Love this a lot! I swore to myself that 2026 was going to be the year of ZERO blind buys, and diligently saving my coins for a small, curated, intentional set of high-end bottles. So what did I do? I window-shopped at Jomashop, and came across this fragrance with notes and a price I couldn’t resist. I broke my promise to myself, but honestly I’m not sorry. This is a deep, citrus-y sweet scent that is ideal to take you from winter into spring. I’m really enjoying it! But oh Jomashop, please block me for my own good.

Yaqeen is an instant love for me. She is a citrus and yellow floral fragrance and she is beautiful. Upon first spray, I got a spicy orange aroma balanced with vanilla, amber, ylang ylang, and jasmine. She was ready to go right out of the box. After the juice has dried down, I get subtle hints of the black pepper that add depth and mystery to this upscale, sophisticated, boss fragrance. I think she'd be a perfect garden wedding fragrance. I have only had her for a few days so I hope she doesn't change too much as she continues to mature but I would like for her to perform a little better - her sillage and longevity are a little weak. UPDATE 01/31/26 - Now that I have had this for over a month, all the beautiful orange is gone. It's sad because the orange citrus notes gave this fragrance depth and personality. My vote for Yaqeen just went from a love to a like.

I get the yellow tropical florals, along with the fresh citrus notes. Not too much spice or rose in this. To me it smells like an upscale resort in Mexico.

This was a blind buy; when I tell you I *ran* to check the notes because I would have sworn under oath there was tuberose in this. At first inhale it briefly recalls Madonna’s Truth Or Dare (the white bottle), a tuberose bomb. I was hesitant about this one at first but I have grown more fond of this as it sits on my shelf. Yaqeen is a golden, warm, sunny yellow-white floral that is just a tad tropical. The tangerine and bergamot give it a bright, fresh opening that I find quite pleasing and uplifting. The ylang-ylang is letting it all ylang out in Yaqeen; combined with the jasmine and vanilla, it makes for a versatile, safe spring/early summer comfort fragrance that can move from indoor brunches to garden/resort soirées. The sandalwood acts as a soft, slightly powdery base onto which this wonderful combination dries down. Sillage is moderate. It could be cloying if oversprayed. Less is more with this beauty. And the juice lingers: 24 hours after spraying I can still smell the wonderful sandalwood/vanilla base on clothes or fabrics. I feel like one day I’ll be subject to a Scooby-Doo Mystery ending where I pull the mask off of this fragrance’s notes and find that tuberose was in this all along! The bottle is big, heavy, and almost looks like a Baroque palace ceiling. It certainly stands out on my shelf. This was a blind buy success! And for USD $15, I am thrilled! I almost want to fast forward to next spring so I can revel in its cloud of golden goodness.

OMG I smell nothing but BUG- SPRAY. if it changes I’ll update this but OMG my eyes are watering this is so unpleasant. Edit: Next day already smells more fruity but has that middle eastern Yara thing going on, I will update again soon.

Supposedly a dupe of marfa by memo Paris. I see the resemblance. This is very tuberose heavy. It’s an incredibly elegant scent but you have to love tuberose. It smells warm and sunny but also airy. I don’t get citrus

Waiting patiently for spring to hose myself down in this. Like others have mentioned, I definitely smell tuberose (even though not listed in the notes). Smells like a blue sky day in a tropical resort.
