Iris Bianco

Iris Bianco is what I would call a clean girl type of perfume. A very clean, creamy, almost soapy iris blended smoothly with pink pepper, rose and a rich vanilla base. As far as the oranges and cardamom goes, I can’t say I smell any of those two notes. Whichever the notes are, Iris Bianco smells beautiful, it’s creamy, it’s soft spicy, it’s warm and moderately sweet in a floral way. It is a very smooth, cashmere or ambrette like type of scent, even though these notes are not mentioned in the composition. Very relaxing and zen perfume. I don’t really love iris scents, but I would have bought a bottle of Iris Bianco on the spot. What stoped me was the fact that I didn’t had enough space in my carry on luggage on the flight back from Italy. Next year I’m going back and I will sample this again to see how I feel about Iris Bianco. I might return with a bottle of this beautiful scent. To my total surprise, I really like Iris Bianco! It’s gorgeous!

It smells elegant and clean. Very pleasant to me. I don't wear it every day, but when I want to have some extra elegance. 😊

Pure Musc by Narciso Rodriguez more strong

Do not be misled by the note pyramid - Iris Bianco is a fragrance defined by softness and delicacy. It immediately evokes a feeling of freshness and cleanliness, like slipping into freshly washed sheets dried out in the open air. The iris is beautifully powdery, bringing just the right touch of softness and elegance. Honestly, I am usually not fond of "clean" fragrances, yet this one possesses a certain charm that I find deeply appealing. There is something quietly nostalgic and romantic about it. Iris Bianco strikes a graceful balance between old-world charm and modernity. Simply lovely.

It’s a lovely fragrance, but since I already own the body lotion, I decided to sell it. I realized that I would have worn the perfume in the same situations where I would naturally reach for the lotion, such as after a shower or before going to bed. The lotion also has the added benefit of moisturizing the skin. If you want to save some money, I would definitely recommend getting the lotion instead. It works beautifully in both summer and winter, as it absorbs and dries incredibly quickly. I also love layering it with Pure Musc by Narciso Rodriguez—the combination is amazing!

The opening is soapy, clean and sparkling, powdery but in a youthful way, with the pink pepper's bright effervescence being and immediate mood boost. This squeaky clean opening is followed by a subtle vanilla drydown, with a wiff of cardamom. I found the clean part absolutely glorious, like a bunch of angels having laundry day in Heaven, but I'm not sold over the drydown. Vanilla is just meh to me, of course every person is different. Tested on skin and paper.

A very subtle, clean, feminine fragrance. Unlike the classic Iris by L'Erbolario, this composition is less powdery, with stronger floral and spicy notes. At the same time, it is much more delicate, ethereal, and close to the skin.

Lovely! Powdery but clean and white, if you know what i mean. It has a nice vintage vibe. Thumbs up!

This is one of the strongest perfumes in the L'Erbolario collection, and although it was launched in 2024, it smells very retro. I can't say that it reminds me of any specific scent from the past; it's just that it smells very mature. Although other reviewers have experienced Iris Bianco as 'clean' and powdery, my trusty old sniffer has classified it as a predominantly floral scent. The list of notes is fairly accurate: the opening is pure orange juice, paired with orange blossom (which is not listed), while the pepper is quite subdued and serves just to add a little spark. Within minutes, the flowers break through; the note of Turkish rose is stronger than iris and thus provides the aforementioned retro vibe. The base notes are sweetish and balsamic.

Non il classico iris, è un pulito fresco,non polveroso,dolce ma non stucchevole. Arancia e pepe rosa danno un'aria frizzantina ,la vaniglia nel fondo crea un'atmosfera avvolgente e leggermente cremosa. Non è il classico profumo di Erbolario, sembra ben costruito, anche la durata non mi sembra male,lo sto portando da ieri sera e dopo una notte lo sento ancora. Molto piacevole, uso da anni Pure Musc di NR ,in qualche modo me lo ricorda . Pulito, fresco ma anche sensuale se vogliamo ,si scalda bene sulla pelle e sembra quasi fondersi ,lo vedo bene come profumo 4 stagioni ma con un maglione addosso rende ancora di più. Buono, da provare!

I really wanted to love this one, based on the notes I really could have but my nose reads this as a totally different note pyramid. I feel like this is orange flower, citruses, and a very soft iris and powder, maybe touch of neroli as it is a little vintagesque (but still fresh and light.) Overall very light and a lot less peppery / iris forward than I had hoped. Not really powdery, just a touch in the base but mostly a citrussy white floral. Zero cardamom or rose to my nose. That said still a lovely perfume, just not the notes I can see myself wearing regularly.

I only tested It on paper. It was pleasant although not extremely original, very clean smelling but not laudry detergent screechy. I didn't get much spiciness, just creamy sweet Iris.
