Kashaf

I let my bottle sit a few months and revisited it, because the first spritz was a plastic-y blast of "scented dolls from the 80's. " I'm glad i didn't judge her too soon. After resting, this juice is tangy and sweet. It has a sharp edge like a Sweet Tart candy, but in a very pleasant way. It smells very grown up and clean, but also has a flirty nuance. I get compliments. It is office appropriate. It doesn't smell cheap. I'm going to try layering it with deeper perfumes to see if evening wear is possible

I have smelled La Capitale over and over and desperately needed a dupe. I do not have Kashaf yet, but it will be in soon and I will leave 2 updated reviews: one upon atribal and one after 3 wks maceration. UPDATE: Yeah this is a banger. Haven’t smelled La Capitale in a few weeks, but from what I remember this is 85-90% close. Aromatic and strong opening then turns into a sweet, woody, spicy scent. Will update again in 3 weeks. UPDATE #2: Just gets better and better. Absolutely love this frag.

I don't know what this smells similar to but I love. I definitely smell a Creme Brulee note similar to what you find in Badee Al Oud Honor and Glory or December Vanilla. Its delicious and exactly what I was hoping for.

This reminds me of a "red erbapura" very pleasent sweet fruity smelling, totally unisex this is insane compliment magnet,after maceration the performance improved ,strong sillage

Blind purchased this one as it was listed as a Xerjoff La Capitale dupe... On me, this is definitely 85-90% on par with La Capitale.... At a much cheaper price point!!

This is gorgeous. I can’t afford La Capitale and this scratches the itch. It’s weak before it matures. It’s taken around 2 months.

This is so good. A great balance of fruits and spicy. I love to wear it in the fall and winter and even layering. I love it!

I got this last Spring and it's just perfect for Spring and Summer. Looking forward to wearing it again. It was rated on YouTube as a really good dupe for Mula Mula and La Capitale. I have not tried either. I was a little scared of the leather note but it is not overpowering or even particularly leathery.Maybe a little furniture polishy at first but I like that. It's really long lasting and the scent on clothing is just like you spent a Summer's day outdoors in England. Just a beautiful breezy day where you are slightly windswept from sitting in the countryside eating sweet strawberries in a freshly laundered shirt , picnicking, soaking up the scent of the outdoors, playing rounders and sunbathing on a blanket It's a North European Summer blowing through clean fruity shampooed hair. The leather is a rich polished chair in a historic cottage museum in which the gardens are the setting for your daytrip. I love the dry down for this very nostalgic feel. These kind of reviews with imaginary scenarios are rather silly but that's just how this perfume makes me feel. In short a long lasting, Spring/Summer fruity fragrance with depth at a fantastic price.

I really like this perfume. I don't know where I saw it as I have not seen a review on it since purchasing but I am glad I did. I think this is what it says it is. A sweet floral scent with a bit of a woody note to it. I think it is so versatile for layering. It pairs well with something deep and spicy like a Khamrah scent or it gives a little bit of depth to scents that are bright and light. I can see why it isn't everyone's cup of tea and it is not my favourite perfume by any means but I think it does what I expected from it and I am glad it is in my collection.

This is a pretty good dupe of La Capitale - it lasts way longer both on skin and clothes, is very very strong. I have to empty half the bottle of La Capitale on me to get a slight sniff that I'm even wearing it. Do not overspray Kashaf, I did get bit of a headache when I did, now I dont know why, maybe some underlying note? But its pretty close - don't overspray and you will be good. For £20 - this is a bargain.

Baby powder and fruity vape juice, not that that is a bad thing but that’s what it is. Mine was potent right out of the box. Opening leans femme but then becomes more unisex within 30minutes once the sweet florals calm down. Smells reminiscent of a lot of middle eastern frags I’ve tried. Could be passable for cooler summer nights but this is really a fall winter frag.

Much better after a year of maturation (feels more balanced and smooth now), but still somehow underwhelming. OK for the price but I cannot imagine myself paying for Xerjoff if it's really similar. As people already mentioned, this is a fun fruity-leather fragrance. I think I'm done with fruity leathers though - on the surface this is a unique combination, but at the end of the day it kind of removes the best part of each type of ingredient. Fruits get more dirty, dusty or dry - instead of being mouth watering, fresh and juvenile - and the leather is suddenly stripped off of all its elegance and mysterious character. Created and marketed as "leather for women", these scents just feel cheap and artificial to me nowadays. Similarly to Erba Pura hype, where scratchy and synthetic musks basically do the same to fruity notes as leather/saffron/oud here. Kashaf is unfortunately not different. I'm happy to use my bottle (especially during the cooler summer days, when it feels more appropriate due to its unserious character), but with no intention to repurchase.

This stuff is nasty. It induces the worst headache I've ever experienced.. Way too Floral for a male.. I cant see a guy wanting to wear this. Just yuck

Just got my bottle today. First spray was like spraying water- absolutely nothing. A couple hours later I tried again and I got faint hints of fruits and strong leather. This baby needs to sit. I will do 1 and 2 week updates but just those few hours changed it immensely so I have high hopes. I have mula mula and it smells nothing like it so far. Will be back in a week... One week update: the fruits got stronger and have come to the forefront. The leather has calmed down and is more tamed. Week 2: For some reason week two the leather is stronger now. Like this is a leather fragrance with some fruits in the background. It’s overwhelming and I like leather. I don’t remember exactly how la capitale smells but I do remember it reminded me of Mula Mula. This does not even slightly remind me of Mula Mula.

This fragrance closely resembles La Capitale, and I would dare to say it's even better. It has a pleasant scent with moderate sillage and projection. There's a slight fruity note accompanied by a touch of woodiness, making it ideal for transitional weather.

Am I the only person who feels like this smells almost identical to Bond no9 Nomad? Especially on the dry down, but Kashaf is a little sweeter with that strawberry note.
