Lys 41 Perfume Oil

This is a review for the Massage & bath oil, not the perfume oil, as there are zero reviews anywhere on the internet for that product. I love Lys 41 EDP - it's one of my favorite scents, I just bought my 5th bottle of it. I picked up a brand new bottle of the Massage oil, as I want nothing more than to slather myself with the scent of Lys 41 every day. However, I'm pretty disappointed with the massage oil. The woody notes are turned WAY up in it. I honestly pulled the seal off, poured a couple drops onto my hand, rubbed it in my arm, and immediately thought, "Did they mislabel this because it smells like Santal 33, not Lys 41." An hour later, my skin smells solely of cardamom and sandalwood, two notes I never picked out when wearing Lys in the past, and overall I mostly smell like a faint Santal 33. I don't get the intoxicating tuberose dominant scent of Lys 41. I suppose my bottle was mislabeled... or maybe not, but I won’t be buying another to make sure. Unfortunately, it has no performance power. I can't smell it unless my nose is rubbing against my skin. And I'm left craving tuberose without ever getting my fix. Such a bummer, I just flushed $70 down the toilet. I guess I'm just sticking with the EDP for now, which is one of the greatest scents and best simple, plain tuberose (with fortunately imperceptible amounts of cheap basic smelling lily) I've ever smelled.
