Cannoli

I have recently discovered Laurel Bath House and I am an instant fan! I am kind of sad more people aren't hyping this brand more! For several reasons - One: They are relatively affordable. Two: They have a fun, imaginative vision with cool packaging and creative scents. Three: They are a clean/cruelty free company. Laurel Bath House is an Indy/Niche Company in the same vein as houses like Snif, Skylar or Imaginary Authors...I already own three of their fragrances, two bath gels and two lotions - as they have an entire line of body care products! Cannoli has quickly become one of my go-to scents, as I am a 'gourmand girl'...So, most of the time I want to smell edible. Cannoli smells pretty much how it's named - LOL! It smells like a Cannoli! It is creamy, a bit of pistachio and what could be described as a 'waffle cone' sprinkled with cinnamon. It is fairly long lasting and perfect for anytime or any season except the dead heat of summer.

smells really familiar to a chinese american childhood? has an almond note definitely. like a chinese bakery--- warm almond pastries which is definitely close to what they're advertising as the name. maybe smells like some plastic toy i had back in the day? i got a whiff of lemon on top and no more after, but its definitely gourmand. after a while, the cinnamon comes out, and it smells more like the advertised cannoli. and after a few hours, the base seems to be a indulgent photorealistic caramel syrup, like the kind in a bottle for sundaes and froyo. its a very very cozy, unisex woody gourmand. def growing on me!

just got the laurel bath house discovery set in the mail and as a huge lover of gourmand scents, i ADORE this one. i barely got the feeling of pink bathroom soap but i see why people think its there. to me, pink bathroom soap is a bit more cloying but i did not get that here. Cannoli is really lovely and i enjoyed the almond-y vibe i was not expecting. i REALLY REALLY wish it lasted longer so it may not be worth a whole bottle to me, but i have a feeling i'll change my mind super quickly and snatch one up while they're on sale.

This reminds me of the liquid inside a maraschino cherry bottle but imagine that with a dash of cinnamon and splash of cream. It smells like my childhood. It’s everything I wanted it to be! Just wish it lasted longer.

Love this! Lots of lactonic in this on me; very little lemon. Not overwhelmingly sweet either.

tasty and fun without being juvenile and overwhelming! the pistachio almost comes off as a sort of almond extract-y on my skin (which i actually love the smell of, no complaints lol) however, i honestly am not getting very much longevity beyond a few hours on this :( i will continue to wear it and see how it goes in different environments and compared on skin vs. fabric... but so far it leaves me wanting a bit more. the projection isn’t super strong, but still enjoyable enough. the sillage is the same way, but in my hair and on clothes i’ve noticed that it can linger behind better :> over all, i really enjoy this scent!! i especially enjoy the citrusy note, it’s mellow and not an astringent lemon that some fragrances can have. the creaminess ties everything together and i definitely will say this was a good blind buy / preorder *for me*... if you’re looking for bold and intense and LOUD projection, maybe not for you. but, otherwise, if you’re into tasty and interesting nutty and citrusy notes, go for it :p

I just got this frangrance in the mail, definitely surprised me. Upon first spray it was incredibly nostalgic, reminding me of a Disney World bathroom (in a positive way. I always loved the smell). Then it hit me, it reminded me exactly of the soft pink soap with the cherry almond scent in public bathrooms. Lo and behold, I look on Fragrantica for others’ thoughts, and the first review I see states the exact same thing. It’s pleasant and I enjoy wearing it. To me it’s very creamy almond forward, I don’t get too much of the pistachio or lemon. If you enjoy the smell of that generic soap, you will enjoy this. It’s definitely wearable, just again, not what I was expecting from a fragrance titled Cannoli.

I bought it for the whimsy....the name...the label. I assumed it would have a bit of Almond and Pistachio....it does. It's not looking to compete with the (literally) hundreds of serious (more expensive) gourmand perfumes. It's a perfect gift for your Italian (or wanna-be Italian) friends and family or any GODFATHER movie fan ("Drop the gun, take the cannoli.") If you see it as a wink and a nod....it's just what Tony, Vinnie, Rocco, Joey-Two-Times, Ralphie-Boy, Enzo and Giovanni want in their Christmas stocking. "What da hella you want for $60??? Don't f***kin' make me mad!!!" ((( smile )))

Hello everyone! I love this scent, and wear it often. I have no criticisms of it, except that I wished it lasted longer! Cannoli, I expected it to be more on the nose, but it is a lovely pistachio scent on me. It doesn't read nutty or a super gourmand. It isn't cloying, overdone, bakery scent, or even a sugary pistachio at all. But rather just a straight-up pistachio with the teeniest sweetness which I think elevates the pistachio note. I am fully behind this! I am by no means a Gourmand fan but I can appreciate and enjoy this!

honestly, as someone who LOVED the smell of that cherry almond pink public bathroom hand soap for my whole life, this is still a pass. I think if you like the name of this perfume, you probably won't love its contents. The first thing I noticed was how it smelled like soapy almonds - I tried layering it with Akro Bake to bring out that gourmand lemon more, but after telling myself I loved it, at a certain point I had to admit I would have just preferred to wear Bake on its own. I get no cinnamon, and honestly no pistachio, just almond, soap, and something that comes off like cherry.

The Mob core vibe got me since I LOVEEEE the Godfather movies...the packaging is LOVELY too!!️ The LEMON top note does NOT appeal to me from 1st sniff...once it dries down, the fragrance becomes a little more tolerable, still nothing gourmand to my nose ...I’ll give it more time. The 1st review posted here about this fragrance sadly kinda describes my initial experience perfectly. I am thrilled I got this at the highly discounted price, I would NOT pay full price for it💯

Definitely get the pink bathroom soap smell, but thankfully fades off after 10 minutes to unravel a milky pistachio and cinnamon combo after a few weeks of maturation. The sillage is on the softer side, but does last a while on the skin making it a great gourmand that can be worn all year round. Highly recommend for the sale price for the packaging alone.

Everyone else is right. This is cherry almond soap. I don’t hate it, but it’s not what was advertised. Luckily, I got a decant of it before committing. I just ended up tossing it.

I was really excited about this, as it lists some of my favorite notes, and I’ve really enjoyed all the other scents I’ve bought from Lauren Bath House. Sadly, to my nose it smells almost identical to port-o-potty deodorizer, mixed with a little Cinnamon Toast Crunch. Might be a chemistry thing! Citrus is often unpredictable on me. But I don’t get any pistachio or cannoli-ness from this at all.

I love pistachio everything. Until now. Yuk. Smells artificial and weird. Smells nothing like a cannoli. I get cheap body spray or air freshener.

I saw a Facebook ad for this, 50% off preorder, and I love a good gourmand. Kinda risky blind buy (never heard of the brand either), and while on backorder, the reviews are not great, haha. But I love it! Sure, it's not CANNOLI... but it's a delish almond lemon biscuit with coconut shavings. (weird, right?) And it's plenty strong. Almost in the Hyp Poison family instead of a pistachio/cannoli scent. Sounds like it wears diff on everyone. I'm testing fresh from shipping on a chilly fall day. OMG, it's hours and hours later, I smell so good. I did use this primarily on fabric- the sprays are light mists. The company also has wonderful customer service. I would recommend!

I just sprayed my sample so will probably update later. While I like this, the opening of it hits a little TOO close to that pink bathroom soap smell. Its already settling into something cozier and closer to pistachio than almond, but the opening does make me worry people are just going to think I just got done using the bathroom vs wearing a perfume.

I can tell you exactly what this smells like. Almond milk tea from a boba house. Not mad at it bc I do like that scent, but not what I was expecting with the marketing. I will maybe layer this with pistachio DS & DURGA to get more depth from it. Or maybe even crumb couture to get that flaky bakery vibe.

The jury is still out on the longevity of this, but the initial spray is stunningly delicious. Bright, creamy, and as someone who typically loathes cinnamon, the cinnamon is in the back seat where it belongs. I can't get over how unexpectedly scrumptious the opening is.

Cherry pink bathroom on top, Bianco latte on the dry down. This is cute!!! Lemon is well done here. No cinnamon.
