Delusions of Grandeur- L’ Epoque Parfums. What an amazing combination of a few of my favorite notes arranged in one fabulous scent. The Tobacco, Peach, Saffron, Amber & soft Leather make a glorious entrance as they proceed to dance seductively just above the surface of the skin, all the while Jasmine Sambac flirts precociously with Rum and Musk in the background. The fragrance is not linear, the beautiful notes move about in varying vignettes, ever vying for your attention. The dry-down, as they say in perfumery, IS everything! Every note blends cohesively together so what you are left with is a warm, heady, seductive fragrance amalgamation that one can’t simply get enough of. I’m literally becoming lite-headed from deeply inhaling this fabulous fragrance. At this point, it’s Lattafa Khamrahs sister. Definitely unisex and a safe fragrance for office, date-nights and cooler seasons. Well done from the new niche fragrance house; L’ Epoque Parfums!

Absolutely love this one. I bought a bottle and then pretty quickly bought a backup, which tells you everything. On me, Delusions of Grandeur is warm, sweet, and a little boozy, but not overly heavy. I get the tobacco and leather right away, softened by this juicy apricot and rum sweetness that makes it feel addictive and really wearable. The saffron and amber give it that rich, slightly sexy warmth, but it never turns too sharp or too much. It feels cozy, a little decadent, and very “I need to keep smelling my wrist” in the best way. I also have to say, I adore the 30 ml bottles. They’re easy, travel-friendly, and perfect to throw in your bag and go. This has become one of those fragrances I reach for without overthinking. It’s unique, comforting, and honestly just makes me happy.

This fragrance. I don’t gotta say much about it, but if you first get it and it’s not your cup of tea. Let that bad baby macerate for a couple months. 💯 the best most unique smelling fragrance I’ve put my nose too. 10/10 love it and I will buy again. I’m also not sure if it’s limited but I’ve heard rumors.
