Raghad

I purchased Lattafa “Raghad” with a recent purchase of “Petra Viola.” Not a huge fan of Petra Viola. But Raghad...Raghad is a love. Raghad opens with a citrus burst and velvety smooth peach. The perfume’s opening is practically solar, radiant and bright. The citrus is delicate and never sharp, which adds a luminosity and lightness to the fragrance (versus a clean shower scent). The perfume’s heart gives lots of rose, which is lovely. Within 10-15 minutes I clearly detect GORGEOUS, huge white florals. Tuberose and jasmine are most prominent. The florals are creamy, smooth and non-indolic. At this stage, Raghad definitely wears as a mixed floral forward fragrance. The florals are gorgeous, they really are! Creamy vanilla, warm amber and a bit of musk emerge rounding out this lovely citrus floral fragrance. The olfactory journey feels like a warm, comforting embrace. Performance is mixed. Silage is moderate and longevity is mid at 2-3 hours. I'm hoping a lengthy stint in dark time out may improve the perfume's overall performance. Even my dear husband, who suffers through my perfume addiction commented on how much he loves this fragrance. Husband said, “Wow...that perfume is very pretty...I like it a lot...smells very floral and feminine.” Husband never comments on my new perfumes without lots of prodding. I am so happy with my purchase of Raghad. I love it!! And I personally love the bottle. The bottle is super heavy and feels like stone. Must like white florals, rose, amber and musk!

With a flanker like that I was expecting spices and Ouds.
