The first few minutes it smells very good and I would rate the initial impression at 7/10 or maybe even 8/10. After 30 minutes it starts to lean to the female side and at the same time it lost the the spirit I liked at the beginning. I suspect this scent contains some synthetic ingredients because it gave me headache. The enthusiasm simply faded away.....

Nose Note #250 To me it's like Mateu #5, same sweet play-doh and amber smell. Just terrible. Not revolting, but absolutely unwearable. Honestly, I don't know who can find this pleasant enough to wear it and enjoy it full-time.

Sad to say this is another fragrance where I pick up the dreaded "rubbing alcohol"/"strange sharp chemical scent" that I also get from Not a Perfume Superdose, Erba Pura et al. Sad, sad situation, it sounds fantastic.

A very similar opening to Rosendo Mateu 5, but stronger. That is followed by the exact same dry down as Sensual Orchid: soft, creamy florals and powdered almond. No additional projection or longevity compared to the original.

Sweet, creamy florals bordering gourmand. Usually, I tend to shy away from sweet scents. Was hesitant at first but I was really curious. I sprayed Pure Sensual Orchid on a blotter and it was nice... nice enough for me to try it on my skin. Pure Sensual Orchid came alive on my skin. Yes, it is sweet and syrupy, a little creamy, a little warm. But what I like from this is the florals. Shooketh, I know. Pure Sensual Orchid lives up to its name. It is indeed sensual. A great scent for a dressed up date night. This stayed on me forever and it kept projecting for hours and hours.
