Musk Superfluide

Absolutely unique! I have never seen a floral musk with aldehydes instead of woods. It does move the bar a tick toward the feminine, however. This is absolutely gorgeous scent-wise, but longevity and projection suffer. Its also hard to classify which seasons its best suited for because of its yin-yangy nature. #NEVERBlindBuy Decant first, as always, with any fragrance.

For me, this is is (until now) the ultimate best Clean Laundry scent ! I have sampled : Couleur Primaire, Acne Studio, Per Se, Marsseille, Pure Soap, Monocle Scent Two Laurel. Lazy Sunday Morning , Bubble Bath and Odeur 10. Musk Superfluide is the smoothest. It's well blended, nothing overly sharp or hasrh. Will ultimately compare it to Blanche and buy the winner.

-Opens bright and fluffy, like cotton candy but citrus-flavoured. -I'd say the opening has a 30% resemblance to Byredo's Sundazed. -The aldehydes lend this scent a clean, pleasant nature overall. -Unfortunately, most (if not all) the scents I've sampled from the house of les eaux priomordiales...are soapy and generic. Makes them fall flat on their faces. -Not quite worthy of the niche price-tag. -Don't get me wrong, i don't hate soapy scents I just prefer them as fabric mists for my linens. (-)

this is too strong in the aldehydes for me, i wanted to smell the musk alot more, it just smells like a proper air fresh talcum powder room spray, i cant smell the sorbet, litchi or anything, its aldehyes, slight musk and slight jasmine.... my fav aldehyde perfume by far is armani prive musc shamal which is stunning, has more sweetness and less aldehydic

Such a unique and gorgeous scent. It reminds me so much of Dior new look. It’s not just another soapy, musky scent. The dry down reveals a beautiful blend of benzoin and aldehydes, which is what reminds me so much of dior new look.

Heavy stuff. Soapy musk, neroli, aldehydes...nuclear potency. I guess it works well for some people. On my skin it just smells like superpotent laundry soap. A sample is more than enough for me.
