Raspberry Macaron

I come here daily and dash to the recent additions section hoping for this line to be added. After begging through multiple missing fragrance threads, my labor has finally born fruit. At last I can properly log my wearings. Thank you Fragrantica editors.😇 ‘Raspberry Macaron’ is my second favorite of the line. A bit more fresh and floral than my standard scent profile, its a happy step outside my comfort zone. What I actually like most about this fragrance is how it transportive it is for me. This smells like my mom/aunts/sister getting ready to go out when I was little. Not necessarily the fragrances they were wearing, but the actual scent of them getting all dolled up. Being an annoying little gay boy I was planted up their asses when it came to beauty, and so this brings back the happy memories circa 2002 of just sitting at the mirror and watching them draw on the sharpest liner you’ve ever seen. Yes the bottles are a bit chintzy, but the “Decadent Delights” line is refreshingly unique and I hate that Lattafa let them flop. They randomly released these right after the incredibly popular “Give Me Gourmand” line, then gave them zero airtime. These girls are begging for a bottle refresh and a RE RELEASE! Since you can snag these for about $20 from most online retailers, I really recommend giving them a try. 🤓

I get a stinky jasmine. I agree with the reviewer below me, there is a dustiness that comes off vintage. This will not appeal to young noses or those who prefer gourmands. Very floral and mature. Hard no.

Very basic, generic raspberry vanilla scent. No Dimension, at all. I gifted it to my daughter. Kind of synthetic. Not for mature or refined noses.

I picked this up at a Burlington, hoping that this would be similar to what I experienced with Thank You Next. Sadly, on me.... nope. It was flat and dusty. No raspberry on me.
