The Kingdom For Women

I couldn’t find many reviews on this with it being a new release. Anyway, I was really intrigued and took the plunge and did a blind buy the other week. At that time it wasn’t even listed on here- so I’m going to do a in-depth run down for those considering purchasing this. I will say it wasn’t love at first spray, though against my better judgement, I did spray this as soon as it was delivered and did not allow the perfume to settle down. When I initially sprayed this after opening the package the alcohol was noticeable and it reminded me of an old school hair spray. However, I left it alone for 48 hrs **as you should when getting perfumes delivered through the mail** and after that it performed lovely. Black currant and Pear are very noticeable for the first hour. This is definitely pear forward at first spray so be aware of that if you are turned off by pear notes. These prominent notes definitely took me by surprise though I’m not mad about it, I am a big fan of black currant. After allowing the fragrance to dry down the sandalwood, musk, and amber really shine through. The scent profile is familiar, though I cannot place it. I will say I don’t think this fragrance will suit everyone. To some it may seem dated. To other it may seem slightly unisex or masc leaning with the deep woody notes. For me I really enjoy it. I don’t pick up much vanilla or sweet notes in this, this could just be a me thing. I do think it’s important to keep that in mind. This perfume lasts a very long time- like over a day on fabric. It also lasts 12+ hrs on my skin. Performance is fabulous with this one. The packaging is also really nice for the price point, yet I’m not a huge fan of the bottle? It is nice, don’t get me wrong. However the silver details made of plastic on the bottle are slightly cheap to me. The sliver cap is metal though the bottle details are plastic so the combination of materials puts me off? The bottle is heavy glass however and the case is also very well made. So again- for this low of a price I can’t complain that much.

If you like Hot Couture by Givenchy, you will probably like this one. The scents are completely different, they do not smell the same, but to my nose, they fall into the same category of being really great date night perfumes; soft, sweet, flirty but not juvenile. It has been reccomended that you allow maceration with this fragrance for its longevity to improve which I am currently doing now as I do find I need to reapply throughout the day. The packaging with most Lataffa Fragrances I absolutely love. It really offers the consumer an experience on what I can only imagine to be a PR level. The box for this fragrance reminds me of a book, presented as though it is limited edition. Almost as though it is a gift that is to be handled with care on its own personal pillow. The packaging for some fragrances is a bit much, but again they are providing an experience. Packaging is easy to separate should you want to recycle, I personally kept the box and have it on display as decor. The bottle, although not super exciting is beautiful. It does have a beautiful Rose Gold detail for the top, side and lid with 6 faux diamonds just at the top on the front and back of the bottle providing a simple and classy look. The perfume its self is a pinkish colour which pairs well with the Rose Gold detail. Now onto the scent, it is beautiful. To my nose, at first spray, there is a prominent note of juicy Pear and Cassis in the opening, but it does quickly change into its next phase. As it starts to dry down, I smell Jasmine and Tonka Bean. At its final stage and scent trail, I smell Jasmine as the main floral with subtle Cassis but the Musk, Sandalwood and Amber really warm and add a hint of spice to this on the skin. Will definitely be keeping this in my collection, was worth the blind buy.

Such a pretty fragrance, I think it actually became my favourite Lattafa so far (I own about 9 and I've tried a few others). Blind bought it and I was scared because of the few comments saying it's similar to La vie est belle (which I can't stand), but the majority saying it does not gave me courage to purchase it. And I'm so glad I did. The Kingdom truly doesn't have anything to do with LVEB (to my nose). It is such a comforting and beautiful scent. It starts off fruity-floral with the pear and peony, but fairly quickly becomes sweet and comforting and finally warm and (just right) bit woody. From the middle and base notes I could feel mostly the praline, sandalwood and a hint of vanilla & tonka. In the middle and base notes it's almost warm in a way. When I first got it (about three weeks ago) I liked it immediately but I was a bit disappointed how quickly the top and middle notes evaporated (although I like the base a lot). Not sure if it's my imagination but it seems it has settled a bit during this time. Will see how it holds in the future, might update if there's drastic change (after all I've already felt the power of maceration with Arab fragrances lol). Definitely recommend checking it out, such a beautiful scent. Satisfyingly moderately long-lasting and very versatile (so far to me it's an all-season, day & night scent, curious about how it'll do in the heat though). (( It's also quite versatile in layering. Today (a surprisingly chilly and rainy day in May) I wore mostly The Kingdom with a bit of Eclaire, to amp the sweetness a little so it's even more comforting but not cloying. I also liked it layered with Zara's Fields at nightfall (Z&V This is her dupe) and other fragrances. ))

I passed up on TKW a couple times bc I had Felicity, they are supposed to smell the same. After seeing TKW making all sorts of so many YTer’s list, I decided I needed it😁I mean it was on a few all time list. So she came to live in the cold dark closet at Christmas. I tested & immediately she went to the top shelf w all my favs. I did, I did need this🤔The differences between this & Felicity plus the beautiful ease of this justifies getting her. I have never smelled the inspiration they are compared to, but I plan to. This is a nice dna. The thing that makes this so different from Felicity is the pear & peony, especially the pear. The pear is there all throughout, providing a freshness w the peony in the opening. Then in the base the pear, vanilla, & praline are a smoothly, almost creamy sweet musk. The dry down does go more masculine, but it is so effervescent. There is nothing offensive about this fragrance, it is smooth, pleasant, & just lovely. I will be able to wear year around, even in our hot humid dog days. This is a good everyday, signature worthy fragrance. At the same time, it will work well for occasions. Today my longevity was more than the first couple times I wore, she gave me a solid 6 on skin w no base. I still smell her in my movements from my clothing(2 sprays). She was loud for a couple hours. My juice was dark when she came to live here, so I believe she had matured. She just needed a few sprays bc she definitely last longer than before. She is a REALLY good one & we are going to be real close buddies. 100/10

I took a chance on this as a blind buy, and I'm so glad I did. It's juicy and sweet, but not too sweet. I think it would be a really great anytime scent. It's demure enough to be an all day work safe perfume, but also sexy enough to be a date night scent. I can see where the comparisons come from to Silk Santal. I read somewhere that stated it would be more like a la nuit version, perhaps a night wedding in the fall. It's slightly more mature, but not overly so. It's not a dupe, but in the same family. I really like this and can't wait to give it a full day all to itself and a good test drive and really get to know the scent profile fully. *edit* I've had a chance to wear it a couple of times and I still really like this perfume, I think it's one I'll reach for regularly. There's something almost masculine when you smell it straight at the sprayer, but thank heavens it's not there after you spray it on your skin. Initially after application it's a little tart and juicy from the pear and blackcurrant notes, but then the praline and tonka come through and sweeten it up. Vanilla and musk are present throughout, and settles in nice and cozy with the praline and pear in the forefront.

I just got this perfume and i am surprised at how much i love it . It’s a juicy fresh pear thats swimming in a thick vanilla syrup . It reminds me of the La Belle pear. The sandalwood note is reminiscent of the Kayali Silk Santal note but I would not say this is a dupe for that perfume . More like this can be a flanker , an Intense version one. In comparison , silk santal is more sparkly , less syrupy sweet and less fruity. Another perfume I find similar ,due to the praline note is the infamous La Vie é Belle. This could be a flanker of LVB and I would not be surprised. I see it as a more wearable version of it as it lacks that heavy patchouli note. This is great right out of the box in contrast of the PC Felicity which after months of maturation still has a heavy alcohol at the opening. I see this as a sexy date night perfume perfect especially for winter and fall. I can see myself rebuying this perfume over and over .

I can see the comparison to The Wedding Silk Santal, but this is definitely not a dupe. It's more like a second cousin. To me The Kingdome is brighter and fresher and is more effervescent than TWSS. To me, The Kingdom stays bright and fruity well into the dry down, whereas TWSS dries down to more of a creamy sandalwood. If I had to compare it to another perfume, I'd say that it also shares some qualities with L'Interdit as well as Good Girl (especially in the opening), but it is its own unique and beautiful fragrance. I find the performance to be quite good. I can get 4-6 hours on skin, if I moisturize, and it will last on my clothes all day. Sillage is decent, especially early though it does lose its projection after a few hours and will need to be reapplied if you want to keep your scent bubble and trail. Overall, I think it's a great fragrance for a reasonable price and pairs well with other perfumes for layering.

I absolutely loved the scent of The Kingdom for Women. It opens with a beautiful blend of fruity sweetness and soft florals, giving a luxurious and feminine vibe right from the start. Longevity is impressive; I can smell it on myself for about 8–10 hours, which is great for the price point. I personally re-applied after 6 hours because I’m an over-sprayer and love a stronger sillage. Overall, this is a very well-balanced fragrance: elegant, long-lasting, and versatile for day or night. If you enjoy warm, slightly sweet, and classy scents, this is a must-try!

The scent its fruity with pear and praline very linear. The jasmin is very well blended with the pear. Its really nice. When it dries down it will be fruity and Woody. Very feminin, juicy. The scent is really nice. Could fit any woman at any age. I Dont think its juvenil. I can really see the resemblance with kayali wedding silk santal 36. They both have that fruity feminin feeling. Even in the dry down they are very simular. This one lasts longer that kayali does. I think this is a really good dupe. Between khair Felicity and lattafa the kingdom her. I would say Felicity have 12 hours long lastning. But it has so much more musk, almost to much musk for me. And lattafa the kingdom her lasts 6 hours but drys down more fruity and Woody. Its more sweet like kayali. So I would vote for lattafa the kingdom her.

I love this one! I can clearly smell the rich vanilla note in there, along with a beautiful caramel accord. It feels fresh, sweet, jucy, uplifting, feminine, grown-up, and elegant. On my skin, it projects nicely and lasts for about five hours. I believe projection and longevity can vary from person to person depending on skin chemistry and spraying habits. I am a heavy sprayer, but with this one I don't need to spray much for it to perform well. Some people might find it a little artificial or synthetic-smelling, but to my nose it's absolutely addictive—a beautiful perfume! I have just finished a bottle and have already ordered a new one. It's perfect for any season and any time of day.

I prefer The Kingdom for Women over Khair Felicity. TKW is sweeter and has more depth. The pear is sweet almost honey like. There is jasmine and vanilla that blends so nice with the pear. The dry down you still get the pear vanilla and floral with some smoothness from the sandalwood and clean musk. If you like fragrances like Burberry Goddess, YSL Libre, Alien Goddess, then you should like TKW also. My wife has had this for around 6 months and I think it has got richer as it sat in her rotation. I think it is elegant enough to wear on dates but she always gets complimented when she wears it to the office. Classy, elegant, and put together vibes for sure.

This is a beautiful fragrance; I do admit at first smell it gave very much axe body spray and felt kind of disappointed with that, but I let it sit for a few more days. It still needs to macerate more and I'm sure it will smell super amazing but so far, I am loving it. It does smell feminine, like a woman who's got her shit together lol. It's sweet and bright in my opinion but also has a thick vibe to it, can't tell from what. I get the prominent pear note especially in the opening as well as the Jasmine. The praline becomes very prominent in the dry down. Can be worn day and night through any season. I will post an update if anything changes.

Blind buy success! I was so nervous about this one coming in and hating it based on the mixed reviews. This is very different from my usual, gourmand, sweet, light floral scents. The pear in this keeps it sweet and fruity and aquatic - which surprises me that I liked the aquatic since it lasts all the way through for me. The musk, vanilla and amber in the base balances it out. If you are scared because people say it’s masculine, it’s not. Unisex for sure, but if I passed a woman wearing this, I wouldn’t think “that woman smells like she’s wearing a cologne...” This scent is beautiful. I’d go light on the sprays as it might be heady for some.

Beautiful perfume! Absolutely does NOT smell like men's deodorant. Lattafa does make another version of this perfume for men (The Kingdom for Men) that comes in a different bottle with a very different profile. I wonder if some of these reviewers are confusing this perfume made for women with the men's version that has the same name? This smells totally feminine to me. It's a warm, sweet, floral scent with a beautiful soft dry down. The perfume lasts about 6 hrs on me and I always receive compliments when I wear it. If you want a feminine version of "The Kingdom," be sure to buy the bottle that says "for women."

I can see how people compare this to Lancôme’s La vie est Belle at first sniff, but for me the praline is much stronger in this. The sweet juicy pear note is very prominent at first making it smell like a fruity, crowd pleaser but then the pear vanishes and the praline & vanilla take over in the dry down and it turns into a very luscious, truffle scent that sits close to the skin. It’s almost like two completely different perfumes depending on what stage of wear it’s at. Safe enough for a blind buy or gifting for women of any age. I can imagine both my daughter and my mother wanting a go of this.

This is quite a pretty fragrance but it needs to mature.. when I first got my bottle I thought it smelled too sharp and strong and had an edge of masculinity. But I think once it sits for a while and blends together you eventually get a beautiful feminine fresh pear fragrance without that harsh Ambery dry down that I got at the beginning. It has some similarity to silk santal, but not a lot probably about 50%.. this one has pair versus the apricot and I smell more sandalwood and musk in silk santal where is this one stays relatively fresh throughout and a bit aquatic. Not as warm as silk santal.

This is a beautiful fragrance but has a generic base that is not unique. If you can imagine the vanilla and praline in Lattafa Angham, combined with the florals in Jimmy Choo I want Choo with a prominent pear note especially in the opening, that is what I get in The Kingdom her. The praline becomes very prominent in the dry down . This is a LOVE for me. It is a versatile fragrance that can be worn day and night through any season. I can not compare it to Silk Sandal as I have no idea what that smells like. Overall, I recommend this fragrance.

This was my first lattafa fragrance. It was love at first sniff. A floral, fruity, slightly fresh fragrance. Dries down to a slightly woody feel so I see where people can mistake it for a cologne but it definitely leans feminine to me. At first it's performance wasn't so great but after a few weeks of maceration it became stronger. Last long on my skin all working hour and on my cloths for more than a day. Can be used all year round but shines best in cooler times like at night. On my second bottle and might become a staple in my collection.

Well, I didn’t think much of this when I opened it at first: generic sweet floral. Came back to it after it had been languishing in a drawer for a few months and she’s a different beast now. Hello ageing process (not maceration, since this 👏🏼 happens 👏🏼 during 👏🏼 production). Cassis and pear straight out the gate, then a blast of sweet peony, then finishes with a musky vanilla. Lovely stuff. A few sprays on me lasted a solid 3 hours - not bad (perfumes don’t seem to stick to me). For £25 I will douse myself in this all day long. A love.

I'm a bit disappointed with the longevity of this one. The scent is amazing, very chic, not really groundbreaking but classy and very suitable for a daily basis. But the downside for me has been the longevity and I'm not saying that it needed to last forever, but I became anosmic in about a half hour? 😵💫 This is truly sad. Does anyone has this problem? I'm pretty confident in my supplier so I don't think it's fake, so next step would be leave it for a while to see if this changes a bit.

At first lots of pear. If you smell close to the skin where you sprayed it’s very woody. But then it turns into a sweet amber vanilla sandalwood it’s soooo good. So sweet but not in a childish gourmand way. A little clean. Lasts so long for me too!! (Mostly on clothes but i dont mind.) I think it’s one of those perfumes that are different with peoples skin chemistry as sandalwood perfumes are normally very sweet and pleasant on me but i see lots of mixed reviews on this perfume.

I ran a crossed this at Burlington, not having smelled this or Kayali’s The Wedding Silk Santal. I absolutely loved this at first sniff. The vanilla/sandalwood combo here is glorious and everything is blended so well. Very sophisticated. The longevity is great; lasted 8 hours on my skin... fragrances don’t usually do that with my DNA, but this one did! I’m so mad I put this one off as long as I did, considering the price, longevity, and scent profile. Just do it!

Bought this thinking it was The Kingdom for Men bc i’m really needing a good dupe of Le Male Elixir. I could’ve sworn I thought I had the correct fragrance pulled up on here and I even double checked the packaging on FragranceNet to make sure it was the one for men but I am just now realizing I bought the one for women lol. Not made about it though! I get lots of compliments and that’s all I look for when I wear a fragrance lol

I bought Lattafa The Kingdom FOR MEN but received the women's version instead lmao. I cant lie though this smells amazing and I dont mind wearing it as a man although its feminine. Its very sweet in a good way but gets thick in heat imo. The vanilla is great with the tonka and the peony having a nice flowery touch really completes it. Wish I got the vanilla+tobacco I paid for but this was genuinely really nice

The opening is feminine, the eventual dry down is masculine. I like this upon initial impression though. Men can pull this off for sure. Mixed with Lattafa eclair, this is a huge compliment getter! If you just wanna smell good, that’s inclination enough. A month or so later, this perfume is more feminine. A man who likes this smell and wears it with confidence could pull this off too! Lovely fragrance

Well this is funny...as a guy i went to buy the kingdom for men but the store didn't had it. However i saw this "the kingdom" and thought they changed packaging. I smelled this. I loved this. I bought it and used it. Got lots of compliments. Few days later i figured out this was for women.... i got the wrong the kingdom... i still love this one tho and still gonna use it.

I’ve just received it, just opened and sprayed right now. OMG this is beautiful!! I never thought! Why didn’t I get this earlier?? If the first spray is like this, imagine after some time, wow. For me it has an elegant and classic smell, but not old fashion at all. Clean, sparky, sweet and beautiful floral. I would say this is a real easy blind buy. LOVE IT !!!

i literally want to drown myself in the bottle. it was love at first sniff for me. the opening is so beautiful and bright and the dry down is a sweet woodsy musk. i love it so much and feel like i will be wearing this in all seasons, day or night. possibly a new signature scent. i cant believe how good this for like $30. lattafa is just the best!

Has a definite hair spray vibe but somehow manages to be fresh and clean juicy pear. I actually love this. It’s uncomplicated but mature enough to not be childish. Any season this is an easy reach for me. Unisex leaning feminine. I do get that men’s deodorant or fougère vibe but it really just adds to the freshness in a good way.

This frag is really polarizing. I definitely have the female version, which is the narrower bottle. And many YouTubers are crazy about this frag. But I like many here, see it slightly male leaning. But if you mix it with other stuff, like I do with all my frags depending on how I feel, you alter this any way you want.

Ooooooouuuuuuuu!!! I just got this and unlike most Lataffa perfumes it didn’t need to sit for me to smell something! This is ready to wear and it is noice!!!!!! Clean, sweet, warm, floral, absolutely delicious. Smells like something familiar but i can’t figure out what. Definitely something i own Now I’m on the hunt

A beautifully blended feminine airy sandalwood amber musk that leans gourmand with pear, praline and vanilla and has gentle peony and jasmine florals... something faintly lush... ylang ylang? The drydown is very warm and comforting like a hug. Its very elegant, clean, and versatile. Such a lovely perfect fragrance.

It's a very well blended fruity floral, very easy to reach and suitable for the year round, probably striving in the summer. It's not the most ground breaking fragrance but honestly, that was what I was looking for. We don't need to always wear something extremely different to smell good and that's perfectly fine.

The longer this sits the more it reminds me of a much lighter version of Burberry goddess or angham. There’s no lavender in the notes but the vanilla and floral combination with the pear just reminds me so much of those frags (which i have both). Easy blind buy, easy starter for those getting into perfumes.

My very first Arabian perfume - the perfume that got me hooked and causing me to now have 30+ Arabian perfumes with at least 15 more on the way. Don’t judge. It’s sweet and soft, but also has an incredibly sexy musk in the base that makes the fragrance last long, and makes it appropriate for year round use.

The Kingdom for Her by Lattafa is sexy, smooth and exquisite. I wore it to a family event and got tons of compliments. On me the mid & base notes shine through. It is backup bottle worthy indeed and it was blind buy for me so that's saying a lot. It's definitely a 10/10 for me dare I say 100/10!

This should be called Felicity Intense. I get the Felicity vibe but it is STRONG. Felicity is light. I like this one. I just sprayed it - so I can't give all the deets, yet. I'm a 58 year old woman with over 300 fragrances. This is in top 20% of my collection! Def spring summer scent for me.

Returning to comment on this one: my problem was longevity, but at the end of it, it was just me becoming anosmic to it, but other people still could feel. Every time I wear this I get a lot of compliments, even without reapplying, at the end of a work day for example.

Frankly Im not getting the LVEB comparison as the iris and patcholli is very prominent in LVEB to my nose. The Kingdom has neither note and is less syrupy but still soft and feminine. I do not see this as a dupe for anything but more an original Lattafa.

This is a cute scent fruity sugary has nothing to do with silk Santal this smells similar to Angham I own both and they both smell super similar without the lavender more sweet, definitely girly not super mature I would recommend super likable.

I understand that ppl say this get some vibes of ck in the opening but this one is rlly good smell so rich and demure i think im gonna put this one to office and im rlly like this one 🥰

I LOVE HER! The more it stays the more it gets better and better, smells like soft sweet peonies It’s perfect for colder spring days I wish it stayed longer on my skin tho

This smells very similar to the new Khair Felicity which is supposedly a dope of Wedding Silk Santal. I have them both on right now and the difference is miniscule.

This is lovely! It’s happy, girly, flirty and clean (I’m not into clean scents but this is one I would definitely wear). The peony balances out the pear. 8/10

Sophisticated feminine scent Lovely to be put on the category of lattafa angham and tharwah but way much lighter that can be used in office

This scent to me is unique and strong. It's ambery and resinous but also sweet with a little bit of fruit at the top. Very easy to wear.

I adore The Kingdom and its price. Feminine but confident and would even work for a wedding. The oils darken quickly. Very impressed.

I m waiting on reviews on this one...by notes ...resembles a lil with La belle JPG? But în a more sophisticated way?

Really love how it smells but definitely not a dupe for Kayali wedding or Kahir Fusion. Very pleasant vanilla smell.
