Ambre Vanille Eau de Parfum

This is so good! What a low key, hidden gem. Right off the bat, this smells JUST LIKE Clean Reserve Solar Bloom. I would say both perfumes are fraternal twins for sure. Back to Amber Vanille... she’s beautiful! It smells warm and floral. I get a whiff of warm, white florals. I smell coconut, but also like it’s coconut water. That’s all I’m really getting from this fragrance. After the dry down, I get some soapy notes. Almost like I washed myself with a luxurious, tropical body wash. It’s very sunny. Smells like the warmth from the sunshine. I don’t get much sandalwood, fruits, or the other florals. However, I do suppose there’s some juiciness somewhere in the mix. I like this a lot, it’s warm and cozy and super straightforward. I would say this is definitely a safe blind buy. I smelled it in store after eyeing in for a few weeks and I’m so glad I did. It smells clean and lasts a pretty long time. I would keep repurchasing once this bottle runs out.

I find it so fascinating how our noses are all different, I don’t get any sol de Janeiro 62 or delicious vanilla cakey-ness like I’ve seen and heard this describes as, definitely not gourmand, for me, it’s a very pretty clean girl, fresh out the shower scent to me! vanilla/coconut/almond slightly laconic scent with some floral notes, I blind bought this thinking it would smell like the body cream and honestly I don’t find them that comparible... like it’s there but they’re definitely not the same, the perfume is lighter and airier, it doesn’t project very much or last that long on my skin, the type of fragrance which is nice to wear fresh out of the shower... a regret buy so likely won’t get again, still very nice though!

Love at first sniff! This is a softer scent, but it smells warm and slightly sweet and elegant. It is not a "beast mode" scent by any means, it's subtle. When I wear this, I don't feel like my perfume smells good, I feel like I smell good, like I'm just a nice-smelling person. I don't know how much sense that makes, it's just a really pleasant feeling. The longevity is just fair, but better on clothes. I think you could wear this any time of day at any time of year. As for comparisons to Mont Blanc Signature, I have that one too and just can't get on with it. I agree they are likely in a similar category, but I'll take this 100 times over MBS.

This was a blind buy and I’m so happy I took a chance. I’m a vanilla girl and even though this perfume doesn’t have vanilla, it smells like it does. It’s definitely lactonic. Milky, sugary almond. This is a clean girl scent without smelling too much like soap. This sits very close to the skin and isn’t something that gets you noticed but you can smell yourself as you move around and it’s so pleasant and enjoyable. I really think this is a perfect every day scent, for all seasons, night and day. Simple, classy, luxurious and beautiful. I don’t think I’d pay full price for the bottle but if I see it on sale, I’ll buy it again.

not trying to blow up my spot but... this scent is soooo slept on! the accords listed are totally off, so disregard that, but i am OBSESSED with this cozy, soft sweet treat. it's fairly unisex with a good dose of sweetness from the brown sugar and sweet nuttiness from almond and coconut. there's a bit of a soft cashmere feel in there, and i'm kind of baffled that an amber vanilla scent has neither notes of amber or vanilla listed... but regardless this is such a beautiful carmelized-feeling skin scent. i have to sample the plain vanille one next because that smelled lovely in-store as well!
