Queen Of Arabia

I've just received this fragrance yesterday and upon first impression it smells beautiful. It smells like a soft fluffy vanilla with woodsy resins notes. I've wore it to bed on my skin in the inner of my elbows and woke up in 7 hours and I still was able to smell it as a skin scent. I can see this fragrance being worned in all seasons and will not be offensive in any setting. Also you can layer this fragrance with other sweet or spicy fragrances. Now, this is first impression for me and I tried very hard to see what fragrances I have in my collection that this fragrance reminds of, but I don't have something like this in my collection. I thought that it would reminded me of Angham by Lattafa and its only give me less than 20% close. Then I thought about my Kayali Wedding Silk Santal and it was a no, because the Wedding Silk Santal was a lot sweeter and fluffier Vanilla. Next, it was both my regular Khamrah and Khamrah Qahwa and they are at least 15% to 20% close........however it will have to be a NO for me because both versions have that cinnamon apple vanilla spice blast. Then I tried my Rifaaqat by Paris Corner and that will also be another No and it is in the same 15% to 20% closeness to Khamrah/ Qahwa by Lattafa. I have watched a small amount of YouTubers who have already reviewed this fragrance and the intel I have gathered it is a clone of "Vanilla Powder" by Matiere Premiere that cost $250 which I'm shock about the price. Also, the Queen of Arabia package comes with (4) travel sprays that looks to be 5ml and they are not reusable, I tried to unscrew each one, but they will not come off. So once you are done using them, than throw it away. The four travel spray names are: Eternal Oud, Nebras, Art Of Arabia III, & Vintage Radio. I don't know if all Queen of Arabia packages will have the same exact ones but this is what I had in my package. They also have the King of Arabia fragrance for men which I will get for my husband because I love gifting him fragrances and he loves the house of Lattafa that I got him hooked on and he is my King and of course my husband must have the same thing or better like me. The notes that I found on the Lattafa USA website are below: Top Notes: Ylang Ylang, Nutmeg, Grapefruit Zest Middle Notes: Asmine - (Jasmine), Rose, White Florals Base Notes: vanilla, Amber, Soft Woods The fragrance Queen of Arabia is a 10 out of 10 for me and I can't wait to see how it transforms over time. FYI : This is a new release, however I had my eyes on it for a little over 2 months ago back in June 13 or 14th 2025. I had it in my cart since then before pushing the button to order it.

First impressions; I got this scent because I have another fragrance inspired by the same dna. So I already knew I'd like this since I love Khadlaj's Fursan White. I'll be making comparisons between the two throughout. Both are a powdery coconut & vanilla with a side of almond(with QoA's almond smell coming from the Heliotrope). But that's for mid & dry down. The biggest difference is the openings. Fursan White has a brighter fresher opening. QoA goes straight into the powdery body of the scent. FW is a bit more layered imo. QoA is more lactonic & creamy while FW is a touch more sweeter. Both have the same level of saltiness, even though FW doesn't list the note. And finally, QoA is more aromatic which makes it perhaps project just a little bit better. But Fursan White is quite dense so it has plenty of power of it's own & projects very well. In all honesty, I feel like the strong performance strength for both is in the same range(with FW being slightly more powerful, but that could be because it's aged more). Both are year round scents, day or night. Which one would I pick as of now?....I lean toward Fursan White, mainly for it's brighter opening & it being a little more complex imo. But I'd be happy with either because they do smell very very similar. I'll be back in a few months with a final review after giving Queen of Arabia some time to sit & develop more...then we'll really see. Very happy to have both in my collection. Because of that, I like that there are some slight differences. ;)

The lasting power is impressive, lasting between 8 to 10 hours. This fragrance is an easy reach, thanks to its performance and versatility. The note breakdown provided on the Lattafa UAE website is accurate, while the notes listed on the US website may be incorrect. Notably, there are no grapefruit notes listed for this fragrance on any other websites that I know of, nor does it smell citrus-heavy. If you did not enjoy the heavy, earthy undertone of vanilla powder as I did and wished it were a slightly sweeter vanilla scent, then this fragrance might be up your alley. Happy sniffing!

I got this perfume beacuse i wanted something similar to Vanilla Powder. First of all , I love the presentation. Not only is the most luxurious presentation of Lattafa I have seen yet but is surpassed designer and niche perfume presentations in the market. When it comes to the scent , is so lovely , summery and luxurious. From the first spray I get coconut and salt then vanilla comes through. Although I can’t talk yet for longevity, projections is softer than I would like especially when VP is such a beast. Maybe it would get better with maturation. I believe it would be great in the Miami summers. This can be layered with Mussaman Intense , Petra and so many more perfumes from my collection and I am excited to try them.

The only Vanilla Powder dupe I will accept!! It is supeeeerrrr close to the original, except I feel that the vanilla in this is more amped up than in the original. Kinda gives me spa day vibes. To me it's like stepping into a wooden sauna after you've just lathered yourself in coconut oil. Its sweet without being gourmand (which I love), and smells very sophisticated. It also has very good performance straight out of the box (though it's gotten even stronger over the past few months I've owned it). Projects like a mofo. If you love a dry, woody vanilla that's not too sweet, I think you'll enjoy this one.

When I first received Queen of Arabia I liked it okay but wasn’t wowed. I let it sit 5 weeks and just pulled it out 2 days ago. The heavy alcohol smell is gone and it’s a gorgeous fragrance. The dry down is a powdery vanilla with a hint of coconut and salt. It’s now in my top 3. Bonus, it’s one of my husband’s favorites too. Like I mentioned, it needs to mature but it’s totally worth waiting 4-6 weeks. It’s a beast mode fragrance. I have to shower to remove it. I sprayed it around 9pm Saturday night and at 4pm Sunday it was still going strong. Can’t recommend this one enough.

If Heliotrope were a person... I'd hug it! Or ask for an autograph! It definitely was a supporting actress to Queen of Arabia's day show! I got 4 bonus flaconnes of : La Collection d'Antiquités 1910, Masa, Ishq al Shuyukh Gold and Dream of Haze! I agree with another commenter that other Houses of Scents should follow suit in lagniappe for customers! I am such a fan of the coconut , Rohan and Heliotrope in Queen of Arabia... I am wearing it today with Rose Dew by Sand + Fog and Cinderella BBW. It is very regal scent suitable for meetings and workspaces during the day...

This is a new bottle. The opening was sharp woody almost slightly smoky as others have said but I understand this improves once left to sit a few weeks. After 10mins the strong woody note settles into something more subtle and the coconut then shines through. This is truly a Unisex fragrance as its not sweet. Its a dry, woody coconut. I don't get any powder note fortunately as I hate powdery perfumes. You can totally make this more feminine leaning with other coconut layering or Angham etc. Or more masculine leaning with a woody or citrus/aquatic type mens fragrance.

love perfumes with coconut and vanilla notes, and this one truly surprised me. What an elegant and delicious fragrance. I smell a creamy, vanilla-infused coconut milk — and it’s not that sunscreen-like, beachy, sun-on-skin coconut. It’s a sophisticated coconut, richer, more enveloping, almost velvety. A soft sweetness, warm in the perfect way, and never cloying. I honestly feel like wearing it every single day. It’s the kind of scent that melts into the skin and makes you feel effortlessly well-perfumed. The longevity is impressive as well.

Gorgeous, sweet, powdery, creamy coconut drenched in vanilla with prominent salty nuance which evokes a refreshing feel. The picture that comes to mind is being in the sun all day on the beach and you get whiffs of your coconut scented sunscreen radiating from your tanned golden skin. You jump in the ocean and your coconut sunscreen mixes with the salty ocean transforming you into the queen of Arabia. And how generous of Lattafa to include 4 samples of other scents included with this bottle? I need a backup of this beauty asap. Obsessed.

I love this one a lot more than any of the other Vanilla powder dupes. With dupes like Riiffs- fleurie Violette having an added rose note in it, or Khadlaj- fursan white severely lacking in the sillage department, Queen of Arabia has none of those flaws. It smells nearly 1:1 with vanilla powder, has beast mode projection + longevity, AND it has a gorgeous bottle. For about 50€, you can't really go wrong with it. (I like that you also get 4 other sample size perfumes to try out alongside the bottle)

No início quando dei a primeira pulverização vinha o que se falava sobre algo a gasolina ou queimado mas a partir das seguintes pulverizações isso desapareceu e deu ao que posso chamar um vício para quem ama baunilha! Aqui temos uma baunilha cremosa misturada com côco (não é coco de praia mas leite frutuoso) e sal. Uma fragância elegante e sexy. Só é pena é ter que borrifar bastante pelo menos de manhã e início da tarde, tende a ficar rente à pele à medida que assenta. Mas é viciante.

This is one of my all time fragrances. When I first got it I thought it was okay but after 6 weeks maturing, I was in love. It’s a soft, powdery vanilla with coconut, salt and sandalwood. It’s also beast mode. I go swimming with It on and still can smell it when I’m done. It lasts until you wash with soap and even then it still may linger. The bottle is gorgeous. I can’t recommend this enough.

I just blind bought this thinking that even if the fragrance is not to my liking i can still admire the increadible presentation! The juice is good guys! The juice is good! Nothing like i have smelled before, maybe it's the salt..i don't know, but this definately is not another sweet coconut and vanilla perfume. I love it, however, I don't see younger audience liking this!

Inače ne podnosim amber notu u parfemima ali u ovome mi ne smeta. Nota kokosa prevladava,meni miriše predivno. Traje jako dugo. Na mojoj koži 8 sati,na odjeći se osjeti i drugi dan. Ukoliko volite kokos a amber vam ne smeta svidjeti će vam se ovaj parfem. Parfem koji se osjeti. Ljudi oko tebe ga osjete. Po meni je više zimski parfem.

This is lovely! I'm not normally a coconut fan because they can be awfully sweet, but this doesn't lean sweet on my skin at all. So far, one spray has lasted 9 hours. It doesn’t fill a room, but my husband says he catches a bit of it when I walk past, which is perfect in my books. Very happy with this one!

This is actually a beautiful fragrance. It is similar to vanilla powder initially, but ONLY at the opening, but then it quickly takes a very different turn with that salt note. I love it. It will be great for the summer. Very much summer vibes. On a tropical beach vaction drinking a pina colada.

This is like Vanilla Powder's stepsister. Very pretty and scratches the same itch, just not as beast mode. I still like having BOTH, though, and feel they are different enough to do so. This one is easy to wear in the high heat. It is a bit more aquatic. I love it as well

I have Vanilla Powder and while I haven't compared side by side yet... This is definitely vanilla powder. Crazy. And this is nuclear... Two sprays max. I sprayed 3 when I got it and I could smell it on a different floor of the house. @RackEmForMe your nose is broken.

If you don't like coconut or powdery vanillas, this is not for you. It's not a gourmand vanilla at all. To me it smells like coconut water and vanilla essence mixed with amber. It's elegant and versatile. Would say moderate weather works best.

She’s an agressive one, you hate it or love it. For me it’s too much when it’s freshly applied, but the drydown is a nice coconutty vanilla. Imo it works best for special occasions, especially at night.

This smells incredible Queen Of Arabia is amazing it’s 98% the same as Vanilla Powder but this one is beast mode omg it lasts over 10hrs it’s insane one of my favorite Lattafa’s I LOVE the bottle too!

IN LOVE WITH THIS FRAGRANCE! To my nose this is a freshy. Gives ocean vibes. You can definitely smell the salty note. I like this one better than Fursan White which is also inspired by Vanilla Powder.

Beastmode creamy coconut vanilla! I love that hint of salt too. But... this one needed maturing! When I first got her, she was way too harsh and alcoholic. Great perfume for layering too!

Yum! Reminds me of chocolate covered coconut! I also smell hazelnut? Or praline? Its giving me photo image in my head of coconut mixed with Nutella. The salt and woody notes take the scent away from being an overly gourmand and give it a nice balance. It's really nice! And can we talk about this bottle?! Its definitely giving "Queen of Arabia" vibes. High end designer fragrances need to step up their game because this brands presentation is always 10/10! I got a 3.4 fl Oz bottle for $35 and it came in a gorgeous golden box that matches the bottle and inside there's 4 more golden bottled fragrance samples nestled in the lid. I'm not sure if they're always the same samples but I got: Eternal Oud, Shaheen Gold, Nebras, and Dream of Haze. I felt like I was opening a present! I'm very happy to have this for the summer!!

The fragrance immediately brings to mind Vanilla Powder by MP, as their overall scent direction is quite similar. Queen of Arabia delights with its lower sweetness and the absence of the suffocating musk that I found bothersome in the original. Here, the composition feels much lighter and more airy. The coconut note unfolds beautifully, smelling very natural, while a delicate salty nuance adds a refined touch. The salt does not dominate but gently shades the coconut, creating a sense of freshness and a light sea breeze. Overall, the composition comes across as harmonious, elegant, and at the same time, cozy. I haven’t noticed any unpleasant nuances in its development. It’s a very pleasant, wearable fragrance that feels perfect for everyday use. ⏰ Longevity is about 10+ hours on skin.

This is my initial impression and i can see what they are trying to do here , it's good but there's is a cheap smelling note i can't describe maybe it's a low quality powder but i can't judge one it right now in hope it will get better over time , i have smelled VP and ofc it's way better you can't complain on what you get for this price but what frustrate me is you can get a cheaper and higher quality fragrance form the pride line so i expected more form it , again in hope on the update it will be something better

My first impression of this perfume was not good. It was so sharp and screechy. Yikes. I let it settle for a while and now it is this gorgeous creamy coconut gem. It smells significantly better on skin than on a test strip or in air. Truly transforms into something magical. On a test strip it is so powdery, just not my thing. But on skin it warms up and you get so much more of the vanilla and amber and the powder kind of softens and plays a supporting role to the coconut and vanilla.

Heliotrope (maybe even lavender) and coconut with a hint of sandalwood and a vanilla note with a minty facets. It smells elegant, refreshing, lactonic, woody, sophisticated, a bit more feminine leaning but well-balanced, well-blended and beautiful. It has a very good sillage and longitivity. It's been a while since i had any encounter with a unique vanilla forward DNA, I'm intrigued.

I sprayed it on my blanket to test the sillage and longevity. You don't need many sprays with this fragrance. It delivers great quality. Perhaps a bit too powdery for my nose. Coloquei no meu cobertor para sentir a sillage e longevidade. Não precisa de muito spray nessa fragrância. Entrega muita qualidade. Talvez muito atalcado pro meu nariz.

This opens up more coconutty than the OG VP, almost like coconut oil, there is a distinct smell initially. It does dry down exactly like VP after an hour or so. I really like it. Would be good to layer with another vanilla perfume like vanilla 28.

I actually like this much better than Fursan White which i disliked because of the screechy musk note in it , which this is a much better and smoother and more wearable . Queen is :9/10 Fursan white is : 7/10 Edit update : Ended up returning , it became fursan white after an hour and turned more masculine as the day went one. @Rockdalecop , I agree!! :)

All the Vanilla powder and dupes all smell masculine to me. Not a feminine scent at all. Im suprised people see this as feminine. Its nice, but irs a spicy-ish Vanilla to my nose. Glad I tested this and the others, cause they are deffinitly not for me!

This is bland, I can't put my finger on exactly why, I think it's the overwhelming chewy sandalwood and vanilla. Feels very basic and is nauseating IMHO.

I don’t know if it’s just mine. But it was too musky for me, like overpowering. The musk overpowered the scent profile.

I bought this for my wife. She did not like it. I can’t blame her since it’s very masculine imo. I’ll be wearing it.

Straight off, I really don't like this. I'm getting straight wood and on me it's almost like a gasoline smell? I can barely get the coconut and vanilla. I'm hoping as time passes it mellows out, I've only had it on for about 10 minutes or so. I don't get any florals at all. This wood scent to me is very reminiscent of Qaed al Fursan. I do feel like I'm getting pineapple and something awful in this. Fingers crossed it settles down. The four samples I got were Nebras, Art of Arabia III, Vintage Radio, and Eternal Oud. I liked all of those, some more than others but all were good scents to me. Update: I had to try and wash it off. IT WON'T COME OFF. I suppose that speaks to the longevity of the base notes... I just went and read some older reviews and other people think it smells like Qaed al Fursan and gasoline as well! Vindication!

First, let me say that this is a gorgeous presentation. The bottle and the box it comes in are very elegant and very Arabian. It also contains four samples of other Lataffa fragrances. These are Affection, Masa, Sur Mesure Noir, and Art of Arabia I. The Affection is quite nice on first spray. But I am not getting any of the notes listed in this fragrance. I sprayed it multiple times when I received it about a week ago. I have tried it a couple of times since then, but it just doesn't smell nice to me at all, even considering it as a more masculine fragrance. There is an unpleasant sharpness that I can't identify and that is about all I can discern. I have my fingers crossed that this will improve with more maceration, but at this point, I cannot recommend it.

I have had this fragrance for about a month now. When I received it, I did the initial sprays and have been testing it every couple of weeks. But I am not able to identify the notes listed, nor does it smell like anything I would want or enjoy wearing. I will let it sit longer, but at this point, it doesn't show much promise. I am wondering if I got a bad batch.

The sample bottles are not rehable and the fragrance is pure coconut and the tinest tinest of Amber very poor and do not recommend. It doesn't last at all, and it is NOT a dupe, not a good one at least.

On paper, this fragrance should have been a masterpiece. A lush coconut dream, crowned with sweetness, bathed in creamy luxury... the kind of scent that could’ve ruled over all other coconuts with effortless grace. I was ready to bow. But instead of paradise in a bottle, what I got was betrayal. The coconut starts off promising, like it might go the right way, but within minutes it curdles into something sour, musky, and disturbingly dirty. It’s less coconut bliss and more a coconut that fell into a sewer grate and decided to stay there. The tragedy is that the notes list is perfection - if it smelled like what’s written, it would have been an instant favourite. Instead, I’m stuck with something that makes even the not-so-great Qaed Al Fursan feel like a safer option. At moments, I catch a faint resemblance to Cloud (or other BR540 type fragrances) but only because both share this vile undertone that reminds me of actual halitosis. Normally, Lattafa scents wow me right from the first spray, so waiting around for this one to “develop” feels like waiting for sour milk to transform into champagne, so probably not very likely. In the end, Queen of Arabia could have been the reigning coconut fragrance of my dreams, but instead she abdicated the throne and left me with a bottle of regret. My favourite 'pure' coconut fragrance remains Creme of Clouds. Oh yeah, there are indeed four samples included: They're not the same in every box - mine are all very masculine and not something I see myself wearing: Masa, Ishq al shuyukh gold and La Collection D'antiquités 1886 and 1910.

It has arrived today , i was super excited about it mainly because of the packaging, the coconut and vanilla I mean what could go wrong? First spray on my wrest i was like ok maybe it’s still fresh after it calms down it will definitely get better.. then I sprayed all over myself and that was a big mistake ! I literally got an instant migraine, the smell has nothing to do with coconut nor vanilla nor anything , just a metallic scent combined with a cheap oriental old perfume shop. I am doubting it getting better though I’m praying for that .. what a waste of money 😔 thanks to this perfume, lesson learnt and i will never blind buy any perfume again, i had a similar experience when i bought lattafa khamra but then after few successful purchases from lattafa i was like ok lets do it again and that was a total bummer

The notes here are the same as Lattafa UAE website...Coconut, Salt, Heliotrope, Sandalwood, Vanilla, & Amber. YUM! BUT the Lattafa USA website notes are: Ylang Ylang, Nutmeg, Grapefruit Zest Asmine - (Jasmine), Rose, White Florals vanilla, Amber, Soft Woods I ordered a sample; I will reply after testing... I received a 5ml sample from hyggescent which had the coconut etc notes listed but this can't be it! This smells like the Lattaffa USA website notes with Ylang Ylang etc...NOT GOOD! 1ST WHIFF WAS GASOLINE! What the hell are they adding to a perfume to make it smell like gasoline??? I'm so glad I didn't get a full bottle. Pew! 🦨 I NEVER buy ANY UAE, middle eastern crap anymore...subpar. Not what I even consider a perfume.

Very right comparison with Ajwad the metallic smell 😀 @MadamChauchat i had many other experiences with Arab perfumes which i liked without any maturation,and i know some perfumes needs patience yet this one unfortunately at least till now is not giving me any hope , when i got eclaire it had also a nephtaline mothball smell but I was patient with it as it wasn’t offensive or headache inducing and despite it was fading it stayed yet did not affect tremendously the smell ,, for this one i’m praying a miracle would happen and the scent will turn to a coconutty vinillic smell, wondering what is your experience with this one though

I wanted this to work so bad, as i love coconut fragrances.... however this smells like a generic mens cologne on me. I dont know if i got it from a bad batch or what, but its truly disgusting on my skin. it is very long lasting though, as i took a long long shower, changed into pjs, woke up the next morning and i could still smell this on my skin from ONE SPRAY. its a shame that the scent never even changed! it stayed smelling like a mens cologne just as it did when i first sprayed it out..... i dont even know how its possible for a scent to be soooo linear??? anyway please try this if you can, dont blind buy it!

it's a masculine fragrance. it smells like a men's cologne, nothing creamy, nothing sweet nor coconutty. just a sharp fresh musk scent that is very masculine. a real disappointment, i regret falling into the hype and buying it. i'm gonna let it macerate and see if it improves... edit: i won't let it macerate, i'm going to throw it away, it's way too disgusting and headache inducing, none of the listed notes are there. the first spray still smells all around my flat, it's making me sick. the longevity is eternal.
