Miel Bébé

Got a strip-sample of this with several other fragrances from this brand, and this one... I hope it's not deceiving me because it's a paper tester, but I'm getting that lovely magazine-page scent that I so adore! None of the other scents have this note despite being on the same paper, so I'm crossing my fingers that it's all from the perfume itself. Definitely will be purchasing this, can't stop sniffing my arm lol. Desperately hoping it will smell the same from the bottle! edit: got my bottle today and I'm so relieved to love it! And so happy to have gotten the discontinued 2.5oz size, as this is a scent I no doubt want a big bottle of. This reads as a floral to me, but a very unique one. It's flowery in a syrupy, warm kind of way. The sweetness of the honey really shines through, and meshes so nicely with the praline. Meanwhile the orange keeps it smelling light and fresh, not too heavy. As far as my goal goes to smell like a perfume sample off of a magazine page, a pretty floral mixed with that lovely paper smell (if you get it, you get it) this might be my closest find so far! No way I'll be able to stop myself from wearing this year round, but I think it'll be especially beautiful in the spring. Don't wanna jump the gun, but I think this might be a new top 5-er for me :)

I absolutely LOVE this perfume, and it has become a staple in my collection - possibly my new signature scent, even! It opens with a bright, crisp note of orange dripping in honey, just sweet and sticky enough to make you think of a spoonful of honey without it becoming sickening. As it dries down on my skin it mellows out, and honestly reminds me of the smell of a newborn baby; no, not a baby doll / baby doll head, but an ACTUAL newborn baby. Subtly sweet; clean, but not soapy; fresh, but not cutting. It's soft and nostalgiac and comforting. When I wear this (which is most days now), I can't help but smile every time I catch a whiff of it. I also think this is a safe fragrance to wear around others, even those who might be a bit sensitive to fragrance, because the drydown is so delicate and inoffensive. It doesn't have tremendous projection, and I find that the longevity depends on how active I have been that day and whether or not I primed my skin with lotion first; but regardless, even if I spray it on myself first thing in the morning, I still can smell the faintest hint of it by bedtime, which just simply makes me happy.

Definitely smells like expensive shampoo, it gives luxury spa freshie, so I get the white tea comparisons but not a gourmand honey. I don’t understand the Gucci Flora comparisons at alllllllll. Been wearing it for less than an hour so I have a feeling the sweetness might flourish after another hour or two. I’m starting to pick it up more as the orange blossom evaporates. This one’s oil based so be careful with your clothing. I’d definitely spray this in my hair and around pulse points. Its a dry-smelling honey which makes it smell a bit more floral and artificial, but not cheap or juvenile. I’m supposed to be on a buying freeze but I might have to sneak a full sized bottle of this one. Its an easy everyday wear, inoffensive, and I work in healthcare so that should speak volumes about it not being too saccharine. I love a good santal frag and this one hits the mark. Even though I expected more sticky-sweet-dessert honey. I’m not mad at this floral take either.

this caught my eye at the Ulta checkout line and i decided to give it a go on my wrist. SO happy i did! :) this smells nectary, pretty like soft flower petals, and just delish. perfect for casual day time / office wear. its fresh without being overly sharp (i find a lot of "fresh" scents quite screechy and even head-ache inducing). think if Marc Jacobs Daisy + Honey had the perfect love child. <333 i used to love those 2 frags back in middle school, but re-visiting them as an adult, i sadly found a cheapy metallic element that i could not get behind. Miel Bebe makes up for that disappointment with its almost creamy composition, and reminds me that growing up is just reimagining the things you loved long ago. it doesnt last very long, but for the beautiful price point of $28, i will be picking up a bottle righttt after work next payday.*~

I found this at Marshall’s and I fell in immediate love. I couldn’t stop sniffing it as I strolled around. On me, it smells like golden honey and juicy orange. The sandalwood sometimes comes through after it’s dried down, but the sweetness curbs the pickle smell. This fragrance is heavenly and sweet but not syrupy. It’s somewhat jammy but I love that. I feels like this is great for most weather and is great for day but could be worn in the evening maybe layered with something moodier. This has a nice soft projection and lasts quite awhile on me. In my job, I get sweaty and I work with animals. I could still smell this on my scrubs after my shift with no reapplications. I may get a backup bottle if I see anymore while out.

Gorgeous scent. Clean, juicy, and effortlessly put-together. On my skin, it smells like a daytime version of Carolina Herrera’s Good Girl—lighter and easygoing. The pictures don’t do it justice though; it’s not honey-forward. There's a small touch of honey that's beautifully blended. But if you’re after a true honey scent, this isn’t it. The real star is the mandarin, giving it a sweet, fresh, nostalgic vibe—like an elevated version of baby shampoo (in the best way). It feels like a girl who just stepped out of the shower: white shirt, heels, gold jewelry. Feminine, clean, and quietly sexy. Perfect for the office with a light spray, and ideal for casual dates or daytime hangouts.

I was out at my local Marshalls hunting for Fleur de Blonde and I found this instead. Miel Bebe was on my list anyway, after that delightfully shady article was published, so I went for it. You gotta love sweet gourmands or it just won't work for you. On its own it is very creamy-sweet, touch of citrus and floral. I don't get much sandalwood. Comforting, delicate, transparent, and doesn't leave much of a trail, but I'm constantly sniffing myself when I wear it alone or layered. Lasts about 4h on skin, longer on clothing. It's not very deep, so it's really, really good for layering whenever you want to pour some sugar on a more serious scent, or add a creaminess to a floral scent.

I have a big collection and this one is an easy reach for me! The citrus is bright and fresh, the honey is sweet (but not overly sweet) and the creamy sandalwood marries the components creating an addictive quality. To me — it’s a cozy, comforting scent that’s very wearable and an easy compliment-getter. This one scratched an itch as I’ve been eyeing Gucci Flora Gardenia for sometime...While not a perfect match, they smell extremely similar and are equal in performance, but Miel Bebe (like all LMG’s is a fraction of the price!) I’m thrilled to have the large bottle and have made a substantial dent!

I forgot I had this in my collection. When I revisited this page and saw that people are saying it smells like Gucci Gorgeous Gardenia, I ran to my perfumes to see for myself. I loooooove Gucci Gorgeous Gardenia! They both smell identical. If someone blind folded me and told me to identify the 2, I wouldn’t be able to tell the difference. If you don’t want to spend the $150 price tag, this is a good dupe! I think I’ll be wearing this one if I want that soapy floral scent. I remember longevity doesn’t last long for me but hopefully it’s a different story since it’s been sitting for a while!

I absolutely love this scent. I blind bought it at Marshall's....and now it's a favorite. For a cheap perfume, it does so well on my skin. It is more of a skin scent as it doesn't project well, but I smell it on myself all day and it makes me happy. I'm not a heavy sweet type of scent person, and I prefer clean, green or citrusy scents. The way the honey, orange and praline blend in this scent works for me and smells beautiful on my skin. It is a clean kind of sweet- yes like baby shampoo, maybe, but done well. My husband is picky and he loves it as on me as well.

This singlehandedly had everyone in the Marshalls perfume aisle I was shopping at go "something smells good" and I had about two people ask me for the name of what I sprayed. I tried this at Ulta one day and I think the other smells from all the other samples made it so I couldn't smell it fully. This is gorgeous. It's sophisticated, but not with traditional honey---which is cool, because it's different. I usually don't enjoy citrus notes, but they blend really well with the other notes here!

I’m pleasantly surprised with this one! Initially when I sprayed on paper I didn’t really think it smelt all that great, I just felt like it smelt like alcohol? But once I gave it a spray on my skin, it smelt so lovely. I’m definitely picking up on a lot of the honey but also a lot of the woody scent. Personally I feel this leans more unisex? While it’s sweet, that woody note gives it a more unisex scent. Overall I really actually really love this, I would purchase this again if I run out.

this is honestly one of the most gorgeous scents to me. i pull a lot of the orange/honey/praline notes, but in the most refined way. i usually don’t like honey notes as a lot of the time they feel very cloying to me, but the honey in this fragrance is light and sophisticated. everyone else has already said this but this is DEF giving rich woman energy. my only problem is that it lasts maybe an hour tops, and that’s with me spraying down boots. at least it only cost me $18!

Smells of honey and soap. Very elegant, clean and effortless. This is an all season, any time of day scent as well. I love it! An excellent surprise while browsing Urban Outfitters with my daughter. I will get a lot of use out if this. ETA: I bought this 3 days ago and keep wanting to wear it EVERY DAY! I had to force myself to choose something else from my collection yesterday. It really is that good. Could become my signature. What an incredible find.

I had to come back and redo my impression. I did not appreciate this fragrance in the winter, but it came alive in the spring and I just ordered my second bottle... I layer it with the oil and I have to tell you it is so incredibly pleasant. It’s not a crazy head turner, keeps small scent bubble; have to get pretty close to smell it but it’s very similar to lake & skye’s 11:11, in that it is extremely pleasant on the skin and a cozy, beautiful scent.

i never thought of this scent as sweet until reading about it. i'm having a hard time picking up any notes of honey, i feel like it's subtly sweet and overall gives a sophisticated vibe. it's honestly perfect for any occasion and doesn't feel overpowering at all, while still being bold enough. i usually pair it with at least one other perfume and multiple times people around me have said i smell good when wearing it! just wish it lasted longer 3

Just found this at Marshall’s and it was the only one left. I have wanted to try these perfumes for ages but don’t know what took me so long. Like @laurelcherise, I couldn’t stop smelling it. I would have bought every scent they had. It was only $20 and the bottle is huge at 2.5 fl oz. I get as sense of Sarah Jessica Parker lovely in this but this is lighter and fresher. Can’t wait to try it again!

Oh this is good! Not what I was expecting at all, because I’ve tried several honey scents, including one from Ellis Brooklyn and I can’t get on board with that level of sweetness or that pollen note. But this is gorgeous. Sweet, but gently woody from the sandalwood. Slightly floral with a hint of mandarin zest. Clean and fresh, the sweetness is perfectly balanced. On my favorite list

Been wearing this for about three months -- the most surprising part is that the drydown lasts forever on me as a skin scent, but it turns into a delicious warmth on my skin, the sandalwood and praline mix really well together. My skin does very well with gourmand-floral-white musk combos, so I would recommend this to anyone with similar skin chemistry compatibility.

This is gorgeous imo. I love citrus fragrances as long as they don't smell like cleaning products. This is a sweet, juicy one and I adore how the sandalwood blends with the orange and praline. The accords are well blended. I detect the honey note and it's not sticky/sappy and this makes it enjoyable for me b/c I do not like sappy sticky fragrances.

This fragrance is so good with my skin chemistry the florals cut through along with citrus making this a very fresh scent but at dry down the honey and citrus come through really beautifully. This lasts so long on my skin which I've heard isn't the case for everyone but I will be buying this again when I use it up.

This is my top. 5 favorite perfume! Mix this with Al Rehab Dalal, and you will leave a scent trail wherever you go. It smells that good. Smells sophisticated but approachable, youthful. I want more of this perfume and I wish they sold bigger versions. I could have a gallon of this perfume - I’m so serious.

This is a beautiful sweeter version of Gucci Gorgeous Gardenia, which is one of my favorite perfumes. This is great to wear in Spring and Summer, but I actually love to wear this in the Winter as well because the sweetness of it just seems to work in the Winter for some reason!

This smells nostalgic to me, though I couldn’t put my finger on it. Now. i wonder if it smells like Avon Sweet honesty? As a child my bff’s mother was an Avon lady and I received a decorative bottle of sweet honesty each year. 🥰 It’s easy to wear. Sweet and honey.

the first ever compliment I’d gotten on a perfume :’) i have to stan! very inoffensive, yet sophisticated and pretty. she’s perfect for layering or wearing on her own, and the price isn’t bad either. pretty weak but lasts well on clothes I’ve noticed!

This reminds me of Viva La Juicy Gold Couture. It's soft and sweet. I don't get much of the orange but I definitely get the honey and praline. I usually layer this with other fragrances and always get complimented.

I am in love, I was at Marshalls and saw the 2.5oz bottle for 20$ (got 2 xD). It reminds me a lot of viva la juicy which I love but it was at such a good price I couldn't resist.

This is actually insanely, INSANELY good... I was so so impressed. It legit smells like it came from Armani or Valentino, very similar to Armani My Way. I’m absolutely obsessed.

This smells absolutely amazing. It’s like Gisou honey hair perfume and Gucci gorgeous gardenia had a baby. And it lasts so long and stays on clothes.

This smells like the best shampoo you could ever smell. Like 00s Herbal Essences/Pantene. I love it and reach for it surprisingly often.

This does smell like Viva la Juicy BUTTT it also smells like Gucci Flora Gorgeous Gardenia. I am highly impressed!

This is an exact dupe for Gucci Gardienia. It just doesn’t really last more than 15 min on skin lol.

Miel Bebe is a rich woman! This is for a strong smelling women, perhaps someone you do a double take cuz they smell great but its a smell you've probably never have smelt anything like it before. It is a honey smell but it's richer and darker, smooth and seductive even. Personally I really like this scent but based on my taste not something I can wear often, but there are girls who could definitely smell like this everyday and I would compliment them every time! Go ahead and smell this scent for me at Ulta I think its a great experience.

This scent would be the artifical version of Gucci's Gorgeous Gardenia. I really like this scent a lot but sadly in the dry down it lowkey starts to smell like rubberbands??? That could just be on my skin tho as I let my sister try it and it didn't smell like rubberbands on her. But I definitely like it outside of that one little thing. Doesn't last very long but I would say if you maybe have a rollerball of the Gucci GG and wanted to layer this perfume on your clothes to make it last longer or project, this would be a good option.

I got a travel set of LMG fragrances and this was included, my first wear of this didn’t impress me. It was inoffensive but nothing special. The second time I wore it I fell in love with it a lot more, it’s almost like a woody but very juicy ripe citrus. So ripe it’s sweet like honey. I don’t think this is the most complex or long wearing fragrance but I did enjoy it and will use my travel size. Still 50/50 on buying a full size just because I have fragrances I like more, but I still really enjoy this.

sweet musky yumminess i cannot stand gourmands usually but i really like honey as a note, and i bought this to layer on top of a very herbal perfume in hopes of sweetening it, but i just might wear this on its own. i’ve wear tested this about 3 separate times and finally bought a bottle today at Ulta and i’m so glad i did. i keep smelling my arm and i wanna take a bite, it smells so good totally understand why gourmands make you smell “edible”; i’m going slightly feral for this rn

This baby can LAYER. Any perfume that has similar notes is enhanced and elevated by Miel. And because there’s not a lot of notes to worry about, it’s an easy reach for layering. It layers gorgeously with Armani Code as well as Dalal. She’s great on her own, too. I was gifted this, it’s something I would have never bought for myself normally but I’m very happy to have it in my collection. I’m really impressed by how beautiful this is. I love her.

I don't get the honey as much as I thought I would especially since "miel" is in the name I thought it would smell similar to bee by Ellis Brooklyn, but it's actually not overly sweet. To me it smells like a clean floral with a little bit of honey in the background for sweetness. I was actually surprised there isn't more florals in the notes because on me it smells like a weaker version of a floral that Valentino or Gucci would make.

Addictive even you are not so in love with it. Powerful and sweet. Better on hair and clothes. Sticky candy feeling on skin. In the opening it is a little bit indecisive. One minute it is sugary fruity cocktail drink with lots of oranges, another minute it is clean baby soap. Drydown is more steady and musky. Generally speaking it is soft, almondy, nostalgic, reminiscent of something from childhood, and hard to guess the notes.

Unlike what you might expect from the perfume’s name, it doesn’t smell like pure honey. It does smell of honey, yes, but mixed with something else. I had a really hard time putting my finger on it, but it’s the praline that stands out just as much. This makes it a honey-praline blend - not unpleasant at all - but again, the honey doesn’t come through exactly as I had hoped. For the price, it’s still perfectly reasonable.

i cannot pinpoint why i like this so much. its subtlety sweet, almost papery from the sandalwood. i saw another user say it smells like fresh dollar bills and that's very accurate. it is elegant and refined, yet humble and reserved. it is the smell of a casually extremely wealthy person lounging in a hotel lobby, effortlessly put together and clean looking. i don't really see how this smells like viva la juicy at all?

I really like this one, it's not gourmand, it's light and soapy/musky with sweet orange. Very clean smelling with sweet notes. Nothing about it screams honey or praline to me. Smells more like honeysuckle, honestly. It has something about it that reminds me of the drydown of Ralph Lauren Romance. This whole line is beautiful, honestly - easy to wear but not generic or synthetic smelling.

Picked this up as a cheap scent from TJMaxx, but I find myself reaching for it again and again and again. Has quickly become my "daily driver". Just a very pleasant, subtle, and clean scent. Has the youth of a gourmand, but none of the cloying sweetness or overly perfumey qualities that would push a scent like this towards being juvenile. "Inoffensive" describes it best in one word.

If you're looking for a fresh, clean scent with a touch of sweetness, Miel Bébé is the one. Mandarin Orange is the dominant note, the honey making a soft, subtle appearance. The praline note is non existant on me. Not my favourite, but love having this as a part of my rotation for when I'm in the mood for a fresh, clean scent.
