Bisous de Fleur

if y'all are familiar with Sorce's Pelican's Dive In The Ocean, you will love this! I'm not sure if this was intentional or not (because Kathleen only discovered Sorce a year ago) but Bisous De Fleur smells exactly like it! it's clean, fruity (UGH that pear), musky, unisex. longevity is quite impressive for a Le Monde Gourmand fragrance; i get 3 hours of wear and then by that time it's a nice skin scent. Kathleen might actually know a thing or two about perfumery after all...

I think this is my #1 favorite of all active Le Monde Gourmands. It has pretty much everything I love in one bottle. My only critique is one I have for this brand as a whole: I sure wish it lasted longer. Some are much worse than others (looking at you, pistachio and pumpkin), but for the price, I can't complain. I can just spray every 3 hours and not wince. Otherwise, it truly is perfection. If you love lemon and you love salt, it doesn't get better than this.

I love this so much! It's very fresh, salty, and a little soapy in the opening, but in the mid and drydown the orris comes through beautifully and morphs it into a soft, fluffy, your skin but better scent while still remaining fresh. Perfect for spring! Definitely gives Mac Turquatic and Bvlgari Tygar vibes with a fluffy slightly powdery edge. It's beautiful and truly unisex. I love to wear it but would love to snuggle up to someone smelling this way.

This is a very pleasant clean-musky fragrance that leans aquatic on me. I don't get very much of the florals or the pear personally, which is a bit of a shame, but the salt and musk notes really come through and as a result it is very appealing in a quiet way. Maybe during the initial spray there is a bit of soapiness but it goes away fairly quickly. Overall, a very good scent.

Reminds me so much of Chanel Chance Eau Fraiche - fresh and a little musky/masculine. KathleenLights did mention she wanted to create a perfume that both a man and woman can share and I think she accomplished that! Really nice scent profile, especially for the price

Bisous de Fleur by Le Monde Gourmand is a fresh, clean, musky fragrance with a “your skin but better” feel. It’s light, youthful and fully unisex, with salty and citrus notes that give a soft, beachy freshness rather than a strong floral vibe. The pear and florals stay very subtle, while clean musks and gentle woods are more noticeable. It starts off slightly sharp or soapy, then quickly settles into a soft, skin-close scent. Lasting around 4–5 hours, it’s easy to reapply thanks to its affordable price, making it a relaxed, easy spring-and-summer fragrance that never feels overpowering.

It's fresh scent for sure, but I don't get any oceanic on my skin that others describe. On me, it settles on musky wood and soft orris with a very faint touch of pear and tea. It's airy, smooth, but also mossy and cool on my skin. But it's probably because my skin always amplifies orris, Iris, and violet into windy aldahydic notes. Sillage is between close to the skin and arm's length. It lasts about 4 or 5 hours on my skin, all day long on clothes. Currently among my favorites.

Great scent if you love a good salt accord. It reminds me of being at the beach, sitting in the sand, and feeling the salt on your skin as the breeze brushes by. Very summery and perfect for spring. Citrusy, clean, slightly aquatic, and completely unisex.

Love the way this smells but cannot get it to last longer than 30 minutes on my skin! Disappointed because some of my LMG perfumes are sooo long lasting, but this one just isn’t.

As Daniel would say, this is definitely vieja coochie! It smells like every floral perfume that I smelled growing up in the '80s and the '90s just chilling in old lady bathrooms and not being used because it was just awful. I get the lemon and the bergamot and that I enjoy. But it feels like the florals are kind of messy and maybe a little bit too much cashmeran That is making it lean a little too Masculine. I'm going to layer with it and pray for the best!🙏🤞

I don’t have much luck with skin scents, but I do have to say at least I can smell this one! It’s very close to the skin. Reminds me of Pink Canyon or Mac Turquatic, with that salty citrus and cypress. Does not project as well as those fragrances do. I would compare the projection to somewhere between 11:11 Azure by Lake & Skye and Ellis Brooklyn Myth. Doesn’t waft around me during the day as much as Myth, but also doesn’t “disappear” on me the way 11:11 Azure does.

I find that LMG makes far superior non-gourmands, which is so important and ironic. I love this - fresh, salty, second-skin-like... it very much conveys the color of its juice, a pale watery baby blue. This is incredibly smooth and I have to disagree - this one lasts durably on me (it's already been 2 hrs), running inside and outside, blown about in the wind and polluted air. I definitely can't say the same for other LMGs.

okay this smells incredible. it is extremely well-blended and smells very classic— not at all screechy like newer perfumes can be. very soapy, a bit sweet, and the tea comes through really pleasantly. but it lasts like 15 minutes on my skin. I spray it, walk around my house a bit, and it’s gone. so upsetting because this would be an instant favorite otherwise!

Slated air, ozonic white florals. It has a sharpness on me that felt almost like a men’s aftershave. It’s fresh, sure, but not my style. I gave it to my 10 year old son and told him this is a man’s cologne and he loves it. It smells so wonderful on him, nothing like what it smells on me.

Very strong pungent sharp scent when first sprayed but calmed down into a nice unisex musky scent, its the best out of the 3 but still whatever, i may come back to it and smell it to give it another chance but i wish i smelt more of that pear because i only get salt, musk and citrus.

an inoffesively clean, musky, and softly sweet fragrance. Perfect for the “your skin but better” scent category. Mostly just soapy musks, clean pear, and a salty aquatic freshness that makes it a bit more unique

The salt made this way too soapy smelling on my skin. Unfortunate, the notes looked really good, but this was a miss for me.
