Her Confession

Assuming a lot are interested, I will be doing a comparison to Blanche Bete since I have both of these. BB is quite different in the opening (30-45 mins in) but it becomes almost indistinguishable to Her Confession in the dry down. BB starts off as a gourmand with sweet vanilla whipped cream, almost marshmallow leaning. The opening of HC is basically the same as the dry down, just slightly sweeter. The dry down of both of these is absolutely stunning, in my opinion. It’s ultra feminine in a grown but not “granny” way. Smooth, creamy, milky and musky with delicate white florals in the background. There’s also this ethereal and magical quality that’s difficult to describe, but likely coming from the “mystikal” and incense notes found in both fragrances. (The incense note is very subtle and well rounded for those concerned.) I personally enjoy wearing this almost year round and day/night. The only exception would be extreme hot days it isn’t what I’d gravitate for. I think your average person may see this as more of a fall/winter scent but I love it too much to limit it to that. I think it would make a gorgeous signature scent for some. If I didn’t have so many fragrances, this or BB would absolutely be one of my top picks for a signature scent. To me personally, this fragrance exudes a woman with high confidence but in a soft, warm, and somewhat maternal way. She is a woman with wisdom and self knowledge. She is there to guide and uplift her loved ones, but also not afraid to tell them like it is. She could be a mother, an older sister or simply just a good friend. Obviously just my take and I’m sure it could be interpreted many ways. As far as projection and longevity goes, both a very strong but I wouldn’t say beast mode. HC has slightly better projection, initially, but it starts to taper off after a couple hours. That being said, the longevity I would say get’s close to eternal for both. I can smell them on myself and my bedding the following morning. The main difference is BB stays more consistent with a moderate projection rather than tapering off from an initial higher projection. In conclusion, I love both BB and HC. It would honestly be very difficult for me to choose one over the other. However, if money was no object, hands down, it would be BB simply because I despise the bottle of HC. I will also say that smelling these side by side, BB does have an ever so slight higher quality feel to it. It’s not obvious at all though and it takes a lot of analyzing to detect this subtle difference for me. I’ll also add that I’m conflicted about the opening difference between the two. Sometimes I’m really not in the mood for the sweet opening of BB but other days I like it. At the end of the day, if you’re trying to save your money, HC is the obvious choice. Some Lattafa/Arab “dupes” are not so great but this one is very well done, in my opinion. However, if you have never smelled BB, this is not a safe blind buy. It’s quite a unique scent that not everyone will enjoy.

Just a lil update: every single time I wear this anywhere, I get compliments. My hubby loves this for date night. I was chased down for a compliment & a wayw? at an indoor/outdoor(2 fire pits) house party. This is definitely a forever favorite for me, so damn good I have had a lil over a week, it’s recently batched. On my initial test I didn’t smell a lot & didn’t think it was matured. Well, I didn’t realize my congestion was the beginning of being sick. Last night I had to run food to a grieving family. It was very cold & I grabbed a sweatshirt laying over the top of my hamper to layer up. Instantly I smelled whatever fragrance I had worn on the sweatshirt. I was like what is that, what day did I wear this(6 days before), couldn’t stop sniffing. So I checked my perfume timeline on here, it was Her Confession. I had purchased over the weekend & was wear testing. I honestly did not smell this when I wore it, but it was still loud on that sweatshirt. So naturally she is my scent of the day today. This is beautiful! I had put off purchase bc I was afraid of lactonic scents. I recently purchased Noble Blush, which I really liked. So when I found this & Eclaire, I said ok. I love tuberose, so I should have already just bit. This is a creamy tuberose paired with the vanilla & tonka. This is a sweet, lil spicy, creamy musk. The vanilla is so creamy rich. I am in love, it just shot to my top 5 now that I can truly smell it. The blend is so good, mmm mmm mmm. Beautiful, beautiful fragrance, which will only get better & richer as it matures. I am thinking I will try to wear year around bc it seems very versatile. Maybe not out in the day of our humid Summer heat, but yes on steamy Summer nights. We shall see. Just so pleased I finally got Her, should have gotten months ago. 100/10

Reading through the other reviews, I am genuinely baffled! Let me start off by saying I have not tried Blanche Bette or similar profiles. It was my first time reaching for this fragrance profile. I genuinely don't care about the original. I absolutely love it. It was love at first sniff. I own a few ME fragrances now and this one is amongst the ones with the most complexity. It is also incredibly well blended. Yes, the initial spray (like 10 seconds) you get a good waft of perfumer's alcohol. But after that, it feels and smells like a soft, powdery, slightly sweet but not too sweet cloud. It's definitely what got me into this lactonic type of scents now. Longevity is wild. On clothes it easily lasts 2 days, I can smell it in my apartment easily when it's sprayed on a coat. Silage is also quite good! I spray it on my wrist and whenever I move, I catch a whiff and it just makes me smile. It's seriously blissful. I genuinely don't understand some of the reviews, citing bad longevity or smells like tonsils(?). Sure skin chemistry plays some role, but if Her Confession doesn't last on your clothes either, I'm afraid you got scammed. You wouldn't believe how many shops sell fake Lattafa fragrances so just be careful!!! Mine was absolutely gorgeous literally out of the box in the dead of winter, I can't wait to see how it will develop. Again, be EXTRA CAUTIOUS of where you're buying this from! Same applies to decants!

This was a great find! To be honest I only bought it because of the bottle as I really like the design and since it is not see-through I think it could be kept out of the closet. But it turned out to be the best of the bought bunch. I did not expect anything from the smell as it has coconut and from past experiences, perfumes with this note are too sweet for me, but, WOW, such a well executed coconut! Damn... The florals keep it in place but don't overwhelm. It actually smells more like like the combination of coconut juice and the pulp as it has this fresh and natural sweetness, also there is this lovely spicy base which gets more pronounced with time but never overtakes the coconut. It also stays for a very long time 3+ hours I could feel the coconut. I usually reapply only after 5-6h just to have the first whiff again which is more fresh and floral. Also this does not need to macerate, it is great fresh out of the bottle right after the 1st spray. Yes - if you want a coconut fragrance that is not too sweet, opens fresh and floral then settles warm and slightly spicy. Most importantly looks great on the shelf! No - if you are looking for a super sweet "Bounty" type coconut fragrance.

Something in Blanche bete made me diabolically nauseous, but this here had all the beautiful parts of Blanche bete (for me) without the nauseating note. This stuff lasted 12+ hours. I sprayed it at 4pm and I could smell it at 12pm the next day. This is what it smells like to me; you’re holding a warm cup of a slightly sweet cinnamon beverage (like Sahlab if you’re an Arab) in a field of white flowers and watching soft white clouds, at sunrise slowly drift threw the sky. It’s very slightly laconic giving this a slightly creamy yet white clean feeling. The tonka and vanilla makes this feel warm and fuzzy), but white floral forward and fresh? It dries down to a warm tonka musk. In the air it all comes together to smell like the most innocent soft angelic scent bubble. This is the ONLY gourmand lactonic scent I like. I can’t tolerate any other gourmands (éclaire) or lactonic scents but this one smells dare I say magical, ethereal and angelic. I’m a woody oud incense amber girlie - can’t stand floral, sweet, lactonic or gourmand dna so this is perfect for those of us who wear more “masculine” scents and want a slightly more feminine delicate scent

Lattafa Her Confession - love at first sniff 🥰 I tried this beauty in a perfumery and couldn't leave without buying it. It's been on my wishlist for a long time, and I've been looking for an elegant perfume that reminds me of coconut for even longer. Although there's no coconut in the notes, that was my first association when I sprayed it. In addition, there's my favourite note of vanilla, white flowers, spices, musk... A beautifully composed perfume and I really have nothing to add or take away, just enjoy it. It suits me now in winter, and I think it will be wearable all year round because it's not overpowering. I wouldn't say it's gourmet because it has floral and musky notes, it's more creamy than sweet. The presentation is very impressive, although I personally would prefer a slightly simpler design or at least if the sculpture could be separated from the cap. But in the end, what matters is that we love the contents of the bottle, and I believe I'll finish this one. Rating 10/10 🥰

I will start by saying that Her Confession is an excellent alternative to Blanche Bête, which I consider signature scent worthy. It shares a similar floral, lactonic, and vanillic profile while maintaining the magical aura that Blanche Bête possesses. *Mystikal* offers an intriguing accord that adds a unique twist to the typical flower, vanilla, and musk combo, making it feel almost ethereal. Meanwhile, Mahonial lends a poetic touch to the fragrance. While *Blanche Bête* may be richer and deeper, *Her Confession* stands out as an extraordinary fragrance on its own. I experience around 8 hours of longevity on my skin, along with great projection. Okay, so this is a must have if you love you some Blanche Bête and want to smell her all the time, but you don’t want to just spray with reckless abandon. This will 100% scratch the itch, it’s extremely close. She’s not as exquisite as my beloved Blanche Bête, but in the air, you can’t tell the difference. Also, this is a strong performer, not as strong as Blanche Bête (Blanche Bête is a beast), but after maturation, it could potentially surpass BB in projection and longevity. All in all, I think this is a wonderful option for fragrance lovers on a budget, I promise you won’t be mad at it. Though, if you can afford it, I do recommend you get the og if this dna is your jam, because it’s really hard to capture the magic of the white unicorn.

This was maybe my 4th blind buy from Lataffa and I really did not know what to expect. A lot of people said it smelled like the most fluffy and rich coco butter lotion. I definitely disagree. I even smelt Blanche Bete on two different occasions, and that doesn't even smell like coco butter. However, this fragrance has not disappointed! It smells fluffy and whipped (oddly there is no lactonic note) with white florals. It smells just like B&BW whipped honey and vanilla. This is one of my and my husbands favorite fragrances in my collection. A very feminine and cozy scent to wear fall, winter, and early spring. Longevity is also amazing! I can smell this on my coats days after wearing it. Side note: I like this more than Blanche Bete!

I've worn this a few times, so now I can gather my thoughts. I'm finally writing this now because I was putting some clothes away and found my jacket I wore weeks ago, and it still has the scent of this perfume. If I could describe this perfume with only one word, it would be 'sultry'. It's also one of the most powerful in my collection. I have to spray this and go do something outside, walk around the mall, get groceries, or see a movie. Something out of the house. My husband is sensitive to this perfume. To his nose, this is sweetened condensed milk and incense. This is one of those that I will be repurchasing when I finish it, if I ever make it to the bottom. You don't need to overspray this.

Nothing short of amazing. This is the second Lattafa I've gotten and I'm two for two. Both this and Eclaire are for vanilla fans. The vanilla is so pure. Where Eclaire is super sweet, Her Confession is warm and balanced. The cinnamon and incense taking the edge off the sugar. I absolutely love it. Plus, both these perfumes have amazing longevity on clothes. I could smell it on my clothes for days. Also, for those hating on it, I read somewhere that these are middle Eastern, and the perfumes have to kinda ripen over a few days? I don't know how to describe it, but as you use the bottle, the smell develops more character. I sound like a lunatic. I love this so much!

I had a sample of Blanche Bete and fell in love. I was stoked when a dupe went viral. I waited a long time to get it, and now I’m trying not to over use it! This dupe is spot on, truly about 95% of the way. It is also beast mode on me; it will stay on my clothes until I wash them. Performance is stellar. This is a lactonic, milky coconut scent with a mysterious vibe. It’s comforting too. I don’t get a headache from it - I get headaches from a lot of fragrances. There’s nothing off putting about this at all. It feels like: it’s just past sunset on the beach in Honolulu, you’re wearing all white, and the sky is saturated with color. A full, satisfying fragrance.

2025.10.08. I bought a sample from Blanche Bete, to see they are really similar. Yeas, they are! The only diferrence is the top notes, but a few minutes and they are the same. 2025.09.24. First I don't like the bottle, then - just became curious- I bought a sample. Two sprays and I didn't like it, gave it away. Then, by accident, I received a new sample. At my workplace somethimes I sprayed, and, when the sample out of stock I started to miss the smell. Now I love it and I like the bottle too. I was suprised that this happen with me, but I love parfumes for this reason, that they can suprised you! 😊 10/10

cozy waft of coconut milk + jasmine rice pudding <3333, this is very much like the top of fils de dieu du riz et argumes eldo with all the spikey bits of the scent filed away (the tartest lime and the heavy suede base). powdery, wonderful, mutedly floral and aromatic. somehow the tuberose is just green enough to create a phantom whiff lemongrass. Yet i don't find it edible at all, this is not a gourmand. There must be a sandalwood note in here as well, in the drydown. or vetiver? something a tiny bit dry and woody. spritzing HC is such a nostalgia hit in a way that's hard to put my finger on.

I was extremely disappointed the first time I tried this. It smelled like straight up baby powder. About an hour later, though, I started smelling a beautiful creamy, milky scent with a dash of cinnamon. It’s become one of my favourites, especially because the baby powder smell is gone after letting it sit for a week! My husband really likes it too, which is shocking since he can hardly ever tell my perfumes apart but he couldn’t stop smelling it either. It’s ethereal, sexy, a little bit mysterious, and incredibly addictive. Also soft and feminine without being overly sweet or overly floral.

Thid is VERY similar to Blanche Bete from LLI. It's lots of vanilla, the sweet kind, with flowers and very little of something heavy just to tone it down so it doesn't go too floral or too sweet. Unlike in Blanche Bete, i can smell a skin like scent too. To me it also smells a bit softer than Blanche Bete. It's sweet, yet not exactly gourmand, although i feel like it hangs right beween gourmand and non-gourmand type of sweetness. If you like perfumes that smell creamy, as in literal whipped cream, but with more notes than just that (especially vanilla), i think you'll like it

first impression, this is like a beautiful, sweet puddle of cinnamon milk. lasts long but not in the typical sense, more like i'm being haunted lol. it just lingers on my sheets. and i know incense is a note, but i was surprised by this wonderful, heady church incense that showed itself when it heated up on my skin outside in the sun. i haven't smelled Blanche Bete, but i'm quite happy with this so i'm sure it's lovely too. the bottle makes sense, although i personally get no gold feelings here. this is a fragrance that should be gifted to a coy statuette

She is sweet, sunny, warm, and comforting. I've been reaching for this one a lot lately. It's so comforting & calming in the winter, like a cozy sweater. This is like a lovely blend of angel food cake with whipped cream, a pinch of cinnamon, and a touch of sunscreen. I LOVE a good tuberose or coconut scent! I'd had my bottle for at least 3 months, and there's no hint of burnt rubber. Sometimes with Lattafa you need to spray out the first 5 - 8 spritzes to get to the good stuff. Her Confession is easily in my top 10.

Okkkkkk I finished a bottle of this. I had this and Blanche Bete at the same time. I have sprayed them side by side so many times and idk why but her confessions to me lasted longer and smelled better. I always got compliments when I wore only this- but never when I wore Blanche bete only. Now I have Blanche bete but not this so once I run out of Blanche bete I’ll purchase this one for sure. It’s so salty cocontty milky tuberose vibe. I love it so so much. I can’t stop sniffing myself on the skin when I wear this.

Great perfume, the notes are very well blended and smells like a pleasant fresh garden of white florals. For some reason I smell a very distinct coconut scent, and it lasts a long time as well. Must be the cinnamon note mixing with all the others to create this rich coconutty smell. I don't necessary dislike it, but I will not say it fits with the airy florals and clean musk. When I think of coconut, I think of tropical fruity scents, aquatic beach scents, or gourmand dessert scents, not this. They tried though

Okay so I've owned this for about a week, and I love it. HOWEVER, these influencers are, once again.. Not able to describe the scent properly! This isn't just a smooth, milky vanilla. It's more than that. It is super musky and spicy. The musk & cinnamon note in this is VERY prominent. It almost smells like rice pudding with a shit ton of cinnamon dusted on top. As for longevity, I get 6-7 hours with moderate projection. And yes, it is worth it in my opinion. Great quality and unique for the price you're paying.

This is beautiful - and pretty intense. Very milky incense, with a background of white powdery florals, very well-mixed. Lasts absolutely forever. I can apply in the morning and still sniff it in the evening. Not a perfume I would wear every day, I think I would get sick of the smell, but still a beautiful addition to a small perfume collection, especially with this price tag. It's the type of lactonic floral perfume that I would have only one, for those days when I want to feel a bit more put-together.

I'll be quite honest, I bought it because of the bottle and honestly bottle alone would make an amazing gift for someone but the smell is great too. It's sugary floral, if anything almost a little sharp. For me its really hard to describe it but its a pleasant wearable scent. It could just be how it sits on my skin but over time it does just become generally sweet smelling losing a bit of the depth but this is after hours of wear.

This is soooo good. It smells just like Blanche Bete. I have both. I’ve compared the two on each arm and this one projects better and lasts better on me. I also like the smell of this one slightly better. I love testing dupes and originals- and this one is probably my number 1 favorite dupe that I think is better than the original. The original can be found pretty cheap on discount sites, but I still prefer this one.

I don't understand all the hate this one gets.. Her confession smells like you just got out of an everything shower, then continued to gently rub high quality cocoa butter lotion all over your body. Clean, musky, sweet & slightly earthy. It's so good. Longevity and projection are both GREAT. This layers beautifully with vanilla powder (or any of it's dupes). You will smell amazing all day.

I love the smell of it ! It's a very coconutty fragrance, soft, a tiny bit powdery, not in the face if you know what I mean. I think this could be worn in any time of the day, any season. The only problem is that it doesn't perform, no projection whatsoever. Lasts fine about 4 hours, but no silliage. I also tried putting lotion, but it still sticks more to skin rather than in air.

Pretty milky cinnamon flowers with a hint of incense. Smells like the living room of a witchy girl who's having her cinnamon milk near her incense and flowers. It's not too overpowering, it's soft and lactonic. One of my absolutely favourites. Can also be layered easily: I like it layered with Eclaire for extra sweetness though I mostly wear it on its own.

Beautiful soft sweet milky feminine scent, beast mode longevity!! I sprayed this at 1pm and it's currently midnight and still going strong! I have both this and blanch Bête but I actually prefer this one, it's less "weird" slightly sweeter and overall smoother and this actually lasts longer on me than blanch Bête, one of my favourite perfumes

A very comforting scent. Sweet and creamy vanilla in a marriage with a note similar to coconut, which becomes increasingly prominent as the perfume settles. Initially, the sillage is strong, but it quickly becomes more intimate, close to the skin. However, it lingers on fabric for several hours. An elegant, feminine gourmand.

I was so harsh on this perfume when i first got it i didnt like it. here are stages: -Just got it smelt like soap in cinnamon dust -3 days laters smelt sweeter but resembled those sink rocks u put to spread nice smell -2 weeks later strong coconut, cinnamon toned down, florals coming trough, sweeter and BEAUTIFUL!

When you first spray the white floral and lactonic notes are very dominant which at first wasnt very my favorite then it settled and dried on my skin I could smell the a not too sweet coconut milk that I highly adore.I wish the projection was bit louder but it’s very soft and I need to spray more than usual.

this is the best creamy powdery milky vanilla I've ever smelled. It's not too sweet but it's so sophisticated grown and sexy. Lasts all day on me. I had to take a pause wearing it because I don't wanna run out... I need a backup bottle ASAP. A must have in my opinion!! forever in my collection!!!

My new obsession. It really is very close to Blanche Bete. The tuberose and jasmine are mixed with a lactonic musky sweetness. It seems so soft and comforting, but never sickly. This is such a unique comforting, yet striking scent. The bottle could be seen as a bit tacky, but I actually love it!

She’s a beautiful creamy, lactonic perfume. It’s like wearing a warm cashmere sweater on a rainy day and eating a cinnamon roll with a vanille latte. Such a comforting scent! I do get the coconut in the drydown, even tho it’s not on the list. The tuberose makes it very feminine and elegant.

This, to me, is a more wearable version of the inspired fragrance opposed to Lactea Divina. Her Confession has less of that milky, lactonic smell which makes me nauseous and turns sour on my skin. This accentuates more of the floral and spice notes and smells so comforting.

I love this. It's sweet and lactonic but the tuberose, musk, and the incense temper it from becoming a straight-up gourmand. I do get a cheapie feel from it, but I've personally smelled nothing like it before and until I find an elevated version of this I need to have it.

Smells like body lotion which ir supposed to smell like coconuts. Not too sweet, not a gourmand type of coconut. More like powdery, floral coconut. Really smells like you got out of the shower and put on lotion with coconut smell. I like it! It makes me feel put together.

I’ve never actually smelled the original fragrance that inspired this one, Blanche Bête, but I’m convinced this is one of the most delicate, lactonic, feminine, and ethereal fragrances out there. It's romantic, cozy, angelic, and unique. I just love it!

If you are Hispanic or have tried arroz con leche you would understand this fragrance. It’s milky sweetness with a hint of cinnamon. I find it extremely comforting. I often get compliments from men with this fragrance. Wish the bottle was less tacky.

An absolute favourite and guaranteed for compliments. Has a warm vanilla milky, slightly smoky complex thing happening that is completely unique to me. I imagine some sort of warm milky cocktail in smoky leather bar setting. So sexy. 1000000 ooufs.

Wow :) i am more of a unisex scent girlie but this one is really nice imo. Definetely an autumn or winter scent. Very creamy, smooth and sweet but in a pleasant way. I didn’t really think I will like it but i do. I might upgrade to a full bottle 🙃

Finally found my signature. This is everything i want in an everyday perfume: soft white floral, vanilla, creamy. It leans gourmand but is a light gourmand that i think works for all seasons. this one is a keeper. I have backup bottles of this.

I had this maturated before using. First spray smells alcoholic as usual with the middle east perfumes. I love this for office setup. highly recommended specially to those also likes freshies and musky scents. Complement magnet!

This is pretty. It's like a bouquet of sharp white flowers bathed in a heavy cloud of incense under the moonlight. It may not be for everyone though because it can also come off similarly to an old Dr. Pepper Lip Smacker I had.

as a guy i really enjoyed the smell of this i dont really smell the milk (which is expected) and i find myself smelling the musk,jasmine and incense the most. The cinnamon adds a nice depth to it. id rate it 7/10 :)

It is so soft and so delicate and it smells like the back of post stamps when you lick them and it is so gorgeous Dry down makes me think of Ana Aniyedh Poudree Staying power is strong.

OMG OMG OMG!!! That's what I kept saying when I first sprayed it on my arm. It's absolutely delicious and wonderful, it fits me, I love it!
