King Tobacco

The opening is nowhere near Naxos, but after 10-15 mins, its almost identical with Naxos, i cant tell the difference other than the tobacco is slightly lighter on this. This is Naxos on a budget, but the performance is still above average if u compared it with other cheap brands on the market. Performance wise with the comparison to the OG: S: KT 7.5/10, OG 8/10. P: KT 7/10, OG 7.5/10. L: KT 7.5/10, OG 8/10. However, my comparison is from a year old Naxos, while my KT is fairly new. So with maturation the performance on my KT should be improved, either significantly or just a lil bit. Overall this is worth every penny, smelling good and classy without breaking ur bank. The only cons from this is the sprayer, its too stupidly generous.

So apparently this is discontinued by laverne, such a shame because this is very good alternative to naxos. More airy version with solid performance. Project strongly for 3 hours and good 8 hr longevity. @adnanbinsaleh thanks for the heads-up, turn up this thing get sold really fast and always on pre order. I already pre order another bottle update: after getting my hand on rayhaan italia i can say that italia is better and more closer to the og, king tobacco is more lavender foward and more fresher

this is not really naxos , especially in the opening which is 30min but walks in the same line and vibe its get closer to naxos after a while its more lighter sweatness (which i liked because naxos is over sweet) overall , this is consider steal at 40 or 50 dollars nice elegant and very good performance . 8.5/10

In the opening it smells weird and nothing like naxos. However, when it settles in, it’s basically identical to naxos. With incredible projection and longevity. 10/10

Naxos is bold and thick, while this one is like the airy version. Tbh it's not always become a bad thing as naxos isn't an everyday use (especially in the environment in which wearing perfume is commonly only for special occasion), so having a 'lighter' version of it could just make it viable to wear in any occasion or even be a signature scent.

I blind bought this perfume i was looking forward for the tobbaco notes but the first 20 min with 3 sprays it's too sweet , pure honey note, almost like a syrup however it has an insane longevity and i was mind blown the next day , the dry down smells like a masculine tobacco with a slight touch of honey , basically the opening is too sweet, the dry down is worth it .

Honestly not big a fan of naxos, though I understand why the dna is liked. To my nose it smells dull. A calm scent definitely but smells odd. Difficult to describe.

The fragrance was too sweet for a tobacco perfume, and I was deceived by its name 'king tobacco' because the notes of sweetness overpower everything, there's hardly any smell of tobacco in it, I will not recommend it to someone who's looking for a tobacco perfume.

King Tobacco is effectively a slightly lighter and more airy Naxos, with a caveat. Naxos is of course a far superior scent and is significantly higher quality - especially in the opening. Whilst the drydown of King Tobacco is excellent the first 10 minutes is quite the opposite. On first spray, to my nose, I'm greeted with the sort of cheap synthetic lavender you'd find in a Radox bubble bath. However after this synthetic lavender dissipates the scent becomes extremely pleasant with the recognisable sweet, honey tobacco DNA of pure havane and Naxos immediately recognisable. It's not got the depth or "thickness" of Naxos and is clearly lower quality but this airyness actually makes it slightly kore wearable in the heat. Similar to the others I have from this house, the performance is excellent with very good projection, sillage and longevity.

Ordered it online from Laverne's website, great value for 200ml. The atomizer is insane and soaks me so I have to go light on the sprays. Most importantly the smell. Lovely masculine honey and tobacco. Drawing comparisons here seems inappropriate but If I had to I would say it smells more like JPG Le Male Elixir than Naxos to me. I don't really get Naxos at all. Even the JPG only elements. Excellent performance and great depth, I love how the tonka comes out after a while. Hard to believe I paid around £20-30 for this. I needed a honey fragrance that wasn't cloying or ''sticky'' or feminine, this met my expectations and then exceeded them. I didn't initially like the citrusy opening but now I stopped spraying it so heavily I do enjoy it!

Seriously destroyed my sinus and really lead to respiratory problems like chest spams kindly avoid whatever is the perormance this is really harmful
