Sfumature di Dalia (Shades of Dahlia)

Shades of Dalia is a ladylike fruity floral with an emphasis on sweet/fresh high pitched and bright though slightly green/bitter and watery/powdery floral elements. I am reminded of Paris Amour from Bath & Body Works, and also 90's shampoo style scents with a little bit of melancholy built in. The feeling is feminine/nurturing/inoffensive. It's a pretty, graceful, and warm mixed floral scent, with the bitterness of grape skins, sweetness of orange, and a powdery, slightly retro, sun-dappled sillage. The strength and projection is admirable... I was able to do just fine with two sprays. If you like scents that have a more abstract "perfume-y" personality but still contain some natural-feeling elements, Shades of Dalia is a nice clean, sweet and shampoo-fresh option. A little powdery but not exaggerated.... A little flowery but not too much.... A little bit sweet but not nauseaus... It is balanced, delicate and feminine. Love it!

Suprisingly good floral perfume. I am not into florals but this one is very good. It`s fresh, elegantl and very powdery - just perfectly balanced.

This is such a bright and lovely floral, one of my favorites by L’Erbolario. I sprayed it on my hand at the mall and went on shopping, eventually I had to go back and buy a bottle. I swear I kept sniffing my hand all the time while I was pushing the cart – very casual yet addictive, clean scent. It has that fresh-from-laundry feeling that makes me feel neat and tidy.

The opening is awful but it you can past that, the dry down smells just like Dior j’Adore.
