Tuberosa

This is the most unusual take on tuberose I've ever smelled. Great also in terms of performance. It's green like a fig perfume could be and milky (not buttery) with the sandalwood. You get a green tuberose as green as a fig note could be (I would bet ppl would easily be fooled in thinking this is a fig perfume rather than a tuberose one). Beautiful milky tuberose. Excellent deal for the price

Le Couvent’s take on a tuberose centric perfume is not my favourite. This is more of a green, leafy tuberose and exactly the opposite of what I like. I am surprised it doesn’t list any spices in the note breakdown, it smells peppery almost. I adore tuberose but for me it needs to be on the sweet, bubblegum side. Which I guess it’s something different than majority of the designers releases in the last few years. Therefore, if you’re looking for a perfume that has a moderate performance and it’s mostly a green tuberose, combined with woods and some spices, this might be right up your alley. It’s not a bad release but it’s not for me.

A green tuberose with stems and leaves. It even has a bit of pepper. It’s neither jammy nor bubble-gummy, not sweet at all. It’s nothing like any other tuberose fragrance I’ve smelled. It’s truly unisex. Green, leafy, peppery.

Fresh, milky, and gourmand tuberose. Definitely better than Heartless Helen from Penhaligon’s with the price and quality of the production.
