An iris gently enveloped in ambrette & muscs, and underlined by jasmine and rose (which combined with bergamot give rise to the LOTV notes). The pear is a bit to strong during the opening fainting a gourmand frag which it is not. Longevity is approx 4-5 hours. A very nice & affordable frag.

It's a small amount of everything. Musk mellow, musk in general, traces, pears, saffron, and above all is the Lilly but traces of iris only. I wonder why they called it "A l`Iris" It is soft on top and kind of not showing it's real colors, but the cool down goes different, as the iris becomes haze, musk mellow comes up more, lilies shoots up, saffron exposes more so as the vetiver and the sweet note of pears plays a good part in sweeten the blend.

I use to think it was one of the most feminine fragrance of the collection but it actually does work great on a man too! The safran gives a really dry and cold impression that gives a really special signature, really unique and original.

Too cold on me -- as if Chanel 19 had its last bit of warmth drained out.
