Sel Caramel

This one surprised me... The caramel is the least note. It has a "your skin but better" vibe (like you've been sunbathing all day by the beach). There is saltiness, sweetness & almost a wet cardboard/clean sweat (yes, sweat [not sweet] like when you're sunbathing with really expensive tanning oil) smell... but in a good way? I want to bathe in it... drench myself from head to toe! I get some kind of very light floral (tropical) as well so maybe that is the zest coming through because I don't get any citrus or lemon. This could easily be a signature scent and worn anytime, any day! Layering options galore too if you wanted to change it up a bit! It SUCKS they discontinued this one because I really love it and want more but I only have the small 30 ml. Snatch these up if you see them because you won't be able to find them anymore soon. I just ordered 6 more online so I could stock up!

Absolutely addictive. I don't understand it but ugh it's so good. Feels way more complex than new LMG offerings. Feels like they're booting the older more dynamic fragrances for more straightforward, sweet ones. Bummer for me but you gotta do what works for the brand, I suppose.

I just purchased this today mostly for my son for him to wear to school but this is one of those that we would be sharing because I loooove it on me to. This smells so warm like a soapy caramel vanilla creamy somewhat floral type scent. It's simply beautiful.

I often get turned off by citrus but there was absolutely no sign of that in this fragrance at all. Despite the fact that salt isn't a note, this salted caramel (Sel Caramel) fragrance definitely has a strong saltiness to it. It's a great caramel scent mixed with a milky vanilla but I find the salt overpowering. The salt eventually dies down &, when it does, it smells as though they mixed the ingredients of their Lait de Coco with salted caramel fragrance, removed the coconut fragrance & added a bold caramel with a hint of hazelnut. Overall, it's a soft, gentle, lovely, feminine fragrance that smells like a much weaker, saltier, much less-defined version of Brazilian Crush Cheirosa 71 Perfume Mist by Sol de Janeiro. The downside is that the EDP is also rather faint & doesn't seem to possess much sillage. If you like this scent, 71 is a much better (& bolder-scented) bang for your buck.

This is a lovely, simple caramel scent. I don’t smell any lemon zest at all; if anything there’s more of a floral scent on the drydown. It doesn’t last too long on the skin, maybe 2-3hrs. On clothes it lasts for days.

is it just me but i don’t get any citrus at all. the top notes are caramel and slightly vanilla, dries down kinda powdery but for $25 i’m not mad

This one must be skin dependent, because all I get is a very faint lemon. I applied some and then went back and added way more because it was so faint. It’s just lemon with a hint of lemon cleaning products. All the delicious notes are simply not there for me. Quel dommage! It also petered out after a couple of hours. The hunt for the perfect caramel gourmand continues.

Zesty caramel! This smells like a Sol de Janeiro scent. The lemon peel adds a fun kick and I really like the praline. Another wonderful gourmand!

Smells mostly like warm, soft caramel chews - with a dash of powdery vanilla + fresh orange. Doesn't last long, but it's uncomplicated and lovely for the price.
