Haya

Haya was one of my first Middle Eastern fragrances, and for over a year sitting with my decant, I talked myself out of buying a full bottle. Too weak. Too generic. Too simple. And yet, despite owning more than 150 perfumes, I kept coming back to it. Today, with summer finally here, I wore it again and realized that Haya is simply irreplaceable in my collection. Wearing it feels like stepping into a watercolor painting. It's soft, sweet, airy, and unapologetically feminine. It makes me feel girly, clean, pretty, carefree, and happy. Yes, it becomes a skin scent on me after about 1.5 hours. Yes, I wish it lasted 3–4 hours longer. But I don't want the scent itself to change, I just want more time with it. There are much better performers in my collection. There are many unique fragrances. But when I want a truly girly summer scent, Haya is still the one I reach for. And after two years, I think that says everything. Try for yourself and it might have the same magic for you.

This was a blind buy for me & I LOVE THISSS!! the opening is sparkly champagne with tangerine/blood orange... followed by DELICIOUS strawberries and cream! the white florals come in next, which cuts through the sweetness of the creamy strawberry and stops it from being cloying! The rose note is subtle, almost undetectable to me... the white florals overpower it. It is a sweet gourmand but does NOT smell juvenile, it is well blended & has depth! 10 mins in the amber and sandalwood come through which give it a "rich" "smokey" vibe!! i wish it was stronger/better longevity but since it is a light and intimate scent, it'll be better for warmer weather. UPDATE: it has WAY better longevity on clothing, it lasts up to 4 hours before it gets faint! still would not say it's a beast though, it’s an intimate scent with bad silage and lasting power is about 1-2 hours on skin - i find myself topping up after an hour!!

Reviews were spot on; it's a little bit of Ari and a little bit of Juicy DNA. Absolute love - office/school safe and a crowd pleaser. Sits close to the skin and lasts a few hours at most. First spray out of the bottle was soap (disappointing) but just a few hours later the fragrance came through. Hoping that maceration helps with longevity. Paid $35, and considering it performs as a BBW body spray I overpaid. Not sad though. It's lovely and I've worn it nonstop for the three days I've had it. Will try layering (Ari, Juicy, or maybe Yara) for better performance. Speaking of - I struggle with the artificial strawberry in Yara - and I detect none of that in Haya -though it's listed. To my nose it's a well blended light floral, with sweet fruit, and champagne.

Edit- okay I just left Sephora and this is literally Voce Viva Intenza! GORGEOUS. 10/10 Original- This is gorgeous. I will be using this heavily in the upcoming spring/ summer months. Clean, fresh, and bright while fizzy/ effervescent like champagne but not in a sweet or nauseating way. The tangerine and blood orange are crisp and juicy but combined with the florals this is leaning towards a girly clean laundry scent in the best way possible. This laundry note reminds me of a similar note in Valentino Voce viva which is also a clean floral laundry scent to me. They’re not exactly the same but they could be cousins. Haya smells like Voce Viva’s pretty younger cousin who loves pink.

Got this as a birthday present for my mom. I was a bit nervous because it was a blind buy based on reviews and the info found on fragantica, but was VERY pleasently surprised when she opened it and tried it on. Firstly, the packaging is very nice, delicate box that feels luxurious, opens likes a chest, and loved the bottle with a fuzzy texture. Only got to smell the top notes, very marked strawberry with bubbly champagne and some fresh sweet citrus, very faint floral. I will add more detail based on her reports in the future! EDIT: My mom told me it has very good longevity on her, lasting 8hrs on her skin, and that she can smell it on her clothes the next day!

It reminds me juicy couture very much, but Haya is softer, whilst juicy couture is juicier and more aquatic. I saw the reviews behind saying that it’s too girly scent, I disagree on that. Probably depends on you skin chemistry, but on me it’s indeed sweet and fruity but also very feminine, not girly. I think Haya is suitable forwomN of different ages, excluding older women. The only minus i have with this perfume is again Lattafas musky base, which i start feeling on the later stage of the fragrance being on skin. The same thing with Khamrah :( But in Haya this musky base is tolerable ( though not enjoyable for sure)

Pretty basic dna, but beautiful. I’d say it’s a pretty safe blind buy. Close dupe of Viva La Juicy by Juicy Couture. Has that fruity vibe that BBW Champagne Toast has. I’d say this one smells even better after it macerates for a few months. The fuzzy bottle is pretty, but can be problematic bcs the fuzz picks up lint and dust like crazy. EDIT: Was told today by my sister in law that Haya smells exactly like her favorite Vera Wang Love. So I gifted my full bottle of Haya to her. BONUS POINTS FOR ME lol. Anyway, I’ve never smelled VW Love before so I can’t speak to the similarities, but I thought I’d mention it.

I love this! Smells just like strawberries taste with some extra citrusy tartness. This scent is so basic yet so fresh and happy, a real mood elevator. I recommend Haya especially for spring and summer, but you can easily wear it all year around. It’s office friendly since it’s not that ”in you face/I can smell your perfume all the way from the other side of the building” -type of a scent. Anyway, like another reviewer here put it: Is it groundbreaking? Absolutely not. It might be boring even. But it’s so comforting, beautiful and fun. If you’re like that too, then go for it! ;)

I would say this is the word “pretty” if it was a perfume. reminds me of a juicy couture perfume. Very pleasant, feminine scent. All of the notes work together wonderfully. Initially it is champagne, strawberry and citrus, then the fruitiness dials down and I can smell the white florals, rose and orchid. It really does smell sparkling. I wish haya lasted longer/was stronger but Im most likely going noseblind because people tell me they smell this perfume on me many hours after application. A ton of sweet girly notes without being cloying or juvenile. Amazing perfume by lattafa

I loved this so much I purchased one for my mom lol!!! The smell of my childhood was strawberries and champagne, via my mother and this gives that bit more well rounded without that artificial strawberry note the the current version has. It’s light and pretty it smells like the color pink to me, super crowd pleasing. The bottle is art! So pretty on a vanity, and represents the juice so well! Now I have Emaan from this line as well and it’s still my fav (my way lover can’t help it) but if that’s a 10/10 for me this is a 8.5/10. Just buy it! You will not be disappointed!!!

Ugh this smells so good. Strawberry, orange, effervescent champagne, with the most delightful floral and warm chestnut dry down. I've had some real stinkers from Lattafa, but this is probably one of my favorites. It doesn't have any of that strong woody musk that some Lattafas have. Pity the longevity is poor. I'm hoping it'll get stronger and longer lasting as it ages. I've had that happen with other Middle Eastern fragrances. The bottle is really eye catching in my collection, but what is with the trend of opaque bottles? I like to see my dents!

I love this perfume as my " I want to smell clean and feminine" fragrance. It smells kind of generic like a floral strawberry, the effervescent champagne note turns like a bright floral soap on me, which I appreciate. It was a blind buy which I hated at first, but within 2 days I was spraying it 2-3 times a day just to get that clean girl feeling. It doesn't last super long, except in my hair. My partner loves it in my hair hahaha. I think it is such an inoffensive fragrance, and I get nauseated easily by fragrances even if I like them.

This is a sweet floral perfume. It is very floral, way more than I expected based on the reviews. I do get the strawberry champagne as well. But more than anything, I smell gardenia. Yes, a gardenia strawberry perfume. But definitely more floral than fruity. I also don’t get at all why this is advertised as a summer perfume. This is a nice year-round floral in my opinion. A bit generic and “perfumy”, but still very nice. And it’s true that it brings feelings of happiness and calmness. A successful blind buy for sure.

A cheeky and fruity compliment getter from people of all ages, seeing as it is neither juvenile nor grandma-ish. Probably my favorite in my entire collection. It starts off with an almost fizzy strawberry note, reminiscent of a fruity, sugary cocktail the name of which I can't remember and it dries down into this beautiful powdery, strawberry milk scent that isn't cloying or nauseatingly sweet, just soft, light, and pleasant on the nose. Safest blind buy on earth, will definitely repurchase

Just got it, such a beauty! love at first sniff. At first all I get is champagne with a little strawberry, little sour, little sweet. After a while it gets more sweet, floral with a little strawberry too. It was a safe blind buy, so lovable, so cozy and yummy. As someone who just started their parfume collection, it ́s one of fav so far. Update: after a few hours, I can barely smell it on me. Very light scent, still nice tho. The initial excitement is gone but.. yeah I like it still

I initially wrote this off as just another fruity boring cocktail. But once I gave this a full wear test... I was intoxicated like wha... where... huh...omgggg it’s so good so juicy so yummy so mouth-watering I am so happy I blind bought this. years ago i used to own juicy couture and two of the flankers. I haven’t put my nose on them in a while but this doesn’t bring back any juicy couture or flankers memories. I love love love this and people love it too. It’s a crowd pleaser!

I had two others from this line and because I wanted refresh my memories of Viva la Juicy (my daughters' girly favorite scent about 10 years ago) I decided to order this blindly...and yes, this is very familiar and similar to my nose, and now, mayby I have become younger, because now I really like to wear this myself! After all these deliciousness, I really can appreciate the "perfume-like" feel of this scent. One of my favorite scents for next summer, sure !

I love this! This to me is a dupe of Gucci Gorgeous Gardenia but less bright & crisp and more fluffy and bubblegum like in the dry down. I adore this! I think is so sexy, feminine and warm. Its definitely sweet, sugary, lightly floral, nonoffensive and so worth the money! I don't get the bubbly champagne vibe everyone talks about. Its definitely heavier than I anticipated but not dark. It's a flirty, pink, girly scent thats warm, fluffly and sweet.

My favorite spring summer fragrance In a stunning bottle.. Very unique because it smells like strawberry champagnei love how fizzy and airy and refreshing and sweet and floral this is. All these pink elements combined.. Yum. My favorite for the summer and spring Has gourmand feel to it but is also fizzy and fruity and slightly floral Sometimes I smell whiffs of sweet orange in the air.. But mostly a sweet fizzy strawberry champagne

Pretty scent. Fresh, fruity, soft florals. A fragrance that makes me feel youthful and happy. It's the most juvenile of the line, but in the best way possible. This is an anytime fragrance, easy reach. Gives me Juicy Couture vibes for sure but I love VLJ. If you want to smell clean, fresh, and girly this is a great perfume for that feel. If I like it this much now, I can only imagine how it will be once it macerates.

The GF has depleted 2 bottles of this juice in record time. This is such a great dumb reach juice lovers scent. It has a great base that's not too rich, but will last a while. She's ran out of this and now she's blasting through Lattafa Sakeena the dark red bottle, it's like a wine passionfruit scent that's a bit darker, but also a banger. Haya, Mayar, and Sakeena are all bangers along with Lattafa Yara and Moi.

It feels feminine, clean and almost classy. I'm not an expert, I'd say this is the first "real perfume" I've ever bought, but I couldn't really smell the citrus when I first applied it. It's been a couple hours now and I can I can still smell it. It's pretty flowery now; also, I didn't know there was a vanilla orchid! I can totally smell the vanilla, though. LOL. Really good perfume. Definitely recommend it.

Nose Note #411 That's a really good one. We've had Viva La Juicy Noir and it's super close, practically the same. Very sparkly, effervescent, very strawberry, sweet. Easy to wear, easy to like. It is indeed somewhat similar to Valentino Voce Viva, but I like Voce Viva more. It's an absolute ray gun when you spray it. Fills a room 8/10 easily.

Very ladylike, soft, feminine, dressy, bubbly, girly perfume. It opens up with a blast of a rosy, berry champagne note that's so refreshing. Then it goes into a soft floral scent that is perfect for spring and summer days in a sun dress sipping Mimosa's. I would recommend this 100%, only downside is the longevity is slightly below 5 hours.

Bubbly champagne and strawberries blend seamlessly with the citrus notes as the florals, sandalwood and amber sit warm on the skin. Drying down quickly into a beautiful blend of the chestnut with those florals' sandalwoods and amber giving everything you could ask of a floral summer scent. Sophisticated yet sweet this is worth the buy!

It’s a very comforting scent, warm and classy, i fell instantly in love with it. It’s feminine, floral, warm but somehow light at the same time as it’s not cloying in hot weather at all. The only downsides for me are the weak projection and longevity as i litteraly drench myself with it and im still not able to smell it an hour later.

It took me a while to figure out but its opening is quite similar to the bright citrusy juiciness of zara's hibiscus. The latter tho staying tropical amd linear all throughout. This then becomes a little woodier and more white floral, with a dry down similar to viva la juicy. Crowd pleaser kind of scent, really pretty and pink.

If Afnan's 9am is for the professional girl boss at her high end corporate job, this is her fun younger sister going to brunch with the girls. Flirty, sweet, bubbly, and fun. Is it groundbreaking, novel, unheard of? No. Is it gorgeous? YES. YES. YES. Does my boyfriend also love it? YEEEEEEESSSS.

Smells like a cross between tease and viva noir! Smells very similar to ari as well. It's heavy on the berries in the opening like viva noir. Strong on my skin , so I think it's the best value of all the viva type options. I'm very happy with my purchase. I paid 25 dollars for a 3.3 oz.

Candied strawberry and tangerine champagne. Very beautiful; sparkly and effervescent. Gets more floral on the drydown, but still retains its sweetness. Projects very loudly in the first two hours, settles down to a nice shell after the fact. Warm/hot weather is the best for this.

i got my Haya macerated decant. And i can tell you Gardenia is the center of the show here. All the other notes play around the gardenia. It’s a beautiful scent, if you compare it to juicy couture then Haya is better and more elegant. It actually reminds more Gran Ballo than JC.

So cute! It's an elevated version of a smell that reminds me of a Victoria's secret scent I had in highschool. Sentimental and fun. It's an effervescent fruity with undertones of florals. Very girly and fun and cute. Beautiful packaging omg.

I love this smell. It’s heavenly and so sweet and fun, my only gripe is it doesn’t last on my skin, and I have very well hydrated skin too which is a little weird, but for 20 dollars, it’s a banger and I’ll just reapply as much as I need :)

My second review after owning this perfume for over a year. The scent has become more perfumey and the notes are smoother. Crowd pleasing feminine scent. Layers well with other sweet perfumes. My favorite lattafa so far

This is truly stunning. A sweet, effervescent, cheery floral that is just a pretty girl vibe all the way. It lifts my mood, makes me feel good in my skin, and it just so easy and inoffensive. I adore this!

Wow! Haya is absolutely stunning. It's like sunshine in a bottle. The champagne and strawberry notes are so bright and bubbly, and the floral heart is just gorgeous. It lasts forever too!

Yummy, sweet, fruity 🍊 🍓 with a sparkly, champagny, fizzy touch 🥂. This is almost like Fanta, like orangeade or a carbonated, orange soda 🍊 🧃 🥤

I have tested it in a perfume store, This fragrance is white flory very similar to "My Way Giorgio Armani" in top notes mixed with fruits then powdery note appears to you after dry down. each hour passed of spraying this perfume, the powdery note will be more depth and depth, amber and woods be cleary to my nose bytime, also fruits exist in the backgound. very feminine calm balanced perfume, I like to own this perfume one day. Synthetic fragrance here if it exist is unnoticeable at all, In General, I advise anyone going to buy any of lattafa perfumes to macerate it from 2 - 3 mothes then start to use it, beacause the maceration make the pefrume ingrediants to be harmonizes together. If you didn't smell this perfume before, I advise that you can blind buy if you interest flory powdery balanced perfumes with a touch of fruits. I've learned that Lattafa needs a little time to blossom, and that some of their scents fail on my skin but really shine on clothes. Blind buy from Jomashop, arrived in perfect condition with the usual elaborate packaging. Same bottle design as Mayar and Mayar Natural Intense, but this one is covered in pink peach fuzz--a first for me in perfume bottles. I find that most Arabic perfumes are a little over the top in presentation. It does start out as a bubbly bright fruit concoction, but within a few minutes another note develops underneath that just seems odd. It's a musty spice vibe, akin to cumin or fenugreek. Maybe it's the chestnut and wood? So far I don't get any resinous amber or summery gardenia. Longevity is at least 4 hours on skin, that's when I scrubbed it off. Sillage is impressive enough that it leaves a trail and even wafted up faintly after I washed it off. As always it's a great price for the amount you get. **UPDATE** About a month sitting with a little air in the bottle actually did make a difference. The musty cumin is gone and the gardenia is now front and center, which was completely absent at first. The scent is more balanced, with florals, sweet fruit, and woodsy notes all playing nicely together. It's gone from a hard pass to a solid like. Even though gardenia is generally a summer note, the warm amber and woods showed up, pushing this into fall and spring territory for me. The fruits are too bright for winter, and the wood/amber feels too warm & resinous for summer. I'll enjoy wearing it in moderate temperatures. Overall great value for the price, and a successful blind buy if you like complex Arabian scent profiles. 👍

I get a lot of champagne and citrus with a little bit of the rose on the initial spray, with the champagne carrying through to the white flower middle notes, making them much more sparkling and fresh. I only get a very slightest hint of the chestnut on the dry down, but the perfume is so effervscent that having anything too grounding wouldn't smell right. All in all, it's very nice. I would call it a safe office/schooI perfume as well, provided you use a light hand spraying. I imagine that the scent would also shine in warm hot weather, but I missed the UK summer while I was in the bathroom. I will say I can smell that distinct generic 'perfume' smell that I associate with vintage perfumes from the eighties, so you do smell like everyone's bougie aunt which may or may not be a plus, depending on your experience of bougie aunts. Also the box is extraordinary. It's a cheapy (currently) at £25, and it's an actual experience opening this perfume - I display the bottle in the box I was so impressed. Which is probably the best idea, as the bottle is flocked. It looks and feels very unique, but if it so much as touches a speck of dust it will be on there forever.
