my dad has this funny habit that's basically become a nightly occurrence. whenever he's saying goodnight to me he'll stand in my doorway, peering into my room and staring at my collection with the most expectant look on his face, almost begging to come in and smell everything. some days I'll tell him i'm tired and he'll hug me and leave, but other days i'll playfully push him back and tell him they haven't changed the way they smell overnight. whenever I get any new fragrances i'll always let him review them, since he has very high standards (even though we don't have the same tastes and interests in perfumes, I still care and am curious about his opinions). the vast majority of his reviews are something along the lines of "eh" or "too strong" (negative connotation). if he likes it, he'll say "it's okay", and if he REALLY likes it he'll say "it's good." my dad saying something is good is one of the highest compliments he has. when I first got liam grey, he smelled it and was immediately drawn to it. he asked if it had any khus (vetiver) in it and I told him it did. he said something about it reminding him of his childhood in India if i'm remembering it correctly. over the next several weeks and months he always went to smell it before anything else. he asked if he could use it while I was away from home and I let him. he got a bottle for himself recently and I get happy every time I smell it on him, not just because I love the scent, but because he is quite particular with what he wears and the thought that I was able to introduce him to something he loves is heartwarming edit: he has now gone through at least 2 (edit 2: probably closer to 3 or 4 now. ive lost count LMAO) bottles of it and he just bought 2 more bottles at once so he doesnt run out. safe to say he adores it and i couldnt be happier. storytelling aside, it is my comfort scent. it has this creamy quality to it that's just so so so so so SO wonderful. the cardamom, tea, and fig in the top, and the sandalwood, vanilla, and tonka in the base, with the vetiver almost holding the hand of all of the notes all the way through, is a combination that works perfectly. I think it's definitely unisex, with it MAYBE leaning a tiny bit masculine. it lasts forever, but it's never overwhelming. the projection and sillage are moderate throughout, making it solid for work, school, casual events, and just relaxing at home. my dad has pulled it off on warm summer days since he's usually at work in an air-conditioned building for most of the day, but I tend to only wear it fall through spring and on cooler days (< 60°F), and it's hands-down my go-to rainy day fragrance. 10000/10

I had to significantly revise my first review from 16/08/2025, because after 6 months of maturation with Lattafa Liam, I’ve now been able to realize that Lattafa Liam and the original Gris Charnel are a work of art. There are only a few fragrance compositions I would truly call “art.” Gris Charnel and its dupe Lattafa Liam are genuinely one of them. Why? All perfume enthusiasts know that fragrances have this beautifully dreamy kind of magic: they attach themselves to memories—to days and moments when you wore them. With only a few scents—Macera Black Gold and Green Irish Tweed among them—it was as easy for me to connect a fragrance with beautiful, nostalgic memories as it was with Liam. That slightly fruity, rather fresh fig that later becomes this silky-soft vanilla is the scent I would recommend for a cozy autumn evening together. The fragrance itself opens fresh and fruity and, within minutes, transforms into a creamy, emotional, sensual autumn scent. But it takes a lot of patience— mine took several months—to give it the time it needs to fully complete its maturation process. At first, it was fairly weak, linear, and monotonous, but over time it has matured beautifully. The scent is a calorie-free kind of fruity freshness that becomes creamy—silky-smooth as time goes on. The opening is almost even better than the drydown. The opening feels like a sweet refreshment—most noticeable is a sweet fig paired with a cool, sweet tea, almost like a soft drink. What’s great about this fragrance is that it isn’t overloaded with an unnatural sweetness like caramel, toffee, or cake, but instead focuses purely on fig, tea, and iris. A sweet, calorie-free, naturally refreshing composition—perfect for autumn. Once that “calorie-free” sweetness fades a little, you start to notice a fairly present but still calm vanilla. After about 6 months, I can say that Lattafa Liam is a silky-soft, creamy, sweet fig–iris–vanilla scent that comes close to a 10/10. The composition feels like a piece of art. Strictly speaking, I don’t actually know the original. But I still assume that Lattafa knows how to create great dupes—and that this one shouldn’t be too far off from the original.

***Update Nearly 2 years since purchase*** Ya know, I started collecting/Hoarding nearly 2 years ago and Lattafa's Liam was one of the first fragrances which started my fragrance obsession. Liam was always a "Good performer," but with this Florida heat I haven't been able to wear this gem in nearly 10 months or so. Well last night I was craving so.ething Vanillic and Aromatic so I thought Id pull Liam out. Now I like to store all my fragrances in their boxes to protect their integrity and just incase I want to re-sell them. Anyhow, the reason Im writing an updated-review is bc of how freakin' ETERNAL this fragrances performance has become! I did just one spritz on my arm last night before bed and just one spritz on my T-Shirt. Its now 1:46pm the following day and dangit if I can't STILL smell Liam wafting up to my nose from just that ONE DARNED SPRITZ I'd put on my T-Shirt last night! I can also still smell it faintly on my arm today, but no where near like that one spritz is still projecting off my shirt this afternoon! I have some "Beast Mode "Niche" fragrances" that cant pull this level of performance off! Man, I have a few other Lattafa frags with a Vanilla note and there's something about Lattafa's Vanilla that ages like a fine wine fo sho! All the Lattafa's with Vanilla I own have become BEASTMODE over time and just smell fantastic! The actual scent/dna has also become more robust, the black tea seems more fragrant/aromatic and really stayd throughputthe kide of the wear (still present today), the Vanilla is richer, and more decadent and Liam simply smells even more amazing than it did initially... All this to say that if you still havent tried Liam and enjoy aromatic/vanillic/Unisex fragrances, just grab a bottle! If Lattafa has kept their formulation the same these last couple of years, then this fragrance is still an amazing pick-up and after some time you'll think it's a STELLAR pick-up like I do! AMAZING! High end designers AAAAND Niche houses TAKE NOTES!!

I owned this previously but it never lasted longer than 1h on my skin before turning into a faint skin scent, even with 6 months maturation. I bought my bottle on Amazon and I have reason to believe it’s either a fake or a bad batch. I just bought a new bottle from an Arab store. Testing it in store, I realized how much better that batch was than the bottle I owned. It was smooth and so comforting. I love this DNA. And it’s blended so so well. I may be nose blind to this scent unfortunately; I’ve sprayed skin and clothes and even tried smelling it when my nose was especially sensitive to smells. Even with the new bottle, I’m unable to detect it. But I can smell other fragrances if I were to test it. I’ve tested White Regent Diamond and I had no problem smelling those notes, so I don’t have a problem with the Gris Charnel DNA. It must be something Lattafa is putting into Liam Grey that is causing nose blindness. This is gorgeous. Don’t expect any protection, even with the new bottles. This will be a skin scent and it will be cozy. If you want something that projects, I’d recommend looking at the actual Gris Charnel line or consider White Regent Diamond if it’s available in your region (it’s a Saudi brand and a slightly smoother coconuty version of Gris Charnel - in between the EDP and Extrait - but it is very strong). I’ve heard good things about Al Noor but it is much darker than Liam Grey, almost leather qualities. The store clerk called this a freshie and I can see why. It’s light. Can be an office or gym scent or daily errands. Or if you want comfort on a rainy day, go for it. I can’t see Liam Grey being anything more than that though. Please beware the Amazon sellers, don’t fall for a fake bottle like I did!

Absolutely delightful. My favourite scent. Extremely strong performance, very unique, pleasant scent. Sweet but not cloying. Tea and spice lovers will adore this. The opening tea notes carry hints of milk oolong or darjeeling latte mixed with cardamom and cinammon (which I assume come from the mix of cardamom and fig). The base notes of vanilla remain always there, although slightly hidden at first. The scent transforms slowly, with the tea notes slowly dissipating into a spicy vanilla with a hint of talcum/flowery/powdery clean smell (probably the iris). It is very pleasant, and it goes surprisingly well together. I have seen people compare it to bubble tea or chai lattes, and I can see why, but the fragrance is more sophisticated and has more notes than just that. It is definitely not a gourmand perfume, but it will absolutely delight gourmand lovers. It performs for around 7 to 9 hours quite well without reapplications. It is professional but can also be seductive. It's a perfume that can fit any circumstance during the day or night without it being overpowering or "too weak". Extremely unisex (all perfumes are, but what I mean is that this one lacks any particular "scent profile that would make people assume it is a traditionally gendered perfume). It is not overpowering or dark, and overall it is pleasant and fitting for most daily circumstances too, but it carries the risk of being too "relaxed/laid back" for job interviews and similar situations, where perhaps the wearer wants a more "active" impression. This perfume transmits a "laissez faire" and relaxed, diligent professional vibe that is ideal for daily office work.

This is my second purchase from this brand (Nebras was my first). Liam has such a gorgeous cardamom opening, a really smooth, creamy, spicy cardamom black tea. Gorgeous. Once it settles, I get more of the vanilla, but if you’re familiar with Nebras, it’s the same sort of vanilla. Kinda synthetic, like the sort of vanilla you’d associate with an affordable hand cream, but it’s *not bad*, just a little bit waxy. For the price, it’s really, really good! I don’t get any fruitiness, none of the fig, but maybe it’s just my nose. The (moderate, not heavily gourmand) sweetness comes from the vanilla to me, making it smell like a cup of vanilla chai black tea (with a little bit of that synthetic-ness)... but maybe that fig note is adding something invisible to the sweetness, idk. With 2–4 sprays, the scent lasts me maybe 2–3 hours (longer on my neck/chest, a little shorter on my wrists due to transfer). Sillage is decent; it’s definitely noticeable when you’re within about 4 feet of it. If you spray heavier, you’re gonna get better longevity and sillage for sure, but I’d guess you’d also get more of that synthetic quality I mentioned before, and it could be a little bit headache-y. In smaller amounts, it’s gorgeous though. Very comforting, very warm. It’s def unisex. I’m female and I love it on myself, and if I smelled this on a guy, I’d be in love.

I literally just got this ( blind buy) and loved it straight out of the box. Usually, fragrances from these houses need to macerate to reach their full potentials which I'm sure is the case with Liam too, yet it already smells amazing. The magic happens in the dry down but there is something wonderful happening even at the start. A very sophisticated scent , amazingly elegant , beautiful combination of all those ingredients. It starts off as something milky, almondy kind of scent mixed with fig and cardamom but later becomes and creamy vanilla and almost coconutty scent which I absolutely love. I can't believe the quality it has for such a low price. I know that this type of scent isn't everybody's cup of tea but for me it is simply amazing. Speaking of tea, it is a beloved scent for me as well and works amazingly in this scent combo. This scent kind of reminds me of Al nashama caprice mixed with Nebras or at least something along those lines. In conclusion: I can't believe the quality and amazing scent for such a low price. I've been sleeping on this frag for a while since it was ridiculously expensive in the beginning when it was hyped up by influencers. But now that people have forgotten about it it's a lot cheaper , very very well worth the price. It's a new favourite for me.

I got Liam going on 2 years now and I still have well-over half my bottle left (about 3/4). Its honestly bc I live in Florida and Fall/Winter is short lived here, plus it doesn't take much of Liam for it to radiate off my skin/clothes, and it lasts a full 7 to 8 hr work shift. Liam has really intensified over those two years and has become so rich, smooth, potent and just lasts FOREVER! Infact, when Id initially purchased Liam, I used to over-spray (bout 6 spritzes) and didnt realize how cloying it was when I did that, and so I would NEVER get a compliment, nor "Be noticed" for my scent. I'd eventually realized that my co-workers just didnt wanna be rude bc my scent had become so cloying by doing just the 6 spritzes! LMAO! Nowadays I do no more than 4 spritzes and I get positive feedback on top of LOVING this scent! Was thinking bout getting the O.G. Gris Charnel, but evidently this "Dupe" is to close to the real thing that itd be redundant it I purchased the real thing, plus I really like Liam's bottle design! Lol! Liam is a total GEM in my collection, and although I have O Plenty of "Niche frags", Im good with this truley amazing Lattafa clone! CHEERZ!

MY GOODNESS PLEASE GATEKEEP THIS FRAGRANCE, SOCIAL MEDIA DO NOT HYPE UP I NEED MORE FOR MYSELF. I have a sample of Gris Charnel EDP and I've smelled Gris Charnel Extrait, I haven't done a side by side of the two but I definitely think this leans in between the two, the iris is a lot less prevalent in Liam vs EDP but the vanilla really lets this one shine. I tested my bottle as soon as I got it and put it on for a wear. The projection and silage are like a 7/10 maybe 3-4 ftp projection but MY GOODNESS This will literally last 12+ hours maybe more, I literally wore it to the gym, out for the night, had a shower, went to sleep, woke up, I could still smell it and HAD ANOTHER shower and it filled my bathroom and I could smell it a bit after the second shower and it was still lingering. please sleep on this tiktok and youtube us fragrantica people can hoard this treasure **update** tiktok did not sleep on this and its sold out everywhere now mission failed.

I keep revisiting this page for Lattafa's Liam bc it's such a unique and potent fragrance. I see that many folks are complaining about the over all perfor.ance which leads me to believe that Liam has been reformulated? Or its a quality control issue? Not sure, but I did get my bottle when it firat launched back in 2024 and over-time this fragrance has truley become very, VERY strong and actually with like just 4 spritzes, it can almost be Cloying bc the Vanilla note wears quitr heavily, so I normally wear just one spritz on each shoulder and one on the back of my neck and I and others can smell this thing on me like ALL DAY LONG! So then my advice to folks if they're having performance issues is to spray out like maybe 10 spritzes, let your bottle "Maturate." I've truley found that Lattafa's fragrances that have Vanilla in the base tend to become "Beastly" with time, the longevmm ķ0

I am absolutely entranced. This scent is so interesting and ethereal, it’s trying to evoke something in you. Initial smell is the almost exact scent of fig and black tea, it’s in your face but in a very polite way, these two initial notes gently slap you in the face like a lace glove. The scent of cardamom and a vague floral note sneakily replace the top notes but not for long, the dry down to the base notes happens relatively quickly and the real mysterious meat of this perfume is presented to you, the dirt of patchouli cut with the sweetness of mexican vanilla. It’s definitely not for everyone but in an inoffensive way, the people who won’t like it just wouldn’t get it and shrug it off, as opposed to hating it. I’d describe it as aristocratic for this reason. This is a truly mystic and unisex fragrance and it’s my new signature scent.

This smells like gris charnel but with more vanilla, sandalwood, and iris. It's a bit creamier and a bit less fig and tea heavy, definitely not a one to one as I could pick out this difference without comparing them side by side but still, they are around 80-85% close to me. As a standalone fragrance this is great. It's safe for school and work but also sophisticated enough for special events. I had to let my bottle macerate for a few months because out of the box longevity is around 3-4 hours, but now after 4 sprays I get around 3 hours projecting skin scent until 7 so not bad. I've gotten a few compliments wearing this, but someone said something smelled like baby powder when standing close to me and one of my friends said in the air it reminded him of JPG le beau le parfum, probably because of the heavy iris.

A nice budget introduction to cardamom. The tea and fig opening is divine as well. It's a magnificent scent and it's matured beautifully to boot. The subtle sweet woods and a really nice creamy drydown are all things I've grown to love. Initial projection and longevity will be in the gutters for a new batch. I've however had mine improve significantly in the roughly 6 months of owning this (now easily getting 8 hours with medium projection). It's nonetheless a more subdued profile and overapplication often came off unpleasant (to me). It's been my go to as a subtle sort of scent with friends or when I'm at home or in the library. I like studying with it on too. Very calming. No notes, will be keeping bottles of this in rotation till I can comfortably get my hands on bdk someday

gosh, what a stunning parfume. the opening leans bit more on the masculine side, in the drydown it's perfectly unisex, maybe slightly more on the feminine side, at least this is the opinion of some male friends I have asked to. in the opening I smell the vetiver, tea leaf, fig and iris but there's something unrefined, think maceration will do the trick. after 10/15 min it smells like a chai tea to me, spicy, woodsy. and after 45/1 hour I can smell the milky fig leaf, the sweet spicy cardamom, the rich vanilla and softly woodsy sansalwood, and this is my fav part. It smells exactly the way I envisioned it to smell like. The more it will sit the smoother it will get I guess so I'm so looking forward for when it'll be smooth as silk.

Liam is so good. It's perfect for colder weather but I wouldn't say it's recommended to use it for winter. It's too light in scent to stay around in cold and dry air for long. Warmer weather certainly makes it shine. Fragrance itself gives me that comforting feel - you just returned home from longer walk or city errand, you're so cold you called whoever's home to make you a cup of tea, vanilla sugar cookies are done cooling down, aroma still lingering around. You sit down, enjoy tea with the cookies while your clothes still smell faintly of the cold outside. Enjoyment is quite brief and intimate, at least compared to my Khamrah, which is the longest performing and largest projecting fragrance I own and use.

This is a fragrance i have changed my opinion of drastically. I purchased it more than a year ago, and immidiately disliked it. But recently i revisited it, and it is remniniscant of vacation to me, although I have never worn it on vacation before. In the beginning it was just remniniscant of a very specific vacation-situation, but now its something i would love to wear whenever visiting new places. It is fresh and interesting, pretty unique. I cant explain the scent itself, but the energy is just very "explore something new" to me. Not a daily wear-fragrance at all to me, its not my type of DNA in that regards, but i would love to wear it whenever visiting a new city to explore or going on vacation Love-

Got this for 30 bucks and the longevity does reflect the price. However, this is the safest gourmand fragrance I've tried. I prefer this over Lattafa Qahwa. The cardamom is a bit overpowering in the opening and during the first hour but the dry down is where it shines. Extremely addictive, very smooth, clean, creamy and cozy. The cardamom gets toned down (thank god) and becomes very subtle. At that price, that's a 10/10 scent. It's not a complex scent, but it's worth a grab. You can layer it with Thriller III by Maison Asrar to help with the longevity. Someone said it gives off that vibe where you lay in bed with freshly washed sheets, your cardamom milk tea on the side, that's 100% what it smells like.

originally i didn't love this because i thought it was quite sharp and really strong in a bad way, but there was something about it that kept bringing me back. since it had so many good reviews i decided to try letting it macerate just to see if it would get better and it grew on me SO much. now it's my favorite fragrance in my collection and my everyday scent for colder months. it's warm and cozy but also a bit moody at the same time ; makes me feel so cool and mysterious lol. it's very versatile and could be worn in any setting imo. i haven't smelled the original gris charnel so i don't know how close they are, but liam grey is incredible for the price. definitely recommend

initially hits you with a very strong combination of fig and black tea leaves. this opening felt a bit too sharp and even a little screechy as some might say, for my liking initially, but after drying down it transforms into this beautiful powdery iris scent with a sort of warm creaminess, likely from the vanilla and sandalwood. this is one of those really cozy fragrances, like being wrapped in a soft fleece blanket on a windy, grey skies kind of day. compared to gris charnel, it is very similar to me, with gris charnel being smoother and more muted than Liam. a lovely fragrance i can throw on anytime i want a beautiful iris fragrance for cheap.

This is my current favourite smell. Sillage is 7-8/10 Longevity is 8-9/10 Scent is 39/10 DNA is so solid - beaten only by YSL La Nuit and D&G The One. I was a virgin before I put this on. I can't remember the count anymore. Thank you Lattafa, and thank you Liam for taking my virginity. You will always be the one. On a serious note, starts off strong and remarkable only to settle into a subtle, classy, and lingering scent that will make others wonder "who the hell is that". Wear this in a dark or formal setting. Night, winter, and formal are the prime ambiances for Liam. This is baby powder meets Gunpowder. Smooth but deadly. Wear it responsibly.

imagine sitting in a bed, having a blanket over you and having a creamy black tea right beside you sprinkled w a bit of cardamon. there s also a few figs in a bowl right beside the creamy black tea. cant compare it w gris charnel, havent got to try it but damn is it good! i have an almost 30 bottle collection and this stuff is really unique, doesnt remind me of anything i own or have smelled before. just got it so longevity is average at best, 5 hours and projection for 2 but im guessing in a few months after maceration itll last like 7 hours with 3-4 projection. for the price i bought it for, 18 euros, its the best investment i made all year

I've had it for over a year and just got to using it. Performance wise, Its decent. It does have a softer projection after the initial 15 - 20 mins, but it sticks for a long time. It could be the fact that my bottle had enough time to oxidize or mature. I am not a big fan of the initial blast, however post the 5 mins mark its pretty good. I would say it lasts for around 4 - 6 hours on skin , 8 - 10 hours on clothes with an hour of projection. I wore it to run an errand late evening and my GF the next day decided to take my car to work and she mentioned that the Car smelled of the perfume I wore the previous day.

Might be the best lattafa fragrance, but when I first bought it, it smelled a bit like pickle juice. However fully macerated it just smells so calming and relaxing. Performance is the only downside 4-6hrs of longevity on skin and moderate projection, honestly may be the only downside. 8/10 Edit so I've owned this for about 3 months, and honestly its great and I love wearing it a lot more than i did originally, the performance has got a bit better, I get at least a maximum of 7hrs on the skin until it fades. Plus that pickle juice opening is gone 8.5/10

I can’t even begin to explain how sexy and incredibly complex yet still easy on the nose this scent is. Its my introduction to black tea fragrances, and I can clearly smell how beautifully it pairs with cardamom, adding this mature, refined depth to the composition. I’m really excited to see how it performs as I let it macerate further. I have a feeling this is one of those fragrances that only gets better with time. Easily one of my signature scents now. ps. If you have a partner who is sensitive to strong scents they will think this is a treat.

This was a blind buy - likely the best one I've ever done. To be honest, I didn't like it at first, it took some getting used to, but now I absolutely love it. Ive been wearing it all winter. People have said that it smells like coconut or vanilla? It might be my batch or maybe my skin chemistry, but I do find that to be true. My atomizer did come broken however, so be careful with that. Its such a cozy scent, SO LONG LASTING. The opening it sharper and stronger, but it dries down to such a calm and warm scent. 9/10, would buy again.

Straight out of the box this is masculine leaning. Unisex - masculine, but def masc. I don't mean gender but vibe. It could give cool girl because it is not feminine and girly, not siren, but it has it's own pull. It starts masculine with freshness and then after 10 minutes tye beautiful dry down is a creamy (not gourmand) sandalwood and vanilla that is unisex. It is beautiful and comforting indeed. A love for me - unique and it reminds me of a man's parfum from my childhood. I will let it sit and review in a few months.

I've owned this fragrance for a few months now, and I must say I really appreciate the scent profile. The juicy fig is nicely complimented by the light woody notes (sandalwood with some vetiver), and the tea leaf is also very nicely complimented by these. The sillage isn't overwhelming, but remains at about arm's length, and the fragrance will last nearly eight hours for me. Overall, this fragrance leans predominantly masculine to me, and requires a certain maturity to wear. 9.5/10, would gatekeep.

What a delightful fragrance! This scent is truly remarkable. I brought this juice to my cruise in October and I must say, I could see people turning heads and expressing their reactions. I understand everyone has their own preferences and if you prefer one over another, it's your own decision. However, if you're considering trying this fragrance, I would strongly encourage you to give it a try. I'm a 58-year-old male and this fragrance made me feel like a young man again.

I love "comforting" fragrances and Liam Grey fits the bill. The opening is too spicy with the cardamom but then it settles and balances with the milky fig and black tea. It gives me some type of vacation resort/ cruise vibes but also rainy fall day. I get pretty good longevity and projection. There is a noticeable cloud around me for the first few hours. I think letting it sit for a while will settle that cardamom opening. Probably my favorite from Lattafa so far

I've had my bottle macerating for almost two years, occasionally wearing it here and there. The very first spray was very astringent, sharp, a scrubber. Waiting patiently, months turned to years, and it's finally softened beautifully to my nose. What I smell predominantly are iris, cardamom and fig in that order. The scent is soft yet intoxicating. I picture being covered by a cashmere blanket on a cool night. Very unisex. Perfect price. Well worth the wait 😍

whether it smells like Gris Charnel or not i don't know and i don't care, what i will say is, this is a stunning fragrance for sure on my last cruise i wore this juice in formal night and man it made me feel like a million bucks and I could tell the reaction of people around me when i walked by. You will be noticed no doubt, the scent is as good as any designer out there and for the price you pay is simply a robbery. Another Grand Slam by Lattafa!

Liam Lattafa is the perfect "suit and tie" fragrance precisely because it avoids the typical citrus opening. Instead of lemon or bergamot, you get a stunning, creamy Black Tea paired with Cardamom and Fig. It creates a vibe that is dry, professional, and "high-end minimalist. If you’re wearing a tailored blazer or a crisp white shirt, this is the finishing touch. It smells like "quiet luxury" and controlled confidence. 10/10 for the workplace

I was buying some perfumes as gifts to my friends and asked the shop owner to show me some good ones. I tried this one first and put it aside and told him to show me something else. This I'm keeping to myself, I really loved this perfume. Very disappointed by the performance and projection, I ended up have a decant on me to respray it outside. I compared to the extrait BDK, if you like the original, get this. You won't be disappointed at all.

It’s a beautiful scent but I must say the longevity is piss poor. I’m going to let it macerate for a while. It’s a damn shame because the scent is absolutely gorgeous. But it just feels so faint on me and even on my clothes it’s faint. I’m honestly tired of buying ME fragrances and having to let it sit for weeks to macerate. First Sharaf blend and now Liam Grey. Hopefully time will help but I’m not sure. For now this will be a gym scent.

Big fan of Gris Charnel (but hate BDK), in an effort to find the best dupe of it I was recommended to check Liam. Was very skeptical as its less than 10% of Gris Charnel's price. I was mind blown. its 90% similar to Gris. The 10% difference is the vanilla, which im not a big fan off. My favorite scent is fig, and this being only $23 it might just be my signature scent. I ABSOLUTELY recommend getting this if you cant afford Gris Charnel.

I purchased this one solely on reviews. I liked Elizabeth Arden green tea and this is nothing like that. It's better! This is warm and cozy. If you don't like slight amount of powdery you might have an issue with that. This is like a gourmand that leans more cozy than yummy. I am so very happy I purchased this and wonder how it will change or improve with maceration/maturation. For me from the very first spray of this was fantastic!

I own GC by BDK and Liam is beautiful to me, it smells exactly like BDK! In my opinion I actually prefer Liam because it’s a little softer than GC. Liam has good silage and longevity, however, I think that’s wear GC has a one up, I think it lasts a little longer than Liam and projects a little more but as I said I prefer that Liam is a bit softer. I’ll be saving my money and buying Liam from now on.

Never smelled Gris Charnel but this is a unique and excellent fragrance for the price. Has that Iris and cardamom that I love from Givenchy Gentleman but adds fig and tea to the opening and vanilla and sandalwood to the base. Projection and longevity are solid. Not beast mode or anything but I prefer a fragrance that will draw her in. Lasts a good 6 hours on skin and over 8 hours on clothes.

This the only unisex perfume where I see many women dominating the comment section, usually is the other way around. This is somewhat confusing cuz ladies say that it's masculine leaning, I am 33 yo male who thinks this is slightly feminine leaning. However, I think I can easily pull it off as it feels comfy and cozy. I just got it today and sprayed once on my wrist so I will update later.

I'm going to keep this simple. If you are considering buying Lattafa Liam Gray, get it. Out of all my Middle Eastern fragrances I own, this and Afnan Supremacy Collector's Edition smell the most expensive. Straight Class and Mature. And I own many which I love. The scent smelled good out of the box. It's gotten even better over time. Projects well and lasts all day for me.

Wowwwwww!!! this was always “ok” to but in time the juice itself has come to be extremely fig/ tea forward compared to when I first sprayed it. This has a dusty vanillin vibe matched with the tea and fig note that makes this perfect for rainy weather or gloomy days. It’s also very powdery from the iris (which is also dominant) so if you aren’t for that then sorry :p

This is truly a GEM! It has a niche, classy, and sophisticated scent, making it a fantastic buy for just $30—the best I've ever spent. The longevity is also impressive. If you're unfamiliar with the scent, I recommend trying it first. It's not a mass-appealing fragrance, but if you love its DNA, this is definitely a must-have. From one fragrance lover to another 😜

I’m suprised with all the masculine comments because my sister really liked it and my female roommate asks to borrow it often. If you’ve ever had an earl gray cake this reminds me of that with a touch of darkness and sweetness from the fig that ties everything together. Kinda has a damp sweetness that’s hard to describe without actually having smelt it.

Out of the box this made every unsuccessful blind buy worth it. Every guilt ridden - like but not love - gone. I really didn't want a perfume called Liam and the colour grey was even less appealing. But this. This is SO good! It's really sexy, spicy and woody and I cannot wait to see how it develops. Makes my eyes roll back. Love, Love, Love.

Another belting Lataffa clone. This is 90% similar to Gris Charnel imo. Only just received so I will let it settle for a while to give a full review bit so far I'd say it lasts about 8-9 hrs on my skin with and an arms length of projection. Probably won't really work in summer apart from on cooler nights. Amazing value at just over £15.

This is a beautiful fragrance smooth and comforting feeling. The fig and cardamom note are nice. Warm cozy It is like make you sniff your arm so often :) I highly recommend it! On that day when rain outside and you just want to feel calm and relaxed but also you can wear if you go out definitely you will be the one who smell so nice!

comforting, warm, soothing. like curling up on the sofa with a spiced earl grey tea and watching your favorite movie/show during the fall. i don't smell any vanilla, but instead get the cardamom, sandalwood, black tea, vetiver, and iris, which are blended perfectly. works for any occasion, and will repurchase after i'm done with it

How to smell put together, different from the masses and playfully and welcomingly masculine. My go to signature at the moment for everyday use particularly in the gym where it stands out from the 100s of shower gel scents others are wearing, projection and longevity aren't an issue on my skin ,John battlefield approved.

Didnt try gris charnel yet, but if this is what it smells like, i say its worth the hype. Smooth tonka,vanilla and fig blend,mixed with just enough spices so it stays on the unisex side. Feels like taking a walk with someone you love in a moroccan souk. Verry satisfying smell I BEG PLEASE KEEP THIS AWAY FROM TIKTOK
