Grimmtale

Spicy-green-coniferous, with a quiet, well-masked animal presence. Like a wolf, silently and unrecognised, prowling through the undergrowth. There's smoke nearby. For me, the most wearable fragrance by Le Frag, but not the most exciting. (That's Pippilotta!) Thumbs up!

I like this, but at least I don't love it yet. An interesting, very animalic, sexy, even little dirty opening, to which fine, aromatic tones give a pleasant lift. The combination of aromatic spices, sweet citrus fruits and rich animalic tones is quite clever, modern and surprising too! I'm so sick of lavender, luckily I can't find it here. Still, the final dry down of this is just a little disappointing for me. On my skin, this also dries down to a almost similar ambroxan sugar, like so many other fragrances today. I'm crying, would tomorrow be any better for me with this?

This is the most wearable scent from this house, but also the most ordinary. Herbal smoky leather fragrances have recently become a favorite among many niche and indie houses. This one is quite nice too, with a cottagecore vibe to it. I think it's a well-balanced fragrance. I liked the harmony between pine and leather. It's by no means a sweet scent, and you can tell that the materials used are of high quality. Except for the herbal/pine aspect, as the owner of Spell 125, I don't agree with the similarity.

and indeed. This needs patience. After months of standing, my sample is perfect. I still separate the sugar, but now the camphor and citrus play the main violin. This smells exactly like strong medicine cough candy...which has been in a dog's mouth first. Lovely.
