Mimosa

At first I mostly smell immortelle but then it becomes a nice blend of immortelle, mimosa and rose. The rose scent has some roundness, it's almost kind of almondy (without being nutty at all), like a rosebud. When I smell this perfume, I picture a rosebud blooming into a lush mimosa, it's a very intimate scent. The immortelle adds texture, it brings a thick soft warmth. On the drydown it's still a beautiful mimosa but underneath I smell something faintly green like the sweet raw sap of the plant. To me, this is a true floral with no powder and the faintest green notes. This is very simple and beautiful, especially in the winter (not as great in the summer). A great interpretation of one of my favorite flower. It does not have a strong projection, which is fine by me, I like these kind of quiet, intimate fragrances.

I tried it again today after months, almost a year (I bought a sample on the website, along with other fragrances of this line). I'm in love with it for the first half hour, as it's fully mimosa like, the most similar to a solinote flower of Mimosa I've ever smelled. Then it turns towards the woody base that others mentioned, and I still like it because Ellena is a master at these kind of games.... I'll keep testing it again and again, to make up my mind if I can commit to a full bottle, as it's not a 100% my style (I'm addicted to Aqua Minimes, to be honest, and they share a similar background, the "agrumi" a bit of citrus in common). I'll keep buying Minimes until I'm in the mood for a much sweeter, much flowery thing like Mimosa.

Beautiful mimosa, very similar to Mimosa Tanneron. Opening is a bit more woody and slightly warmer in comparison, dries down to a natural realistic mimosa. Projection and sillage is better compared to Mimosa Tanneron, still it’s a gentle powdery mimosa fragrance so don’t expect a beast/room filler. If you like mimosa fragrances you will love this.

Simple but smooth mimosa scent. Very realistic and natural smelling, but not botanical. It smells rather like an essay on the flower - green yet sweet, straightforward yet quite intense, creamy yet powdery yet woody. Very nice work, especially for the price

this is a very simple but enjoyable scent. very fresh and natural, plus it gives a mood-lifting feeling.

I don't recall having ever stuck my nose into a bouquet of those lovely looking yellow acacia dealbata flowers, but I can at least say that from the very beginning this perfume perfectly matches what those flowers look like. It's as if the stamens were right under my nose, an authentic pollen smell. Very pleasant and the first time a perfume gives me this particular sensation. Absolutely agree that it's a feel-good scent, even the wood here is sweet. Unisex and suitable to many occasions in my opinion, it seems relatively discreet, not at all the bomb you might expect from such a high concentration (presumably parfum). There's nothing I don't like about the liquid but the deal breaker for me is the price coupled with the lack of any bottle size between 10 and 100 ml. As good as it is, it'd have to be more affordable or come in a smaller bottle for me to really be tempted.

I own some Le Couvent fragrances but Mimosa made me want more. It’s a light, subtle, semi sweet mimosa with a bitter opening from the citruses and a woody base. I wish the mimosa would have shined more before cedar takes over and overpowers the scent. Nice but nothing memorable. I am still on the hunt for a mimosa scent but this ain’t it. It’s pretty, feminine but too fleeting for my liking. I want something with more depth and intensity! The kind of mimosa perfume that makes me think of a very bright sun and the warmth associated with summer days!

This smells like sunshine and fresh linens. An absolute joy to wear. I also get the fresh hay and green almond that the website speaks of. Helps to ground the beautiful mimosa backbone. Additionally, I love that this house is a natural brand which makes it’s nuanced scent and longevity all the more impressive. Edit: I still really enjoy this fragrance, but now feel the longevity could be better. A barely-there skin scent after a couple hours.

Mimosa it is and what an immense joy to smell a completely natural soliflore like this. Bright and bubbly, this may be the most beautiful take on mimosa I had the pleasure of sniffing. Kudos to Ellena for yet another vibrant, sunny piece of sheer happyness.

Unfortunately, the fresh mimosa note doesn’t last very long. However, the cedar note is also impressive—smooth, even creamy. While this fragrance doesn't excite me as much as Guerlain’s Champs-Élysées, it offers a natural, clean and relaxing feelings.

Do not recommend it for a blind buy! At the store, I was immediately fascinated with this scent. It stood out from other perfumes, leaving an unforgettable imprint. The elegant simplicity of the compozition, the soft and dreamy scent of mimosa made me feel immersed in real flowers. I'd say it's unisex, leaning towards more female, and I would love to wear it. However, as soon as I tried it on, the perfume developed on my skin into ugly urine-like scents. This broke my heart just a bit!

I regret buying this cause besides of the fact that it smells nice it doesn’t perform at all, not even a half hour. Do not buy this! There are a lot of cheaper fragrances with a great long lasting performance. This one is just a waste of time, and worthless purchase in my opinion. Save your money guys

It feels just next to the mimosa flower bouquet. Unisex, non offensive, and beautiful. Somehow it smells like scented toilet papers on me, I prefer to smell this scent from friends, because it’s not matching my personality.
