Having no experience with that fragrance, I can only judge Portrait on its own merits. It's quite a beautiful fruit forward fragrance, specifically a mango fragrance that is very strong and long lasting. That mango note is blended with floral, woody and musk aromas to balance it out. It's a creamy floral mango that comes very close to smelling like actual mangoes hanging on a mango blossom tree (albeit with baby powder mixed in ;D). Quality is niche level and it comes at a good price. All of which makes it really surprising that the reviews on Fragrantica for this are so divided. For some reason, this fragrance has polarized users and they either really love it or really hate it. Maybe the haters were hoping for a more gourmand style fragrance with vanilla, coconut and/or honey notes -- all of which Portrait lacks. I'm really not sure what the issue is, so I hope this review helps in making it clear what you are getting here. This is a hybrid fragrance that blends the fruit and floral DNAs and does so very well. It's a floral powdery mango scent. If that appeals to you, you should definitely get this. This is unisex but leans more feminine to my nose due to the florals. Male users who may be hoping for a fresher and more masculine note on the drydown a la Polo Black should be aware it's not to be found here. As I do a lot of outdoor activities and am a known foodie, I can get away with wearing this. This is great for social and outdoor activities in all seasons. It favors younger users and is unisex, though again it does lean more feminine. Performance is very good and bottle presentation is beautiful. Quality is definitely niche and comes at a very good price. Bottom line: Can you wear and enjoy a fragrance like Lattafa's Bade'e Al Oud Sublime which is also a tropical fruit and floral aroma? Yes? Then you can definitely wear and enjoy this. Recommended.

Oud-y & fresh mango, with sandalwood and musk. at my nose - Fresh, fruity green mango accord, with clean notes (almost shampoo-like) light floral tones, very woody (oud) at the base, with musk and amber. Sandalwood is prominent at my nose on the drydown that adds something powdery. personal thoughts - It's an adventurous and sophisticated perfume, not for everyone; it can be sharp for some people (maybe the oud, sandalwood, amber and musk blend), but I personally love it. I think it's kinda unique; I never smelled something like this before and I'm happy it turns very well on my skin. Ajayeb Dubai Portrait is a mango perfume, yes... but with character. Tropical but not on the typical sweet "coconut" or what people is usually expecting from a tropical fragrance. It's NOT a candied smoothie mango perfume neither. I don't really get the orange & lemon notes, just something very fresh at the opening that adds its perfect touch to the mango. Mango is VERY present (more on the green-side, juicy not entirely ripe) but tends to fade a little over time. I can definitively smell oud and sandalwood in the mix (one of my friend told me it reminds her of some incense/essential oil blends and she loved it) from the opening to the drydown, with musk and amber as well, and something clean in the middle (I guess it's jasmine and osmanthus). Unisex, more on the feminine side. Very long lasting, very good performance. I don't overspray this one. A more "mature" perfume (not girly, more refined), that I will certainly wear this summer ! the vibe - I've read in someone's review that she could see a classy, confident younger woman on vacation: spot on. tarot cards - 9 of pentacles. An earthy, but sophisticated and plentiful energy : the woman depicted on the card has worked hard and now enjoy the fruits of her labor. Unapologetically. Your place is set in a manor house’s ornate mango tree solarium. Just-ripened, firm mango slices have been laid out in anticipation of your arrival. A door to the garden is open, and from either the mango itself or the breeze drifting in, you catch soft floral notes, jasmine and osmanthus, delicate and unobtrusive. You take your seat at a sandalwood table. Later, the mango is gone, but its memory lingers on your lightly musky fingers. This is for those seeking an alternative to the usual mango treatment; no aquatic, overly masculine, or strong Middle Eastern vibes. It’s unisex, with an elegant, mature feel. Not candied juvenile mango, either. A lovely option for those who struggle with traditionally bright fruit notes. It's beautiful and I'm a fan. Oud is listed, but don’t worry if you're oud-shy; there are no strong ouds, just soft woods. Nothing animalic. Some say they don’t get mango; I wonder if that’s because the mango and citrus notes arrive together, creating a just-barely-ripe, slightly acidic impression. I definitely get mango, and I don’t detect lemon (fellow cleaning-lemon-fearers can also relax). Superficial and irrelevant note: the bottle looks niche, and, frankly, it looks much better in person. No photo I’ve seen does it justice, I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived. (I paid around £15 for this, and it smells and looks like a niche £200). (Note relevant to gourmand folks: if you want to bring this towards gourmand territory, you can layer with almost any vanillic perfume) Possibly Important Note: My bottle was 8 months old (based on the date on the box), so it had time to macerate. That likely influenced my experience quite a bit, especially compared to earlier reviews.

Ajayeb Dubai Portrait was, past the last summer, one of the most hyped Middle Eastern perfumes, at least online, when reviewers mentioned the note of mango. Well, I finally found the scent for a decent price so I ordered a bottle! And in my experience Ajayeb Dubai Portrait does deserve the hype it got! It’s a creamy, juicy mango, peachy scent with a bit of jasmine added in and smooth sandalwood. Smells way more expensive than it costs and it’s well blended, it doesn’t have that weird smell like some other Arabic perfumes do when you first spray them. This perfume smells good without letting it for weeks on a shelf to macerate. I would say that there’s no oud in this, it has that tropical fruitiness, moderate sweetness and airiness. It’s a fun, warm scent that works during fall season as well but not because the addition of oud, but because of the amber added to the base. Gives this tropical fruity scent a bit of that enveloping, cozy feel that we all want when the temperatures drop suddenly. That’s all I am getting as a first time wearing this. A very enjoyable, feminine, fruity, delicious scent that is very likeable and easy to wear. The more I sample, the more I am impressed by Lataffa’s recent releases! They are doing great perfumes for such affordable prices! The scent quality/performance is good in most of the cases and the bottle/presentation design looks pretty appealing. Both on YT and here, on Fragrantica people say that this is a close dupe of SHL’s Soleil de Jeddah Mango Kiss. Which I haven’t smelled personally but if that’s the case, Ajayeb Dubai Portrait is an absolute treasure because that’s more than 200 euros for a 50 ml bottle.

It’s been a while since I’ve been moved to write a review, but this perfume has me stunned. I purchased from Mercari, and happen to know that this perfume has had some time to macerate, so perhaps that influences my opinion since many Lataffa perfumes seem to get better after some rest. It opens with a bright, juicy mango and citrus opening with a touch of greenness. I see that some people said they interpret this scent as unripe green mango, but to my nose, this smells exactly like cutting open one of those little yellow honey mangoes (and I just ate one yesterday, so the memory is fresh in my mind). I think the citrus and green element add to the realism of the mango accord here. As the opening fades, I’m greeted by a big, pillowy mix of peachy-powdery osmanthus underlined by a generous helping of soft, rather feminine musk, oud, and woods. I’m an oud-lover, and the oud note here is smooth and sweet regardless of whether it is genuine oud or not. Ajayeb Dubai Portrait also seems to have a bit of warm, aromatic cedar and possibly other woods. The fruity element lasts for about four hours, possibly a little more, then the powdery osmanthus-musk-woody concoction that remains slightly sweetened on my skin. The wear time is roughly 8 hours on my skin and might be even longer on clothing. This is an absolutely lovely scent, one that I can’t wait to wear this summer. It's giving immaculately put together woman enjoying the night life on a tropical island. I think you could wear this scent day or night, but the oud makes it more appropriate for night if you ask me.

I have posted before and there's another update (sept 2024): I finally got the full bottle and mine was made in 2023. I thought that it'd have to go through the maceration process but this time the fragrance is per-fe-ct right off the bat and now I get why people like it so much. It's beautiful. So beautiful. It's a love. I don't know what happened with the decant I got, probably too new and needing maceration. I get the same bad experience with Bade'al oud Amethyst from that decant store, everybody loves Amethyst and I'm like - what the heck? So this time around I don't get that cigarette vibes, the mango is sweet and fresh and creamy and everything is more rounded. I love mango scents and I've been thinking about buying Paco Rabanne's Fame for a long time, but the thing is: here in Brazil we don't get a lot of options when it comes to fragrances like people in the US with not only all the huge range of designer's but also de niche ones to choose from. And the thing with Fame is that in every store/airport stores/name it, they have all the line available. I'm picky and I avoid very popular scents because I don't like smelling like everyone else, just like a lot of you fellow fragrantica's reviewers live by the same moto. So guys, I feel like this gets better and better every time I wear it. I truly recommend this one. It's a gem. Kudos, Lattafa.

Don’t think this is a clone but I might be wrong. Straight off the top I’m getting juicy mixed tropical fruits including ripe mango with a bit of citrus and something green. Then there’s some pretty white florals with musk. I can’t pinpoint the green note but it reminds me of unripe fruit, perhaps a green mango or fig. Very refreshing and ultra clean, would be great in warm weather or fresh out of the shower. Definitely leans traditionally feminine but that’s no deterrent for me whatsoever, everything is unisex and I love to indulge my feminine side. It’s an uplifting, sunny, carefree vibe, which I love. The green mango note persists throughout much of the life of the fragrance. Apparently there’s oud in this but it can’t be very much, I don’t smell it. In the dry down all the fruits start to fade out, leaving the white floral musky base, a little sandalwood and a quite piercing note like hyacinth. This to me is very much a niche fragrance, not your typical designer stuff on the high street. Projection is strong at first and longevity is ok for this kind of perfume, but I wish the fresh fruits lasted longer. It’s toeing the line between smelling natural and smelling synthetic but not in an objectionable way. After testing my sample I bought a full bottle at an incredibly low price. I will enjoy wearing this in summer and spring.

I read the reviews and made my mind up about this as a more masculine leaning scent, at least for me, as my favorites are solid feminine perfumes. But I do indeed love a little uniqe and complex vibe. So I initially bought it for my son, as a going on a vacation gift - being it’s tropical, I figured that’s a nice gesture. When I received it, I must admit I was very curious myself and had to test it before giving it to my son.. and the opening was so so gorgeous!! Juicy and powdery. I was thinking holy moly, if this stays like this, then I might’ve found a new favorite. I love powdery scents, so it was just my cup of (mango) tea. Then 15-20 mins later, the perfume started to develop and into a more masculine territory. Still a gorgeous scent but a little too oud-y for me. On my son or men in general on the other hand, this will be perfect. Honestly I would simply melt if a man walked by me, wearing this. Smells so elegant and expensive - very niche. What a steal for such small price. I’m actually blown away. If there’s any men reading this considering buying it, please do (- us all a favor😍😂)

I bought this May 2024, initially I was kinda disappointed and it reminded me of Johnson and Johnson baby cologne, particularly the yellow one but with a lot of mango candy and a cheap oud that I wasn't a big fan of. Since then, it has bloomed into a citrusy, clean, creamy, sweet (without being cloying), mango with fruity kinda peachy-apricoty osthmanthus flowers in the background. This is great for warmer weather and honestly a bit underrated imo, especially for its price. I do have to disagree with people who call this a green mango scent, which was the main reason why I was drawn to purchase this. Green to me means, an underripe sappy mango, this lacks that green sap however the oud in here does kinda seem to mimick that sticky green quality I get from green mangos but it falls kinda short. Green mangos are known for being tart and sour, this isn't sour at all BUT I'm not upset. The citrus give just enough tartness to help balance the mango and I love this, I could see how people could regard this as being on the feminine side but it's fairly unisex by my standards.

Edited to say this is my gateway fragrance, my gateway to oud. It is done so well in this that I have purchased 3 more fragrances with oud. Plus gave the one that didn’t agree with my chemistry another shot. It has matured & I like it now. Now, I had no intentions to ever buy this since believing my aversion to oud. I found this box opened on the bottom shelf at TJmax. Took a sniff, hmm, not bad. I took to the sales lady explained, they looked up retail price and said we’ll sell it for $12.99, let me make you a bar code. So I bought an oud fragrance. I like it’s smell, but will by skin agree is the question 2bc... Update: after a proper wear test, I can say this is a beautiful fragrance. It most definitely prefers the heat & next Summer this baby will be so perfect in our heat & humidity. While wearing indoors, I stopped smelling it. I went outside to do chores and this baby started screaming. The dry down is so, so pretty. I really, really like this. Yes I am in disbelief bc my other 2 oud fragrances didn’t agree with my chemistry. This smells lovely on me. 20/10

I am so pleasantly surprised by this blind buy. It was a steal at $20. I have had samples of Mango Kiss and I own the rather good dupe for it (Tropical Kiss by Frangrance World - a love for me). This is very similar, but feels a bit more refined. It is a bit sweeter and airier than the other two. It smells so pretty and clean. I think I could wear this one in colder weather too. It is simply lovely. The citrus in the opening does not last very long, but gives it an airy, fizzy feel. The mango truly shines without being overly sweet. It is not juvenile at all. The oud and sandalwood gives it a bit of depth and interest and the musk keeps it clean and comforting. Something in the dry down reminded me a bit of Musamam White Intense by Lattafa, so I also layered the two and the combo works very well. The bottle is very pretty and not similar to any other perfume that I own. It is heavy glass and of great quality. If you enjoy mango fragrances you should definitely try to get your nose on this one.

I'm in love with this scent. I've recently started purchasing middle eastern perfumes and it's crucial to let them develop and macerate after opening. Initially sprayed this was very bitter, didn't get any mango or florals, and dried down woody but very strong and screechy. 2 months after it has developed into an amazing scent, the initial citruses are softer, and almost immediately a rich mango comes out, which has me completely in love. It's not your typical tropical body mist or sweet mango scent; as a fan of mango fruit, the mango note in this is almost exactly like the juicy, ripe fruit. The combination with osmanthus and jasmine is exquisite, and the oud and sandalwood on this one are quite shy, almost imperceptible, but still there. I have other oud fragrances that have developed stronger in time, I expect this one to be the same. I get easily 5 hours of good projection that I can feel it around me, and even on my skin the day after. This one is totally worth the hype it's getting.

I have been struggling to find an Arabic perfume that really wowed me, despite the fact that I love a rich, affordable perfume. Most of them, especially Lattafa ones, felt all too similar and often abrasive/overwhelming. Like siblings with kinda all the same face but with slightly different features. But this one...yeah, this one does it for me. I spotted it in a T.J. Maxx, ended up getting some other fragrance (that was kinda lackluster) and I couldn't stop thinking about this one. I went home and ordered it online cause I kept dreaming of her. It's creamy and fruity. Not fruity in a girly and playful way. But in a seductive way. Makes me wanna listen to some jazz. The textured glass on the bottle in nice too, it has an identity. For the price, I cannot say anything better about this fragrance. It's not groundbreaking, but the value its amazing. This is more of a summer day fragrance but its musky enough to be worn on autumn night.

First impression, just out of the box: this smells like someone furiously spraying lemon Pledge in the lumber section of Home Depot, including the hot-but-not-quite-burnt smell of cutting pine boards and the fairest whiff of sweaty contractors. Or maybe eating a red Popsicle in a cedar closet full of old clothes, in a house that has a fireplace a couple rooms over. Citrus air freshener and very mild, pleasant armpit in a living-history museum house. As far as I'm concerned it's absolutely unisex- It harmonizes just fine with the 'girly/fruity' deodorant/lotion/shampoo I'm using today, but it really seems it would go equally well with some woodlands bear-man scents as well, which is nice. The sweaty undertone is probably the mango, it has that funk that you either love or hate (more like the clean sweat smell of someone jogging, not the bad meat smell of someone in week-old clothes who badly needs a wash.) I really love it so far.

well, there's an update: maceration is KEY! mine have been in the dark for a month or so and it's more rounded and pleasant. I kind of liked it on the dry down at first try but I was waiting to see how it goes and I'm definitely thinking of giving this one a try with a full bottle :) I know this is a polarizing scent, and unfortunately I'm one more for the no-no team :( I don't know how to define this but it feels like when you hug someone (to say hi) and this person is a smoker wearing a fruity scent. There's no tobbaco note but it's soooo present to me. It's bug spray, but also male deodorant generic scent in the top + mango. I'm definitely on the "oud is challenging for me" wagon. I only have a decant and I'll forget this for one month or so, to see if it changes, but it's too masculine for me. I'll update it if it turns out to be something else, but for now it' just weird.

The best of the best tropical scent! I am not a tropical scent kind of person, but after hearing many people rave about this scent as the best green mango scent, even for people who don't prefer this type of perfume. I thought I'd give it a try. I didn't like it, of course, and I thought "that's what you get for blind buying a tropical scent." But I knew I had to put it away for a bit. I sprayed it here and there for a few months, then took her out for a spin today in high heat and humidity in Florida. She's a lovely, creamy, green mango on the verge of being ripe with just barely a hint of spice. This is a tropical scent for people who don't like tropical scents. Not a hint of sunscreen vibes. But I literally can't get past this bottle looking like a glass of beer. I can't see anything else.

This is a banger! I have Xerjoff Cruz Del Sur II and was worried it would somehow end up smelling like it even if there's no lactonic notes in this fragrance. I am amazed. I got it after 2 weeks of maceration and the first sprays were heavenly. Such a smooth mango scent. The kind where you go "oh, it really does smell like mango." Quite ripened just a tad bit. The opening is so fresh and uplifting, it makes me happy smelling the bottle. I don't have mango kiss but I would repurchase this for sure. On clothes it lasts 8hrs on me and durable in the high heat. The osmanthus, jasmine florals, and oud balance the fragrance out so well with added depth. Geekin' as this is a successful mango find for me and I'm happy about it lol. In the cooler winds I feel this fragrance could also last quite long.

I was very skeptical about picking this up. I was afraid of it being too feminine, too tropical, or too mango forward since I dislike Masa, another mango scent from the same house. But now that I have it, I totally love it! It's unisex, not too tropical as there's a good dose of woods in it, and it's not as mango forward as I thought as it's not a sickly sweet mango and the jasmine and woods are also sharing the stage with it. It's balanced and blended nicely to my liking when it comes to fruity scents. Moderate performance that is adequate enough for this type of scent. This could've been called Ajayeb Day and the other Ajayeb Night. They're different but both share a slight playdough undertone linking them as flankers. Another good release by Lattafa.

This is beautiful but it took me a year! to come to that. My bottle needed to sit to get rid of the oudy woody sharpness that lingered all the way to the drydown. To me this is the best calming spa feeling in a fragrance. Tiny bit of harshness is still there but gone within the first minute. I don’t really get anything juicy. It’s like sniffing an unripe mango still hanging from the tree with something almost incensy about it. You get the bark and leaves but also a hint of not-there-yet sweetness and a touch of clean freshness. The blend is amazing now, no separate distinct notes sticking out. Almost a healing effect. It’s not a green fragrance, also not a fruity floral, nothing playful or gourmand about it. Love how it makes me feel.

The notes on this intrigued me so I caved and purchased. Upon initial sprays, I found it way too heavy, almost too woody and oudy and the mango note was very green. It leaned very unisex and that's not my usual vibe. I didn't get any orange or lemon in the top notes, either. So I considered it yet another unsuccessful blind buy but thought it was worth macerating anyway. Fast forward a week or two and oh my goodness, what a change! Still woody, still green mango, but juicier, sweeter and creamier. Everything feels blended and smooth and mellow, and I can't stop spraying it! It's definitely still unisex, but after maceration, I think it's one of those scents that smell good on anyone. I've already ordered another bottle! 😍

This perfume is a beautiful spring/summer scent that I consider perfectly unisex. I wasn't sure how to feel about it at first because the osmanthus is quite strong and I don't love florals, but I find that the citrus, mango and woody notes balance it out well. My boyfriend said this fragrance made him think of smoking mango shisha at a bar on the beach, and I have to say that is 100% accurate. It's tropical, but in a mature, sophisticated way. Lattafa fragrances don't usually last long on me, but this one lasts 7-8 hours with 3-4 hours of strong projection. Overall, I love this perfume. It's a unique floral/fruity scent which is not too sweet and has some depth from the base notes.

When I smell this I envision walking through a sunny, wood paneled lobby of a classy tropical resort surrounded by lush mango groves. It's a balance of light fruity sweetness and woody boldness without being overpowering in either direction. It leans a little sweet while still being a unisex fragrance. I live in a very humid sub-tropical climate, and so far this has performed nicely in the springtime. I wore it after going to the beach recently and was pleasantly surprised that it smelled even better on top of my sunscreen. I can see this becoming a year round staple if it remains balanced as it matures. I'm looking forward to testing its performance in the summer heat.

If mango would have grown on Christmas tree, it would smell like Ajayeb Dubai Portrait! It is a mixture of totally realistic evergreen needles with ripe mango flesh. This combo never turns syrupy, or artificial, but keeps this warm, woody, uplifting mango-mood for good 6 hours. Really pleasant heavy glass bottle, stylish, unlike majority of Lattafa tacky bottles with mind boggling design. This unexpensive juice is not a dupe of anything, but very original, very unique, present worthy fragrance. It gives you holiday vibe, suitable to all genders and ages, very pleasant surprise from Lattafa.

I love this fragrance. It is unlike anything I have. It is refreshing and bright, like a sunny day. In all fairness, when I received this bottle, I sprayed it about 6 times and then I let it sit for a month so it could mature, as I do with all affordable Middle Eastern perfumes. This made a big difference in the performance of this perfume. The oud is noticeable, but it is a gentle oud. This fragrance isn’t sweet at all. It is light and fresh, even though the fruits are prominent. I will buy this again when I finish this bottle. I always want this perfume in my wardrobe!

I ordered this after watching and reading many reviews. When it arrived I was kind of expecting to smell more mango, and although it was very unusual I was intriqued by it. I let it macerate for a couple of weeks, and today I put it on. It now smells soooo amazing and more mango-y, and I can't stop sniffing it on my skin. I love it! It is autumn here and I am enjoying it, and I think I will probably get away with wearing it in all seasons. It's the lovely fresh greenish mango that I never knew I needed. But let it macerate!!! I will need a back up bottle of this beauty.

Lattafa and 'original' don't usually belong in the same sentence due to Lattafa's notorious reverse engineering and cloning of others' alchemical and artistic works. However, we must give credit where it is due, as is the case with Ajayeb Dubai Portrait. When a clone factory directs such a symphony as Portrait - whether designed in house or by contracted perfumers - it may be time to abandon the old business strategy of piracy and instead go all in on unique freehand creations. The perfumer(s) of this work of art deserve to be named. Bottle design is superb as well.

I had to let it sit for about a month before it began to mature into the rich, warm, juicy juice it is. I'm looking forward to the months to come, especially as we're going into Summer. But, truth be told, there's no reason not to wear it in colder weather, especially with those base notes. I know it has no coconut note, but I think coconut is haunting it, enviously. Update: I've used quite a bit of it and even layered it with some other stuff but have ultimately decided it's a little too much for me. Don't let that opinion dissuade you - it's still amazing.

This was a scrubber upon first impression. All I could smell was screechy oud with a drop of tropical fruit. Blergh. It was going to be dumped if nobody would take it. One week later, I decided to revisit and I was blown away why some mouthwatering pineapple with creaminess was singing instead. The woody smell is toned down but still blended in quite beautifully with the fruity accords. Hallelujah! Tbh, I associate this fragrance to pineapple rather than mango and I know mango well. Must be the combination of 'mango' and citruses. No matter. This is a win.

When I first got this, I couldn't get past the harsh woodiness and the screechy opening. I sprayed it and cleared out the straw, put it on a shelf, and I let it set for six months. I got it back out for Spring and I love it. I am wearing it today and it is wonderful on the skin. It is smooth and well blended. It is perfect for Summer. The screechiness is gone, and the oud is soft and smooth. It no longer is harsh, but instead it adds a nice, warm, resonant base. I love this fragrance. It's a beautiful, posh-smelling fragrance with great performance.

This fragrance is absolutely stunning. A masterpiece of a fragrance with a unique place in my collection. This is sweet citrusy mango, with the perfect hint of oud-also I get a coconut nuance with a creamy touch. I’m not an oud girlie at all, and this is more than a tolerable level of oud. This is a full bodied fragrance and it does fill a room in my experience. I was simply testing this in the house off one spray to the wrist, and my husband got in from work and complimented me. I ordered a back up bottle. It was absolutely a blind buy success😌.

Beautiful creamy mango fragrance with woody base. This oud is the type of oud I get along with - not barnyardy but it is definitely oud. This has very similar DNA to THOO Keep Glazed and STEPHANE HUMBERT LUCAS Mango Kiss. And the quality is really good too. It doesn't smell cheap like some "cheapies" can. Great blind buy if you like either of those 2 fragrances*... I'm happy to own it! I love a good mango fragrance! And a lot of niche mangos have been letting me down lately. Don't underestimate a good cheapie.

This smells SO good. I have been looking for a tropical scent that smells real, not like a sugary tropical drink or sunscreen. The lemon and orange at the top are bright and refreshing, the mango is green (not ripe and tropical), the florals have an earthy scent, and the base is sweet, ambery wood. Love it. However, either it doesn't last long or I am asnomic to it after about 30 minutes. But that's okay, it's a tradeoff I'm willing to take. Th bottle reminds me of a glass of beer and I can't get over it. LOL

After I bought this, I was so disappointed. It was just too herbal, masculine and sharp for me. I've had it for 18 months and have barely touched it. But I just tried it again and OMG. This has become absolutely gorgeous! The mango is much more prominent, the herbal quality has toned down and it has smoothed out beautifully. It's still unisex, but so much better! It's unique and sophisticated, and just stunning. I have to go buy a backup bottle now. This is a must-pack for me on future island vacations. YUM.

I have owned my bottle for around a year now. This fragrance changed the most after allowing the oxygen to get to it than any other Middle East fragrance. When it arrived it was screechy, harsh and I asked myself why I bought it. After two months it was the best thing EVER. If you are one of those people that MUST wear a fragrance out of the box, this will not be for you. HOWEVER if you are one of those people that buy a fragrance for the seasons one or two seasons before it is needed, this is a must own.

I loooooove this fragrance. I'm so happy I brought it. I have it in my closet and I smell it projecting throughout the whole floor. It's so musky, soft, and powdery. It actually reminds me a lot like amourage guidance with a Mango note. I don't pick up the citrus note on my skin but that's a common thing for me because same with light blue. I get the soft powdery musk. This is so beautiful. People don't listen to the reviews, give this one a chance. I think if you like guidance, you'll enjoy this.

I have it for over 2 years now, and this perfume just gets better and better! Mango is juicy but not overwhelming or too tropical and cloying. Just the right amount of sweetnes, juicyiness and freshness in a perfect balance! And its great that it's not cloning any other perfume, its a masterpiece on its own! One of my top 5 summer fragrances ❤️. The truth is that it needs to macerate for months or even longer to reach its full potential, but its worth it! And its sooo cheap!

I received this a few months ago. I wore it around the house just once to test and I liked it but wasn’t blown away and didn’t understand the hype. My company picnic was yesterday and I decided to wear it...OMG! Gorgeous!!! So many compliments. So many demands for the name of scent. The wind blowing this mango sandalwood scent through the park was so enchanting. A new favorite and a fragrance that can be worn all year because of it’s tropical but still warm and cozy aura.

LOVE! Really good mango fragrance! 🥭 Sweet, fruity, a little floral there, a bit "perfumey" (not an ageist comment, iykyk), a bit creamy, and I don't get any stanky "aoud/oud" just a teeny bit of woodiness. It is the kind of summery, slightly tropical, high end resort kind of scent, that you feel utterly fabulous but casual and comfortable while wearing. Yes it does remind you/similar to - Soleil de Jeddah Mango Kiss, but sweeter, and w/o any of the herbal chamomile.

Mmmmmmmm...such a departure from a classic Arabic fragrance. A blast of fresh citrus (I smelled grapefruit) and then a melange of juicy fruits and flowers with a soft creamy dry down. I REALLY like this. It’s so different than my normal favorites and I’m here for it! I can only imagine how much better it would be after a few months although it’s AWESOME straight out of the box. Good stuff. I’m using it year round but I live in a warmer climate.

blind-bought it and hated it right off the bottle, smelled too woody and musky to me, did not get any of the mango notes. however, after letting it sit for a few days it got so much better. mango notes were much more pronounced and it became more rounded overall. the oudy/ musky notes became much less prominent and i could smell more of the jasmine & mango skin notes. such a refreshing scent, perfect for spring/ summer days. love it!

Not unisex. Very sweet mango and orange right up top makes it femme. Peachy osmanthus gives a fruit skin thing along with the musk. Interesting. Not really a summery smell as I expected. I'd like more oud, I think. I like it, but I want to try it in cool weather. Might be a 'love' then. Update: the longer I own this, the more I get the mango and musk. The oud is perfect here, not too much, but noticeable. I love it more each day!

I've run through two thirds of my bottle and I don't want it to run out, but I also want to wear it all the time. It only gets better and better with maturation. Such a delicious, creamy mango scent with depth. It reminds me of Mango Kiss, but this perfume is beautiful in its own right. It is one of my top five summer scents for life and I don't understand why it is not scoring higher on Fragrantica. This is a true love for me.

It is an Amazing mango scent. Fresh and sweet. It reminds me of a summer vacation in Phuket where we tasted some delicious mangoes and icy mango juice. It is also alike the Thai dessert, mango with sticky rice which usually comes with a green leaf as a base. In the air I get a slight hint of milkiness whereas on the skin it smells a bit greener in the opening. Wonderful scent for summer and great price!

I have had this perfume for almost 2 years now and it is so sweet now. I hadn't used it in about a year because I have so many other frags and forgot about this one honestly. You hardly get the oud now. And, definitely, none of the screechines it had in the beginning. It now has a sweet, almost candy like, scent trail now. still as long lasting as it was. My bottle is from the very first batch.

This is an interesting perfume and quite unique: It starts off citrusy but this lasts only like 5 seconds and then you get the mango. This mango is not so juicy. After a few minutes the mango gets sweeter and a bit powdery because of the osmanthus. In the background you get a green/woody feeling that makes it very elegant and unisex. It’s a very nice perfume and I give it a 9/10

Such a fresh and beautiful fragrance. You can feel the lemon right away, then a delicious mango and jasmine. Amber and sandalwood complement it after about 2-3 minutes. It smells tropical, fresh, but not overly sweet. It feels rich, different, alluring. Moderate sillage though and weak longevity, need to over-spray and reapply often. But for its price it's a lovely summer buy.

Wasn't sure about it when just opened and longetivity was meh. After 2 months of maceration became more balanced, but still don't get the creamy mango vibe. Definitely became long lasting. I have the macerated bottle for sale on ebay in case anyone is impatient. The scent is great though, bought a back up bottle already. Coming from someone that has only niche perfumes.

This is one of the best mango fragrances I’ve ever smelled. Wow. It’s not a typical sweet juicy mango ladies fragrance. This is a more a serious mango fougere that’s very unisex. If you’re looking for a sweet juicy ladies mango scent, this is not gonna appeal to you. If you’re looking for a unique mens/unisex mango scent that isn’t sweet then you’re gonna love this.

I feel like it leans more female than being unisex. It is floral and sweet from the opening with no trace of lemon or citrus. it is a bit green and it gets very round and soft in the dry down.It last many hours on my skin and it projects very well. I like it and I like to catch wiff of it on my skin but I don't reach out for it so often because of its sweetness.

Unique. Definitely something I could see a niche brand making. Juicy, bright, with the right touch of sweetness. The oud is just gorgeous as the backdrop. The Jasmine is prominent enough and offers such elegance here. This is a love. Doesn’t project as much as I’d like but I still think this is worth having even if it’s just for the bottle alone. Well executed
