Inner Child

Just arrived late last week and have been wearing it nonstop, it’s incredibly understated with a clean, soft warmth that feels natural and easy.

I loved the initial spray on paper! After testing on my skin, I was underwhelmed. What initially felt like a clean soapy sweetness, on my skin it dried down like a baby BR540. I liked BR540 way back when I first got into fragrance, but I quickly got bored with it when I started smelling it everywhere. This has a similar vibe, but more innocent and lighter. It wore off in a couple hours and I wasnt sure whether to be happy or sad about it. I'll probably use up my sample, but not full bottle worthy for me.

I enjoyed the smell of this, but after the opening within 45 minutes it was basically non-existent. I reapplied twice before leaving the house because it faded away to nothing, and by the time I made it to the gym within an hour it was gone and I had to apply something else. Such a bummer because at first spray I thought I’d get a bottle.

Simple, soft, clean, vanilla and wood scent. Subtle overtone of a fruit and sweetness. Close to skin, non-offensive skin scent. Probably office safe. Lasts a decent amount of time.

i want this as a laundry detergent. very pleasant and sweet.

So...it's just kinda "meh". It's quite forgettable, if I'm being honest. I get mostly linen and skin musk, slight lily of the valley and a teeeny bit of sweet from the vanilla and no noticeable bergamot. The more i wore it, the more it slightly sweetened up on my skin. The fragrance is SOOOO light. Definitely a skin scent. Its kind of like one of those scents where someone would hug you and IF they were able to smell it, they'd think you just smell nice as a person naturally, not that you're wearing fragrance. You're not missing anything if you don't pick this one up.

Smells like Jimmy Choo I Want Choo Forever and MFK BR 540 had a baby to me. I preordered it (blind buy) and was excited to get it (came in about a month). I was hoping it’d be something unique so I was a bit disappointed, but it’s okay. Had I smelled it prior to picking it up, I probably wouldn’t have purchased it. Moderate longevity and projection on me.

Reading the comments, I had to scroll up to make sure I was on the right page. Twice. What I smell falls into the listed notes, so I'm hoping my sample wasnt mis-filled. But this has zero of the 'powdery' 'soft' 'light' vibes described (to me). It smells sharp, heavily floral, a little vintage, and there is a weird soapy sweetness that leans towards chemical in the drydown. But it is so powerful-- I'm probably going to he scrubbing this one. My whole room smells like it, and I did 1 spray from a sample sized 2ml. It is headache inducing synthetic vintage floral.

Soooo disappointed with this fragrance :( I had high hopes. All I get is spray paint.

What a disappointment. I pre-ordered and my fragrance arrived today. At best this is entry level niche but walks a fine line of smelling very designer. The longevity and projection is low. I’m ok with low projection as I like a scent being for myself and no others but overall only I’ve had the fragrance on an hour and it’s already fading away. This was imagined to be like an upscale everything bubble bath when in reality it smells like a bath and body works frag very minimal and overpriced. If your looking for something that smells like the most beautiful everything bubble bath like you were in a milk bath filled with dried flowers I highly recommend D’orsay EQ instead of this. This reminds me of Mr Bubble Bubble Bath powder cheap and generic 🫠

The vanilla gives the florals a creamy and sweet composition. Very similar to Gucci Flora Gorgeous Orchid in my opinion. Not necessarily as "inner child" as I was expecting. May smell similar to a children's bubble bath solution with sweet white florals surrounding the corners. I’m not a big fan of this for myself, as it isn’t necessarily interesting or original, but it's nice enough to appreciate in general.

Now why did the person below me have to go and write spray paint lmao. There is this aerosol esq smell to this for sure. I won’t say spray paint but there is this canister smell to it. It’s possible you’ll like it. It smells good but I don’t think I’ll want this is my line up. It starts to smell sweet and I don’t know what’s making it sweet. I’ll keep testing it.

thought this fragrance was gonna be made for me, but it's just really synthetic and strange; I totally understand the person who says it smells like a baby BR 540, I love BR though and this is kinda gross

As someone who is years into their perfume journey/hobby/etc. this is nothing new or unqiue. But it does smell good! I would recommend it if looking for a clean girl scent that isn't too soapy.

Am I the only one getting sugared Violet candies?
