeeek! However it does put me in a good mood. :) Nice aromatherapy. Rumeur 2 is just not me(AT ALL)or what I wear these days. Although I am wearing it today and enjoying the smell because its uplifting but I doubt I reach for this often. I have a huge bottle too. :( Looks like I have a new air freshener!

This fragrance is easy to wear and to like and it's really right up my alley in terms of notes - a citrusy floral with muted rose. I don't get much of the base notes - this fragrance is indeed very linear as others have said, with citrus carrying through to the end, but I do get a slightly mentholated note after a while, which adds some interest. To reiterate what other have said, longevity is not good although I do find that it lasts longer on clothes. I've been exploring Lanvin scents and also recently acquired Jeanne Lanvin. I had been deliberating between these two and finally settled on Jeanne because of the berry notes. Well, I should have gone for this one because it so much livelier and zestier. No matter, I compensated myself for that failed blind buy with this, more successful one. Edit -I ended up giving this one away too. My DD (20) took a shine to it and I felt like it was more suited for someone her age, as an everyday scent. I'm trying to minimize my collection and I found this one expendable.

I read through quite a few of the reviews Fragrantica members wrote on this. Although admittedly not all. One thing I noticed was the reference to ROSE. As Lanvin is a French manufacturer and parfumerie. Might it be suggested that Rose indicates the colour rather than the scent. As Rose in French means PINK. I recently purchased a 100 mil bottle for myself for Christmas. Something to look forward to. And personally agree with Fragrantica admirers of this particular scent. It's divine. Albiet. Lanvin. Traditionally aims to impress. I don't know what this fragrance reminds me of as of yet. As motivation was indeed the extremely affordable price. 25.oo Aus D's, and the brand power. And I don't mind the smell of Roses. No Hint could I smell either. Wild Roses are magenta and smell and taste wonderful. Simmered down are quite pink in colour. Just a thought. Cheers T.

I have 100 ml bottle of this one. My mother gave it to me on the New Year 2 years ago. This perfume is definetly a day time scent. It's very delicate and neutral, it's not annoying at all. In the beginning it smells like cup of tea with some citrus hint, but later it starts to smell like flower bouquet. The main note is rose, but I personally think that it smells like rosebud, very nice and soft, not as sensual and deep as the blooming one. This perfume is very feminine and romantic, it has no age - I can imagine it on 15 years old girl and 50 years old woman. The only problem with it - it lasts very short time! It dissapears from my skin after 2-3 hours, so I need to reapply it all the time. But the bottle is too big to carry it in my bag, so recently I use this perfume only at home.

Opening is very generic and it seems I've tried something like this already, it's not a bad thing as it seems to be pleasant and not bad at all. At first I got loads of lemon, but very soon it changed to sweet, fruity flowers. I can feel loads of pear and magnolia. It's totally not about rose here, more about fruits. Honeysuckle on my skin is very noticable as well. At the heart part the fragrance is almost the same as before, the only thing that's changed is that there is no rose noticable, at least for my skin, it dissapoints me greatly and it feels like an everyday generic floral fruity at this point. Though - it's a crowd pleaser, so you probably can't get wrong if you gift this to a 20-25 year old girl who doesn't care much for "unique" fragrances and just likes to smell nice.
