Very warm and inviting. Smells a lot like a more refined Comptoir Sud Pacifique's, Rhum and Tabac..the dry down is nicer, as well, not as sharp, definitely blended well. I find this to be a year round scent, with decent longevity and projection. Perfect for the office, still inviting enough for a date night, or drinks after work. Reminds me of a classy guy, dressed in a nice suit, drinking a cocktail, jacket over the back of a chair, snugged up to the bar. That said, I would easily, happily wear it myself. Definitely unisex. I do really like this and am considering a FB. This perfume house makes really beautiful perfumes, but the price is the only consideration for me. If you think in terms of one of a few signature scents, it's worth the price. As a collector, still mulling it over.

This perfume is very alluring and intoxicating. Definitely unisex but, for females, it needs strong personality. Unfortunately the ingredients are not correct! These are the real ones [from the official website and also my nose :-) ] Top notes: Osmanthus, Black Tea Heart notes: Tobacco, Rum Base notes: Tonka Bean, Vanilla, Leather, Castoreum The rhum smell is prominent for much of the many hours of wearing, followed by a symphony of leather, tonka bean, animalic (castoreum) and a dark dark vanilla. An exquisite creation!

Nose Note #1041 The closest thing to this that I can think of is Guerlain L'Homme Ideal, but this feels stronger. I think L'Homme Ideal DNA describes the scent perfectly. Something slightly boozy, a touch of tobacco and a cherry note. This also has something like an amber accord slightly similar to Grand Soir right from the start, but it settles into L'Homme Ideal pretty soon. Great, just great. Men only. Very satifying performance. 8.3/10

Oh wow. Not sure how popular this is, but this perfume is a unisex gem! Its got that boozy/semi sweet opening like Angels Share and something that could make this a third cousin of Tabacco Vanille. But it is unique. And has its own place in the world of boozy, ambery, warm scents with a spicy vanilla dry down. Also, i could smell it on myself for well over 8hrs. A big love for me. And full bottle worthy.

This smells wonderful to me, such a nice blend! The notes here are a bit off, below the ones from their website. It's a gorgeous scent, I am not good at describing it, but reminds me a bit of TF Velvet Orchid - must be the rum? It is really unisex, a bit boozy, heavy cozy type of scent. Top notes: Osmanthus, Black Tea Heart notes: Tobacco, Rum Base notes: Tonka Bean, Vanilla, Leather, Castoreum

Mmmmm this is good! Powdery, slightly sweet and metallic scent with lots of dry tobacco with some incense. Lovely woody base. Interesting combination, very unique and mesmerizing. However, it smells a bit familiar can’t tell which fragrance it reminds me of, maybe Filippo Sorcinelli perfume. Follow me on IG: scent.guide

very nice and fancy. the white rum is strong here. a slight clean animalic vibe is in the background and a touch of champagne. very nice and bottle worthy if u like unique scents. i do find unique scents in my collection get less use. but still damn amazing scent. if u do not like the smell of white rum stay clear.

This fragrance swings between warm and cool. The composition is pleasingly deep, complex and rich, and longevity is very good. A winner.

A fine example of "if you don't have the hype, you're nothing nowadays no matter how good you smell" Similar to the Speakeasy by Frapin but indeed stronger, which is also a personal favorite of mine, this is a very well blended rum and fresh tea dominated semi sweet unisex. And it has nothing to do with Oajan or Angels' Share

-Opens with a blast of patchouli. -In the same vein as Psychedelique by Jovoy. (A real stinker) -Mildly dry scent that morphs into a slightly clinical-medicinal-woody scent. -A fellow fragrance enthusiast who sampled this in the same sitting, pointed out that it smelled like actual cigarette smoke. (Said person enjoyed it nonetheless. But said person also enjoys weird medicinal scents like Bat from Zoologist..) -Sample with caution. It's a weird one. (-)

A tonka bean extravaganza! Vintage vibes, but despite the full on ingredients (obviously tonka bean, but also rhum, tobacco, patchouli and yes, something dirty and animalic like castoreum) MI wears light and transparent. A subtle fruity floral touch to relax the composition and its ambery sweetness very much in control. A bit quirky but I really enjoy wearing it. It's luscious and plush without being over the top or too heavy. Well done!

Very similar with Mandorle especially at the first sprays, while mandorle is obviously a lot of almonds, this one has a metallique kind of touch instead , but the leather and the overall feel from a distance is 90% similar with Mandorle. In the drydown becomes boozier, the metallic note I detected at first is gone .Overall a very nice blend, while Mandorle is the same form the beginning to the end, this one is much better constructed.

Weird! Medicinal tonka beans, and cacao powder with hints pf patchouli, benzoin, musk, and violets! Lapdanum as well is there. After a little while i begin to smell incense, and myrrh! and i don't know wither if it's metallic or medicinal! This is weird and i believe this is growing a bit on me, and i can't define wither it is erotic, or gourmand! i can satisfy it as myrrh cacao, or incense chocolate.

Smells quite woodsy and resinous, I wouldn't say tonka bean is dominant, more a resinous wood. It is a bit tobacco like, but not smokey - more like a flavoured warm sweet tobacco. To me this is not unique as I've smelled so many in this genre, but i do love it. A touch animalic too. Blind buy safe if you like this genre - sweet, resinous, woodsy, unisex.

I got a 2ml decant of this, and have done a few skin tests to spend a little time with it. Nothing too crazy here. I get all of the notes listed (HappyBell below lists the correct breakdown) and it's very pleasant to my nose. If you enjoy a boozy/amber/tobacco profile this is definitely worth getting your nose on, but nothing too unique to me.

An amber and sweet scent, almost honeyed. What I like with this fragrance, is the smell of amber without the horrible smell of geranium like some have. This fragrance reminds me Honey Oud from Montale without the Oud notes. Few fruity, floral and smoky notes for the drydown. Interesting scent. 💜 Unisex ❄️Cold Seasons 📌 Personal Note: 8,5 / 10

Du rhum,du rhum et encore du rhum... On ne sent que ca , c'est dommage car la piramide olfactive m'avait intéressé, j'adore l'osmanthus, le thé et la vanille en note de fond mais malheureusement aucune de ces notes de sont mise en avant . Le rhum est prédominant et il prend toute la place . Je n'ai pas aimé

okay so hear me out the opening is very strong very good with an intense rhum sent but after like a few hours it Dries out into a toilet deodorant scent it disgust me maybe it's my skin like i have very big problem but it does not smell good

This is one of the few scents I’ve ever come across that is hard for me to explain. It’s sweet, but still sharp, and its notes flow together beautifully. For the price point, I won’t be buying a full bottle, but I enjoy the experience.

The only one from the brand that captured my attention. Although, all of them smelled nice and wearable, but a bit predictable. This is a warm, sweet, resinous tobacco; it's also sort of leather-y. It's complex but very wearable.
