The comments are right, this might be the darkest fragrance I’ve ever smelled the horse on the bottle immediately makes me Imagine the headless horseman smelling like this, and he totally would , I’m getting hints of old damp church and walking alone on Halloween night, and by that I mean, I literally can smell both of those it’s not even just vibes and I mean this in the best way possible I absolutely love it , immediately one of my favorites , but i also understand hating this it’s 100% not for everybody you gotta be a very specific type of person to wear this but if you are that person, it’s a 10 out of 10, a lot of people are upset it says unisex but I could totally imagine a goth girl wearing this so I’m actually gonna put it as more masculine instead of for men only, this is 100% what a really rich vampire would smell like one that’s got wealth saved up from his hundreds of years of being alive, this is definitely gonna be my go to whenever I go all out on my emo fits , as much as I like this fragrance, I can’t say that I recommend it to anybody that doesn’t regularly dress either goth emo but if you do don’t hesitate to buy it right now , especially for how low the price is, the performance is insane I put the smallest spray ever on the top of my hand for like 20 minutes ago and I can still smell it from about 4 inches away and I’m talking it was like the smallest spray I could possibly do, definitely be careful with applying this it can go wrong really quick. I would only recommend 3 sprays MAXIMUM I would definitely not want to risk over spraying this , on the topic of notes I actually do smell a lot more rhubarb than I was expecting and it’s really pleasant and it kind of doubles as like a really light almost like a bittersweet cannabis smelling type of note, it’s really subtle but it’s also really nice, there’s definitely incense I have no idea why that’s not listed on the pyramid it’s 100% there and the rest of the smokiness is a by the fireplace type of really strong smokiness but it goes away about 60% in the dry down at least on my skin, it’s a fragrance that’s easier to describe in the form of descriptions it would definitely be really hard to guess what this smells like just based off the notes alone anyway that’s my ramble, pick it up if your Emo enough to wear this then it’s a 10 out of 10 if ur not than you most likely will not want to wear this

-----update----- Maaan, I get that "fragrances are subjective" and all, but Im really starting to get annoyed with all the whining about fragrances that dont strictly smell super sweet, pretty, fruity etc FROM THE IMMEDIATE OPENING without even giving the scent a chance to dry-down and then labeling it as "Bad" as is the trend today! Where is people's sense of adventure and desire to be unique amongst all the sheep!? I mean for people to say that Maahir Black is "gross", or just plain "BAD" is straight bs imo. Yeah, this starts off extremely smokey, but its also quite sweet and just smells freakin' AMAZING especially as it dries down! The sweet, tart Rhubard with the smoke and peppery notes is so masculine and appealing. And Im ALL for a great "Unisex scent" I even wear a few women's frags bc I don't care and as long as I find the scent interesting or especially "unique" IM ALLL IIN.! Again, Maahir Black Edition opens with a photo-realistic charred smokiness which calms down pretty quickly wo going away completely and therefore accompanying the other beautifully paired notes. I cannot believe this dna sells for so cheap! And say whatcha want about the bottle, it is a quality bottle with a heavy metal cap and I think it looks really bad-ass especially sitting next to Maahir Legacy! Now, I will.say that after hearing how this fragrance was so "Beastly" from pretty much all the YT te iews, I was a bit underwhelmed with the performance since I found it to have low to moderate longevity and projection, but as I'd suspected the performance has improved since I got it back in mid September 2024. It's still NOT what I'd consider a "beast mode fragrance", but I do get a good 5 -6 hours on skin with decent projection after macerating for a few months, and longer on clothes ofcourse. I also think this is probably a "less is more" type of scent and may be off-putting if it indeed was a beast mode fragrance. Anyhow, EXCELLENT, unique, adventurous fragrance which I even bet would be super great smelling on a woman. It's gotta be SUPER SEDUCTIVE and intriguing on a woman. Ok, so when I read reviews on perfumes like the one Im about to write, I tend to believe that the author is just being a HATER because there is NO WAY that if EVERYONE ELSE is claiming that a fragrance has "Beastly performance" and then there's "that one guy" who's claimimg the opposite.. there ain't no way that the "one guy" is being truthful and he must just hate clones or be a fan-boy of the fragrance that's being cloned..right??, but thats honestly been my experience with Maahir Black! Now its smells FREAKIN' AMAZING, im in love with this dna, Photo-realistic charred, sweet-smokiness, dark yet bright peppery GORGEOUSNESS! Thing is, I sprayed about 4 sprays on my shirt in the same spot (on each shoulder) for a total of 8 spritzes and then a few on my neck aswell, but yet, Im having to put my nose up to my shirt just so I can get a really good whiff?? Whatt?? So, I figured I was immediately going nose blind or something, so I asked my peeps what they thought, and they had to really put their noses upto my shirt/neck so they could even get a guage on whether they liked it (they did 😁). I tried it again today with even more sprays, same thing! Now, I have a feeling that my bottle just needs to macerate or something bc thats happened to me with other Lattafas and I really, REALLY hope that's the case here bc I honestly love this dna so much. Also, my bottle was produce November 2023 (it's NOT a fake), and it's possible that Lattafa doesn't have the best quality control when it comes to later batches? I dont freakin' know, but it feels like Im just wasting juice trying to get decent performance from Maahir Black at this point. Im just gonna put my bottle away for a month or so and then come back to it and see if hopefully the performance has improved. I will then leave an update here on fragrantica... The YouTube reviews had me a bit scared to try this one. I was nervous about spraying it the first time. The reviewers seem to go over-the-top with their descriptions of this and act like it's a super crazy unwearable scent or something... Impressions of first spray on paper: Smells like hugging an older gentleman who smokes but hasn't had a cigarette in a few hours. Lots of white ash, some spices, semi-sweet woody cologne. Why is everyone making such a big deal? Impressions on skin: WOW! WOW WOW! Spicy and STRONG black pepper opening mixed with tons of white cigarette ash (not the butts or tobacco just the ash). Dries down to an EXTREMELY pleasant slightly sweet, earthy, spicy, woody, mysterious, and comforting scent. This is a mafia boss sitting in a beautiful, elegant, and slightly musty and run down victorian era home with leather furniture and a smoking room. This fragrence is a bottle of mystery, classiness, power, and ruggedness, all in one. In the same way Phillip Plein No Limits conjures up images of "tough guy moterhead", this one conjures up images of "Mysterious, rich, sophisticated, powerful, and slightly scary figure."... Like a vampire. This is just what my imagination comes up with smelling the scent alone... But if I imagine a woman wearing this, this could totally give "mysterious Cleopatra" vibes or something similar. Its completely unisex and pleasant. If I were to smell this on a woman walking by I would totally be intrigued and would do a head-turn. I've only said this about a few other scents so far... But this is masterpiece level perfumery. 100% signature scent worthy. All season versatility for the right person. This is backup bottle worthy for me as this is going to get a lot of use and I want to always have it in my collection. Don't be scared of the reviews. If you like dark, smokey, mysterious scents this is a must try.

As I like to describe it: A dense forest is being burned straight to the ground in a massive wildfire. Amidst the fire, the rain came through and washed away the flames. The morning after, you are walking through the burned down forest, feeling through your nose the moist air left by the recently finished storm accompanied by the strong odor coming from the ashes of the previously imponent trees. The sky is grey, you can see the droplets of water running down through the burnt branches, soil and the few remaining plants. It's foggy, and although the scene is anything but pretty, the smell is a unique experience. This is not for everyone. I didn't like it back when I first tested it. But then I gave it a second try a few months later and with a bit more experience/open mind about fragrances, then it struck me that this is some of the most unique scent profiles I've ever experienced. Not many occasions to wear it, it's not casual, it's not formal either, not exactly what you would call elegant but it is certainly unique and daring. When I do wear it is when I'm using somewhat upscale clothes but nothing too formal, and just feel like giving the middle finger to anyone I come across. Funnily enough my mother, girlfriend and a couple more male friends really like it. I guess it's not as unlikable as people think, however I haven't used it too much to say that it's a crowd pleaser and I really doubt it could be one. But that's the best part I think, it's the opposite of a crowd pleaser. You use it because YOU like it. Not looking for anybody's approval. The ultimate individuality is being yourself for yourself and this is definitely the scent for those occasions. Beast performance, beast projection, 3-4 sprays will last you from the early morning through the next morning with ease. Hard to wash off even, use with care.

Let me first say I am a woman. I don't know if it is because I live in the middle east for so many years or what. But I understand this Maahir Black. It is a TRUE middle eastern scent and a true unisex. If you understand HOW we wear scents in the middle east, then you will LOVE and understand Maahir Black. In the middle east, Arabs, LOVE to apply the BEST perfume. Then after well perfuming ourselves, we light a piece of charcoal and we place upon it the BEST piece of WOOD OUD CHIP. Then we smoke clothes, bodies, hair and the men beards. THIS is what Maahir Black is all in one bottle!!! I smell best perfume, floral. vanilla, amber, saffron. Then the patchuli, cedar, sandalwood gives it that incense smell. The smoke and cedar gives the scent if you just applied the best perfume and then smoked yourself with the best oud chips!!! Lattafa understood the assignment and killed this!!! I am a woman and I would wear this any time of day, night occasion I feel like . This is the middle east all in one step perfume. If you know, you know. LOVE IT!. I would buy this again and again. I think to buy 2 more bottles of this and the Maahir with Gold horsehead, just in case Lattafa decides to up their prices or discontinue these editions. This is it for me ...5 outta 5 stars. As I said Lattafa understood the assignment and killed it. Love love love this. I can't stop smelling my wrist and arm. If you don't like all the smoke layer this with another perfume that is vanilla, sweet and floral. But I personally would spray Maahir Black, and give it a chance to settle.When the smoke settles and clears, this is soooo beautiful. It cools down to incense, floral, vanilla, slightly green, slightly sweet and a light smokiness we middle easterners love. Expensive middle eastern scent Perfume, with burning oud chips on charcoal. 🥰

This is Encre Noir edp meets Club De Nuit or Armaf supremacy not only intense with some Smokey,ashy and darker nuances. Right off the bat you get this black pepper saffron and rhubarb blast with very rugged edges and then woods hit you like a punch to the face. The leather oak moss, cedar, guaic and patchouli come through very well and there’s the most consistent notes The rhubarb pepper combo creates this smoked cooked charred pineapple vibe but mind you there’s no sweetness to it at ALL there’s powdery nuances they work pretty well and shit. The rest of the notes that I haven’t Mentioned add this unique and non linear edge to it and on its own it’s an amazing nighttime and winter scent But if you’re looking to rock this on the day time layer it with something like a blue aquatic with vétiver or anything fresh it really blends well and works as a good summertime scent imo. If you wanna get much creative with layer it with a tobacco/Vanilla scent or something like bvlgari man in black it’s really super good. There’s dark rugged soapy powdery vibe to this which comes out more if you layer it with a good aquatic. Can’t go wrong for this price despite being so challenging. Performance and longevity are kinda above average for me 7-8 hours with it still being noticeable after 8 hourish . Macerating it’s makes the rhubarb come out more does a really good job. Sillage and projection are pretty good too you can go nose blind to this in some cases but you’ll always smell your clothes if you like this sorta dna yk. I am under no circumstances a fragrance literate (Or maybe i am?) But to me this smelled like a heavy citrus blooming out of a scorched earth landscape, which is why i'm confused about the lack of fruits on the notes. I could swear i smelled some tangerine like scent that evolved into something less creamy like a grapefruit. Maybe it was the saffron that i'm not used to or the black pepper that i kinda see why people think have orange-like smell, but that let me thinking. I quite liked it at the beginning when the smoke was making my olfactory system his bitch, i felt like i was a walking forestall fire and felt cool as hell, not gonna lie, like i was just out of freaking hell to own this places. But when it dries down after 3 - 4 hours, i don't like it at all, is like i was on a literal fire but now i just smell like some dude that put on himself a cheap milky-tangerine cream and smoked a tobacco (I know is musk and that other smell i don't know, but that's the vibe i got). Loved the bottle, i wanna buy the whole perfume just for the bottle, maybe i won't. This is a fragrance that has to be owned and wear with boldness and a heavy drive. Not suitable for people that just wanna something different but without having a spotlight. Fun fact, i was walking by a roasted meat restaurant while wearing this and OH BOY, it was absolutely fantastic, like, why aren't restaurants putting this perfume on the food? it smelled glorious. Not gonna lie, i kinda miss the smell now that it has been gone.

****Edit**** Yeah, So Ive had my bottle of Maahir Black Edition for about 4 months now so its macerated already. TBH, this is NOT a super strong performer like most folks say it is. It does project ok for avout 2 hours, but the longevity is quite "Moderate". It lasts on skin 4, maybe 5 hours, I put a layer of Vaseline on my forearm and sprayed some on over the Vaseling to prolong the wear at 3 pm, at 7:30 pm it was COMPLETELY GONE! Not even a slight skin-scent. even on clothes, it just does NOT last as long as one might think (maybe 10 hours and then its VERY faint). Now, this scent has been around for a while, so it may be an issue with quality control, but yeah, I would def NOT call this "Beastly" at all. Now, that said, this fragrance smells freakin' AMAZING, and once it starts to dry down, it smells REALLY nice! It kinda/sorta reminds me of an extremely smokey Aventus, NOT exactly, but reminiscent imo. The longevty is fine especially for the price-point, and honestly, this dna may not be very appealing if it were too strong. I normally do 2 to 3 spritzes on each shoulder (depending on occasion) and 2 on my neck for work (open floor plan), and it garners me compliments. If I had my way, YES, Id definately make Maahir just a bit longer lasting, but Its still a solid performer. I definately recommend it and consider this a 7.5 outta 10 fragrance minus half a point for the "meh" longevity. Thanks to whomever took the time!😉

Masterpiece of a fragrance. I thank God I didn't return this when I first wore it since I hated it so much and smelt like an ashtray and I don't smoke and hate cigs. Gave it a chance and Wore it multiple times each time appreciating it more than the last time(You really shouldn't return a fragrance if you hate it from the first time). Wear this if you feel like being an absolute villain wearing a suit doing questionable acts. The fragrance also gives me gothic energy A fragrance that is not mass appealing but rather satisfy some niche frag heads. My mom questioned the scent and said this is the first time she smelt anything like it. If you like sweet fragrances only you should probably avoid this. I have no idea how is this labeled Unisex. It's very dark,smoky, masculine scent. Ladies if you're reading my review please avoid this. I truly enjoy this fragrance the only thing I dislike about this fragrance is when it starts to fade after 16 hours or so it smells of saliva like some here said, But that smell becomes weaker with every time I wear it and leans fruity at the end and you'll probably take a shower after 16 hours so it shouldn't be an issue Beautiful bottle with a unique shape with an antique horse on top very heavy and high quality and snaps smoothly. This fragrance feels like it should be like 100$+ but I got if for nearly 20$

Ive review this scent already and ha e always like it from jump, I also have always felt that the "Smokey BBQ Smell" while definately in here, just plays so BEAUTIFULLY with the Tart, Sweet Rhubarb. Id say Ive now had this scent for about 8 months now and can definately say that the natural, "Charred Wood" smell has really smoothed out quite a bit as well as the entire scent profile makin Mahhir Black smell FANTASTICO! Ive always found this scent similar to something I have but could FOR THE LIFE OF ME never figure it out, until one day when I wore Maahir Black to my mom's and she asked "Oh, you're wearing that cologne I gave you ffor Christmas huh?" Well, that cologne was Ckud De Nuit Intense Man, and she's right! I guess that although OFCOURSE, NOT super similar, the Tart, Sweet Rhubarb in Maahir Black and PineApple in CDIM along with the smokiness of the smokey Birch in CDIM fo somewhat resemble each-other in a way, yet owning both is NO WHERE NEAR redundant. Anyhow, this is a great, dark-masculine scent which is now SUUUUPER SMOOTH after Maturation a few months with NOT "Beastly, but good all around performance.

Love it! If you like dark, mysterious fragrances, this is a gem. If you only buy mass appealing, fresh, light fragrances I wouldn't blind buy it - and what are you even doing here in the first place? Haha. It's not as polarizing or harsh as some make it sound, after it dries down, and if you're a fragrance collector you'll appreciate its complexity and appeal. If you're not a serious fragrance hobbyist, or you only wear popular, fresh, light, safe fragrances you won't understand Maahir Black. (I have a feeling some of the reviews here were either written by people who didn't allow the fragrance time to macerate, or perhaps had purchased fakes online.) I always blend this (either by mixing or layering) with something like Lattafa's Khamrah or Khamrah Qahwa. Sometimes I add a little niche fragrance from Europe called "Pepper and Citron." When blended it is an absolutely amazing masculine fragrance for rebellious, strong, bad-asses. If you're the kind of guy who makes a statement when you go out - in terms of behavior, and style - then this is a fitting fragrance for you.

I'll edit once my thoughts are more clarified & I've had a few more wears but oh my WORD. After a few sprays I was concerned it was excessively similar to Encre Noire (a bottle I already have, of which I have somewhat mixed feelings) but I found that the dominating cypress note which defines Encre is not as pronounced once the bottle figures out wht it's doing. What you mainly get afterwards is very acrid, invigorating smoke & pepper, inky but with a certain spicy freshness. Smoke is either a kind of spicy earthy note, e.g. campfire, or a closet gourmand note, e.g. rotisserie. This is of the former variety, full stop. Although there is no citrus in the note breakdown, you could convince me there's a hint of it in the composition. There is an aftershave freshness, afforded certainly by pepper & possibly by something like bergamot. The drydown is extra leathery and a little less pungent. At the risk of TMI, I'm not into men but this is very very sexy. Butch lesbians should wear this perhaps EDIT: Lesbians should very much wear this, absolutely, 100%, I have data

Smoky fragrances have really turned me off in the past. Lapidus Oud Noir and Shagaff Oud Abayed. This one is smoky, no doubt, but that is precisely the point. You get those top notes of pepper really strongly, but the saffron smooths it out. As the fragrance starts to settle, the background really blooms in this to become a blissful incense and dark masculine base. The mossy and musk elements of the fragrance that lend an air of classic masculinity are not to be understated. Here is the AI rewrite of my review. I understand less and less the human stupidity and rigidity of certain comments on this platform, and I respect, even if it costs me, that the opinion about a perfume is personal and subjective. (Surely to many HUGO BOSS BOTTLED ABSOLU will seem like a masterpiece). And it is, damn it!! That being said, there are many factors that can influence how we perceive odors. The problem of many people who start out in signature perfumery is impulsivity, lack of understanding and resistance to change. Think a little damn!! and then give your opinion. When Terroni came into my life, he had a profound impact on me. (Terroni seems to me to be a masterpiece of signature perfumery) and this MAAHIR seems to me to be a perfect inspiration and another gem of Arab perfumery. And the only thing I am going to criticize is the people from Lattafa and the aesthetics of their bottles, why a chess piece?... There is nothing more to say.

Oh wow!😍 Ok I must say that I loved it because of how unique it is, very polarizing and strong, It smells like someone wrapped a pineapple in leather and placed it on a barbecue grill. It also smells like someone forgot that pineapple and let it there until it turned into ashes, (insane for a perfume) very similar to Fortis by Les Liquides Imaginaries, I firmly believe it's unisex, you have to be in a special mood to use it. As someone said below, Lucifer Morningstar definitely smells like this or his eternal female friend Mazikeen. I blind bought it because it makes me feel so excited to open a new perfume that I know is controversial, I was lucky that I loved it❤️, I'm not going to say don't blind buy if I didn't follow my own advice😂, it's cheap enough to try. I get cooked, dry Pineapple, Apricot and Rhubarb over a few smouldering logs in a fire pit. I can't actually believe how fruity this is, the fruits are a little bit sugary, almost lke a jam. Then comes the woods, a small amount of smoke which I wish was stronger tbh but it just seems to work really well. It's not edgy, gothic or the spawn of satan as some deem this to be. Its a really good scent, really well blended and really does work for me. Fruits, woods and a touch of smoke, I don't get what there is not to like here, I enjoy wearing it and it's different to the norm. Lasts a good 8-10 hours with moderate sillage, for me there's not enough smoke for others this could be just enough? Definitely worth a try if you like being a lil different these days.

I just got this so it may need to mature some. I love the way it smells. It is extremely peppery at first(almost reminds me of the Belcam clone of Burberry Brit), but then the pepper fades and it becomes fruity, woodsy, and leathery. The fruitiness and sweetness reminds me of Black XS for some reason. Overall feels kind of like a Tom Ford leather with more fizzy spice and not as smooth. I do like it quite a bit so far though. EDIT: As I'm wearing it full on today it is way different than just spraying it on my arm yesterday. I still get that fizzy and very slightly fruity smell(Rhubarb and maybe the florals), but it's way darker than I thought yesterday. Sometimes I swear it smells a little like black coffee. I'm impressed with this very unique fragrance.

Just bought a bottle a few minutes ago without knowing anything about it besides the cool bottle, I absolutely love it, it’s dark, it’s bold and it’s undeniably a sexy fragrance that would tell everyone that you’re the boss. It definitely won’t be for everybody (like most leather fragrances, especially the ones that lean towards a more niche level scent) so I would recommend you try it before buying but even if you choose to blind buy it like I did, it’s not expensive, I got mine for about $40 so that’s great value since the perfume smells niche and the bottle/cap could have easily been under another brand and sold for $200 or over. I will let it mature for a few months to see how much it changes and how more interesting it gets.

Smoky woody masterpiece. Very pleasant on skin, great on a windy autumn when the night settles down and you rush with your friends to the nearest bar for a drink to push away the nostalgia feeling after a legendary summer. The truth is I often had a doubt about arabic perfumery, so cheap here and so overhyped, didn't consider buying from Lattafa or any other arabic brand as I always thought 'the cheaper it is, the weaker performance will show' , hunting for 'niche' or français fragrances, until I got this bottle from someone special and Lattafa Maahir Black Edition proved me wrong. Its performance amazed me. Good smelling and longg lasting, the thing that every famous eau de parfum should have.

TEN. Cheaper than deodorant and better at keeping meatbags away. Gold version? Geraldine’s funeral flowers, weak and wilted. Cute if you like corpses. Black-label? Geraldine crawled out the grave, latex on, chain-smoking and DJing hell’s afterparty. One spray and my apartment turned Berghain at 4 a.m.—no exits, strobes frying my skull, Jeff Mills drilling holes in my brainstem. 666/10. Bite my neck. New addiction.

The words I would use to describe this perfume are : smoky,dark,intimidating and masculine. I don’t think any note is detectable in it’s own, they all blend into this smoky ominous scent. This is the first time I purchased a fragrances with this kind of scent profile and I got it for my fiancé so maybe I’m not able to detect certain notes because I am simply not used to them. It’s a really interesting and unique scent, it smells like a masculine cologne mixed with cigar smoke, leather and patchouli. It was a blind buy for me and fortunately both me and my fiancé like it but I wouldn’t say this would be a safe blind buy for others, especially people who just got into fragrances.

I researched this fragrance for a long time but it was a blind buy. I'm so happy with it it's very dark and boozy it reminds me a lot of lalique encre noire la extreme. One of my favorite fragrances in the world. If your wardrobe is 80% black or higher. You wear Dr. Martin boots or bespoke hand made loafers, you smoke cloves or imported cigars or you enjoy the cure on vinyl or Prokofiev. This is a cynical rich sent. And as other members have said, "this takes confidence to wear". But if you're up to the challenge, this horse will take you where you want to go. *this is a perfect presentation to scent representation! The bottle is exactly what this smells like.

I already have a review of this fragrance on here scroll down a little bit to see that but there is something really important I accidentally left out of my review, and that is the barbecue smell Some people on here are mentioning is very much present and I think that’s why people get scared away from it but I promise you that smell literally goes away after about three minutes and then it’s not even there and the rest of the fragrance starts to shine in all its beauty so if you have this and didn’t like it because of that barbecue smell definitely give it another try and wait for a little bit

Where to even start with this one? As the first fragrance of its kind in my collection, upon arrival i was surprised about the smoky opening of this joint. The artistic feel of it is undeniable. BUT. It left me with a confused impression, as i figured it would be too difficult to wear with that type of smokiness in public. Fast forward to the drydown.. my goodness.. One of the best drydowns in my collection hands down!! I dont own Encre Noire, but own the L'extreme, which i absolutely love. And this one beats it. Niche quality, even more than many niche brands and scents.

A budget friendly dark scent with plenty of bang for the buck. Emphasis on the bang. A little bit goes a long long way. 2 sprays alone are enough to completely fumigate a small room. Will use this as my signature. I'd argue it's an affordable option/gateway into the darker fragrances, but far from beginner safe... You like bold, dark smokey incense leather fragrances that challenges and rebells? THIS is for you. You want something loud, prolific, that owns the room? THIS is for you. You want that mysterious edge that is a seducer? Look elsewhere.

got this as a blind buy (i do like smokey and neiche fragrances) out of the box it smelled a bit mid and off and i got dissapointed but after a few hours of it oxidizing i got this beautiful scent that almost lures you to its source and makes you want to take a big sniff its not harsh at all really pleasant and unique fragrance, reminds me of a mix between terroni and bergamusk i actually like it even more than the original terroni, worth getting.

A-MA-ZING. Very rich and masculine scent, you have to really love leather though. Not necessarily a crowd pleaser, but super wearable if you know how to pull it off. Doesn't smell burnt or cigarette-like at all. Closely resembles the scent of the vintage leather jacket your cool biker dad used to wear. It's dirty and animalic, pungent but leaves room for a more soft cedar note on the drydown. The price value is insane. Absolutely overhated.

I absolutely love this gem. This is basically La Encre Noir a l'extreme with enough smoke to call firefighters. Only a confident man will pull this of and I don't think someone who is just beginning their fragrance journey will appreciate/understand this masterpiece. This is earthy, dark, mysterious, woody scent of a rugged man who is not scared to get his hands dirty. Love.

When I'm in the mood for some of that smokey cade, I'll wear this. It's great for the cooler weather. Has a little fruity pop at the beginning which probably comes from the pepper? Great all around though I couldn't wear it every day as its heavy and I do love me some strong heavy dark perfumes. I wouldn't apply too much as you'll definitely choke yourself out.

This is a beautiful smoky woody smelling fragrance. The pepper at the top brings in a nice spicy mixture to add a bit of layer to it. Wonderfully strong scent that lovers of incense will enjoy. The cade oil is amazing with this one. A very campfire smoky smell to the fragrance. The black bottle does the mood justice as this one is dark.

This one is a masterpiece and very complex to process,but im my imagination of how it mells its like smoked balsams,foresty balsams that have been burned and you can feel that intense natural balsamic smell,some hot spices and some dark chocolate like smell probably the patchouli,but everything is blended so well with the smoke 11/10

I haven't worn this yet. Got it yesterday and sprayed it in my living room to start the maceration process. It is aggressive and dark. And it lasted in the air for about 10hrs before it started to taper off. It's really nice and should get better either age like my Maahir Silver did. I look forward to wearing it in a few weeks.

Honestly as someone who's been living in the middle east, this fragrance is exactly something you would expect to smell when you enter a mosque, but this would definitely would NOT be a safe blind buy for everyone, The packaging and the bottle design is absolutely beautiful, very well presented by lattafa. Very worth the price

It has a dark, deep, burnt ash smell. It is identical, good for colder weather, and better than the silver one(legacy). This one is a fascinating smoky scent, like others mentioned below; it can be layered with fresh, fruity, or floral scent, and the combination will be like some unique niche scent.

reviews are so dumb this is amazing if you like this dna , but those who not,should appreciate and not giving 1 rating bc they dont like it, scent itself is outstanding on its own. For me it gives vibes like a gentleman smoking homemade tabac in a black outfit .

My current favorite fragrance of all. Its like a more complex niche-like Lalique Encre Noire with more character. Develops and last the entire day and night with 1 spray. Refreshing this later in the day with Versace Dylan Blue is INSANE... Shit is crazy.

I love it! Dark, earthy, smoky, mysterious, uncommon. Just a right amount of sweetness. I had a sample of Emir "A Walk on Dirt" before and really liked it, but this is similar and even better for my nose (Emir was turning too sweet on mid and drydown).

@j.andresminor Man, if your bottle has a "Plastic horse head" for a cap, then you got a "Dupe of a DUPE!" The scent sounds si.ilar as far as how youve described it, but the cap is supposed to be a Heavy metal horse head/cap, NOT "Plastic."

Mmm... Ecstatic about this! Leather and incense in their optimum peak. Reisins and woods added, make it divine. For me one of the best arabian EDP you can buy at a very reasonable price.

Buddhist, psychedelic dark fragrance. THE GREAT ISSUE HERE IS THAT... At least on my skin it smells like dry saliva, but I like to imagine saliva from the tongue of a cute girl.

I'm a woman and my best friend said this smells amazing on me. It's smoky, sweet and deep leather and oud, with vanilla at the bottom. Like nothing else I own, and I love it.

If you like dunhill icon absolute you’ll love this one. One of the best masculine fragrances out there imo
