Ambre Superfluide

Doesn't really smell like any of the "smells like" section. First spray - you get a really amazing, sweet fruity amber. It's effervescent and very nicely comes off the skin. The notes say honey and cinnamon, these 2 seem to combine to make smell like amber. If you don't like honey, don't worry -its blended so nicely that you really can't tell. Similarly, the apple, bergamot, orange combine to give a fruity vibe instead of specific fruits. Opening lasts perhaps 15-30mins. The dry down is a very nice sweet benzoin. It's a little sweeter version of Benzoin Boheme by diptyque. Overall it's 8.5/10 in scent. Very pleasant and rich and unique. It's well blended and changes on wearing. I don't usually like fruit basket scents. But this one is nice. There's a reason it has a high rating. Normally, I don't care about price if I like something. Everybody has different budgets. That said; if I'm spending money for a bottle. It has to do everything. Has to smell great (this does), last 6-8hrs(this does) and project. That's the issue with this. It sits very very close to the skin. Even at 1.5mls on you (25-30 sprays) -after 30mins no one around you will know you are wearing anything. Especially when it goes to dry down resinous notes. Not bottle worthy by my estimation. The fruits get a little cloying after multiple wears as well. That may just be me,as Im not a huge fan of fruit basket scents. I really enjoyed it, but 10mls is plenty. I won't pay $250+ for this type of performance. It's a 7/10.

This is a winner blend! It’s nothing like baccarat as many mentioned below me but I understand where they come from. To me, t’s like a combination of Angels share + Spices + Baccarat extriat. Because it’s blended very well, it doesn’t smell exactly like anything I mentioned above but there are notes from them. It’s spicy, herbal, slightly boozy from rum 🍹 and it has that burned sugar note from baccarat. It suit Fall/ Winter seasons. Longevity is perfect, it lasts 7-8 hours with beautiful changes from spicy herbal to amber, boozy and sweet. It’s a masterpiece in my book! Rating 9/10 •Perfect enough to buy full bottle. •The herbal note is strong. •Not something I will wear in summer. they're killing it wow! this is the 3rd one I've tried from this line and I'm having difficulty deciding which one I like more! this is a very well-rounded boozy cinnamony ambery scent, along the same lines as ambre narguile, ambre nuit and angel's share but better. for some reason i get a chocolate note from this. there's a molecular element that runs through the entire superfluide line that just modernizes and elevates everything they touch, which is the signature DNA of superfluide and I feel that it's what make it stand out between all the other sweet boozy amber scents. the cocolate note in the dry down for some reason mimics caron tabac exquis. great job les eaux primordiales!! this is becoming my new favourite brand.

This is a light and bright smelling true amber. This was a love at first sniff for me, which isn’t surprising, given the notes sound delicious! Featuring honey, apple, cinnamon, sesame and bergamot in the top - this is a gourmand leaning amber. This smells like the love child of Mizensir’s Ambre Magique and Ambre Narguile by Hermes. I feel like it would be redundant in my collection while I own Mizensir’s Ambre Magique, owing to their similarities. I actually prefer the scent of this one. Unfortunately I don’t enjoy the aesthetic appearance of the bottle and I think the price point is a little high, but other than that she’s gorgeous!

Applied one spray on the inner forearm. First impressions- it’s a dark sexy apple (except also smells like a home store, or maybe the home decor section of Bucees?). Despite the random Bucees association, it’s gorgeous. Sweet, but not sugary. Mature, but nothing powdery about it. It’s a strong scent. Do you want to smell like a witch? This is a good option. A few hours later and it’s mellowing out. The Bucees smell is lessened and it’s a bit more creamy. My husband can’t smell anything at all. Definitely do a sample before you buy since people are so split on if they can smell anything or not.

When they describe it as a lot of winter day by the fire, that's exactly what I get from it. Cinnamon is very prominent, the dry down a bit smoky, warm and musky. Vanilla sneaks in. I honestly don't smell honey. At all. Not on me, anyway, which is fine, as I find honey scents are sometimes cloying. Bee by Zoologist comes to mind (whew!).. This scent is well blended, the dry down, cozy. My only complaint is that it quickly becomes a skin scent on me. I do like it, not sure if it is FB worthy, because the performance on me is missing.

Why does this not get the love and attention it deserves?! Its awesome and enchanting and addictive in the direction of Naxos but denser and less citrus, angels share thats more ambery, new york forevers cousin from the cinnamon line. And yet good enough to be its own stand alone fragnance that’s signature scent worthy. Its creamy, spicy, ambery, woody, honeyed tobacco. Unisex as unisex can be. Well fine then, just keep ignoring this gem..i’ll gatekeep it to myself 🫠🙃

Oh my fucking god , the whole line is just pure heaven juice . Boozy Bright amber accompanied by dried fruit sweetness , and some tobacco that weirdly smells identical to tobacco flavoured e liquid , but dont take this too serious. The reviews below me are quite weird and some people just be reading the notes . It is not fruity, gourmand, nor 'smoking hot by kilian smell. The fruit notes are hardly detectable. Just the performance is quite whack. 10/10 pure crack.

This is just straight up sexy. The sillage is actually intoxicating. It has been a while since a fragrance made my eyes roll to the of my head. It’s perfectly unisex - the best use of tobacco and honey that I have encountered (yes better than Naxos, Angels Share, and Guerlain tobacco Honey which I all respect, love, own and enjoy). Ambrefluid is just one of those fragrances that you just have to experience - descriptions won’t do any justice.

For some reason, I liked vanilla supermassive more than this one. Even though I'm an amber fan! This was still very nice! On strip, it wasn't very loud. it's a soft amber that I've smelled before. Nothing crazy unique is going on here to be honest. This from the start was a wow factor! but dries down to something soft and subtle. Its nice for sure, id have to test more on skin. Overall experience so far is a 9/10 based on scent.

Fundamentally, a standard amber with a metallic 'shimmer' and a touch of powderiness. Linear, but i do enjoy the fact that when I 'think' about what I'm wearing, I pick up individual notes blended within - a soft rose, a little honey, hints of tobacco etc. Had several samples of this sent with fragrance orders, and I'm certainly tempted to buy. Longevity on me is easily 10 hours, most of the time airy with a nice drifty sillage.

An elegant and refined perfume! Cinnamon stands out, very powerful in the beginning. The drydown is very warm and enveloping, the notes of honey become more and more present, while a warm amber in the drydow becomes the protagonist. I also perceive a shy rose in the distance .... a nice scent, definitely for the evening! Sillage: 6.5/10 Longevity: 7.5/10 Scent: 8.5/10 Overall: 8.5/10

This is a creamy spicy blind of notes! Its so good to me. For me it sits close to the skin but if you are in my Bubble people want to get all in my neck. Its not like a gourmand fragrance to but it does smell like a memory of being in a cabin sitting wrapped up in a cozy blanket with my husband. Drinking hot tea with a cinnamon stick. I love it and already bought a backup bottle.

I don't want to be dramatic, but it's one of the best perfumes I have ever smelled and owned. It's sweet, but not overly so - like a light, airy apple cinnamon pie - yet it doesn't smell like food, making it perfect for those who dislike gourmand fragrances. On me, it lasts a long time, especially on clothes, and it definitely has a non-offensive trail.

Masterfully executed, sensuous perfume. Tobacco-Honey provides the backbone. The fruity notes give the honey a little lift, and the sesame provides a subtle nuttiness. The cinnamon doesn’t have that scratchy quality the note can sometimes have. The whole composition has a luxurious, malleable, and indeed fluid feel to it.

Beautiful warming scents with a nice spice bland: mostly cinnamon, cardamom and nutmeg. It also has subtle sweetness and booziness but it’s still quite dark, so I couldn’t call it gourmand. It’s an amazing clean autumn/winter season fragrance. I would say office friendly, because it’s quite rounded.

If I hear one more person comparing this to the abomination that is Angels' Share... This is a sweet, sexy, tobacco amber. Incredibly sultry, does not smell like a fucking cinnamon cake. It is absolutely beautiful. The rose note ties it all up for me. So sexy, oh my god.

May possibly be the best smelling thing I have ever smelled. At least it was on my paper sample. I have ordered a bottle and will update accordingly. I just had to share my initial thoughts... because wow.. mind blown.

Omg😍😍😍😍😍 Heaven It smells like Angel share and Oajan had a baby . It is the most comforting winter scent, baked apples, cinnamon and honey vibe. A must try for gourmand Queens and Kings 😉

Love at first sniff. A version of Angel Share with strong honey scent and no booziness. Sweet and lovely. Backup worthy.

I own more than 100 bottles of fragrance, I have like symphony and blonde amber . But this is my favourite of all time .

Layered this with Rialto by Gritti today and it was magical!!!

Insanely strong, with a modern feel from a good dose of aromachems (although not very grating surprisingly, they are blended pretty well without that amberwood designer touch). Crowd pleaser, subtle but present piney nuances and a fruit note from the apple that blend well into a very boozy non-resinous amber. Not ‘mature’ whatsoever. However it does feel a bit soulless despite being so delicious. Not the most exciting profile out there.

Beautiful, unisex, well blended and complex. I do not like honey in perfume and here I cannot distinctively smell it (I'm surprised by the votes). What I get is ambery tobacco with some spices and a little scratchy woodiness (fir?). Nice and sexy in a not obvious way.

A bit overwhelming opening, but the dry down is nice. Sweet honey and vanilla, with nutty sesame backed up by cinnamon and cardamom. There are fruits in the background, but none of them stand out to me. Also love the dry tobacco lingering around.

A warm and gourmand - but not too sweet - amber perfume. Perfect for fall and winter (during the very cold days). Imagine the combinaison of amber with a cinnamon pie with spices. Complex and original scent. Excellent sillage and longevity.

Very good, long lasting fragrance with high quality ingredients. Probably my fav from superfluid collection and I am glad i have it on my shelve.

It starts like ”Hattai” by Le Couvent and slowly turns into ”Montabacco Intensivo” by Ormonde Jayne. High quality and long lasting scent.

I have three samples from this house. I don’t get it. That is to say all three perform on me like BR540. In fact they are worse because separating price out of the equation I have come to enjoy my decant of 540. I don’t see that happening here. I am aware they are on me but I don’t smell anything.

a strange unsweetened spicy amber with a ozonic/metalic undertone , not very comfortable.

What’s incredibly surprising to me is that in this creation they chose one of the easiest fragrances to imitate the ambery vanillic cinnamon mix Which is known from amber narguille and angels share and they had to screw it up They amped up the cinnamon which made it extra spicy and instead of the ripe apple pie aura they choose the sour green apple I can’t imagine someone destroying a formulation to this extent I smelled straight up clones that smelled twice as good as this disaster The closest thing I can compare it to is when someone says yes I know what must be done and you leave him to his delusional mind to find out that they got everything destroyed in the process A disaster that is sharp on the nose and boring to wear

This is a super disappointment. The scent profile looks perfect on paper, but I emptied out half a sample spray and could barely detect anything on my skin except powder and rose. It opens up cold and a little sweet, difficult to pick out any one note in particular. I mostly get a dry, powdery odor from this. There's a tiny bit of apple that makes it smell like PdM Carlisle if you really bury your nose in there and inhale deeply. I also get some sesame and another note that weirdly smells like ginger. Overall it's just not worth it.

3.5/10 Disgustingly sweet cloying fragrance that has no charm to it whatsoever. I don't know how people can compare this to something as refined as Angel's Share. The honey is sickening.

Too Baccarat rouge for me. More spicy even though than the MFK.

This is very nice, I get a big dewy rose note that states present until the drydown, get some honey, fir, benzoin...just a little tobacco... I love the scent. But unfortunately it is giving me a headache...it is making my sinuses and nose stuffy/congested and burning...I bet it is either Ambroxan or some similar aromachemical that is ruining the scent for me...non disclosed element ... So annoying because I love the freaking scent! it really smells good but is burning my nostrils! Please I beg someone makes this scent again without any harsh chemicals... It is a lost cause.

Yeah, this isn't Ambre Narguile at all. I get dry amber, cinnamon, and a hint of apple or possibly apple brandy. It’ s dry but not harsh, and is the opposite of sweet. It also has no resins, no depth, and no real base notes on me. It might shine more in colder weather? It's not bad but it is missing expression or layers. Ambre Narguile has rich, dense sweet layers tempered with cold woods and dried fruity boozy notes. This is a dry amber with some cinnamon and a hint of apple. Mostly it's just boring.

This wowed me from the first spray. The amber is delicious, powdery, bit metallic, spicy,sweet, tad gourmand all at once. These fragrances from this house seem to be blended to perfection. No, it doesnt smell like Angels Share, doesnt smell like Naxos either and doesnt smell liek Baccarat either, although I see where people came from when they said Baccarat, is the strange nature of the fragrance , the blend that seems so unreal and abstract yet so perfect.

Lovely and different amber fragrance. It's a lighter tobacco and resins scent with prominent notes (to my nose) of apple, cinnamon and honey. Long lasting and these wonderful notes last throughout the drydown. I bought a travel size immediately after testing it.

Opend up really beautiful, sweet amber with some powder and spicyness. How ever this dried down to something I recognized, Rasasi Qasamat Bareeq. Very airy, like there is space between the notes. Not a bad fragrance just not my cup of tea.

Prefer supermassive to this.Feels a bit too masculine,aromatic and dry for my taste.I’m also not really big on tobacco so that also plays a big part,it was really palpable to me.Not bad,but this is just not my type of an amber composition.
