Cocco

In typical L'Erbolario fashion Cocco is an amazing product. I bought the 15 ml cigar shaped perfume which is the perfect travel companion this summer. I thought that it would be some cheap plastic bottle, but I was so wrong. High quality in every sense. The scent is the perfect beach town-after swim-linen shirt-sunset dinner companion. On my skin it smells like high quality argan lotion mixed with coconuts, more emphasis on the first. Very little ylang and vanilla, which is the perfect amount. The coconut has a slight roasted touch, but just a very tiny bit. So it is creamy, balmy, clean and very sexy. Most def unisex. I own about 5 fragrances by this fantastic Italian brand, and they never disappoint. 10/10 Update: Take this and the *NEW* Cedro di Calabria (Calabrian Citron) to vacation and you are pretty much covered for your entire trip. Both are amazing!

Smells sooo lovely on me. I worked in beautiful tiki beach bar and I was wearing this all day whole summer, people complimented it all the time. I will surely repurchase it. It is like having those tropical flowers in your hair and drinking from a coconut while light breeze touches your warm skin.

Lovely. I bought it this summer and I just loved it. Wore it every day. You can definitely smell the Ylang Ylang, the coconut and the musk in it. The scent doesn't last long though, you have to reapply regularly

Very nice and sweet, doesn't last for very long but it doesn't fade too quickly either. I used it at work in the last month of the school year and I fully enjoyed it, a very pleasant smell indeed!

I feel the name of this fragrance is a bit misleading, as it's all about Ylang, at least on my skin. Soft and creamy, a lovely summer cheapie.

I was testing some perfumes, and I sprayed this on and instantly a woman from a fair distance approached me asking me what is this beautiful smell. Coconut is supposed to be the main topic of this fragrance and its name but it's not as dominant and noticeable as you might think which is a good thing because it works. It is lightly sweet and smooth with vanilla, It has some unique background notes almost mythological. As per usual, with L'Erbolario perfumes the bottle design is deceiving, it does not look or portray the smell well but in the end its only the smell that matters so i can't complain although I did buy it as a gift. I would say that it is not a safe blind buy so if you have the chance try it in the shop first.

There are many interpretations of coconut note, I noticed it yesterday, when Rem Coco arrived, I had ordered It two days before. In Rem Coco the note Is fresh, green, delicate, a little melancholy, rather natural, its presence feels delicate throughout the evolution of the perfume like a gentle echo. Cocco by L'Erbolario Is sparkling, energetic, sunny, puts you in a good mood. I'ts vibration give you a desire to embark on an adventure of some kind. Today It's a cloudy spring day that promises rain, the temperature is mild, it's pretty good. If I wore Rem Coco I would feel terrible melancholy. Today is the perfect day for Cocco di L'Erbolario!

A coconut perfume that evokes the long summer days full of sun, sea and lightheartedness. I initially thought this would be overly sweet but no, it's all about coconut and I'm not even a big fan of this note. I love how the entire Erbolario's line Cocco actually smells like coconut. I have the solid shampoo and the oil and now the perfume and they all smell amazing. I'm so happy I bought this because I really like it, even now that it's wintertime. Got it for a steal and I know right now that I will be using every single drop of this perfume. If you're into coconut scents and don't want to spend too much give this a try.

A simple nice fragrance without a great evolution, but i like it so much. The coconut note Is nice, fresh and round, not artificious as in most of solar creams. The vanilla note comes into play almost immediately and quite overwhelmingly, however it's not cloying and is made more interesting by the woodsy notes. In the background I almost seem to smell a note of tobacco, similar to the sweetness of Toscanello. However I like to feel it on me, I don't know why, but it seems to me being inside of a pirate ship, Black Sails style ... even if I suppose that in those ships there was a completely different smell!

A joyful summer fragrance, which evokes remote tropical atmospheres. Lactonic, creamy fragrance, a pure, absolute, non-gourmand coconut, immersed in joyful and lively floral notes: warm and sunny Ylang Ylang blended with the sweet and dry notes of vanilla. A blend that evolves harmoniously over time, on dry down the notes become woody and musky, enveloping and reassuring, magically enclosing this pleasant fragrance. Highly recommend to coconut lovers.

Smells like the coconut SPFs I used to wear at the beach when I was a kid. It's obviously better but that's exactly where it takes me. It warms my soul, it's not the most sophisticated fragrance but it's super comforting and it performs well for the price tag💛

The coconut in the opening quickly fades and it becomes a sweet and lactonic ylang-ylang/vanilla concoction with clean musky undertones. Don't expect your typical annoying coconut à la bath and body works. This stuff is really good and suitable for all ages!

I know very few fragrances that relate to coconut. There're two of them that I madly love: Coconut Fizz_Guerlain, like a day at the beach par excellence, and Eau De Soleil Blanc_T.Ford, which on me acquires a wonderful dark, nocturnal, rough and humid shade of moss and musky bark. Both adorable. The lesser good I know is Cocco l'Erbolario, and only god knows how long I expected this fragrance from this respectable herbalist House. Basically the awareness of wearing a coconut fragrance does not last more than 10 minutes in all. I later also bought its body cream, my great illusion to amplify the real coconut smell. A lot crazier here lasts 10 seconds, maybe 11 overdoing it, on my skin. The result was even worse, if possible, because the body cream adds a fake sweetness of flowers even more than the perfume itself does. Say I am desolate is the more it reflects my mood. Thing is it's almost impossible L'Erbolario plays the Joker on this perfume, that is, they will never come out, let alone soon, with a new good reformulation just to cheer me up a bit. Waiting to read some of your useful review to figure out where I’m wrong with this Cocco 🥥, I click the OK button. 'Cause anyway, forget the coconut thing, it’s a cute fragrance.

I was expecting a simple coconut fragrance with questionable longevity, but thankfully was totally wrong. It is all about the ylang-ylang, vanilla and musk and lasts a whole day on me. There might be a coconut note but it is not obvious. The fragrance is smooth, rather milky at the beginning, made me think of rice pudding. Delicious but not too foody, rather woody. For me it kind of resembles Erbolario's Iris, although nowhere near as powdery. Loving it so far.

I'd love to know what's going on in L'Erbolario's perfume creator's minds to discontinue masterpieces like Meharees, Dolcelisir, Verde, and still work up the nerve to launch sticky-sweet, cheap-smelling, generic fragrances for your average Joe (or Jane). I get it, the masses buy and enjoy cheap-smelling scents like Cocco, but they can find it even cheaper and might turn away from L'Erbolario's coconut disaster. Not worth a penny and not a trend I'd like to encourage L'Erbolario to pursue.

Coconut nectar here is a fresh watery not creamy note. Unfortunately the ylang-ylang takes the whole thing into a flowery, cloying, heady sweet note with dirty/sour nuances and on my skin goes into old lady perfume territory. The vanilla, white musk and cedar are there, but that damn ylang-ylang note overpowers the whole thing and just gives an overall cheap summer drug store body splash vibe.

This is a wonderful non sweet true coconut with lots of tropical ylang and balsamic vanilla. Woody and musky in the dry down. Very natural smelling. This is the type of coconut that I like because it is non sweet. So many coconut perfumes today are drowning in sugar and smell more like coconut shnapp instead of real coconut.

It’s a nice fragrance. Reminded me of Cocco by Bottega Verde, but this one is less sweet ( even thought it may be too sweet for some people) . It’s not groundbreaking, but it’s pleasant and smells natural. A good choice if you want a simple 🥥 coconut scent.

a safe, true coconut parfume. not too strong, not weak. leaves a pleasant smell on throughout the entire day! something i will be repurchasing always

Smells like chocolate on me... no Ylang Ylang or coconut at all.
