Jazz 2.0

So, I'm very new to the perfume thing -> Let's take my opinion with a grain of salt, especially as I gaven't smelled the original. Butttt I quite like this. It's a comforting good for winter smell. Doesn't seem to develop that much (citrus opening, then smokey tabacco and vanilla) but it's decent enough on its own. I can be put off by very sweet smells, and this is nicely balanced. I couldn't wear it as a signature smell as I get bored of it on it's own. However, when I combine it with other smells it's great! I added it to Agent by Agent Provocateur and it seemed to bring a whole bouquet into play. I added a woody smell to it and it turned into something that reminded me of nostalgic camping. For the €4 or so it was, I'd definitely buy one if you have a chance. I went back and stocked up.

If you spot it on the shelf, it’s definitely worth a blind buy for 5€ (purchasing without testing first). It’s a solid addition to any collection, especially for the colder months. If you enjoy the scent of tobacco combined with vanilla and rum, Jazz 2.0 is an excellent purchase. It is a "mature," sophisticated fragrance that manages to avoid the typical "cheap shower gel" smell found in most supermarket colognes.

Bought two bottles of this and tobacco spirit, those are the best from their line, it is uncanny how close it come to replica jazz club, i want to shake the perfumer hand. Magnificent scent. I feel bad for the people who will buy this thinking it is a stupid perfume when it really is a masterpiece, and for that 6 euros they really made me want to rethink my collection.

Surprisingly I love it and steal it from my husband. It smells more apple vanilla on me, something what I hoped for in Khamrah but didn't get. The tobacco is more like a crunchy autumn leaves on me.

Shit is very close to jazz club it's crazy. Can't tell them apart it's honestly 95 percent similar. It's ridiculous that it sells for pennies lol

I love this, i didn't expect it to be so damn good for the loose change price. Genuinely, in all seriousness this is a decent fragrance. Its probably likely it'll be called a dupe of Margiela Jazz Club but its far lighter and more pleasantly spicy than that so its more likely a different take on Smokey Jazz or possibly TOB/01 Tabac & Jazz by spanish house Zara. Jazz Club is bitter sweet/sour...this is smoky and sweet. Jack Kerouac and Charlie "bird" Parker probably smelt like this in 1947. Its tobacco smoke, slightly boozy, slightly spicy sweet and a woody base...its captivating, it evokes a retro feel of a spotlit smoky Jazz Club in the 1940s. Kind of sleazy and decadent but still well-dressed and hipster classy. Its amazing for the price. Longevity and sillage are as i anticipated, average, but not weak as you would expect, i've paid a lot more for fragrances that last for a far shorter time. It didn't project so much but it lasted around 8 hours in winter cold temperatures. I have nothing to bitch about. For this price you can buy 10 bottles and drown yourself in the stuff. Yes its a bargain store type fragrance, but its actually a good one, especially at the insanely low price point. Worth a punt because for less than the price of a coffee you get a 50ML bottle.

Semi-realistic tobacco leaf seems to be impossible to do cheaply, and this is no exception. It's simply not present here, the tobacco note is quite different and subdued, the focus is shifted towards the rum. It also lacks some of the spark in the top notes that provide contrast to the heavy tobacco and booze in Jazz Club. Otherwise it's not bad despite feeling expicitly more synthetic, just don't expect actual Jazz Club.

I own jazz club solely for the reason I sprayed the tester of this on my hand In November. It's an insanely close dupe of jazz club albeit jazz club smells a little deeper which makes 2.0 nearly more wearable in that sense.

I know nothing about perfumes except whether or not I like one. But this... it smells amazing, lasts through the day and it's dirt cheap. I see absolutely no downsides to it! I wear it all the time, even at home.

not bad not bad.. dark rum and wood s3x. kinda datey vibe, as in the dried fruit. idk why. boozy nom nom

I wonder if Lidl can pull jazz club off. If they do so, i'm pleasantly surprised.
