Do not underestimate this perfume. This is even a better version of Eclaire, with a lower price point. In addition to the creamy and sweet notes, this perfume's got deeper, warm and bitter notes than eclaire, maybe because of coumarin. The longevity and projection are a little better than Eclaire as well, which was not expected at all. However, neither of them are the most long lasting in a tropical weather. The fragrance comes in an aluminium bottle that’s easy to handle and provides great insulation. Forgot to mention, this smells like christmas cookies straight from the oven, perfect for this festive time of the year.

So inspired by Biancolatte - owned by my colleague's daughter . I own also Eclair di Lattafa - which is slightly sweeter but still very similar. About Les Perles D'orient I can't use it because I perceive a pungent smell - which my older son perceives but my husband doesn't - similar to the fresh fig leaf and/or slightly acid. I keep thinking it's one of the ingredients or maybe a type of cheaper alcohol and doesn't improve on my skin - so it's better trying on your skin and own nose before - because it lasts quite a lot and no one wants something that doesn't "fit". On the other hand it's so cheap one can take the risk. The scent is nice and I keep using it as a room fragrance because it's such a cozy smell: condensed milk, sweet pastries and an ending in vanilla and praline. Nice aluminium bottle.
