Fleur Monoï

Fleur Monoi the girl that you are. This is one of my favorite summer scents! It's such a fresh fruity floral, Its somehow kinda citrusy about it even though there's not really any notes listed here that represents that. For coconut lovers, such as myself, I didn't even know coconut was in it but I still love it and there is a slightly tropical vibe with it but I see it as a gorgeous spring day with maybe a beach nearby? I love this scent to the point I have the body spray and the regular perfume. It's not incredibly long lasting but I have never had an issue with reapplying perfume because I love to make sure I smell good all the time, but I notice that it can last while on clothes.

I have no idea what the previous comments are talking about. This perfume is one of the ones I own that get me the most compliments. This sits very well on my skin and I personally think the sillage of this one is stronger than other le gourmand fragrances. It is very floral, which is not exactly something I gravitate too, but there is a hint of coconut, and as a coconut girl that is the reason I grabbed it.

This is absolutely lovely! I have the tall round bottle that says "body & hair mist" not EDP and it performs like a body splash! It was a stocking stuffer from my SIL. It's extremely soft and doesn't have huge sillage but it's perfectly lovely for a casual but girlie day. I had Tom Ford SB and agree, the vibes are similar but TF pulls heavy on the sunscreen on my skin and leans unisex. This is very feminine.

I own about 200 perfumes and this one from tj max is surprisingly one of my favorites. Its the most perfect not artificial smelling smooth coconut with gardenia as a lesser note that is balanced really well. It also has a certain saltiness and reminds me a bit of Salt by Ellis Brooklyn. Its has a sophisticated quality to it and it smells more espensive than it is. I just love it

On me this is a toned down, simplified soleil blanc. Which is amazing because mine is gone and I don’t want to spend all that money on a new one. It’s a love at first sniff for me. However, it is light and not incredibly strong so be warned, you’ll have to overspray to notice it

The perfume that made me realize that I love white florals-- and its under 30 usd for a full sized bottle which is amazing. The brand has a range of hits and misses for scents for me but this one is so, so nice.

I’m surprised this only has two notes! Not that it is complex by any means, but because it smells more fruity & juicy than just gardenia & coconut. It’s airy, light, floral & tropical. Pretty & sweet. Great for layering. I have the hair & body mist & while they don’t last long on your skin they really do have staying power in your hair. Perfect for spring & summer.

To be clear, I’m not a floral girl, I’m a gourmand girl. This was much lighter than the other fragrances, including the hair and body mists which tend to be stronger than the perfumes. However, this is a really pretty tropical floral with a hint of coconut which whispers sunscreen. Very pretty and a floral I actually enjoy. Soft, sweet and tropical

Nice tropical floral fragrance. Reminds me of a tropical vacation, surrounded by beauty tropical flowers drinking a cocnuty drink. Might be cloying in the summer daytime bc the florals are sweet. I like this one to layer with my 'sunscreen' type scents to give a little more of the floral vibe (TF Soleil blanc type scents)

To me this scent is nothing to write home about. A pretty white floral with very little else. There's a slight creaminess to it, but I don't pick up on a distinguishable coconut note. It's not very long lasting, but overall a nice, non offensive pick for everyday wear.

Another blind pick, and it’s smells amazing. Really reminds me of beach walk by replica just not last that long and of course this one better priced. Flowery light scent with bunch of gardenia. Really good one wish it last longer

A tropical shy white floral. Is it a true gardenia? No! And it certainly is NOT at all a dupe for Chanel’s Gardenia! There is something annoying in there that makes me think of baby wipes? Ugh! Glad I tried it!! Never trust another nose than your own!!!

Very white floral!!! Also has a spicy note which is very intriguing.

I agree with a couple of reviewers that all you get is 10 minutes of a pleasant tropical scent (maybe less than that!), but then it turns to nothing. Thankfully, I didn't pick up on any the onion/garlic/B.O. note that some others detected! Luckily, I was able to return to it to TJ Maxx. It wasn't expensive, but why bother if I don't enjoy it? Besides wondering if other people are smelling any of those unpleasant notes on me!

The first couple minutes of this smell beautiful and tropical, and then it turns into literal barf/ BO/ onion/ garlic. I have never experienced this with a fragrance. It made me feel sick. I was unsure what was even going on and am glad to have only spray it on my wrist and not my whole body. Once the gardenia and coconut wears off (after no more than 10 minutes), it goes absolutely disgusting. I’m glad that I don’t own a full bottle because it is trash. I wish the initial scent lasted because it really is lovely at the initial spray. Be careful with this, it is really sick.

They recently re-released this in stores, and it is not my cup of tea. To me it smelled very "onion"-y, or like there was a B.O. undercurrent (and this wasn't even on my skin - just sprayed into the air!). Even though no jasmine notes are listed, it's identical to Philosophy's "Jasmine" (go read reviews about that one to get a better idea) - except wayyy stronger. Would recommend checking your local TJ Maxx/Marshall's first before doing a blind buy order online!

If you hadn't actually been to Hawaii and smelled authentic monoi oil, then you might enjoy Fleur Monoi. However, I've been multiple times and tend to snag a few bottles of oils from random shops off the beaten path and so this just doesn't compare. However, it's pleasant enough...I smell citrus and something green in the mix. There's light coconut and a white floral, but nothing I find discernibly 'gardenia' (the note is a favorite of mine and I own multiple gardenia-centered frags, so I know what I'm looking for). Basically, ignore the notes and enjoy it for what you find there. I own the hair and body mist and it was nice to use a few times in the summer, but I own many citrus freshies with a touch of coconut like it, so I'm gifting it to a friend just beginning their fragrance obsession.

Out of the three LMG scents I got, this one was my favorite. I only got the body spray, but it has really good throw.. better than the perfume I got of the pistachio brûlée. Very floral forward with a little tropical touch. I wouldn’t exactly compare it to soleil blanc, but it has the same kind of vibe. I could see this going in my beach bag or my gym bag. A good light scent for casual wear.

This scent reminds me of a fancy, shimmery sunscreen I used to use from Victoria's Secret. I think they share the monoi floral note, which smells "tropical" and "exotic".

Based on the notes..I should LOVE it..but no. Nonono. There's something sharp and awful in this and I love the line.. grossest thing I've smelled in a long time.
