Lelas Zain Oud

I was on a Turkish Airlines flight to Istanbul and then connecting to Venice, when I smelled this on a flight attendant. I asked her what she was wearing and she pulled out all her stuff from their storage compartment to find it for me and then proceeded to spray it on my cashmere wrap.. lol! This is not a safe scent you want to be wearing if you are going to be in close quarters!!! It is very heavy and could be headache inducing for some! You just need the teeniest tiniest drop! She sprayed me like 3 times!!! I hope it didn’t make anyone sick on the flight but I adore this! I don’t know what note makes it smell like old beer at first and I know this is not the best description to sell you on this perfume, but later it settles into such a wonderful sexy scent! It’s so very warm and different from my orher oud scents (Van Cleef & Arpels - Precious Oud and Oud Blanc -my fav!)The longevity on this is out of this world! I spent two weeks in Italy and on my way back to Istanbul I could still smell it so strong on my wrap! I had my husband drive me to Kadikoy in Istanbul to buy this before we went home. There were a few other scents in their line that I think I will be back for (Navy and Leylak). This was a surprisingly happy discovery and fun to track down in the streets of Istanbul!

A beautiful oud fragrance with amazing longevity. It reminds me of something from Montale, but I can't remember exactly what. This is a bearable oud, probably suitable for beginners. All in all, nice fragrance, but not a safe blind buy. 8/10

Wasn't expecting this to be so different. Not your typical oud type fragrance.

to me this is unisex although it does lean a tiny bit feminine. amazing scent tho
